Pineapple Coconut Margarita !
Ingredients:
For the Toasted Coconut Rim
½ cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup honey or agave nectar
For the Margarita:
Ice for the shaker, plus more for the glass
2 ounces blanco tequila
2 ounces pineapple juice
½ to 1 ½ ounces cream of coconut *See note
1 ounce triple sec or Cointreau
1 ounce lime juice
Optional Garnishes:
Lime wedge lime wheel or pineapple slice
Instructions To Make the Toasted Coconut Rim:
Place the coconut into a small pan. Heat over low heat until it’s lightly browned and fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.½ cup sweetened shredded coconut
Dip the rim of a glass into maple syrup, honey or agave nectar then dip it into the toasted coconut. Place the glass in the fridge while you make the margarita.1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup
To Make the Margarita:
Add some ice, the tequila, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, triple sec, and lime juice into a sealable jar or cocktail shaker. Shake gently to combine and pour into your chilled glass over ice.2 ounces blanco tequila2 ounces pineapple juice½ to 1 ½ ounces cream of coconut1 ounce triple sec1 ounce lime juice

Watermelon White Wine Spritzer

This refreshing wine cocktail is perfect for your summer bridal shower or wedding. 
Serves 4
Ingredients
2 cups watermelon, cubed and chilled
1 Tbsp agave nectar
2 cups white wine, chilled
2 cups club soda, chilled
Garnish: 4 watermelon wedges
Steps
Add the watermelon and agave nectar into a food processor or blender, and pulse until smooth. If desired, pour through a cheesecloth to strain.
Divide the mixture among 4 rocks glasses.
Top each glass with equal parts white wine and club soda (about 1/2 cup each).
Garnish each glass with a watermelon wedge.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or Grand Marnier)
1/4 cup brandy
1 bottle (750 ml) red wine (such as Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot)
1/4 cup honey or agave syrup
1 cup ice cubes
Fresh berries and mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
In a blender, combine the frozen berries, orange liqueur, brandy, red wine, honey or agave syrup, and ice cubes.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and slushy.
Pour the sangria into glasses.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 OZ. REPOSADO TEQUILA
1/2 OZ. AMONTILLADO SHERRY
1/2 OZ. FRESH LEMON JUICE
1/4 OZ. COFFEE LIQUEUR (MUSK USES MR. BLACK)
1/2-3/4 OZ. BANANA LIQUEUR
1/2-3/4 OZ. FUNKY JAMAICAN RUM (MUSK USES SMITH & CROSS)
3/4 OZ. PASSION FRUIT SYRUP (2:1 SIMPLE SYRUP AND PASSION FRUIT PUREE)
3 DROPS BLACK SESAME OIL (OR 2 OF TOASTED SESAME OIL)
Preparation:
Add all of the ingredients to a shaker and whip shake with pebble ice. Dump the contents into a glass. Top with crushed ice and garnish.
TIPFor added depth, make a spiced syrup with cinnamon and vanilla bean to complement the passion fruit: 1 quart of water and 1 quart of sugar, combined with 1 crushed of cinnamon stick, 2 orange peels and 1/2 a vanilla bean, sliced. Heat the mixture but don’t boil. Use this in place of the simple in the passion fruit syrup.
