1) sun has a plethora of stickers hidden away somewhere. Moon has, in fact, ripped apart his office trying to find them, but to no avail. He got tired of finding them on his belongings and paperwork when Sun gets into a sticker frenzy. Eclipse doesn’t mind nearly as much. You’ll never hear him admit it, but he secretly enjoys them as well.

2) yes!!! It’s very important to y/n in this story that their vessel is willing and they go through great lengths to find a perfect and willing vessel.

3) this was something I debated for a while. Initially I was unsure if y/n should just create a mirage to appear human, but that came with a lot of challenges in terms of writing. But then I had a bright idea… author insert. It’s me- *cough cough* my character that I project onto- as the vessel. Initially, he’ll be relatively in the background, but I wanted their relationship to mirror Sun and Moon’s relationship when they share the same body. Needless to say, he will be a present character throughout the fic, just not as much initially. It’ll definitely seem like he’s just dormant 90% of the time, per se, but I guarantee he has his role. I’ll post the vessel when I get the motivation to actually draw it lmao

Idea I had a while ago and never went further on is Sun like, snapping at y/n. Like the idea of even Sun getting to the end of his patience and y/n unfortunately being the one to set him off? Trigger warning: acting if SH

“God do you ever shut up?” The words spilled from his voice box before he was able to stop them, regret instantly filling his circuits.

Y/N stopped in the middle of their story of one of the children in the daycare, smile instantly disappearing from their face.

“Oh my Star I-“ Sun dropped the broom he had been holding, the clatter causing you to jump. “I didn’t mean that, I’m so sorry.” The words came sputtering out of him, but the damage had been done.

What the HELL did you do Sun? Moons voice growled out in their headspace.

It was if time stopped for you, that small sentence breaking a part of you you thought you had fixed. Tears immediately stung at your eyes, mind running at full speed.

Even a robot can’t stand you

So annoying

You never shut up

No one cares what you have to say

You’re annoying

Annoying

The sharp sting of your thumb digging into your wrist harshly brought you out of your mind to hear Sun still spilling out apologies and reaching for your hands.

“It’s okay Sun-“ A tight smile on your face as you fought the sob bubbling in your throat “Im sorry I annoyed you.” You quickly turned around and nearly ran to the security desk, grabbing your bag out front behind it. “I forgot I have a thing to do at home, Im sorry I’ll see you later” You ran out the door as quickly as you could, slamming it and running away before either bot could stop you.

The slam of the door echoed throughout the daycare, seemingly louder than the joyful music playing over the loudspeaker y/n didn’t turn off.

Sun stood shocked, a hand reaching towards the door y/n just ran out, Moons voice raging in their headspace.

Look at what you did! You are such an idiot! They were just telling you about a kid! Why did you yell at them like that?

“I-I didn’t mean to, i-it slipped out! I love hearing their stories! I love just hearing them! But the kids today were so bad and the parents were even worse and I-“

And that makes it okay to say something like that to y/n? Y/n is not the kids or the parents, so why yell at them? Y/n, the nicest caretaker in the world, AND YOU YELL AT THEM?!?!?

Moon kept on yelling at Sun, but Sun was already beating himself up over it. He knew how badly he just messed up. Even someone without his advanced optics could see the tears forming in y/n eyes eyes, the smile strained and small. No cute nickname as you ran out before your shift was even over. He could hear the first sob escape your mouth before the door fully shut, shame flaring through him.

You better fix this Sun or so help me I’ll make sure you won’t front for a damn long time.

Idk maybe I’ll write a full fic to this. Suggestions?? Thoughts????

This seemed to give the sunny vampire a moment of pause, his expression becoming unreadable. “Why?”

“I don't know,” you said, rubbing a hand over your hair, eyes looking anywhere except for him. You wondered if his partner was lurking somewhere in the dark, watching and listening to all of this, ready to pounce on you at a moment's notice. This had been such a stupid idea. “To prove I'm not crazy? Or maybe I have a death wish. But... after what happened, I needed to know that you're... real.” Boy, you probably sounded like a lunatic.

I think I love the sun more than the moon because I relate to it more.The moon,oh so beautiful,such a sight for the eyes,however never actually having to do anything to be loved,it being pretty is all it needs,the sun however sustains life,it pushes away the clouds every other day just so that people can get the sunshine they need,but still,it is loved,yes for sure,but just never like the moon,it is appreciated for all it does,but the moment an eclipse comes,they all refuse to meet her eyes,and run from her as far as possible.They don’t meet her eyes when she’s blazing,they all go hide in their homes. The sun is loved conditionally,loved only when she does what they like,but just never adored enough to be with her when she’s not at her best.

Hey everyone!

I’ve had a few asks regarding when the next chapter is coming out. I made a mistake trying to put it on a regular schedule, mostly out of excitement, without considering the struggles I face trying to adhere to a deadline with my writing. I also had a pretty big change recently that required me taking time off work and away from social media to recover and work through, but it’s mostly been settled! It won’t be on a weekly basis anymore, but I will have the next chapter out tomorrow! I will give a heads up the day before I am able to post subsequent chapters!
