Xerath's Runeterra
Under the purely hypothetical scenario in which Xerath actually managed to conquer and subjugate the entire world, crushing any and all forms of resistance, the planet itself would undergo many radical changes.
At first, the land would be cracked and barren, leaking magic energy from its core just as it had it does in Nerimazeth. Most civilizations would be razed to the ground. Overall, a fairly bleak and apocalyptic scenario.
Over time, though, the world be radically transformed by all the excess mana. New species of plants and animals warped and formed by magical energy would take precedent. Civilizations of altered humans would rise up, harnessing the extra-abundant magics all around them for their own ends.
By no means would it become a paradise, as Xerath's reign would still be tyrannical and free will suppressed, but Runeterra's inherent magical energies would wind up affecting life itself in a variety of ways.))
