BACKGROUND INFO
a bit of a shy kid growing up. their family was comprised of a mother, father, and little sister, sammy.
one of the first things everyone noticed about kat was their intelligence. they were very advanced for their age, and it brought unwanted attention from the neighborhood kids.
on the way home from school, some kids always pushed kat around, until one day they fought back. They got a pocket knife and they didn’t do anything with it, just empty threats. However, it was enough to scare off the bullies. The group thought they were crazy so they didn’t bother Kat anymore.
could’ve graduated high school early or could’ve gone to an Ivy League school. chose neither. Instead of academics, Kat works at a record store. A box of their shit is in the attic, after a bad fight they had with their dad.
Indira and Patrick Vohra married too young, if you can call what they had marriage. Kat maintains they’re just playing house. Regardless, they didn’t last, Indira splitting when they were ten. Kat still remembers the headlights growing smaller and smaller in the California fog as she drove away.
It’s just them, Sammy, and their dad. Their dad was absent, too, so it was really just Kat and Sammy. The only reason Kat didn’t leave their childhood neighborhood sooner is because a) money and b) to look after Sammy.
After a fight with their dad when Sammy started missing a bunch of school and no one else was giving a shit (mind you, Kat dropped out of high school at this point), Kat convinced Sammy move into the record store with them. They set up two cots to try to give Sammy a home where she’s well-fed and relatively happy.
One night, the record store was burglarized. Kat tried to intervene to stop the burglar while Sammy watched, crouched in the doorframe behind the register. During the scuffle, the intruder made an inappropriate comment about her, and Kat blacked out. The only thing they remembered after coming to was the blood on their hands and the tears soaking their voice as they told Sammy to get her stuff and go back home to their dad. Sammy protested at first, but eventually, she returned to their father’s home.
Kat tried to skip town to avoid getting arrested, but what happened at the store eventually caught up to them. The authorities knew everything that happened from the security footage, an oversight that Kat forgot about in their haste to flee the scene. Just outside city limits, two suited assholes strutted up to them in a diner and promised that they could make the footage disappear — or, Kat could spend years of their life in prison, and miss out on seeing their sister for a while.
Kat hesitated. They weren’t gonna go all the way across the country for a fucking spy school, working for a government they were smart enough to despise.
But what about Sammy?
So, Kat cut a deal. They’d go to this spy school if, and only if, Sammy could enroll, too. Luckily, it could be arranged. Sammy wasn’t old enough for college, but she could go to a spy prep school, where she’d be safe and she can have a better life than Kat could ever have.
And Kat agreed. The two agents held out their hands for a handshake but the contempt flashing in Kat’s eyes was enough to tell they might lose that hand. They wouldn’t, of course, they’re trained and lethal, but Kat was feral in a way they’d never know how to be.

really passionate around music and photography, hides behind their camera sometimes. musically, they’re more interested in experimental sounds/production than actually playing it. playing it requires talent, to which they unfortunately have none.
very reclusive and self-isolating. is really just kind of shy and doesn’t talk much.
could not give two shits. says things just to say things sometimes, doesn’t actually mean them.
can and will go along with any shenanigans. the kind of person you go to with your bad ideas because they’re a ride or die
genius but lazy, kind of manipulative but it’s just bc they’re a scorpio. will be really annoying to get you to leave them alone. their main goal is peace and quiet always, keeping their head ducked until they're free from this fancy prison and can see their sister again.

tldr; the only child of two once-retired fbi agents who went back to duty when their home got invaded by a bunch of rogue agents causing a then-young mags (like around 12 or smth) to be stuck in their family barn for around two-three days straight

his parents didn’t have much faith in him because, of the four siblings, he’s definitely the slacker — his youngest brother graduated before him, even, so they really didn’t have much hope for him (especially after he started going to gallagher instead to finish his education)
attended blackthorne for 2 years, trained to be an assassin, learned he’s not actually half bad at combat and stealth sorts of tasks; most people don’t take him seriously, so he uses that to his advantage when he has the need to
he’s probably never killed anyone but like would you think he has looking at him ? no ! he looks goofy !
he seems like he doesn’t take very much seriously and mayhaps has half a brain, but a lot of that is an act, he actually has three fourths a brain and a lot of the goofy persona isn’t really him behind closed doors

