Faith and Divina-tea-ion
Closed starter for @nagargent
Reason and Faith band together to put on this month’s special seminar: the history of tasseomancy! You will be learning the “magic” behind divination and how the old masters used the remains of tea leaves and coffee grounds to predict future events. Just in time for the moon of love, you will all be divining your romantic futures from a delicious cup of white rose tea. [Grants Reason or Faith +1]
Sitting in the rose gardens at her usual table, Byleth read through the sheet of paper nestled amid the tea making implements. The art of making tea was not new for the Professor as she often enjoyed spending her free time partaking in the ritual and getting to know her fellow staff and students. Somehow the presence of a hot drink and food made it easier to connect with others.
But she’d never heard of Tasseomancy before. Then again magic was not something she’d given much thought to before she started teaching for the Church. Even so, divination sounded a bit far-fetched even for them. But considering she had a literal goddess residing in her head and could bend the reality of time, how as she to judge.
As she was reading through the premise, another person took the seat opposite her. The best way to practise the art of reading tea leaves worked better when reading for others apparently. Looking up she greeted her partner.
“Good day Julia” Byeth reached over to place a cup and saucer in front of the student before calling a fire spell to life in her hand. “I was just about to put the kettle on.” Byleth remembered hearing that the princess specialise in magic and could possibly have some insight into this seminar. “Have you ever heard of Taseomancy before?”

Went #thrifting today, and didn't really find what I was looking for. But! I did find this pair of perfect #taseomancy cups.
