Euphoria but set in Romania
Tumblr media
Welcome to Liceul Tehnologic Euforia Sud. This is your headmistress, Miss Andreea Dracusamaia. Let me introduce you to the elite - our most iconic students.
Rodica Binecuvantata is your beloved vamaioata. She once stole a wallet and felt sorry about it when she opened it only to find no money and thousands of unpaid bills. Life is tough around here. This is why Rodi decided to start a Tarot business. She is really good at it and Vlad Casino, NetBet and others have named her their number one enemy. Salam even wrote a manea about her talentTM. Also, her sister, Geo, once fell sick after we had a problem with mold or so she said.
Madalina "Madi" Petrica grew up wanting to be a bebelusa, but once Cronica Carcotasilor became worse than Dan Diaconescu's Elodia series, she decided to change her career path. So she went to Bravo, ai still! season 72, but things got out of hand. First of all, she threw a papuc cu toc at Maurice for calling her mopsica, then it was revealed that she bribed Baduleasca with eclairs to let her sleep in her closet. Yes, the police has visited our school grounds because of her aggressive behaviour against... Let me check "curve si serpoaice care te barfeste pe la spate pe la spate", but weren't we all young at some point?
Cassandra Duru is our school's influencer. She was Madi's BFF and they used to do TikTok dances together. When she was younger, Super Nanny came to pay her family a visit. Then her mom left for Schimb de mame and never came back. Like every single Romanian child born after the revolution, she was raised by her grandma. When Bravo, ai still! decided to add new contestants because they needed more drama, she joined the show. Maurice didn't call her mopsica, but Baduleasca did call her a regina regeasca which pissed Madi off. No, the fight was not just for views.
Lexi Duru is a published writer. She has experimented with both Romanian literary genres - trashy erotic fanfiction and writing about nothing. The second genre has left her quite disappointed because it is mostly for Romanian male writers and, as she lacks the inherent misogyny, her works were rejected. But you can still find her on Wattpad as .:xxLexi_Dark_Angelxx:. where she updates her kidnapped by mafia stories.
Felician is... he dropped out in sixth grade and that was maybe ten years ago, so we don't really know why he's still hanging around. Yes, I am aware that he may be the one selling weed and cheap cigarettes behind the school's pastry shop, but he takes such good care of Carbune, his younger brother! ...What do you mean Carbune is the one who stole our smartboard?
Iuli Varzaru is... Has anyone seen Iuli this semester? Oh, she married the mayor and they left with the whole town's funds to the Dominican Republic? But she's a minor. They got a special dispensation from BOR? Oh, ok.
Catinca de la Caransebes started from the bottom - she used to dance in cheap manele videos - and now she has her own podcast. Maruta threatened to destroy her after she let Madi say during an after-BAS interview that Andra is not the Jesus of music, but she's still holding strong.
Luca Matei Stefan Iacob is our football star and that's all I can say. No, I was not threatened by his parents to keep my mouth shut. Yes, it is totally normal for parents to drive their '62 BMW registered in Bulgaria on our hallways in order to deliver their precious children right in front of their class.

FAMILY
phillipe montagnier | 54
ameline montagnier | 46
marc montagnier | ✝
luc montagnier | 20
charles montagnier | 18
elias montagnier | 18
HISTORY
the montagnier family was originally located in the south of france until luc’s grandfather moved them to quebec. their empire was in manufacturing all kinds of weaponry and selling them to governments and other spy families and organisations. if you needed something a bit obscure or unique, this was the family you'd come to.
luc grew up in a fairly isolated countryside area in a family of four brothers who he loved for the first few years of his life. first was marc, shy and respectful, luc himself two years behind, and then another two years graced the family with twins; charles and elias who lived by their own rules. marc and luc had always been close, marc was the best big brother possible and luc loved him a lot.
eventually after being pitted and forced to compete against each other for so long, it got quite personal and their bonds started being tested. their mother turned a blind eye to their father's borderline abusive methods when luc overtook his older brother in their father’s tests and training. bruises and broken bones were only natural in training so there wasn't much she could say even if she wanted to.
from as long as he could remember, he'd been firing guns. there was a shooting range on their estate and they went on hunting trips, too. his dad often had him show customers the potential of their weaponry and so he'd always been thrusted into that life whether he wanted a say or not. it’s been clear since he was around fourteen that if anyone was taking over the family business it'd be him, not his older brother, marc.
this definitely caused somewhat of a rift between him and marc, as he'd end up getting much harsher punishments when luc would disarm or ground him.
luckily for luc, he did enjoy fighting and was exceptionally gifted in the life planned out for him. he was always the most determined to gain their father's approval, which definitely showed in their results and how obedient he was in front of the man. when he finally got what he wanted, he didn't quite expect it to mean what it did. it was rare but every now and then he would kill for his dad. whether it was someone who betrayed the family or a potential threat to their business, if his dad told him to, he would, no questions asked. it was during this time he was more excluded from training with his brothers since he would be with his dad instead.
SUICIDE TW !!!!!!
his oldest brother marc was sent to blackthorne once he was eighteen and ended up committing suicide at the end of his second year, with luc set to follow the next year. this news was shocking for the montagnier family as luc's father was bitterly embarrassed and disappointed by his firstborns' death, wanting to cover it up as a murder so it couldn't be tied to the family name with such dishonour. it quickly created a divide as charles and elias defended marc's actions and revealed he'd been struggling with depression for the majority of his life, much like they did, which was all unknown to luc, who, for the first time, felt the repercussions of his father's favouritism. he had a new found rebellion against him that was violent with them going at each other's throats for the foreseeable future. luc ended up avoiding his place at blackthorne in hopes to piss off his dad and becoming more reclusive and bitter as time went on.
he really took his brother's death personally, believing he was a factor in it and wishing he'd been there for him more closely. if anyone so much as mentions marc to him he will be on guard and very easily angered. i think before marc died he was very charismatic, egotistical at times and driven whereas now he’s lost a lot of his energy and is more negative & aloof.
the following year was Rough™. he was no longer his dad's golden boy and the family dynamic shifted a lot with marc's death as luc ended up protecting his younger twin brothers instead of beating them for their dad's favour. he's certain he'd have been disowned had his mother not aligned herself with the kids as well.
i think their family dynamic is kinda like the cha family from sky castle if anyone has seen it !
luc eventually decided to enrol in school late, only to end up at gallagher instead. which... i mean, i think before marc died he was excited about attending blackthorne. so he’s bit ??? uncertain about the girls school.
PERSONALITY
genuinely i think it comes down to so many factors, whether he’s in a good mood, who’s speaking to him etc but neutrally he’s quite charming, happy to mess about a bit but more or less takes most stuff too seriously. since he’s not around his dad i do think he will explore a lot more and seek out adventure and fun but if he’s got a test or something due the next day then he’ll bail early since he is defo the type to never let his grades or performance be ruined
he’s quite cocky + likes to win no matter what so yes he will ruin a friendship to beat u at monopoly. second place is last place in his head.
at his best he can be confident, alluring, courteous, loyal… at his worst he's aggressive, destructive, apathetic and always says shit he doesn't mean !!!! will he apologize ?? unlikely but he'll try n make it right once he’s calmed down
thinks the best way to deal with things is with his fists, he’s so EASY to snap and start a fight n he’ll.... maybe apologise for it
i think he defo likes to pretend he’s got no problems and so reverts to a social, supportive friend every once in a while. the type to be brutally honest !!
he’s a definite know it all, thinks he’s the dog’s bollocks, gods gift etc !!!!! doesn’t believe in god but still. I kinda see him a bit jocky idk why but more brooding n isolating 70% of the time bc he’s easily pissed off but when he’s having fUNNNNN he’s ok like a solid guy at times just easily angered
very flirty, he's a major ladies man despite actually being GAY. which is a secret. sh. only two people know he’s gay and that’s his current beard girlfriend ellie cavanagh and childhood friend regine ren. more ppl can defo find out in time and i’m sure ppl have speculations ? maybe have seen him hooking up with guys or something when he thought no one was looking etc probs think he’s bi who knows!!! but for now those two are the only people he’s actually spoken to about it!!!! so if anyone else tries he will deny it as he’s very against the idea of coming out so will not discuss it ty pls.
and it’s not that he doesn’t enjoy sleeping with girls, he’ll be having a great time regardless but he just aint abt to love them like that pls understand
still, he is in a current relationship with ellie who is acting as his beard for him. they have ‘ dated ’ before and are off and on a lot, so they probably seem pretty toxic tbh since ellie n him can clash n argue and he defo still hooks up with other girls despite being in a relationship so feel free to kill him for cheating !
wanted connections !!!
going off the last point, maybe some of ellie’s friends who come at him for how he seemingly treats her !!!
i'd love for blackthorne ppl to have known his brother, he'd have been around about 22/23 and a fourth year now if he was still alive so ?? it might help luc with some closure if he could talk about him since it happened at blackthorne
ppl to know the family, some family friends would be amazing !!! i feel regardless of alliances etc their family would have stayed as neutral as possible since they're selling weapons so they want all the customers.
so people that know HIM while he was growing up would be interesting esp those expecting him to have joined blackthorne when he was supposed to 2 years ago, and obvs him probably changing from who they knew him as to a more negative version now
might put a wc for his twin bros as they potentially joined his arrival at gallagher as first years too but who knows. they’d be 18 so if anyone wants a family friend connection that is around that age, maybe they were closer to the twins than luc ??
he sleeps with a lot of girls to kinda ‘make sure’ no one knows he’s gay as he defo doesn't feel comfortable with being out. the guys that he sleeps with he'll always pin it on being too drunk to remember or he'll threaten them if they told etc ?? he's very on edge about it and would only hook up super secretly sooo if anyone’s down for that with him
and then obvs need a lot of ladies he’d wanna sleep with to keep his image
previous ex gfs ?? from prep schools !!!!!!!
some positive influences would be good
bad influences as well bc tho he is a bit of a party guy, he doesn’t drink loads and he doesn’t do drugs !!!!!!!!!!!!!! but…. I mean i bet he could be convinced now he’s away from home so
study / sparring buddies !!
i’d love someone to teach him pop culture n normality !! his childhood was training and competing with his bros so he defo doesn’t watch many movies or tv or play games etc so ? someone making him watch all the harry potters ?? binging parks and rec ?? he’d find it so dumb but who wouldnt enjoy it ??

The Long Way Home pt. 2
Here it is, part two of The Long Way Home. This one is full length at around 6.6k words and contains mentions of Damon’s abuse, character death, moments of Dark!Klaroline, and some torture.
Also, this does follow a lot of the major touchstones of the Klaus & Stefan portions of the episodes The Birthday and The Hybrid, 3x01 and 3x02 respectively. I also stole some dialogue. It’s of course NOT exactly the same at all, but just a heads up if you’re looking for a complete AU. It hasn’t diverged that far quite yet. Klaus after all, no matter what’s happened with Caroline, is only meeting her now and isn’t about to derail his plans to make more hybrids.
---
When Klaus had guided Caroline from the bar she wasn't expecting to see Elijah waiting for them. His expression likely appeared blank, bored even, to the less discerning, but she could see the flickers of irritation and confusion. His eyes were narrow as he swept them over her figure, a cool assessment.
"One of yours, Niklaus?" He asked, a slight tick in his brow as he stared at his brother.
The Hybrid grinned in response. "Not quite, brother, this here is the lovely Ms. Forbes."
This time his brow fully rose as his gaze darted back to her with now noticeable shock. "The sheriff's daughter?"
Klaus' grin widened.
Caroline watched, a little intrigued, as Elijah tucked away his emotions, his features smoothing once more to something utterly placid. "Your... curiosities aside, I do believe we still have business to attend to?"
The Hybrid chuckled, clapping the other man on the shoulder as he gestured them both on. "Right you are, brother."
