You may have noticed that posting on this feed (and regular blogs) slowed down. It was due to a combination of things - stress from my job but also just general makeup fatigue. However, the @anastasiabeverlyhills x @jackieaina palette caught my eye and has been inspiring me so much. The color palette is just so interesting and fun, and I want to just DIG INTO IT whenever I see it. . . The packaging is just so fun and gorgeous, but the shadows are just so beautiful. The pinks/red are totally my vibe but the shimmers are just ALL so gorgeous and I want to BATHE in them. . . I am really into the browns in this palette— Credit is a dark brown that has a touch of purple, which mixes so nicely with pinks, but also coordinates so well with Lituation, the taupe-y shimmer. Edges and Ginger are great shades for a neutral eye or warming up something a bit more dramatic. (Like with Sponsored, what a fantastic multi-chrome brownish green shimmer!) . . Here's a comparison of the Stabilo Boss Pastels to the Pilot Frixion Lights :))) . . . I love the colors of the Stabilos but they pool at the end of each swipe . . . I love the fact that the Pilot Fixions do not ghost at the back and are erasable once dry but their colors don't "pop" as much (except yellow) . . . Overall, I love these guys and their quality is top notch which is why they are very popular among the studygram and studyblr community.