family background.
okay so basically this is a revamp on a character i wrote like seven years ago and i miss dearly but also rp seven years ago was a lot different so we are fixing a lot of things. but anyway, the manfredini’s are a family similar to the cody’s from animal kingdom ??? sort of ?? each member plays their part and they’re all assholes.
they run a chain of hotels across the eastern united states that they operated out of, laundering their money through their various business transactions and using these hotels as a place to make trades and deals, etc etc etc. ace is the brains of the entire operation once he’s old enough to have critical thought, and it would later be his role in the family that got him into gallagher — only after the entire family came crashing down though.
tl;dr they all suck and they want your money. just a coupla burdens on society.
about ace.
on september 15, 1998 when the sun was at it’s highest in the sky, the manfredini family welcomed their last born son — wallace pietro manfredini. there were three before him and with a large gap between he and the rest, but they were still all as close as a family of their nature could be.
ace demonstrated a high mental aptitude from a young age and because of this, he would go on to play a massive role in the family business once he was the right age. despite this though, he was conditioned to be just like the others in his family — cold, violent, deceiving, and crafty. ace always knew how to keep his family one step ahead of the competition and the authorities, preserving their public image and pristine reputation. ace was a bit of a jack of all trades and could perform the tasks that his siblings struggled with. they were all tougher on him than they were on each other, using extreme discipline to keep him motivated and arduous physical training to prepare him for the future. it was all way too much for him to handle at his young age. it also meant that he took on more and more of the responsibility and with the weight of this world on his shoulders, it was only a matter of time before it all came crumbling down.
when ace was seventeen, his family had grown obsessive with the idea of robbing an old friend — one who had recently wronged them. vengeance was the only thing guiding their plans, and despite ace’s protests and lectures about why it was a horrible idea, they moved forward with it anyway. all had been going smoothly and they had nearly cracked the safe when the man returned home despite ace’s reassurances that he’d be gone for nearly three hours. the situation grew dire and so his eldest brother made the sacrifice and charged the man, but was shot before he could reach him. and even though he desperately wished to stay and help his brother, ace was dragged away by the others to avoid having their identities revealed as well.
for months the family passed under the radar as they dealt with the shocking news that a member from their family had been shot during a breaking and entering. people were suspicious though — there were others in the home at the time it occurred and the numbers of the other surviving siblings added up. this is where the story takes it’s turn. ace couldn’t get the image out of his mind. he couldn’t understand why his family handled this loss like it had meant nothing. so, ace did the only thing he knew how to do — he planned.
ace presents this plan to his family once it’s done but they all refuse — it’s time to move on, kid. but he couldn’t let it go, he was lost on sleep for months and the hours and hours spent in front of a punching bag simply wasn’t enough. but what ace hadn’t planned for, was the people who had been watching him and his family since it had happened. the private investigators that wanted to take the manfredini family down — they just needed that one slip up. they found it in ace.
ace leaves his home with his well thought out plan, one that he executed perfectly on his path back to where it all happened. he avoided cameras and had set up several alibis along the way but anger was guiding him still, otherwise he would’ve caught his tail before he left the home that evening. and just like it had happened all those months ago, the man stood outside his home exactly where he wasn’t meant to be — ace does not remember what came next but he rests easier now knowing that he never took a life that night, because his actions were intercepted before it was taken too far.
he’s recruited to attend gallagher following high school because of the events of that night, and the promise he showed throughout his life until that moment. however, this offer was only allowed under the condition he turn in his family and, quite frankly, ace was tired enough to oblige. he adopts his grandmother’s maiden name and legally changes his first name to ace.
for the summer leading up to and for the duration of his first year, ace is heavily monitored and forced to take anger management courses. he is also required to perform so many hours of volunteer work to keep him occupied during his studies and training.
other information.
his positive traits are charismatic, perceptive, and gallant. he has a very energetic and playful air to him, and many of his comments and actions are confident and brave. he also notices things and pays close attention to detail, having a ready understanding into most things.
his negative traits are obstinate, arrogant, and truculent. when his mind is made up on something, it is very difficult to change his opinion. he’s very cocky and rude. used to have anger management issues and those still linger beneath the surface, so he’s a bit of a ticking time bomb really. quick to argue and quick to turn to violence if he can’t manage to back himself out of those tense situations.

