A/n: AAA as a person with very cute chubby cheeks I just had this thought, so I had to write it down lol. Also this isn't proofread 🏃‍♀️💨

Summary: you got big ol' squishy chubby cheeks and the boys LOVE it 🥰✨

Yeonjun

Everytime you both do your facials, yeonjun would go behind you and wash your face for you, squishing your cheeks in every way possible infront of the bathroom mirror.

"Junnie, stop, I look like a dumpling!"

He doesn't stop. "My cute little dumpling." <33 He squeezes your face more.

He likes that name so much he calls you that pretty much everyday now

"Sleep well, dumpling."

You secretly find it cute but never tell him.

And do expect big fat kisses from him.

Especially after a big win, when Yeonjun's very proud of you or himself he just goes on over to you and places the fattest smooch on both your cheeks. (Yassss, we stan equality‼️🙌🙌)

Soobin

Soobin noticed how cute and puffy your cheeks looked, sorta like a rabbit.

And when the both of you started dating and he tried kissing you on the cheek, his world came to life.

Legit sparkles and rainbows in his eyes while he's trying so hard to keep a straight face.

From then on, he kept kissing your cheek. There was never a day he didn't kiss you on the cheek.

Not when he greets you with a kiss.

You'd be making breakfast and he greets you with a kiss. You'd come home from work and he walks up to you and kisses you.

It's second-hand nature at this point.

Sometimes he forgets whether or not he's kissed you yet and would ask you if he did.

"Y/n, did I kiss you just now?" 🧍😗🫶

"Yes, sweetie, yes you did." 🫶😊

🤨🤨 "I didn't? Darling I'm so sorry." He gets up from the dining table and walks over to you.

"But- baby you did-"

He kisses you anyway and you get all pink 💖💖

You're suprized how you kept track of his kisses up til this point.

Beomgyu

This man bites you.

He'd just walk over to you randomly then proceeds to suction cup your cheek with his lips

Legit you'd just be standing like 🧍 and then all the sudden you see this next to you: ✨👄✨

When he's in public he literally fights the urge to just nibble you.

He really likes the feel of your plushed cheeks on his lips, on his cheeks.

Yes he'd see you laying down and he'd lay with you, head on top of yours, cheek to cheek.

And you'd kinda just stay there, not moving, very much enjoying this 'cheek kiss'.

You'd play with his hair while you're at it and put on a show until the both of you sleep 🥰🥰 all cuddled up and drained from a long day, this is what the both of you need <33 (mostly what beomgyu needs, though)

He probably sleeps on your cheek better than any pillow (though you do tell him not to do that too much or for too long because health issues 🫶🫶)

Taehyun

Taehyun is more of a starer. You get me?

Like he won't necessarily knead your cheeks or stretch them out.

He kinda just stares.

Until you notice.

"Hi hyunnie!!" 🥰🥰

"Taehyun?" 🤨😦 "Taehyun are you alright?"

Man hasn't blinked in the last five minutes. "Hm? Yes sweetie of course I'm doing great." 🥰🥰

😭😭 you tell him not to stare for too long because sometimes things like this happen more than you expected or would like it to last.

So he pokes your cheeks.

Occasionally.

He leaves quick pecs if he's feeling a little bit lovey dovey that particular day but then quickly covers his mouth at your sheer softness like this 🤭🤭🤭

His lips still tingle after kissing your squishy cheeks <33

What he loves most is when you eat! Because you chew so cutely with your food kept in your cheeks making them even poofier and he just turns all pink and fluffy on the inside 😭😭

Literally imagine eating three times a day everyday with this man- this dude across the table smiling and blushing because of how adorable you are.

(but hey, you do kinda like it when he's totally focused on you hehe)

He couldn't help it!! You're too adorable 😭😭💞

Huening Kai

Like Yeonjun, Huening Kai likes to grab your face and play with your cheeks like playdough

Except he doesn't like anything getting in the way between his fingers and your cheeks.

Lotion, face wash, sunscreen, no to all of that

Mans lives for that skin to skin contact 👏👏🤩

Because of this, he kinda just rubs your face all the time.

Didn't matter what you were doing.