---
'Always something worse' really ought to be Caroline's catch phrase by now, depressing as that was. As the three of them approached the door to one the apartments, each of them could make out commotion beyond.
Not that Klaus seemed to care, nor his brother for that matter, both of them waltzing in without a care. Caroline didn't bother, leaning against the hallway wall, well aware the threshold would bar her entrance. She was also only half listening to the exchange going on, jolting only once she heard Elijah scream. She couldn't say she was surprised by Klaus' actions, but they chilled her all the same. Such ruthlessness had to be both applauded and feared after all.
She sighed and rested more of her weight on the wall as her ears picked up the continued discussion inside. This was going to be a long wait.
"Trouble is," she heard Klaus' voice drawl, "I don't know if you'd be any good to me. The way you are now, ...you are just shy of useless. In fact, I've just recruited far more fascinating company. She's far prettier to look at too, aren't you, love?"
Caroline released another exasperated breath, knowing how to read a cue and irked by the unnecessary drama of it. All the same, she obligingly pushed off the wall to stand in the doorway. Her impassive eyes took in the shock of Stefan and Katherine. The delighted mirth of Klaus. Even poor Elijah's sprawled gray corpse.
"C-Caroline?" Stefan stuttered in confusion, a hint of panic welling underneath it.
She tilted her head, wondering at that, before realizing he feared she'd let Elena's miraculous resurrection slip. Well, they may not be friends anymore, but she wouldn't throw a child to the wolves (a tiny corner of her mind snorted) needlessly. Though none of those thoughts crossed her face, her expression as calm as when she entered.
"Stefan," she acknowledged.
He stared at her for several long moment before his shock washed away, replaced by a steely resolve. She was mildly impressed as he whirled around to face Klaus and attempted to fight for her.
"Let her go! She has nothing to do with this! Make a bargain with me."
"Quite right, she has nothing to do with this.  Weren't you listening, mate? You're of no value to me. And are in no position to bargain for the likes of your brother let alone a second vampire."
"...What do you want?"
Even when the Hybrid had already swung things in his favor, he still continued with the theater of his demands. Like a cat playing with a mouse. And not even a hungry one either, he was the cat that played with his food because he could, because he was bored. Caroline could almost appreciate the, by comparison, rather blunt way he had approached her. Nothing more than the standard unspoken warnings and mind games between two ancient creatures.
Here, now, Klaus was dragging it out. He made a show of pouring himself a drink, pretending he needed time to weigh his words. As he spoke he even deigned to periodically pause and sip the alcohol, as if it were top-shelf liquor and not second rate bourbon at best.
"I heard about this one vampire, crazy bloke, always on and off the wagon for decades. When he was off, he was magnificent. 1917, he went into Monterrey and wiped out an entire migrant village...A true ripper. Sound familiar?"
His eyes darted to her as she shifted, for all that his focus had seemed to be on Stefan. Lips quirking he wondered aloud, "Something wrong, sweetheart?"
Caroline read the challenge in his eyes, the clear prod for her opinions. What type of vampire she was. Well, she would have to disappoint.
"No," she said simply, tone unruffled. And she was sure he would have demanded more had Stefan not cut in.
"I haven't been that way in a very long time."
The newly revealed Ripper of Monterrey seemed to be saying this more to her than to Klaus, his eyes ashamed and pleading with her to believe him.
As if she cared for his kill count. No one reached the age she had without a slew of murders to their name, nor without one or two fuck ups they truly regretted.
"Now, now, don't look to her. Not only is she not the one in control of your brother's fate, but the Ripper is precisely the vampire I am willing to make a deal with."
Stefan's face hardened as he looked back at his tormentor. "How do I know you even have the cure at all?"
It seemed as if Klaus was just waiting for such a question to be asked. His production able to continue, as he proceeded to make a show of biting and then curing Katerina. And then watched with true schadenfreude as Stefan capitulated and began to all but guzzle the blood handed to him.
Bored and a tad disgusted Caroline moved away, choosing to lean against one of the walls once more. The wise choice considering it took almost twenty minutes before anything of interest happened. When Katerina blurred away, Klaus' voice was a whisper in the air, far too quite for a vampire not even two centuries old to hear.
"Pursue her, Caroline, and bring her back to me. I'm not finished with her quite yet."
---
Caroline stared up at the window she could just see from the front entrance, the Salvatore boarding house another half-remembered dream. It was funny, the things that lingered longest in memory. Of all the faces of her past, it had been Damon's that took the longest to blur and fade. And as the two doppelgängers and the dying had their little chat, Caroline was contemplating more important matters. Life. Death. Closure.
She hummed to herself, stepping into Katerina's path as she moved to flee. With narrowed eyes, the brunette warily regarded her, far less oblivious than Stefan.
"Caroline," she muttered, "no hard feelings." Her voice then sounded as a whisper in her ear. "I'm a survivor after all."
A crack of a snapped neck sounded through the air.
"No hard feelings," Caroline replied, well aware of the irony as she gazed down at the sprawled form of the other vampire. This time it was Katerina who was 500 years too young to come out on top. Caroline had not been about to allow the other woman to kill her for the second time, and for all that she did have some measure of admiration for Katerina's ability to survive, Caroline too had now survived the ages. More than that even, she conquered them.
Shifting her gaze from the temporary corpse to the boarding house, Caroline wondered.
---
Amusingly, Caroline tracked down her newfound companions just as Stefan was uttering, "You won't be seeing her again, you know."
Klaus' eyes met hers as soon as she came into view, his lips twitching into a slight smirk. "Ah, excellent timing, Caroline." His eyes switched targets boring into the Ripper. "You see, Stefan, I rarely get played for a fool. A little insurance policy and the dear Katerina is back in my hands."
Stunned, the Salvatore whipped around, watching with wide eyes as she let the still unconscious vampire drop to the floor.
"Consider this your final test, Ripper, before we leave this tragic little town. Prove to me you were worth my time."
Klaus had stalked up behind the other as he spoke, and Stefan tensed with every step.
"How?" He gritted out.
"Simple, mate. You're going to torture her to death."
Stefan swallowed.
"And should I decide your efforts are lacking in any way, then I will exact my price from Damon's life instead."
Defeat was painted across every line of Stefan's face.
The Caroline Stefan had known would have been horrified by the imminent torture, even if the victim was to be her once tormentor and murderess. She would have protested, spoken up, something. But this Caroline, this Caroline was a bit too darkly satisfied. How perfect it was for it to be her that delivered Katerina to her death, at Klaus' hand even. Such perfect symmetry.
Thus, Caroline only watched as the brunette was strung up with chain around her wrists, forced to bear all her weight on those limbs as her return to consciousness sent her body lightly swaying.  For a young vampire, Stefan was shockingly inventive in his methods. The woman begged for her life hoping for Stefan's mercy and then honestly pleaded as her body grew more ravaged.
She died screaming.
---
Several hours of silent travel later, the three of them were checked into a suite style hotel room. Two beds, a pullout couch and a decent amount of living space.
While Stefan silently slunk away to shower off the crusted blood his clothes had carefully hidden, Klaus stepped up behind her where she leaned against the metal railing of the small balcony. The warmth he emanated was odd for a member of the undead, though she chalked it up to his recently unchained Wolf.
As water beat down on flesh and tile, Caroline waited for the man to speak. She twitched, his finger tracing a feather light pattern on the bare skin of her shoulder. With a light tug at a strand of her hair he murmured quietly, "I couldn't help but notice, sweetheart, the little gleam that entered your eyes when I mentioned Damon."
She supposed it shouldn't surprise her that he had noticed, though his eyes had seemed riveted on Katerina at the time. Continuing to peer into the distance, the moon still near full as it waned, she let the silence linger for a few more moments. Neither of them in any particular hurry.
"Yes," she muttered in return, her eyelids falling to half mast as she remembered. Remembered how it felt to stare down at the once elder vampire who was still weak and bundled up in bed. As much as she had wanted to believe he had no power over her, she couldn't deny how good it had felt to see him at her mercy.
It had taken him a while, but eventually he had sensed her presence and opened his eyes to peer up at her.
"Hello, Damon," she had greeted, flatly.
He had had no time to do anything more than widen his eyes at her presence before her hand had sunk through his chest, splintered ribs as her clawed fingers clenched around his heart.
"Goodbye, Damon."
And then she had yanked her hand out.
"His death wasn't yours to issue, Caroline."
At that, Caroline whirled around, unfazed by just how close the Hybrid was standing to her. All the better for him to see the ferocity burning in her eyes.
"It was, Klaus. Deals and games aside, between the two of us I had far more right to it than you did."
The two stared each other down, Caroline unyielding and Klaus intrigued. He might have started this confrontation with an admonishment, but there was no anger in his gaze.
"This was personal," he concluded, a statement not a question.
Despite the heaviness of the situation Caroline's lip slightly quirked up. It's not as if she was ashamed of her actions, nor ashamed of their cause. Not anymore. And on matters such as these she was happy to draw her lines in the sand.
"The question is still burning in the back of your mind, I can see it. How is it that I am both the sheriff's daughter born in 1992 and a vampire to rival your own age? But regardless of how, both are fact. And when Damon first came to town I was a clueless human. It made me easy pickings, as I am sure you can imagine. A constant blood supply, a convenient minion, a warm body for him to fuck, uncaring of what I had wanted. The latter is not a forgivable offence. Not to me, Klaus."
To his credit, the Hybrid seemed to be taking her seriously, nothing on his face suggesting that he was making of light of what she had revealed. Instead, he wordlessly took a step back. Her eyes slightly widened as inclined his head to her. It was neither pity nor a taunt on his face, and he did nothing more to acknowledge her newfound personal space.
The water shut off, and Klaus pivoted to walk back into the room proper, his parting words echoing in her mind.
"Yes, it was your right. Goodnight, Caroline."
---
"Rudy! Rudy. Come on! It's too hot to make me come looking for you. Ru-"
Alyssa snapped her mouth shut as noise became apparent from the forest. It didn't sound like Rudy, whose movements were normally smooth and would greet her with his happy barking. She tensed, squinting into the darkness and trying to make out anything suspicious.
She was seconds away from retreating into the house to grab her rifle when a disheveled blonde woman, girl really, burst through a shrub. Her eyes widened in shock as the girl stumbled, nearly falling on her face, the weak porch light now illuminating a figure far more hurt than merely disheveled as she had believed. Her clothes were torn and dirty, there were scratches and bruises and blood peppering the skin of her limbs.
The girl seemed to suddenly realize her presence, jerking her head up to stare at Alyssa, her eyes bulging with panic and a tinge of hope.
"Please! Please, help me!" The girl's eyes were wild as she whipped her head around, looking frantic, hunted. "I-I don't know if I lost him. Please, I- could I come in? Just for the night! I promise."
The girl looked like she was about to jitter right out of her skin, and Alyssa couldn't help but feel for the poor girl. Her reply was near instant.
"Yes, yes of course. Please, come in." She flung the door open, shuffled on the threshold unsure whether the girl would take comfort in her touch.
Once the younger blonde was inside, Alyssa made one last sweep of the property, what little she could see, and resolved to grab the rifle after all. When she turned to face the girl once more, plans of reassurance fell to the wayside as shock consumed her.
It was like staring at an entirely different person, the fear and panic gone in favor of confident composure. The injuries that had littered her body completely gone, though her clothes remained tattered.
"My apologies," the other blonde said softly before Alyssa knew no more.
---
Caroline was careful to set the unconscious woman down gently before flashing into the kitchen to knock out the second person she could hear. With both of them (relatively) painlessly out of commission it was a simple matter for her to snoop. Receipts, planner notes, email, anything that might hint at the presence of a werewolf occasionally stopping by.
It didn't take too long to find a promising lead, as Caroline dug up several receipts from Southern Comfort belonging to a Sutton, Ray. A quick check of IDs revealed the two women to be one Sutton, Alyssa and one Miller, Kiara. The next step required some use of gentle compulsion, but a few careful questions and a memory wipe later the two were fine and none the wiser. Their dog found panting on the front porch, whining to be let in.