TRIGGER WARNINGS: depression; manipulation; unwilling murder; grief
THE YOUNGEST AND ONLY DAUGHTER OF THE YILMAZ FAMILY, elvira was raised only to be beautiful, to build the network her parents cultivated. every interaction was meticulously planned, every connection contrived and evaluated... for all intents and purposes, elvira was raised to be a bargaining chip for social and political power in turkey.
while her brothers followed the rule and reign of her father, elvira was coddled by her mother. she was told they were beautiful and superior to the rest. that they were meant for greater things, that they could become the most important person in turkey — the world, if elvira wanted. and they believed it. she drank it up, and became the most poised and calculating young woman among her peers.
she had few true friends, but she didn't need friends; she had a posse, each of them hand-selected by her parents to further the yilmaz influence. elvira led the pack, bright and bold and unbelievably snobby.
WHEN EMIR RAN AWAY, elvira was heartbroken. with so few friends of their own, elvira's family was their entire reason for being. after all, they were raised to do anything and everything for the yilmaz name and their family. they fell into deep depression, and where nurturing parents might see sorrow, elvira’s parents saw opportunity.
they whispered to her of the ways elvira could make emir proud, so much so that he might return home. become a spy, they urged her, become the spy emir could have been. in this, elvira could honor him. in this, elvira could keep her oldest brother in her life.
pulling every string they had, her parents enrolled her in a prestigious spy prep school where elvira threw herself into her studies. she would graduate late due to starting late, but she managed to graduate on time — something she's rather proud of, after all she'd missed.
they were happy enough when they received her acceptance into gallagher, but they were elated when emir returned home. the sun re-entered their veins, it filled the craters that had only grown in his absence. at last, their family was whole — and so were they.
SHE DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS POISON. she thought it was medicine, meant to help her older brother and grow his strength. then he died, and elvira was horrified. she took the remaining bits of "medicine" she had in her bedroom and had it studied at gallagher. when she learned it was poison, elvira spins off her axis. the universe crumbled, splintered into pieces in which there were no sun, moon, stars, even sky — she was utterly, irreparably shattered.
elvira took a gap year from gallagher, realizing her parents had deliberately entrapped her so they could blackmail her the same way they blackmailed emir (something she also hadn't known about until then). she spent the time traveling, claiming she wanted to relax after working so hard while emir was gone. emir was the only person she talked to during this time, and even then, elvira acted as if all was well. through it all, elvira was firm on her decision: she wouldn���t tell emir. not until she was ready.
she returned to gallagher with a greatly shaken faith in her sense of purpose and confidence, but to the naked eye, they are the same person they were a year ago. on the surface, they are still the same personable, confident person who left gallagher for a gap year. they hide their grief in secret and deals with it the only way they know how: ACTION. retribution, to be precise. she will dissolve her family’s reputation, she will pull the strings that hold the yilmaz name in high regard, and watch as her parents tumble far below, where they cannot hurt or even see their children again. only when she and emir are free will elvira ever confess to emir all that their parents have done… and what sins she, too, has committed.
𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘
their first year at gallagher, elvira was very social, bright, bubbly, always at the center of a crowd. a practiced conversationalist, they could be counted on to discuss controversial subjects with tact and make people laugh with their wit. they had always been a hard worker, but there was a palpable sense of freedom to the way they moved through life at gallagher during their first year.
once elvira returned from their gap year, more or less seemed to be the same. only those who are closest to elvira notice the differences. the way elvira isn’t the last to leave the party, the way every word seems to be intentional and calculated and measured. they don’t swing their head back when they laugh. they don’t let a single secret slip; they can no longer afford to. she remains pleasant and charming and lovely, but the moment she can, she withdraws.
her closest friends know something is up, but it seems almost like she’s going through a phase. around emir, though, elvira puts up all pretenses. she tries hardest to make him believe there is nothing wrong, but it’s clear to those who knew her during her first year at gallagher that something has changed — perhaps irreparably so.