He could walk in a room and immediately cup your face

You would be eating lunch and your cheeks are EVEN CHUBBIER than normal and he'd poke it gently 😭😭

Here's the cutest part

You'd be sleeping peacefully right? And Huening Kai gets you all snuggled up and ready in bed

But before he sleeps with you, he snaps a picture of your angelic sleeping baby face 🥰💞💞

AND IN THE PHOTO HE'D LIGHTLY PINCH THE TOP CORNER OF YOUR CHEEK AAA 😭😭🤧🤧💞💞💞

Bonus: he'd send it to the Txt gc, and the other members would spam crying and heart emojis wishing they could touch your cheeks too 🫶🫶

honestly? it could've been worse.

lots of things happened in 2023, both good and bad, in real life and on this hellsite. i feel like i've started to hone in on my voice as a writer this year, and my creativity and motivation just seemed to skyrocket for absolutely no reason. it's been fun sharing my work with you guys, and i'm forever grateful for all the love and support i have received <3 furthermore, thank you so so much for 4k followers!!!!! i never thought i would reach such a milestone, so it truly means a lot :')

there's a lot i wish i could have done during 2023 that i didn't end up doing, but i think it is best to focus on what i did accomplish and use that as a stepping stone towards better things. also, there were a lot of times where i didn't feel content with where and who i was. right now, however, i can confidently say that i am happy; i am hoping that happiness will be abundant for everyone in 2024! we all deserve it!!

furthermore, everyone worked hard, so i hope you all give yourself some grace in order to recharge and reset. taking breaks is paramount in maintaining your health and happiness, and i'm glad i learned that it's okay for me to take them lol.

so happy new year everyone! i hope 2024 brings many wonderful things your way, and may we all have a lovely year!! <33

5k followers event !

CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?? BC I CANR 😍 we hit 5k!!!! thank you all so so much from the bottom of my heart, i cannot fully express how thankful i am 🥹 it doesn’t matter if you’re new here or been there since the begging (well technically it does, you’re an OG!!! love u<;3), as someone once said: it doesnt matter whom you have known the longest, it’s about who came and stayed till the end (or something like that lol)

not an ask but a "comment" because cas has me 🧍‍♀️.

firstly. yn is so irrational that i'm literally pulling strands of my hair out. but love is a strong emotion so i can understand to some extent? that doesn't excuse the amount of things she's done without proper consideration though..

uhh ok. the letter was probably about beomgyu leaving? (maybe quitting twitch and moving onto school studies) hence why chapter 26 is named "moving on".. and that's gonna be so hard to read bcs whenever i read anything ab recovery the tears FALL

27 being named "first love" is probably about felix because of the stems saying "still in love" (unless the chart was made on a website and the website didn't have a "still friends" option or something) or maybe it's a realization that though felix was an era of her life, beomgyu was her first true love?

i can guess 27-28 but don't want to put too much thought as twenty seven is most likely a reunion and twenty-eight is going more about that? the last chapter is more of what i wanted to focus on though because it's simply "cas" so i thinkk it's them dating again and just playing the sims together? like a timeskip? maybe there's a plot twist last second and the ghosts in the room they're playing the sims in go on stan twitter 🤨 (jokes but idk what to expect anymore)

something i was so mad at was yn completely skipping over the love confession and hating beomgyu... like yes that's understandable but PLEASE use empathy in this situation. you are no better than him, doing an impulsive stream because you think it's what's best.. both of them had better options yet decided to take the probably worst one and then yn completely looks past how she's just repeating in gyu's steps...

^^ seriously though because gyu let his love for yn take over and risked losing all his friends, lashed out on them, didn't let them see what he was thinking, and then runs away. yn closes up and is risking losing *everyone* because of love??

if the ending wasn't a happily ever after and my interpretation of 28 was wrong would i be mad? no... not really. if they did just leave each other as a past asset of their live and move on, i would accept that.. i feel like they both harmed each other without trying (excluding gyu being cold at the start) and both saw the major consequences. if they learn from their actions and 28 is just yn playing sims and reflecting on the times i would be okay because it's character development 👍👍

but if it was a happily ever after i would be happy too (as long as it's a timeskip because i can't imagine the ending being like 2 days after the implied unalive mention)

still would be okay with anything you write though 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

(this has got to be my favorite ask ever because you kind off?? read my mind?? in some ways!!)

i want to actually analyze a bit of what you said and offer you (and anyone else) some hints on the future chapters! to keep this from being a long paragraph of wall, i'll put a cut here!

yn and beomgyu are very alike in ways that you mentioned. both are impulsive, deeply feeling, and extremely irrational beings. but they are also different, yn is more openly emotional as we've seen with how she describes how she feels and shows her emotions outwardly. beomgyu, however, is not the same. he tends to not show his emotions (aka his initial coldness to yn) unless they're dragged out of him (keeho getting him to admit jealousy) and when he goes all out, he goes all out. hence his anger towards yeonjun. this will be touched on in chapter 28, which is a gyu-centric chapter.