A mere instant later Caroline, appeared a mile away beside Klaus' black Lincoln Navigator. And she didn't waste time, tossing her phone to the Hybrid, Google Maps already opened as she explained, "There's a bar called Southern Comfort on Highway 41A, about twenty miles or so north of the border in Tullahoma." As she spoke she was also carefully peeling her disheveled outfit from her body, packing it away should she need it for another ruse, and tugging on a pair of skinny jeans and a cute top.
When she glanced over at his silence she caught the interest in his gaze, appreciative of the curves she hadn't bothered to hide, though a different curiosity glimmered beneath.
"You're quite the actress, Caroline. Such effort you exert for the humans."
She scoffed, circling around to get into the passenger seat, Klaus appearing in a flicker to get the door for her. She paused beside him. "If I had left it to the two of you, we would have been down several leads and carving a very obvious bloody swath across the Eastern seaboard. You're an Original and obviously in a celebratory mood considering your recent success, I get it. No need to be quite so fragrant about it though."
Not waiting for his reply, Caroline climbed into the car, settling into her seat as Klaus zipped around to the driver's side. The vehicle came to life with a rumble of the engine, only a few seconds pause before it accelerated down the road.
Klaus' gaze shot from the rear view mirror where Stefan's brooding face was visible to hers. "You're rather ruining Stefan's purpose here, sweetheart." Matching glints appeared in their eyes, similarly amused by the macabre inside joke.
"Hm, quite."
---
It wasn’t worth the effort to prevent her nose from slightly crinkling with distaste. Southern Comfort was very...Well, it was exactly what she expected really. She heard Klaus chuckle behind her as they walked toward the bar, no doubt having picked up on her judgmental thoughts.
"I doubt Ray will be a cooperative chap." The Hybrid sounded almost gleeful about it, and it was a struggle to resist the childish urge to roll her eyes.
"He'd be a poor werewolf if he gave up his pack so easily."
"And what will the lovely Caroline's role be today?" Is she didn't know better she would think he almost sounded concerned. It had been a while since she had last been violent, she supposed.
With a quiet hum she let a thread of power slip loose, carrying with it a net of compulsion, reassuring Klaus even as she ensnared all the humans. "I care little for unwarranted cruelty. That doesn't mean I don't accomplish what I set out to do." She peered over her shoulder, a small smirk on her lips, "I did get us here after all, didn't I?"
If there was a bit more sway in her hips as she waltzed into the bar, that was her business.
---
Throwing back a shot of tequila, Caroline relished the sharp burn of the potent alcohol. Her senses flared as a man leaned beside her at the bar, the wait finally bearing fruit.
"A woman that knows how drink? Nothing's sexier."
She turned sideways on her stool, giving the man a swift once over. A scruffy beard. Plaid and jeans. Very Southern Comfort. Also clearly the Wolf they were looking for.
"Hello, Ray," she drawled.
His eyes widened, flattered at first before he stiffened as Klaus appeared behind him.
"I've been looking everywhere for you." He nodded towards her. "We started in Pensacola, met a young chap there who used to work with you before you moved to Memphis. Now, he directed us to ah what were their names? Kiara and ...Alice? No, Alyssa." His grin widened as Ray paled, body a coiled knot of tension and fear. "Lovely young women really, and they led me here. To you, Ray."
The Wolf was a roiling mixture of panic and fury. His eyes were streaked with Wolf gold as he snarled at Klaus, "What did you do to her?!"
Looking far too amused, the Hybrid gestured towards her. "Me? I did nothing. No, no I didn't even set eyes on them. If you want to ask after dear Alyssa you should really inquire after my lovely partner here."
The growl that emerged was more lupine than human, teeth unnaturally sharp as he bared them at her. "Vampire," he roared, "what did you do to my sister?"
Caroline calmly wiped away the spittle that had landed on her cheek, unimpressed by his display. "Fished around for some answers, but really Ray I would be far more concerned for yourself than your sister."
"She's quite right.” Rage tended to make fools of people, as the Wolf appeared to have somehow forgotten Klaus at his back judging by how he stiffened at his voice. “Your type is rather hard to come by, Ray. And while she may be a vampire, I am a different kind of monster. I've got some vampire, I've got some wolf."
The poor man appeared to be shocked out of his rage and catapulted straight into utter confusion. "You..what?"
"A hybrid, Ray, I'm both. You see I want to create more of me. Now you being the first werewolf that I've come across in many a moon, pun intended, I need you to direct me to your pack. So, where can I find them Ray?"
The Wolf swallowed loudly to their keen ears, fists clenched at his sides. "I won't surrender them to the likes of you. And you can't compel me. It won't work."
Klaus' eyes flicked sideways as Stefan appeared in a flash, the Wolf now thoroughly surrounded.
"Tell you what, Ray," the young vampire started, tone filled with faux friendliness, "we're going to play a little drinking game, something I like to call truth or wolfsbane."
With perfect timing the bartender silently stepped over to place a large collection of darts beside them.
A chuckle as Klaus leaned into his personal space.
"There's no fun in compulsion, Ray, but there is in crucifixion."
In an impossibly fast blur, Caroline rushed the two of them, wolf and vampire, down the length of the bar, slamming the broken legs of a stool through the man's palms, near literally crucifying him to the wall.
There was a trace of sympathy in her eyes as she listened to his screams. "You'll want to struggle, Ray, and it will be agonizing. I assure you, should you manage to rip your hands free we'll simply string you up. Again and again."
The Wolf glared up at her without saying a word, his breathing ragged and pained. Exasperated by his stubbornness she turned away, catching Stefan's eye as he mixed wolfsbane into a drink. He looked at her like she was a stranger, no doubt recalling their confrontation a month or so back. It had been sweet of him to pull her aside, to offer to take the punishment so that she could flee from Klaus. However, she had had no interest in being anywhere else.
"Your intent to rescue me is admirable though unnecessary, Stefan. I'm not the young, girly Caroline you remember anymore." He had likely thought her compelled then, but now she could see the words were sinking in.
He too looked away, letting the first of many darts fly.
More tortured bellows sounded as Caroline settled beside Klaus at the bar once more. He looked at her, the near constant curious gleam still present as he extended his hand in invitation. She quirked a brow a bit surprised by his dismissal of the show occurring behind them, one that he had finished endorsing so gleefully. Though she didn't refuse him, wondering what he was after now.
His touch was uncharacteristically gentle as he cradled her hand, tracing the deceptively soft skin of her fingers, her vampiric nature erasing any hint of hardship. "You neither revile nor relish in torture. You commit murder as unflinchingly as the rest of us, yet compassion still stays your hand. So, I can't help but wonder what is it about Stefan that makes that little glint of disdain appear in your eyes when you look at him." Yet not when you look at me, She heard unasked.
Tugging her hand free, Caroline impassively observed Stefan's progress. Ray's body was already littered with a small collection of darts and wounds, the young vampire seemingly deciding at random when to yank one free and when to simply hurl another one.
"Stefan's ability to be such an inventive torturer is useful. And his skill at it may have come as a surprise to me, but it would be rather hypocritical to be disgusted by it. No, it's his feeding habits. Past half-way to his second century, and he's barely better than a newborn. It's a disgrace."
"I've quite enjoyed his savagery in the past, sweetheart. Too few vampires revel in their true natures."
Caroline glanced back at him sharply, feeling an odd pang of disappointment at his opinions. "First of all it's not his savagery I take issue with, it's his control. I may not care much for the most malicious of our kind, but at least it's a choice on their parts, albeit a poor one. Stefan rebels against himself so fervently that it rebounds, that's not reveling in his nature it's being a slave to it." She quieted a bit, the harsher lines of her face smoothing out as she searched his, wondering what he was thinking of her now. Wondering what she thought of him. "And secondly...secondly it's not a vampire's nature to be monstrous. Our nature makes us predators. Everything beyond that are deliberate decisions. Or it should be."
---
Klaus slipped at the drink he had called over earlier, watched as the blonde predator stalked away. Such passion lied within his golden fascination.
His tongue darted out, swiping at the lingering taste of alcohol on his lips. He still wondered at the conundrum her existence posed, his mind occasionally pondering whether something as extraordinary as time travel might be possible. But that wasn't his main fixation anymore. He was far more intrigued by how a thousand years forged the woman he saw before him.
---
Stefan's spine stiffened as she stepped up behind him. She refrained from reacting, nudging him aside.
Ray looked pitiful. Palms ravaged and sluggishly leaking trails of blood. Every few inches of him was marked by a dart or the damaged flesh of one pulled free. She reached out to cup his chin, lifting his slumped head so she could look him in the eye.
"Your loyalty is admirable, Ray, but everyone has a breaking point. We'll find yours. You'll tell us where your pack is. Save yourself the trouble and give in now."
He weakly sneered through bloody teeth. "Go fuck yourself."
Caroline just tsk-ed. "Have it your way." Her form flickered as she rushed to grab something and then returned. Holding up the blade for his perusal, she spoke casually. "See this, Ray? This is a magically reinforced silver blade. 100% pure. Now, unlike what the common mythos presents, werewolves heal from silver. It would be like torturing a vampire, their recovery speeds allowing for methods beyond the limits of mere humans. Shall we have an anatomy lesson, Ray? How many organs could we count if I cut you right here?" She tapped the base of his sternum with the flat of the blade, a deft twist allowing its edge to slice through his shirt and skin. They watched together as the wound healed in seconds.
Ray looked into her dark, fathomless eyes, daring him to test her resolve.
He broke.
---
After some grouching and snark on Stefan's part the three of them arrived just beyond the perimeter of the werewolf camp, Ray's temporarily dead body slung across Stefan's shoulders.
"Ah, there they are. As promised."
A few turned in their direction at Klaus' voice, the rest gasped and stared as Stefan dropped Ray's body. One of the women ran to kneel by his side, her voice distraught. "Ray! Oh, my God. What's going on?" She looked up, a slight growl underlying her tone. "Who are you?"
A master of dramatics, Klaus took the cue to step forward, a wicked kind of mirth on his face. "The important question is who am I. Please forgive the intrusion. My name is Klaus."
The woman continued to look confused and agitated. "Is that supposed to mean something to me?"
He chuckled. "It will."
"You bastard!" Someone else shouted out, a younger man, teenager really, lunged out of the crowd toward Klaus.
It was effortless for the Hybrid to dodge, grinding the boy into the dirt under his heel. "None of that now. I have big plans for you all, can't have you recklessly throwing your lives away." Just to drive his point home, Klaus stepped on the poor boy to return to his original spot, continuing to speak as if nothing had occurred. "It's fascinating, actually...A werewolf who isn't beholden to the moon, a vampire who doesn't burn in the sun. A true hybrid."
Caroline shook her head, apparently Klaus' dramatics were enough to affect the rest of the world too, as Ray awoke at just that moment with a choked gasp.
"Excellent timing, Ray. Very dramatic." He couldn't have made it more obvious how much he was enjoying himself.
"What's happening to me?" In direct contrast the werewolf couldn't sound much more dazed and overwhelmed.
"Caroline, love?"
She pushed off from the tree she had been leaning on in the background, speeding forward to appear in front of the blond man half trying to disappear behind the she-wolf from earlier.
"No!" She screamed, racing forward to hurl Caroline from him, a foot away when Klaus intercepted her in the blink of an eye. Not that she would have succeeded, but Caroline appreciated the time to try the calm the poor guy. It seemed Klaus was learning.
"Hey, hey take a deep breath." His heartbeat was frantic, his scent so obviously, deliciously human. "We're not going to let Ray kill you or anything, he just needs a little bit of blood to complete his transition. Only a sip I promise." She leaned down to grab a discarded bottle and held it out to him. "He won't even have to bite you, okay?"