life before gallagher
gerald banks grew up in a legacy household with certain expectations attached to the money and the status
when those kinds of things are attached to your family name ‘ banks junior ’ sounds pretty good. eventually dropping it to just ‘ banks ’ himself. he always hated the name gerald anyway.
he was en route to graduating on top of his class at faircrest prep until his dad, the original ‘ banks ’ got killed in a car accident

she went to spy prep high focusing on r&d, creating tech and weapons for spies
her parents have been very open about the spy world and learned early that she was a natural when it came with weapon design (a lot of the credit going to shows she watched as a child)
all she needed to learn was the mechanics behind it and her parents made sure she perfected this (v much tiger parents situation)
because of this, she spend all her time studying about tech and how to turn her creations into reality
she honestly hated being forced to study all the time but she was good at it quickly soon realized it was all worth it when she didn’t have to go to college because she was already getting job offers during her sophomore year
unfortunately this still caused a strenuous relationship between her and her parents
right when she graduated, she went to one of the top weapons manufacturers to begin working
it was going well until the building she worked at got attacked and she wasn’t able to defend herself very well because of the lack of knowledge she had in combat
this caused her to realized how vulnerable she is and she immediately applied to gallagher
she still works for her company on the side, which is why she’s still in the r&d field but mainly puts her focus on weapons training
she’s been at gallagher for three years now and even if she’s in her third year, she already knows that her last will be incredibly bittersweet with the friends she has made
personality wise, she is incredibly chaotic
she does what she wants, when she wants with no reasoning behind this
this is definitely a mix of her being so sheltered as a child and having the security of a job at a respectable company
she doesn’t sleep much mainly because she always has the need to complete projects that she starts on the day and that eventually effected her regular sleeping habits
she typically spends her time training or playing games
currently very obsessed with animal crossing, kingdom hearts memories, and maplestory

HISTORY
potential triggers — car accident, parental death, divorce
so she’s grown up on on the west coast p much ??? her whole life. her mom worked as a bodyguard for sum famous peeps, dad was doctor but occasionally also a medic in the field — they didn’t always see eye to eye and divorced when chris was around nine. it was mostly to do with chris’ future like whether she’d go to spy prep school and follow in their footsteps and her dad didn’t want that for her so they disagreed, and she lived with him instead, living a more or less normal life. her mom then moved away when the opportunity to become a professor at gallagher presented itself, so they’ve really not been close at all since then
lived fairly comfortably, either way her dad had money and her mom sent support too. her father definitely earns less from no longer being in the spy world but he vowed to leave that behind when he divorced his wife and other than a few people from his past popping up unannounced, he kept that vow. they moved around a couple times in order to keep chris safe, and especially when someone did find them ( even if it was friendly ) but mostly grew up in california, and a lot of it is to do with the fact chris loves it there so much
but chris knows about the spy world, what her mom does and the type of school she works at, but it never interested her enough to try and reach out or fight her dad on it as she enjoyed her life
she remembers her mom as someone stubborn, argumentative, volatile which is the opposite of her dad who was patient, loving and endearing — so it’s a no brainer for her, she loves her dad a lot and he gave up a lot for her while her mom gave chris up for that world, her job, etc aka nada
BUT her dad died in a car accident recently that she was also in but was only a bit beaten up at most ( has some cuts / new scars, learn more below ) leaving her mother to swiftly pick her up and enrol her into gallagher, more to keep an eye on her than anything.
her mom chose her majors and some of her classes for her, which chris is mad about, but mainly bc looking at what ones were offered she’d def pick macgyver anyway, and her mom argued p+e was a step into the physical and combat side of thing without being too heavy on it ( tho it’s the major she teaches so she’s biased and chris just thinks she wants to be closer ) but tbh ? chris just doesn’t want her mom to be right whatsoever or have the satisfaction of thinking she knows her daughter in anyway at all but she knows if she went undecided she’d probably pick those up again in her second year so she’s just ‘ going with it ‘ begrudgingly as if she has no choice
PERSONALITY
extremely stubborn, which she gets from her mom, would rather ruin her life than go back on something or admit she was wrong, if she apologises for something she'll find a way to do it where she's not actually ever saying the words ' im sorry ' or ' i was wrong ' and would rather start another argument than do that — but obviously she loves other people apologising to her
she is generally nice ??? i just think she can be irritated easy ?????? like a bit of a hot head tho she'd argue she's chill, she is mostly chill but likes to debate, be right, and can be very my way or the high way at times — i’ll figure her out more as i play her bc i can’t tell if she’s mean or not but i don’t think so, just a bit tougher than she needs to be

