"morning, thief.."
The gifs are ass, but I spent a hair ripping amounts of hours trying to do this, and the quality is lousy cos my graphics are lousy but I had to! I just had to. I'm satisfied. Look how cute they are ::blushies::

Its their way of saying good luck dont worry.. maybe
[First I.D. Two panel comic featuring the void bros, monochromatic adult versions of the rise turtles. Mikey holds a green glowing cake out that has "it's a turtle" written on it, and next to him Donnie frames the cake with his arms. Donnie is wearing a jacket that has slipped off his shoulders and has glowing white pupils and black eyes. Mikey wears a turtleneck sweater, has solid black eyes and long messy hair, and his hands up to his forearms are black. He grins widely as Donnie says "Greetings! As audience members we bring an offering! (don't question our lack of color)" In the background Raph turns his head in shock and annoyance. In the second panel, Raph towers above his brothers, the cake in one hand and an irate expression as he says "Excuse them, they've been doing this all day... guys we're not here to commit murder." His brothers don't seem to mind the interruption and share goofy smiles. End I.D. 1]
[Second I.D. A three panel comic that responds to the first. Minor Interference Mikey is shown from about waist up with a concerned expression. He says "Are you guys..." In the second panel, the void bros are shown as silhouettes with small glowing bursts of energy about where their hearts would be. In the third panel, Mikey lifts his head slightly, raises a hand, and says "...okay?" to finish his earlier sentence. End I.D.]
Minor Interference Mikey knows a few things about sensing people's mystics and energy, and these guys definitely don't have normal energy. People are normally way brighter than that.

One Piece is proof that in the end there's nothing a creator can do to stop fans from completely misunderstanding it at a base level. Like imagine being handed the most punk, anti-establishment narrative of the century where the characters all come from wildly different often marginalized backgrounds and punch tyrants all day long and then watching the live action where the cast was chosen by the og creator and going "why are there black people in this :/"