The man stared into her blue eyes, no compulsion, just the picture of a sweet, gentle young woman. His hyperventilating slowed. "Okay...okay."
Caroline smiled as the man took his own pocketknife, carefully cutting a shallow gash on the back of his forearm.
"Thank you," She said, turning to crouch beside Ray and offering him the bottle. "If you don't drink, you'll die."
He eyed her warily, but eventually swiped the bottle from her hand, downing it in silence.
"-rather die than be a vampire!"
Caroline sighed. Wrong choice.
"Wrong choice." A crunch of broken flesh reached her ears along with frantic struggles as Klaus forced his bloody wrist into the she-wolf's mouth. "She'll thank me for that later. Heh." With no further fanfare, the woman slumped to the ground with a broken neck. "Okay, who's next?"
Several tried to flee with no success. Three vampires (well two and the Original Hybrid) were more than enough to catch them all. Klaus also stopped playing around quite so much, methodically giving blood and snapping necks. It only took minutes for the rest of the pack to fall.
---
Then it turned into another waiting game, the anticipation only broken by Ray’s hoarse whisper.
"They're dead. They're all dead."
Caroline frowned. She tuned out Klaus' reassurances and eyed Ray, noted how he was clenching his own arms tight around his body, trembling. He should be feeling energized after transitioning, not like he was going through severe withdrawal. She sat beside him, brushing sweat soaked curls from the man's forehead, ignoring Klaus and Stefan's descent into bickering.
Her frown deepened as blood started seeping from his eyes. "Klaus," she said sharply, his body appearing on Ray's other side. "Something's wrong."
"That shouldn't be happening, should it?" Stefan asked, sounding a bit snide.
"Be silent, Stefan." "Well, obviously." They said together, their tones equally annoyed.
All the while, Ray continued to shake between the two of them, looking worse by the second. "You said it was gonna feel better. Why doesn't it feel better?"
Before Caroline could offer any of her own reassurances the she-wolf gasped awake behind her with unnatural quickness. She had only been down for ten or fifteen minutes or so. Far too short for any turning Caroline had ever witnessed. Still, she wiped the turmoil from her face and smiled over at the human.
"Come on, Derek, let's help your girlfriend."
Always something worse proved true again, as Caroline whipped around at the sound of a commotion. Watched as Ray vanished into the words, body jerking between uncoordinated scrambling and lightning fast speed. Speed to match a vampire a century old at least.
Klaus snarled. "Retrieve him, Stefan. Now!"
Taking a moment to guide Derek to a safer distance from the newly woken she-wolf, Caroline made her way over to Klaus. He too looked like he was about to vibrate out his skin, though it would be with fury not with whatever had overcome Ray.
She didn't say anything, didn't offer comforting touches as she might have with her friends. Klaus was far more likely to reject them than not, but she did offer her presence. Caroline took no joy from most people's suffering. Not that of werewolves who had done nothing to her. Not even that of a supernatural scourge like Klaus.
However, there ended up being no time for the Hybrid to calm. Around them the other wolves also jolted back to life...in a manner of speaking. Each of them already bleeding from their eyes. Klaus glanced around a grim look on his face and a curse on his tongue.
Caroline considered attempting to use Derek's blood, but the thought quickly vanished as one of the wolves lunged for them. It set off a chain reaction as more wolves leapt to attack while a few others simply keeled over. The first few Caroline only snapped their necks, partly out of regard for Klaus' plans partly out of hope Ray was a fluke. That ceased when Klaus himself started yanking out hearts.
Between the two of them it was short work putting them all down. She was more concerned for Klaus who looked enraged, but also a little bit anguished.
"I did everything I was told." There was a danger in his stillness, the quiet menace of his tone. His eyes flashed gold as he stared at her, as if she had the answers. "I should be able to turn them. I broke the curse. I killed a werewolf. I killed a vampire. I killed the doppelgänger."
Her face remained blank even as her mind raced. Perhaps she did have the answers. True, she had had no intention of condemning Elena with word of her resurrection, but now it looked like it would be one life against many. Besides, she also had her suspicions that it wasn't her death that was needed here.
---
Fury was boiling inside of him. His temper only contained by centuries of practice and a smidge of genuine regard. He had noticed how Caroline hadn't killed until he had. She may not be loyal, but she at least had respect for what he wanted. She didn't deserve his wrath.
His rage simmered a little lower still as he watched with mild surprise as the blonde stepped a few feet closer to him. Not close enough to be in immediate range, but even so. Brave of her.
And then she spoke.
"The doppelgänger isn't dead."
He froze. An instant later he had her pinned against a tree, his forearm across her throat. "What did you just say?"
"There's a spell that allows life force to be sacrificed to another. I assume Bonnie found it and used it to resurrect Elena. I saw her briefly before we left town." To her credit, the blonde remained calm, had neither fought nor flinched when he lunged for her.
He wasn't in the mood for commending people.
"And you said nothing to me. Now, why is that, lovely?"
Her lips pursed, apparently displeased with him. Unfortunate. "I hadn't thought it mattered. You successfully broke your curse, I figured Elena deserved some peace."
"Except it rather appears I haven't. Broken my curse, that is."
Despite his tone, she actually bloody reached for him, her hand gentle on his arm, not yet fighting him. "I recognize the determination in your eyes, Klaus. You won't stop until you can turn the wolves. And if I have to I will pin Elena down myself, one life in exchange for many. But consider it may not be her life that's interfering. The wolves all bled from their eyes, as if their bodies were rejecting it. Perhaps, it's not human blood that they require to turn?"
He hated to admit it, but her reasoning was sound. He'd certainly have to experiment before ending the bloody Petrova line for good. Eyes absorbing the expression in hers, he looked for any trace of deceit. After another moment he stepped back, releasing his clever vampire companion.
"Apologies, Caroline. No hard feelings?" He offered a sheepish smile in the face of her empty expression.
A tiny smirk was his only warning before he found himself staring up at the sky, his breath knocked out of him. She leaned over him.
"Now, we're even." Her smirk faded into something more serious. "Don't manhandle me again, Klaus. I won't let you off so easy if you try it a second time."
He blinked up at her, a little angry, a little shocked, and a little impressed. Slowly, he rose to his feet, still staring at her.
"...Alright, I suppose that's fair."
"More than."
It was at that moment that Stefan emerged from the forest, Ray's actual corpse this time, once more slung over his shoulder. As the Ripper approached, Klaus contemplated his two companions, the stark differences between them.
He blurred forward, ensnaring the last remaining Salvatore brother in his compulsion. His hand rose to smooth back a wild curl that had escaped the vampire's normally flawless styling job. And he let his knuckle linger on skin.
"Tell me, Stefan," he purred, "were you ever going to give me your loyalty?"
His panic was obvious in his scent even as his features remained slack under his thrall.
"No."
"Hm, and what about the doppelgänger?"
"I am doing all that I can to protect her. She will always have my loyalty."
It pained him a little to have to relinquish a connection he had once found joy in. But Stefan had just become a loose end. A vampire unwilling to be loyal, and that was before he learned of his brother's death.
"I'm afraid this is the end of the road for you, old friend."
He broke his compulsion, Stefan's eyes blowing wide. "Klaus wai-"
His heart hit the floor first. Then, his body.
Klaus stared down in silence as he took a moment to say his silent goodbyes to his friend's corpse. And then he was turning, walking smoothly over to his more trustworthy friend. He pressed a hand to her back, a mirror of an action he took not long ago, though the sentiment had entirely changed.
"Come along, Caroline. It seems you're the only companion I have left."

Wakana Album LINE LIVE ~ Summary
Note: A fellow fan was kind enough to share the recording with me. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!!! Here is a detailed summary of Wakana’s LINE LIVE commemorating the release of her first solo album. Btw, I have not forgotten about the lyrics and the interviews. Please be patient a little while longer. Already working on it.
We are back with Nat-chan, Wakana is so happy to see her again. We start out by Natsuko telling us about the content of this LINE LIVE. She congratulates Wakana on her album release and on reaching 8th place in the Oricon charts. Wakana is hyped and super grateful to the fans.
Tumblr media
Before they can get to the main topic of the program they have to get something out of the way first. They need to talk a bit about shark. After all, in the last LINE LIVE they realised they have a mutual love for dinosaurs and sharks so of course Wakana wants to know if Natsuko has done anything shark related recently. Nat-chan has in fact been quite busy watching all kinds of shark films. She watched 47 Meters Down on Netflix. Obviously Wakana has watched it as well. She recommends it to everyone. It’s a tough watch though so people should be careful if they can’t handle certain stuff. Nat-chan also watched the MEG movie.
Tumblr media
Wakana is clearly so proud of Nat-chan. I think she still cannot believe she has met a fellow shark lover. Nat-chan shares that they have been staying in touch ever since their last LINE LIVE. They spent a lot of time together going on “dates”, attending concerts, having dinner together, sharing their shark stories...They never wanted their time together to end, Wakana says they really are like lovers now. Wakana is impressed by how fast Natsuko can decide on what to eat at a restaurant. It always takes her a lot of time to choose. Seems like they also had a great time getting a little drunk together.
Now it’s time for the main topic, Wakana’s album. Wakana is happy that it’s finally out because she was really desperate for people to listen to this new version of herself. While she was recording the songs all she thought about was performing the songs live in front of an audience, she really can’t wait to go on tour. There is a quick explanation regarding the album title. First of all, Wakana wants people to be aware of her new self so she thought it was fitting to name the album after herself. She also wanted something that was easy to remember XD As we already know, there are 11 songs in total, six of which were written by Wakana. They were written by various composers which are all listed by Natsuko. Wakana is going to talk about each song in detail throughout the program. Wakana is cute introducing the different album types, she confuses type A with type B
Tumblr media
We then start to talk about the tracks on the album.
1. Yakusoku no Yoake: Nat says the song sounds magnificent, like the soundtrack to a majestic story. Wakana explains that this song has a special place in her heart and she loves to listen to it whenever, especially when she wants to relax. She actually wrote those lyrics while taking baths. She has a tablet for her bathtub where she can place all kinds of stuff (including her phone, a notebook and a pen). This way it’s easy for her to listen to music and take notes even when she is taking a bath. It seems like this song wasn’t originally planned to be written by her. But during pre-production Wakana was asked to spontaneously come up with a few lyrics for the first part of the song. Usually she would just do some “la,la,la” singing during pre-production. Wakana felt very inspired by the melody of this song and when she first listened to it there were lots of lyrics that came to her mind. The director was very happy with what she came up with so he requested for her to do the rest of the song as well.
2. Tsubasa: Wakana had a lot of fun recording this song because Satoshi Takebe and the band members were there with her. it was easy to feel the groove of the song with all of them there at the studio. Satoshi Takebe also decided last minute to add some backup vocals to the chorus. Wakana says that all the back up vocals you hear in the album were done by herself. Then we get the Odaiba Venus Fort live version of Tsubasa.
Tumblr media
Aww, Wakana is so embarrassed to watch herself perform. This is pretty much identical to the studio version, Wakana says this was pretty much right after they had recorded the studio version and it was a strange feeling to sing the song like that (because she was so used to sing the other version). She says it became quite a different song once they did the studio recording.
3. Ruriiro no Sora: Nat says it’s a very moving song. She wants to cry when she listens to it. She feels like women in particular will be very touched by the lyrics. Wakana agrees, it feels very mature. She worried a lot about how to sing this song. We will watch the live version later so viewers are asked to be patient.
4. Nagareboshi: The blinging noise you hear in the beginning, that was actually done by Wakana. Shusui who composed the song for her suggested she should try playing an instrument during the recording. She got to play some sort of small cymbal. She was very proud to be part of that. Wakana says this is a very sweet song about the happiness of being together with the person you love. Nat-chan asks about a particular line in the song => あなたとわたしの歌 => anata to watashi no uta. She wonders why the “watashi” is written in hiragana instead of kanji, whether there is a meaning behind it. Wakana is surprised Natsuko noticed that. There is in fact a story behind that. As a child she would always write it like that, she thinks it fits better together like that and for her it emphasises the togetherness of two people. Nat-chan is in love with this piece.