MISC
i THINK she’s only arrived, like, at the start of spring semester tbh, she wasn’t here for fall so she is new new
halfway through her first year at stanford studying art alongside film and media as a minor before her mom brought her to gallagher — which she's kind of not happy about like she understands her dad didn't want it for her, she also wanted to just stay in california but the only family she has now is on her mom's side.
she's still enrolled at stanford, though dropped her minor, and is studying online for her major as she's made it clear to her mom she doesn't want to be a spy so she pulled a few strings with the stanford admission board to allow her studying to continue ( idek if this is allowed i'm just pretending her mom is powerful enough to do it ) — it was a big reason chris agreed to come to gallagher, not that she had much of a choice, bc she wants her ‘ normal ‘ life and her ‘ normal ‘ degree regardless of being at a spy school
only her mom calls her christina and she actually hates it so pls dont unless you are trying to get on her bad side — also she probs avoids her mom like the plague so don’t bring that up either
often covered in little cuts and bruises from her skating but she’s got two fresh / soon to be scars on the left side of her face on the top of her cheek bone and on her jaw from a shards of glass when she was in the car accident — she is the type to pick her scabs until they bleed again, too, so i picture her with loads of little scars especially on her hands, elbows and knees
she did learn self defense from her dad growing up and she has studied jiujitsu and akido since she was around thirteen, she also boxes but it's more casual like for stress and stuff rather than something she takes overly seriously
she likes surfing, diving, enjoys the kind of world that exists underwater where it's just peaceful and calm so she will be around the lake a lot / at the pool if you need to find her

ABOUT.
Adam was born outside of Las Vegas to overbearing and miserable parents, the kind that only seem to get enjoyment out of going to church and telling their son everything he does wrong. He’s not allowed much of a life beyond the walls of their house.
Becomes a rowdy boy, much to his parent’s dismay. They send him away to boarding school as soon as they can, where he makes a fun little name for himself as Class Clown. The school is just as strict as his parents, so he doesn’t fit in well with the faculty there, but the students love him. Adam becomes part of the “Popular” crowd, but it’s not without its issues.
During his junior year in high school, Adam and his friends decide to prank on a teacher and it goes too far. Half of the East wing ends up in flames, and despite him and his friends agreeing to come forward about it together, Adam hadn’t gotten the memo that the rest of them were going to bail. Instead the entire situation gets pinned on him. The school expels him and calls up his parents to come pick him up. That night he packs a bag and leaves campus, fully aware his parents are not the forgiving type.
Adam hitchhikes himself to Las Vegas and ends up making a home for himself there. Always the charismatic and friendly type, he’s quick to find a community of other kids like him, and together they learn the best motels and abandoned buildings to squat in, until they get enough money for their own place. An avid fan of close-up magic, Adam uses his skills to charm tourists on the streets of Vegas -- and when they’re not looking, steal wallets or watches as well. He was also one of those guys who would dance in the street for cash, simply because he loves to dance. His hustles with him and his friends improved as they got older, but it never went beyond stealing to survive, even if Adam never thought about it like that.
Around the age of nineteen the cops start to catch onto him and his group, so they decide to say goodbye to Vegas and move to LA, pulling the same stunts on the beaches of California. Los Angeles certainly has its perks, but he does find himself missing the bright lights of the Strip.
Not long after coming to Los Angeles, Adam ends up stealing the watch off of a man who quickly catches him in the act and doesn’t let him get away. Instead of turning him in to the cops, he offers to buy Adam dinner, and he spends the entire evening learning about Adam’s current living situation. ( Adam, naturally, thinks he’s trying to proposition him, but takes the free meal anyway. ) At the end of dinner the man offers him his business card, saying he works for an elite college and thinks he’d be a great candidate for it. Adam tucks his card away into his wallet, never planning on using it.
An unfortunate side effect of living in Las Vegas was a small gambling addiction that Adam never quite recognized. It’s not his fault when he finally got spending money, he was more interested in trying to grow it at the poker table. (He knows how to count cards, lord help him.) The addiction follows him to LA, choosing to bet on sports rather than cards, something he’s definitely not as good at. He’s twenty-one when his debts suddenly become too large for him to take on, and there are a lot of angry people looking for him. So Adam pulls out the business card of the man he had met two years ago and hopes for a miracle.
A few weeks later, he finds himself enrolled in a prestigious spy university in middle America ( NOT Blackthorne ) . His recruiter had warned him that it wasn’t going to be easy to adjust at first, and it wasn’t. Adam was able to keep up in his classes just fine -- he enjoyed it, even -- but he didn’t like the environment, reminding him too much of his boarding school days. At the end of the year, the recruiter who had become his mentor had told him about a similar college in Virginia that had just opened its doors to accepting male students. He was able to pull some strings for Adam, causing Adam to arrive at Gallagher as a second year, the first year boys were allowed on campus.
Adam is the class clown type, a real goofball that comes off inherently lazy, though he is serious about his studies, because he knows better than to look a gift horse in the mouth. He’s a classic “yes man” who will do just about anything for the hell of it and with zero shame. He’s here for a good time, not a long time! He has zero shame. Surprisingly he’s also a hopeless romantic, the type to fall in and out of love in the span of a few weeks. He reels people with his charm and cute smile, but it’s better in small doses, otherwise he’s just a little annoying.

