Swap Subconites/Minions, also known as Queen's Helpers

After King Vincent burned down the kingdom, all that was left were ashes and souls. Queen, in an attempt to save these poor souls and give them another chance, managed to recreate their humanoid bodies using her ice. Sadly, most of the villagers were children

Pairing that with remaking their old masks, and crafting them cloaks of their favorite color, Queen's helpers exist! Signing away any free will to serve under their Queen, they take their job with pride! They'll do anything they are ordered to, including messing with trespassers!

They're all still very chaotic and mischievous, giving gruesome facts here and there or just being silly!

Hc that Snatcher just kinda calls anyone younger than him some variant of "kid" or "kiddo." This especially includes the subconites. He doesn't even realize most of the time and no-one brings it up with him.