5. Kioku no Hito: Wakana was super impressed by the demo tape provided by Yuko Ando. She wondered how she could best approach the world created by Yuko Ando. It was very difficult for me. Especially since there are quite a few low parts. The musicians had actually recorded the song quite some time before with a stand-in singer. Wakana was a bit disappointed to not have been part of that recording process so they all decided to do it again for Wakana. Wakana was super grateful her manager was able to arrange that for her. There is so much female strength in this song, Wakana feels like she has become a stronger woman just by singing this song and she got inspired to become even stronger.
6. Toki wo Koeru Yoru ni: It feels weird to Wakana that it has barely been a month since the release and now her album is already out. Since this is her very first song she still kinda worries about the lyrics not being good enough. Even after singing it so many times. [awww, you really shouldn’t worry, the lyrics are great!]. Nat notes that the song is right in the middle of the album and wonders why she decided to put it there. Originally they planned to use it as the first track but then Wakana really wanted to start the album with Yakusoku no Yoake since it represents a new beginning. Right in the middle felt appropriate to Wakana. Then we get the live version from Odaiba Venus Fort.
Tumblr media
Wakana is literally the cutest ever when she is listening to herself singing. Precious cinnamon bun She really loves these songs. Awww, the viewer comments are so nice. Everyone is saying that they are crying.
7. Hard Rain: In the beginning she received a short demo tape with just the first part of the song (until the first chorus). She immediately wanted to hear more of it because she loved it so much. The demo tape was sung by Kana Yakubi and she really loved her rendition. She couldn’t wait to sing the song herself. Natsuko loves the rain noises in the background, they add a great vibe to the song. And she loves how it builds up with the chorus, it has a very dramatic feel to it.
8. Kinmokusei: As we all know already, this was the final song she recorded. Just as with Yakusoku no Yoake she was asked to write lyrics for one part of the song but unlike Yakusoku no Yoake she had a lot of trouble doing the whole song, she didn’t know how to continue. So it’s a good thing this was the final song because she could take her time. Nat assumes that this is another song Wakana wrote while taking a bath and yup, spot on. She did. Wakana explains there are many songs where she feels like she has to be outside looking at the sky to get inspired but for this one she knew she would have to be in the bathtub to think of something. Off to the bath!!!
Tumblr media
Nat asks why she chose that title. Wakana explains that smells influence us so much in life so she thought it was suitable to use a flower as title. She opted for “fragrant olive” as title because the smell of olive trees is incredibly strong. The olive tree blooms in all kinds of places, especially in autumn so she it’s something that forever stays in your memory
9. Boku no Kokoro no Tokei: Satoshi Takebe decided to add the ticking noises. Wakana really loves it. When he told her that he had written the song for her she was super happy, she loved his piano version so much that she immediately started writing the lyrics, she felt incredibly inspired. That’s one of the songs she didn’t write in the bathtub. She actually wrote them pretty quickly while getting all kinds of inspiration from Satoshi Takebe.
10. Toki no Ne: Nice transition from one song about time to the other. Wakana thinks that is very fitting. After all,  time and clocks were a major theme of her autumn tour last year.  Some people see time as something negative, as if they are constantly racing against time. But for her, time is something truly amazing, something that should be treasured.
11. Ai no Hana: Wakana says she was super happy to work with Shusui and Stefan Aberg who she had both met in her teens during auditions. Back then it was her first time meeting someone from Sweden so that left quite the impression. Wakana think it’s amazing how music can re-connect people after so many years. Eri Ishikawa’s lyrics are heartrending but at the same time they are full of optimism. Wakana loves that.
We then get the live version of Ruriiro no Sora. Wakana says they had just recorded the song a week or so before that performance so she was super nervous.
It’s Wakana’s turn to do some promotions, she lost track of where they left off so she has no idea where to continue. Nat reminds her she should introduce the different album versions again. First they are doing Type B with all its lovely extras including a B-sized poster.
Tumblr media
Nat is having fun looking at Wakana’s photobook. She tries to show some sneak peeks without spoiling anyone. Then Nat talks about the double purchase tokuten lottery. I wrote a post about that ages ago. If you bought both the single and the album you can add the note from the single to a postcard from the album. When you send that in you are applying for one out of two special tokutens (wooden piano signed by Wakana, music box playing Toki wo Koeru Yoru ni). 10 winners will be chosen for each tokuten. Deadline is May 31.
Tumblr media
Then they promote her upcoming tour. Wakana says she will start rehearsals the following day ~ tomorrow desu ~ She can’t wait to work with Satoshi Takebe again.
Natsuko asks about her live goods. Wakana is so hyped already because she thinks her goods are amazing. Everyone should look forward to the shark goods.
Tumblr media
Nat warns her not to spoil anything in all her excitement XD They then announce that Wakana started her own instagram account! BANZAI. Wakana wanted to make a post but at that point she couldn’t get away from the welcome page, I think her account hadn’t been set up properly yet, there were still a few settings that had to be arranged. They both totally fail so they promise they will post something later. Nat then manages to figure it out and Wakana chooses a picture to post. She wonders what to write...maybe ”I am sending it now”...Nat is like, “eh? that’s weird...” She finally ends up writing a short greeting and uploads the picture. Success!!
Tumblr media
Wakana says she will post lots of sky pictures on her instagram. Hopefully everyone will like them. They take a picture together and Wakana has a final message for the fans. Nat-chan and Wakana will go on many more dates from now on. And that’s a wrap. Bye bye!

Nadia Petrova  ⚜  Vampire  ⚜ 30 (522)  ⚜  The Bounty-Huntress  ⚜  INTP
If you expect nothing from anybody …
Nadia was born in a tiny village in Bulgaria, in 1490. Her father’s identity was never revealed, and she didn’t had the chance to meet her mother; shamed and exiled as she was for having a child out of wedlock. She was raised by her grandparents until the age of 8, when they were killed in a freak attack by a wild animal that killed her grandparents. She grieved for their loss, and from that pain, feared growing close to the distant great aunt she had been left with. The old woman made it easy, wizened and cold as she was. Life wasn’t kind to women in their time, and women were rarely kind to each other. Thus, the girl grew up spirited, headstrong, a little lonely - but also independent and incredibly resourceful. Shunning the pastimes considered appropriate for women, Nadia spent much of her time trailing after the boys and learning how to ride, track, and hunt wild animals, anything to teach her to fend for herself. She thrived on legends of monsters to vanquish, lived on the vengeful thrill of the hunt. Where her family had been weak, she would be strong. As strong as she could possibly be. As strong as the monsters she pretended to fight, stronger.
There’d always been rumours about her mother, rumours painting her mother in a mysterious, dangerous air. The townspeople rarely spoke her name, believing the Petrova name to be cursed, how else could they have been so ruthlessly slaughtered? For they knew what Nadia didn’t; it had been no animal attack, but that of a horrifying creature of the darkness. To speak its name was to invite the devil inside your door.
As long back as she could remember, Nadia nurtured a secret desire to find Katerina Petrova and meet the woman for herself, to find this woman who inspired such fear and awe in the small people of her village. But of all the the labels she heard, ‘vampire’ was not one she’d been prepared to believe. Yet it came out of the mouth of someone she trusted; a renowned hunter - and one of the few people in the village who respected her boyish interests. He taught her, trained her, and soon, she came face-to-face with a vampire herself; one who terrorized her village and left many dead. She was stunned at first - but as the weeks wore on, Nadia’s horror turned to intrigue. Was her mother really such a creature? Why had she turned? Were they really immortal?... She wasn’t the only one with such questions. A new branch of hunters arose in the years that followed; specializing in hunting these creatures of darkness, as more and more stories of such massacres arose. Nadia followed the mercenaries, determined to learn from them, use them, but she came no closer to finding leads on her mother. She’d come as far as she could with the means she had at hand; it was time to change her means.
It wasn’t a difficult decision to make. As a vampire, she’d become almost invincible; a useful quality for a woman who’d already managed to amass more than her fair-share of adversaries. She’d get to travel the world beyond Eastern Europe, without a clock hanging over her head, reminding her that her days were numbered. And as for biological clocks, she’d never had much of an interest for children, marriage, or enduring the dowdy life of a nameless woman in the 1500s either. Not having had much of a real mother meant that Nadia felt too ill-equipped to even consider becoming one herself. She hadn’t been interested in a mate either; not at a time when the only avenue for that was marriage - a ball and chain for the free-spirited young woman. In retrospect, Nadia thinks she was something of a revolutionary woman for her time—a label which brought much alienation and danger over the years, but she has no regrets.
  {Did you ever consider that the devil doesn’t enjoy being so cruel?                     Or that she regrets what she’s done?                   Did you ever think, just for one second,   that maybe she looks up towards the sky and just wants to come home?}
So, unwilling to settle for any of the options being offered to her, Nadia spent the next nine years seeking out the vampires. It wasn’t supposed to take so long; but the nightmarish creatures weren’t as pervasive as folklore would have her believe. Most she encountered over that time span weren’t exactly a sane bunch. And then there was the added difficulty of trying to contact one in secret; without the Hunter’s Guild growing suspicious of her motives, or suspecting a possible traitor in their midst. That alone, would have been a death sentence. It was 1520 by the time opportunity struck. Nadia was well into her thirtieth year of life; an old-maid by the standards of the time. In more ways than one, vampirism was her saving grace.
So began her life on the run, a legacy she would come to find she shared with her mother. She had to leave Bulgaria; well-aware that the Guild would show her no mercy if they discovered what she’d done. It was difficult—but not impossible—to remain one step ahead of all the hunters she encountered, however. After all, she’d spent many years learning the tricks of their trade. Her travels took her out from under the thumb of the Ottoman Empire, freeing her from the bonds of tyranny her people were forced to endure for another 300 years. Instead, Nadia traveled far and wide; letting rumours of the - eventually infamous - Katherine Pierce determine her course. She couldn’t help but look for similarities between herself and her mother in every story along the way. She wanted, so badly, to know the woman; a desire that persisted even as Katherine’s fame took an increasingly sinister turn. Liar, murderer... A woman who manipulated, betrayed and would do anything to survive. Gone were the naive, little-girl dreams of a reunion with a mother who loved her; one who might be looking for her as well. She still wanted answers - was even more determined to get them - but she’d grown tough skin too. Thus, Nadia prepared herself for any version of her mother that might be true.
                                                       … You’re never disappointed.
Centuries passed and she made her living as a formidable bounty-huntress. One that specialized, ironically, in hunting vampires. She’d always hoped it would eventually lead to Katherine, and one day, it did just that. Nadia received a tip from an old friend that sent her to the United States. She traveled South, tracking the lead to New Orleans, where, after so many lifetimes, she came face to face with her mother... Only her mother doesn’t know it yet. Because Nadia is biding her time; trying to learn as much about Katherine as she can from the locals, as well as this new, seemingly quiet life she’s settled into. First she’ll learn, and then she’ll strike. Nadia’s been waiting for this encounter for so many decades; what’s a few more weeks to an immortal vampire when it comes to mommy dearest?..
WEB OF CONNECTIONS
Matthew Donovan: Bearing a striking resemblance to her first real love, Gregor, the blond-haired boy has definitely caught her attention. She used the resemblance as an excuse to find out more about him, and has since discovered that Matt has a heart of gold to match his hair. She feels a certain fondness for him that seems to deepen with each one of their encounters. Nadia’s heard through the grapevine that he’s been getting cozy with a young werewolf, but she doesn’t let that bother her. If she so chooses, Nadia knows she can tempt the do-gooder with a bat of her eyelashes and a killer smile. She’s her mother’s daughter, after-all. For now though, she’s content with their friendly little run-ins and has been toying with the idea of teaching Matt, whom she knows is on vervain, all about vampires.