⌠ DIANA SILVERS, 21, NON-BINARY, THEY/THEM ⌡ welcome back to gallagher academy, ORION MCKINLEY! according to their records, they’re a FIRST year, specializing in KNIFE FIGHTING SKILLS, SWORD TRAINING, PRECISION SHOOTING, FIREARMS, & SWAT TRAINING; and they DID NOT go to a spy prep high school. when i see them walking around in the halls, i usually see a flash of (riding a skateboard to class, getting high in order to concentrate, crying in the bathroom). when it’s the (cancer)’s birthday on 07/14/1999, they always request their DOUBLE FUDGE BROWNIES from the school’s chefs. looks like they’re well on their way to graduation.
orion was born in marseille (france), their father was a brand developer and therefore had to relocate a lot but it was fine bc it meant that their family got to see lots of new places.
when they were twelve years old they moved to vancouver which was supposed to be a permanent thing because their mother was planning on opening up a restaurant there inspired by french cuisine as if thousands of those don’t already exist but !!
orion was overall always a quiet child. physically they were always the smallest one in the room which maybe contributed to making them feel mentally small as well. they did their schoolwork and would speak when spoken to but never went much out of their way to make friends.
for this reason they were very attached to their parents, spending all of their time with them and at some point even begging to be home schooled.
their parents were much too busy trying to grow in their perspective industries to notice however !! and the only people that really noticed were their distant relatives (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) but no one saw it as enough of a problem to intervene.
orion took a liking to fencing when they were very young because they had a demonstration once at school. they were in fencing classes for a couple of years before they moved onto gymnastics because their parents thought that was more “proper”
DEATH TW, DRUG USE TW AHEAD:
after living in vancouver for three years, tragedy struck for the first time in orion’s life when their mother died in a car accident. it was one of those things that happened seemingly everyday, someone who was on their phone, their own mother probably distracted as well, and in the blink of an eye she was gone.
orion did not deal well with this at all, not only because it was their mother but because for fifteen years their parents were essentially all that they knew. they began digging into their parents’ prescription pills and befriending anyone that would provide the high that they were after.
it was simply nice to feel something other than an overwhelming amount of sadness.
for the most part everyone in their life was just excited that they seemed to be making friends and going out more. once again, no one in orion’s life paid enough attention to them to realize the bigger picture of what was happening.
the final straw for their family to finally take notice came one day when orion was seventeen and their father decided to go on a trip without notifying them that he was leaving, orion completely lost it and broke down because they thought that their father was gone for good. they left some troublesome voicemails on their aunt’s phone and in a couple of hours their aunt and uncle were knocking at their door.
they ended up taking full custody of orion and thus orion ended up moving to rhode island with them for their final year of high school. as much as their aunt and uncle tried to break orion out of their shell, it was a nearly impossible task.
when the question of college arose, their grades weren’t the best but they were good enough to get into a descent school. orion detested the idea of having to leave again but their family insisted it would be for the best. as a sort of final solution, their uncle called up one of his old friends who had once in passing mentioned gallagher to him.
thus the plan to send orion to gallagher was born and now here they are !!
so basically: orion has major trust issues for valid reasons, they aren’t the best at communicating with people and they don’t understand sarcasm super well, taking everything that people say at face value which can lead to not the most pleasant of conversations. they thoroughly enjoy the major they have chosen bc it genuinely interests them. they still have problems when it comes to drug use and drugs/alcohol are still very much something they use as a sort of clutch.
potentially a very nice person but just very very sad!
