i love the execution of how their plans fail but in failing something Much Worse happens. thats just so cool yknow? (ooc: i love this poll so so much everyones ideas are so cool)

They want to be taken seriously so so bad so whenever their plans fail and cause something worse they're like "YEP WE MEANT TO DO THAT DEFINITELY" instead of admitting that things have spiraled way out of control

I do kinda feel bad for Sunrise+Sunset like. They may be terrifying as antagonists but at the end of the day they're just kids! Kids that feel like they have to constantly fight and go along with Radiance just for meager scraps of attention, like, damn. And the fact they feel like they can't even exist as themselves and believe no one would love them if their act was discovered? Heartbreaking.

I know a lot of people said their redemption felt forced but cmon guys... They've been through enough. They deserve it.

Yeah, yeah

I get why people say their redemption was forced, because they were antagonists in book 4 and only had book 5 to really show development after their defeat as villains, but even if they didn't fully redeem themselves their arcs were clearly on an upward trajectory and I like to believe that after the end they kept improving themselves