Elena Gilbert: This might be another case of like mother, like daughter because she can’t stand the sanctimonious doppelganger. It has nothing to do with jealousy on her part; after-all, Nadia has little interest in Stefan or Damon and thinks her mother was too good for either of them. Instead, her dislike of Elena comes purely through tracking and observation. And what she’s observed, she doesn’t like; finding the young woman to be sullen, spoiled and weak. She doesn’t understand how people are so quick to confuse them; in her eyes, Elena and Katherine are nothing alike. And if it means earning her mother’s approval, she’d gladly kill off the girl and make it look like an accident.
Tajim Kloeckler-Kuyavar: Tajim knows things, and for all her abilities to track and hunt, Nadia feels like she never really knows all there is to know about her targets. While that isn’t normally necessary, it’s of the utmost importance when it comes to learning about her mother. There are so many rumours surrounding Katherine; so many myths and legends. What’s fact and what’s fiction? Nadia feels overwhelmed at the prospect of wading through five hundred years of opinions herself and she doesn’t know what to believe. So she’s befriended the psychic in the hopes that one day, she can bring him in touch with her mom and get right down to the truth. She’s trying to get to know Tajim in the meantime, until that day comes. So far, they get along. Nadia appreciates his tact and his discretion. Tajim is a scientist through and through, and she relates to his analytical and problem-solving skills. She doesn’t feel the same way about his husband Vic, however. She avoids the professor as much as possible without causing offense; finding his penchant for questions and conversation irritating and a waste of her time.
Tyler Lockwood: When in Rome, do as the Romans do. Since she’s arrived in New Orleans, Nadia has done her best to blend in with the other vampires in town. Unfortunately for the werewolves, that means following Marcel’s austere measures. To place herself above reproach, she’s even physically tackled a werewolf she spotted in the Quarter whilst some of Marcel’s lackeys were nearby. It just so happens that the victim in question was Tyler; a werewolf that hasn’t missed any opportunity to make himself a pain in the ass since then. Their subsequent encounters have been tense since then, and because of his ability to hold a grudge, Nadia’s feeling less and less guilty for her actions during that first run-in. The bounty-huntress doubts they’ll be getting along any time soon and it doesn’t bother her much.
Cora Hale: She had an ugly encounter with the teen in the Bayou. Not long after, Nadia learned that the girl had lost her older brother - and every other family member to her name. Her initial contempt for the werewolf has begun softening into something resembling the beginnings of sympathy, because Nadia knows all too well what it’s like to be alone. Still, that doesn’t mean she’ll hesitate to call Cora Hale out on all her crap. So next time they meet, she intends to do just that, and maybe teach the teen how to be a lot more shrewd, calculating, and underhanded in her goal to seek revenge on those who’ve caused her pain. After-all, the best weapon is one your enemies don’t see coming.
She has also been mentioned in the following bios: TBD
PLOT TEASERS:
Nadia might think she’s got the wool pulled over Tajim’s eyes, but she’s not the only one playing a game. The Arcane Society has their eye on Ms. Petrova for reasons they’ve yet to disclose to Tajim.
Nadia had never had any intentions of mothering any children, and technically speaking, she hasn’t. That’s what she tells herself when the nights get long and her heart yearns for family. She’s never known how to be a mother.
ON THE SOUNDTRACK OF HER LIFE: Coming Down  - Dum Dum Girls  (X)
FC: Olga Fonda, semi-negotiable.
FORTUNATELY FOR YOU, NADIA IS  O P E N!!

Today's Endless Skies
An AU where you can use ANY point in canon as a jumping off point! Pre and post canon are always popular choices. How would Klaus have reacted to human!Caroline? Or, since our endgame IS coming, how do you see it going down.
For @lalainajanes as a thank you for the body swap. Weirdly this went fluffy instead of smutty, but this will have to do! Hope you enjoy!
Chicago was cooler than she’d thought it’d be. Pinning a napkin between her knees, Caroline took her first taste of the hot dog she’d bought off a vendor and hummed in approval. She’d been disappointed my deep dish pizza, but this was delicious. The tiny park she’d found in her search for lunch was a lovely break from the press of tourists on the busier streets, and she took another careful bite. The wind wasn’t what she’d expected, and the spring gusts threatened to dislodge bits of relish and the napkin.
The last two days had been a much needed change from the chaos of Whitemore, the crazy from the whole Augustine mess. Maybe later she’d feel guilty about the text messages she’d been ignoring, the tiny bit of compulsion that had gotten her a decent hotel room at the last minute during the busy Spring Break season. Another itty bitty compulsion had gotten her an eager concierge who set about getting her tickets to the local museums and aquarium, and those were stuffed into her backpack.  She had a list of places she wanted to see. Food she wanted to try. Pictures she wanted to take, before she had to go back to the grind of her education and friend’s expectations.
Adjusting the tinfoil, she’d just stuffed another bite into her mouth when a familiar voice cut into her thoughts. “Care to slide over, love?”
She nearly choked, and gropped for the water bottle beneath the bench with watering eyes. When she finally composed herself, Klaus had pressed his lips together in a clear sign of hiding a smile, and she glared at him. “What are you doing here?”
A faint smile ghosted across his lips the, and his gaze lowered to the bench she’d deliberately taken up too much space on. Caroline debated popping that knowing bubble and saying no, but her curiosity would drive her insane. So she juggled her backpack and lunch to make enough room for him to sit. It didn’t surprise that he chose to sit as close as possible, the heat of his thigh brushing hers as he settled. It did surprised her when he unwrapped his own hotdog, seemingly perfectly at ease.
Not a look she’d have associated with Klaus, but one that was weirdly appealing.
“Seriously though,” she jabbed him with lightly with an elbow, not fighting the flicker at satisfaction as she jostled his food. “This is Chicago.”
A sardonic glance from beneath his lashes. “I’m aware, Caroline.”
She set her teeth as he took a of bite his hotdog, her nose wrinkling instinctively at the sight of jalapenos. Gross. “No, seriously, this had better be a case of really weird serendipity, because if you followed me here I’m going to get mean.”
The gleam of laughter in his gaze almost hid the faint shadows under his eyes, and she wondered long he had to go without sleep to look tired. She’d heard a few rumors from Stefan about the awfulness that had gone down in New Orleans, had maybe followed started following New Orleans PD twitter account out of pure curiosity. Finding Klaus here instead of tangled in whatever supernatural shenanigans were still occurring was kind of huge shock.
Klaus didn’t seem bothered by her staring, and she pretended not to watch as his tongue snaked out across his lips. One brow arched as he tipped his head in her direction, unphased by her scrutiny. “I assure you, I was just as surprised to see you wandering the streets of Chicago as I imagine you were to see me.”
She weighed his words, decided she’d believe him. Elena had only texted her once or twice, and Caroline had already told Bonnie that she needed a few days of space. There was no reason for her friends to have been worried about her, and none of them would have clued Klaus in to her plans. “Okay, then why are you here?”
“Business,” Klaus said.
Caroline paused in mid bite, eyes narrowed. “Do I want to know?”
He smiled, dimples cutting deep. “Nothing of real import, love. You shouldn’t be bothered on your vacation.”
She nodded, and they ate in silence for the next few moments as Caroline tried not to let the heat of him distract her. It was strangely comfortable sitting on a park bench and eating lunch with Klaus. It was so different than any of her other encounters with him, and the ease of it was slightly alarming. Caroline had always assumed that the next time she’d see Klaus would be a little awkward. Men tended to look at you differently once they’d seen you naked, and she’d somehow doubted that a thousand years of living would curb that.
The way that Klaus unabashedly watched her eat did hold little flickers of that scalding possessiveness she’d grown somewhat accustomed to seeing, but there was no expectation in his eyes. Instead, posture was as relaxed as she’d ever seen him, even though she knew he was tracking and cataloging every possible threat around him. It was likely that talking with Klaus on neutral territory would be a strain on her self control, but she found she didn’t want him to leave.
It was… nice.
“Why Chicago?” he murmured once she’d balled up the foil, water bottle crinkling in her hand as she finished it off. She looked at him in question and he glanced around before his gaze returned to her, nothing but curiosity on his face. “I’d have thought New York or L.A. would be more to your tastes.”
“Thought about it,” she said slowly, leaning back against the bench to enjoy the sunshine, ignoring that the move pushed her leg that much closer to his. “Seemed a bit predictable.”
Klaus mimicked her position, one booted foot crossing across the other. “Oh?”
Caroline considered how much she wanted to tell him, weighing her options. She knew it unlikely that Klaus would judge her, would even likely be a decent sounding board for the discontent she found herself wrestling with. Too good of one, really. She wasn’t sure if she was ready for that kind of honesty, not yet.
Tipping her head back, she sighed and watched a small child chase a balloon. “I just needed a break.”
Klaus was silent for several moments, clearly considering how best to respond to that statement. Finally he nodded, fingers laced across the flatness of his abdomen. “I can’t say that I blame you, love. Your friends are exactly what I’d consider restful.”
She rolled her eyes. “Really?”
He ignored the bite in her tone. “Tell me, what does Caroline Forbes do when she decides to spread her wings?”
Caroline shrugged, a small amused smile curling her lips. “Oh you know, the normal touristy things. Museums. Food. Getting lost on the loop. Maybe the Aquarium.”
“Sounds delightful,” he drawled.
She snorted, knowing full well that the Aquarium would be a nightmare for Klaus. So many people, the screaming children a constant clatter with his ears. Still, it wouldn’t do any good to let him think that she actually cared. “Why? Interested in seeing some dolphins do tricks?”
“Hardly,” Klaus said disdainfully. His head angled in her direction, eyes gone dark and tempting, tongue sliding across his bottom lip. “However, if you’d be interested in a few of the more… lesser known sights, I’d be happy to show you.”
She held herself still, refusing to show the shiver that threatened to roll down her spine at the rumble in his words. There was a wealth of invitations in his eyes, and she shouldn’t feel so breathless at just a few words. Refusing to let herself be dragged into the memories of the last time he’d been so closer, she cleared her throat. Particularly when she was pretty sure she might have a chance to reenact them, if she wanted too.
“I’ve got pretty high standards about touristy things, Klaus,” Caroline returned playfully, both brows arching. “Is this business of yours going to interrupt?”
He waved a hand, gaze dipping to trace the lines of her smile with his eyes. “I’m all yours.”
It was a loaded statement, and she refused to look beneath the surface, for the hints of gravel in his voice. Scraping her teeth over her lip, she poked the solid muscle of his bicep. “I get to change my mind if you’re boring.”
He caught her hand, flattened her palm against the hot muscle, his smile a wicked tease. “Not an accusation that I’ve had laid at my feet before, but I suppose there is a first time for everything. Feel free to offer suggestions.”
Looking heavenward for patience at the casual arrogance in his words, she still let him pull her to her feet. They discarded their trash, headed for the intersection they’d approved earlier. Klaus didn’t do anything like reach for her hand, but there was no doubt from the closeness of his body language they he was with her and it was another revelation that she didn’t mind that either.
“How long are you in Chicago?”
A quick, heated glance as they moved across the street. “I suppose that depends on you.”
Caroline considered that and decided that this Spring Break had the potential to be a lot more fun than she’d anticipated.

Meet and Greet
Note: the Italic lines are where we talk on our language not english. Enjoy!
When at the end I decided to inform my parents I have a significant other, they insisted on meeting him, he was eager to meet them too, so he took some days off, and we flew to Europe. My twin-sister said she will back me up, so she was gonna come with her faience too. Although my partner kinda understand and spoke my mother tongue, I instructed him to say he isn’t.
When we arrived, just for lunch, and the family met him, my father was shocked he is vegan and also not drinking alcohol; my dad was prepared with variates of exquisite drinks and raw dry meat specials; I was yet again scoffed with my poor choice of men. My father even asked if he is “at least usable for something” to which I refused to answer and only rolled my eyes. My mother was disappointed I didn’t picked the prettiest one – his mostly short hair was fluffy and pointing at all directions as his beard, and my grandma started feeding him, because he was “too skinny”. Non of the said was true, but … parents!
The next evening, which felt like years, my sis finally arrived with her man. He was welcomed like a King, no hard feelings here. There were salads, desserts, meat, wine, whisky, for their favourite to-be-son-in-law. We just stood there unnoticed, but happy to be finally alone with each other.
My Love was always busy, not that I complained, he was a blast at everything he was doing, and I also enjoyed watching him work and create. I recently quit my job in Boston, to move to LA with him, and was currently working with him, helping the crew … ops family … in every way I can.
When finally noticed by my sister, she screamed so loud, even I flinched. She jumped on hugging me and kissing me. When she saw him … God! She was more quiet than the Death itself! She looked at me, than at him, than at me again, and in the end at her fiancé.
-        That’s your boyfriend? – she barely managed to whisper.
-        Yep! – I proudly smiled.
She was obviously shocked.
-        Yes I know she used to hate me, I am aware of all the full and complete story. – he joked.
-        Where is his King … welcoming? – she whispered and started to panic already.
-        I am no king … - he laughed it off – I came because that’s the tradition … to be honest I am not a fan of meeting people who treated their child so poor, just because she didn’t fit in their views of the world … - I gently kicked him under the small coffee table.
-        He is vegan and also doesn’t drink, barely eats, because he forgets … how do you see my parents having a … “welcoming ceremony” on him?
-        Oh God! – she sat on my lap, still in shock.
-        I am Jared, btw. – he offered his hand.
-        Mila! Although I know who you are.
-        Yeah, I guess you do. Nice pics, I counted 7, Lallo is really very photogenic. I am sure it’s Italian thing. – he joked. And she was now more red then the idea of red itself.
-        That’s Stefan, her to-be-husband. She had to flew to Italy to met him, and it turned out he was from the city nearby. – they nod a greeting.
-        Faith, destiny …
-        A horse! – we both laugh.
We sat on the big dinner table, eating and talking - everything and nothing. Foods and drinks were passed by around. I managed to steal a bowl of green salad, after reassuring him, it was made for him, and no one will miss it, he hugged the bow and start eat it. My dad asked questions about him, to which I answered, without even asking. I was scoffed yet again, to let the boy talk, but I had to explain, he doesn’t speak our language, besides the “idiot” and “homeless crap” that I call him, when mad. My sister chocked on her wine, after I said how I call him, and kick me quite harsh. Her fiancé was asked about his job and achievements, the family was indeed interested. His achievements were highly prized by my parents. At some point he turned to my sister and whispered he is feeling uncomfortable, because whet he does in nothing compared to saving the environment ad helping those in heed.
-        If you are feeling awkward, which I think it’s true by the face you are making, don’t be, I am not doing this for glory, but because it had to be done.
-        So … you …
-        Understand, I am horrible at speaking to many consonants next to each other. – he laughed. – please continue, I manage to keep up, and it’s indeed interesting.
Stefan smiled and continued talking, but a little bit slowly, pronouncing the words with caution so they will be easier to understand. The fluffy mess with the salad bow was indeed interested. As he always is when there is something new, and these were 2.
My sister wasn’t the gloating type, she was just a person that was good at everything she does. And my parents loved to throw her success on my face, showing me how unworthy I am. My mother disliked me even more, because it was me who prevent my sister of blind-following my mother like a puppet. Not that she didn’t saw it, but when she didn’t I protected her of the “do everything so the others will like you” decease.
-        He liked it a lot.
-        What?
-        The arrangement of the pics. Don’t you think I didn’t told him, or make pictures of the pictures to show him. – I winked at my sis.
-        When?
-        Like … yesterday! – I laughed.
-        It’s Italian thing … - J mumbled with mouth full of lettuce.
My mother raised her brow at him. “No Talking with mouth full”, I translated and he nod in apology. My sister was still shocked. After almost 2 hours of dinner she finally asked:
-        Aren’t you gonna tell them?
-        What? – I got close to her.
-        Who he is!
-        No!
-        Why?
-        They will drown us in “famous people bullshit theory and prejudices”, thanks, but no thanks! His mother presented me in front of her friends as her daughter. I can’t do this to him! Also me and Tomo are amazing with backings in the kitchen. I am sure Vicki is a little bit heavier after we met. – I giggled.
-        Horrible, you are gonna ruin these people. What about his brother?
-        Aww … I am his baby sis now, so I guess he likes me. I am trying to convince him he wants to ask a sexy “Rolling Stones” journalist out, they like each other a lot, actually, he just needs a lil push, that’s all.
J looked at us, obviously judging.
-        He knows what are we talking about! – she said in awe, his weird-blue-eyes gaze had the power to leave people speechless.
-        Yeah, probably and definitely the name of the magazine, and the “journalist” word gave us away. – I laughed. He winked at me. – He understands the similar words, I often yell at our language, but that’s all!
-        So, he is having no idea, what we are talking about?
-        Probably not. – I chuckled - … but I am not sure how he’s going, he still refuses to tell me! –.i yelled and he made a grimace.
-        Are you guys gonna get married?
-        You are asking for Lallo, aren’t you?
-        Italian thing … - he pointed his fork at her – told ya!
-        Yeah you did. – I laughed and she rolled her eyes.
The next day me and J had to fly back to LA, my sis and her man stayed for a few days more. Later that night she send me this video of our parents watching one of his TV statements for saving the environment, the nature, the animals, better future for humanity, for the upcoming generations, no wars … It was an old one because he looked different, thank God, and they didn’t managed to recognize him. My grandmother just sighs and was like “can’t she find herself someone like him … he is not perfect, but they will match, they are weird in the same way”. To which my sister laughed and ends the video.

Chapter 91
April hold Kol's hand and made sure to never let it go until they would be back to real world.
April witness Kol has a human, he had his hair longer, going to his shoulder and wavy, and wearing simple and tradicional Viking clothes. She saw his memories of him doing spells and looking for new spells when wouldn't be practicing spells in his room or in the woods. She saw him also looking at Klaus, Rebekah and Elijah with envy and clearly wanting to be closer to them, but for some reason he wasn't.
Then it came to the moment the Mikaelsons turn into vampires, April saw how Mikael made them drink from an innocent woman, then she saw how Kol and his siblings struggled with their new way of living and then they saw his memories after Kol and his siblings had flee to someplace far away of their home, making April see the people he killed and how he seemed so careless with them, not even wanting to bury their bodies nor make graves to them, the memories of his kills kept coming and April noticed Kol looking down in shame, so she squeezed his hand, trying to show him she was still there for him and after many memories, everything went black to the two of them and when they woke up, they were in Kol's room.
"April... what you saw... I didn't want you to see that." Kol whispered trying to explain himself but he knew there was no real way to explain all of those killings. "I am no longer that man."
"I don't want to think about that now, Kol. Can we just stay here for awhile and appreciate you being okay? Please..." April whispered and Kol nodded, só April hugged him tightly.
She felt a bit confused. She saw Kol as this sweet, caring, childish and funny guy and even if she knew Kol was a vampire who killed people, she never was able to really process that until she saw it with her own eyes. She saw the horrible things Kol did and what worried her was how reckless and careless he was in those memories, making her question if there was a limit to his reckless side and even if he was doing alright now, if he would be able to keep controlling his urges for much longer.
Even with these things crossing her mind, April was focusing on how happy she was to have Kol back and she didn't want to think in anything but his well-being, at least for now.
*Meanwhile*
Stefan and Rebekah hold hand as they went through her door and Stefan saw Rebekah as a child, being scared of a storm and how Klaus was so kind to her and gave her a Knight, he then saw how close she was with her siblings, how Elijah and Niklaus were protective of her, how caring she was to her younger brother Henrik and also the argues she would have with Kol. Stefan saw human Rebekah trying to do magic because of how much Esther wanted her to be a witch instead of Kol, Stefan saw how much Rebekah tried to be a good daughter, friend and sister, which didn't surprise him because she still worked hard to be a good person and she would always be there for the people she cared about. Stefan saw Rebekah as a human, using Mikael's sword to stand up to Mikael, coming in Klaus's defense, making Stefan admire how loyal and badass his girlfriend was and still is.
Then it appeared the memories of her after turning into a vampire. Some of them were good but most of them was her being on the run, scared of Mikael, having her heart broken by men who used her just to get closer to Klaus with intentions of getting more power or to hurt him, he witness Klaus becoming more paranoid and stop trusting Rebekah, he saw how Klaus killed her lovers and yelled at her because of her wanting to find true love, making him only see why for her it's so important to let people have freedom to make their own choices and speak what's in their mind.
Stefan witness Rebekah feeling like a prisoner and feel more and more lonely by the years passing. He then saw her memories of him and her in Chicago and then how Klaus After compelling Stefan to forget everything made Rebekah go with him and because she decided to stay, he daggered her, making her have a shocked, heartbroken and disappointed face, almost like if it was the first time Klaus did that to her.
Finally everything went blank and the two woke up in Rebekah's room.
"How are you feeling?" Stefan quickly asked when saw Rebekah waking up.
Tumblr media
"I'm fine. You weren't kidding... My room seems like Elijah's." Rebekah whispered and Stefan quickly hugged her but she broke the hug and look at him with a very serious face. "Before you say anything... I know that you saw many of the things I went through but if you dare to even show me a small glance of pity, I will kick your ass."
"Why would I pity you? I admire you. I don't know how you never turn it off. You're so much stronger and braver than me." Stefan whispered and Rebekah kissed him passionately.
*Meanwhile*
Elena knew Elijah had some issues when it come to facing his wrong doings, not because he wasn't sorry but because he had a defense mechanism that made him cope with the horrors of his vampirism.
Elena saw how he fall in love with Tatia and how he stopped himself from getting closer to her because he was aware of Niklaus's feelings for her, making Elena smile, seeing human or not, Elijah would always put his family above all, which meant a lot to her. She also witness how he was very close with his siblings and how they would joke around like all normal families do.
Didn't took long, for the memories after Elijah turned into a vampire to appear, one of the first memories was when he found Tatia, after she witnessing the dead bodies in the woods, Elena saw how Elijah tried to control his bloodlust but he was still unable to fully control himself and his urges, and quickly he started to run after Tatia and drain her. Elena noticed how much that memory affected Elijah, so she squeezed his hand, in a comforting way.
The memories after the Mikaelsons ran from Mikael started to appear, making Elena see how Elijah always kept his promise of Always and Forever, how he tried to remain calm and his family together. Of course, along the years, his siblings didn't stay always together, but he still worried about all of them, he worried about them being discovered, he worried about Rebekah trusting someone she shouldn't, he worried about Klaus and Kol's reckless behaviors, he worried that as the years passed, his siblings would lose their humanity, mostly with Klaus's, fearing that he would went to the point of being unable of redeeming himself and become the big bad wolf who only cares about power and breaking the curse.
Elena saw how Elijah put on himself carry on his shoulders everything that happened to his family. She saw how he made his life mission to get his family together again, making many times the decision of letting his own happiness just to make sure his siblings would be alright, which broke Elena's heart because Elijah didn't deserve to carry all that pain.
Suddenly everything went black and they woke up in Elijah's bedroom, making Elijah take some of the wires of the medical equipment Elena put on his room to ensure his well-being.
"Elijah..." Elena whispered and noticed Elijah avoiding eye-contact. "Elijah, look at me."
"You saw what I've done..." Elijah whispered with his eyes watery, not wanting to look at her, fearing to see her disgusted or afraid of him.
"Please, look at me." She whispered as she cupped his cheeks, making him look at her. "You went through a lot. I don't know how you managed to be such a good person with everything that happened to you. You carry all this pain and worry on your shoulders, all by yourself... You should had someone to carry all that with you. I honestly am speechless with your perseverance. I have no idea how... It doesn't matter now. What matters is that you no longer need to carry all that worry and pain by yourself. I'm here. You no longer need to do everything alone. You have me."
"I love you so much, Elena Gilbert." Elijah whispered and kissed her with everything he had. "You are the perfect woman."

*Meanwhile*
Caroline noticed how afraid Klaus was of opening the door so after everyone went in to their own doors, she kissed Klaus softly and rest her forehead in his.
"We all have blood on our hands. You simply have more because you've lived longer. I won't stop loving you, no matter what I'll see." Caroline whispered. "Remember, our love is stronger than anything that might try to destroy us."
"Do you promise?" He whispered.
"I promise." She whispered and then they went through the door.
Caroline saw young Klaus mixing colors to find new colors, she saw him training archery with Elijah, she saw him being there for Henrik and Rebekah when they needed him and she saw how Mikael abused him even when he was a child, which only made Caroline angry and heartbroken. Then she saw his memories about Tatia and how he felt betrayed when she picked Elijah, she knew what was like to be the second choice and didn't wish that to anyone, especially not to Klaus.
Then it appeared the memories after him turning and finding out he was a hybrid, she saw how he found his biological father killed by Mikael, she saw Esther cursing him to not be able to use his werewolf side, she saw him killing Esther because of him feeling so betrayed and she saw how he was terrified of Mikael.
She saw how along the years his fear of Mikael grew more and more, how that fear turned into paranoia and how he become afraid of being abandoned by his siblings because of him being the bastard, she saw how he felt unloved and lonely over the years and how he would dagger his siblings simply because he was afraid they would leave his side.
Caroline saw that Mikael did games just to terrify Klaus even more, like killing a horse to send a warning or hurt the few people he trusted and cared about.
Eventually everything went black and and they woke up in Klaus's bedroom. Caroline woke up and saw Klaus about to leave the room.
"Where are you going?"
"You saw everything. The killings I've done. The tortures... The things that made me terrified... You know everything about my past, meaning you know I'm an abomination of nature, who was never meant to exist and who does not deserve to be loved." Klaus said with his eyes watery, acing the wall because he didn't want his last memory of Caroline being her hating him.
"What are you talking about?" Caroline whispered. "What I've seen was a man who is braver than he thinks and who suffered way more than deserved."
"What you've seen was a weak and coward human who turn into an abomination that destroys everything around him. Meaning, if you don't leave, he might destroy you too, even if that's the last thing he wants." Klaus said, making Caroline angry and garb his wrist to make him turn around to face her.
"Listen to me very carefully. Niklaus Mikaelson, you are not and never were weak. You were always brave. Yes, you had fears but everyone has fears. And yes, you did mistakes along the way, but you learned from your mistakes. You do not destroy everything around you. And you are not going to destroy me."
"How can you be so sure?"
"Because I've become a better person since I've been around you. You make me be brave and take risks. You make me want to go see the unknown. You make me be better. And that is the complete opposite of destroying me." Caroline said and cupped his cheeks. "Don't do this. Don't push me away. I love you so much..."
"I don't deserve you..." Klaus whispered to himself and kissed her with everything he had.

The Originals Season 5 Episode 11: Nobody died during a wedding this time. Hurray
What a day to be alive. The last two episodes of the Originals is coming up and Caroline will be in both.
Review
The gang is back together. We are morning my baby’s death for like two minutes then Declan drops the bombshell. He knows everything, he is on vervain and wants to lead the human faction. And that was the moment I started hating Declan. He just crossed the line and is in the same annoying human cesspool as Alaric and Matt. Congrats to the Q´s most hated club. Feel free to mingle with her second hate group, which consists of annoying female protagonists in the shows. This includes Bonnie, Sybil, any Heretic but Valerie, Vicky, Antoinette, Camille and so many more all-stars. Marcel locks Declan up for now.
On the other side Freelin are all in love and stuff and are deciding to put on their wedding today. Elijah is kinda being selfish and says no to walking his sis down the aisle. They set the whole spiel up and then for ten minutes the wedding is in danger, because Freya announces she doesn´t want to have a family, because the Mikaelsons are all a broken family and she is scared to do that to a child. She is upset for like a minute until Rebekah tells her, Hey girl maybe you can do it. Yeah so with no effort Freya changes her opinion and there is a whole heartfelt emotional scene between Freelin, who as the Originals most beloved lesbian couple will from no on until eternity always referred to as one unit. Freelin forever.
Elijah’s story line was my favourite in this episode, but before that one let’s quickly jump to the Klaus and Hope plot. Klaus asks my girl Davina to help him with Hope. Davina the old wise sensei collects some tears from Hop after the girl cried on a rose about……I want to say Bill the archivist. He had one line and no personality, but I feel a connection between the two of us man. The tears are all magiced up and we find out that Hope is dying from the Hollow. It’s the whole the dark magic is killing you from the inside thing. What can they do? I don’t know, but surely something.
Now to Elijah. Elijah is struggling with a memory of Hailey we´ve never seen before. It turns out like a lot of Mikaelsons she did visit him in France. Elijah truly was at his best in France. She hides her name (sort of) and talks with Elijah technically about him and they go to an art gallery and flirt and drink and it´s really sweet and charming. They share a romantic moment and then Hayley leaves. They talk about finding each other in another life again and it´s so ironic it hurts, because in another life they did. He know, who Hayley was, when he attacked her Hayley actually wrote him a letter. Elijah is about to leave town like that selfish dude Vincent, who couldn´t even stay a couple hours longer for his really good friend’s wedding. Man
In the most dramatic fashion Elijah reads the letter and decides to stay. He goes to the wedding and both Klaus and Elijah walk their sister down the aisle
Well the wedding happens. Girl doesn´t Keelin have some sort of werewolf friends? Anyway it´s quite pretty and nice. Nobody died like Jo. I mean one could still die like Stefan. Weddings are not really great in this universe. In an ironic ha-ha they are ancient vampire moment Kol mentions something about an Italian monk in some century. How funny. Bitch I´m quaking…….Ok let’s move on.
After the wedding they dance a little and the concerned family looks at Hope dancing and getting tipsy on champagne. Fuck it up Girl. She gives a speech, which caught my attention. She said that with these happy moments she hopes to be part of Forever and Always too, which is quite sad when you think about it. At some point Hope will be dead and her father not. He can look over his grandkids for all eternity, but his daughter will die and Freelin too. Vincent and all the others will vanish and in the end it will just always be the Mikaelson siblings (+Marcel).
Marcel and Rebekah talk insisting that they will never be over and with a change of heart Marcel frees Declan and offers to teach him how to rule.
That seems about it.
 Thoughts and theories
I have something to say about the brother hug scene. The symbolism is amazing in this scene. It not only shows the love between the brothers, but how time after time family love trumps romantic love on the show. The balcony is the same balcony Klaus and Camille kissed for the first time an obvious romantic moment, but Camille is as dead as my unexfoliated skin cells and not there anymore, but who is still there with Klaus on this balcony? It is his brother Elijah. The hug shoot parallels the Klaus and Camille kiss just also from the camera shot. Love and lust went and came for these brothers and this family for thousands of years and even when all their ex-lovers are only dust there will still be the two brothers on that balcony. I though the symbolism was truly incredible. Once in a blue moon I´ll recognize that in the show and I love it.
I have an actual theory. Call the boys and deliver the world the good news. I, master of everything and funniest person on the planet, predict Elijah’s afterlife. It will be in that bar in France, because that´s where he was the happiest. He will play piano for eternity right up there with Hayley. He will see her again after his life ended. It´s just logical knowing that their parting was so brutal and not romantic at all. It´s the typical make the audience feel good moment.
Next episode
So Hope is in critical condition. She goes through her first werewolf transformation since she triggered it with sweet old Bill an episode earlier. I guess it will worsen her condition, because they all talk about how it´s killing her and that she won´t survive the night. Spoiler: She definitely will. The suspense completely vanishes when the girl is already filming her spin off show.
Klaus and Elijah go to Mystic Falls to see Caroline, because she is an expert in tri-supernatural teenage girls with a curse inside? I don´t really know, but she has been an incredible guidance for Klaus this season and is always full of obnoxious/helpful opinions, so throw it all out there honey.
Elijah comes to some heart wrenching realization about Hope and I guess it´s that she is dying?
The most obnoxious part about the synopsis is that god damn Alaric Saltzman will be A: in it and B: being in the way of whatever plan Klaus has. God damn Alaric. He, Matt and Declan are really the definition of obnoxious white boys with blondish hair, who can´t keep their noses out of everybody’s fucking business.
The thing I´m most excited about though is that we will meet a bunch of characters from the new Legacies spin off. That will include Caroline’s twins, who are apparently mean girls now.
So I googled the characters of Legacy and there are a bunch of names of minor characters, but lets only discuss the main cast, which is Hope, the twins, Alaric and two dudes named Landon and M.G.
Landon is in the new episode in fact. I don´t know about M.G, but here is who those two dudes are:
M.G: He is the black character. DiVeRsItY. Fuck yeah. Look this shit is so ridiculous. He is like the Bonnie of the show. That one black main cast kid and I´m disappointed. Beside from that he is described as popular, kick-ass and brilliant nerd. Look either the kid is going to be gay or a best friend type to Hope, who will date a twin later or whatever. Since he is a student I would guess him to be a witch since he’s black and that´s often the case. Of course a werewolf is also likely, but I don´t think he´s a vampire. But to think of it the witches are pretty covered with the twins so maybe I lean to werewolf.
Landon: Now he is going to be more main than M.G I think. He is not a student, but I think he will be. I think at some point in Legacy he will turn. Either he has a werewolf gene or will turn into a vampire. I guess the later. His description has more to offer and it says he is a thoughtful, compassionate, self-aware, romantic kid desperate to escape his broken home and his small southern town. He has a shady past and investigating it could lead him into the dangerous world of the supernatural. Hope finds him when he is getting bullied, so good luck Landon cause last time she helped someone who got bullied people died. Maybe his shady past has something to do with either being a supernatural hunter or werewolf, but I´m so bored of all the definitions. Can´t he be something new? Like a mermaid? Or anything from the sea? Why? Anyway he is a hot contestant for Hopes love triangle. The actor looks like every dark haired, strong chin, white dude and sorry hoe but Roman is hotter than you.
Roman is actually not listed in Legacy, but I think that will be just a matter of time until the last season finishes and then they´ll add more. They do that a lot on the internet to avoid spoiling too much. I think I want to see Roman again, because after all he is quite hot and I think diamond boy is growing on me a little, but don´t think that saves you hoe, because I change my opinion in a split second.
That´s almost all of my information about the next episode and Legacy characters, but before I´ll go I think the title says a lot about what maybe could happen.
The title is a “Tale of Two Wolves” and that story is actually quite a famous Native American legend. It´s about a grandfather telling his grandson a story about two wolves fighting. When his grandson asks which wolf won the fight he says whichever wolf he chose to feed. What that basically means is a metaphor about an inner conflict a person has. It could be good or evil for an example. Good and evil fight in your brain to “win” to influence you. Which side of yourself wins is determined by the actions you take and if their good or evil. For example if you´re doing malicious things the “Evil Wolf” wins in your brain. I hope that was somewhat understandable.
If we see it from a Good vs evil standpoint it could mean the Mikaelson family especially Klaus who constantly battles with that. The Wolfs of course references the werewolves in the show. That transition into one is what Hope goes through. Finally Hope is fighting a battle in her head right now, with the hollow spooking around and destroying her. I like the idea actually of that being what saves Hope. Choosing to oppose the Hollow, who obviously is an evil, corrupting spirit with her own good nature?
So yeah.
I´m out kids
The review for the Tale of Two Wolves will be out about two or one day before the finale because I got plans and I´m going to be gone
XOXO