the letter will also be touched on! but do keep in mind, in yn's emotional state and how she tends to be impulsive, her reaction to the letter might not make sense to someone who isn't irrational with how they respond when upset. also, it will be explained why yn doesn't react to beomgyu confessing that he loves her and how that ties in with his letter. (i can't wait hehe.)

i will say your theory for chapter 26 is spot on! however, i will say you're wrong about the character doing the tasks you mentioned. i don't want to give away too much but i literally was like 😲 when you said that bc that's exactly what happens hehe.

chapter 27 is about felix and yn! not gonna give spoilers on that one though... any ynlix shippers around?

chapters 28-29 are gyu-centric chapters, so if you wanna know why beomgyu decided to become dumb: those are the chapters for you!! can't wait to see how y'all react to that.

your views on yn and beomgyu are pretty much spot on. they both have made some very stupid decisions and are now reaping the consequences of those. however, i promise this story has a "happy" ending. will it be the traditional one of many smaus? probably not.

chapter 30 is also spot on in terms of plot with "someone" playing sims, but i don't wanna spoil it! my hint for you here is just to remember: everything comes full circle.

Imagine: Joohyun YJ are like these rivals in the same company fighting who debuted at the same time in different groups and are under the same company and they always fight for who was the best at the music shows , they'd even compare who'd dress well and they'd often bicker around when they meet each other in the company , she'd often hang out with the boys after the performance and the two would bicker there also . even the boys are like terribly sick of it. and then boom , suddenly this accident and Joohyun dies. and then Heeseung , a vampire brings her back to life and then Yeonjun has feelings for his enemy. SEE? SEE THAT? so promising , i love it. this is what the original plot was supposed to look like.

well , I thought I'd perhaps need a villain figure or someone with bitter hatred to push Joohyun off the cliff for her to die , but then why when we have the enha members.. Heeseung for the same thing. It'd be angsty if Heeseung killed her . and then , well , i pondered upon this question okay , what are the problems that Idols face , and it turns out they can have problems either from the fans , or from the company which is unlikely since Yeonjun is from a very hot company ( well there is infact no one better than hybe stans who'd defend hybe . hybe maybe fucking capitalist but it still got my faves so... ) else , health problems or scandals. catch up is catch up for being a book about idol dating , so i didn't want an external scandal going on there. also , also when it comes to health , it doesn't really matter because as idols they still have to perform regardless of what part of their body aches , it applies to me as a normal human being as well , the world doesnt revolve around me and my sickness doesn't stop the rest of the world does it? but

So yeah my type would be leaders that are rappers with tired/dorky dad energy. If that's them chances are imma bias them. Next would be pretty boys that can do everything :')

As for things Kpop had taught me about myself? Well a lot actually. I've grown into the person I am now because of kpop. I learned to love myself and not just how I look but the parts of me I was always frowned for. The chaotic gremliness, the simping, the daydreaming- I found family through the Fandoms and love that I would never trade [my love for the idols and what they do]. They constantly brighten my life with their content and music and just their smiles [hj especially]

I've learned to be unapologetically me, and love my life, living in the moment and love what I have now while still striving for a happy day every day. Or the best I can.

I've found my sense of style through kpop as well, it's also better helped me with coming out as NB and reinventing myself under my chosen name. They inspire me daily. Not just Ateez but all of them.

Q: how old are you and where are you from?

well, i'm an 03 liner from puerto rico. this means my first language is spanish, so i apologize in advance for any and all grammar mistakes. i'm only human after all.

Q: who do you currently write for and whom have you written for?

i currently write for enhypen & tomorrow x together only.

i used to write for bts, seventeen, exo and a couple one shots for random groups here and there. they are all accessible through my archive. i have retired these groups from my blog and will not be writing for them anymore.

i still stan and enjoy these groups, however as inspiration comes and goes i would prefer to write about my current hyper fixations.

Q: what pronouns should we use for you?

gender is very weird and sometimes hard to understand but i use she/her primarily.

Q: who are your biases and the groups you stan?

i'm sunghoon's gf ... you can ask him he'll confirm. and i'm yeonjun's baby mama but tbh— i'm ot. 7 and ot. 5.

sometimes i have requests about things i am not too extremely familiar with... if i do not know much about something i try to research before writing it. if even after research i don't understand it well i will not be writing it.

i will not write smut. this is not a smut account and i will not be making a side blog for smut. i just personally don't think i could write it. plus thats just not what i want this blog to be. there are lots of very good smut writers out there please check them out if thats what you're looking for.

i will also not be writing anything glorifying things like self harm, suicide, eating disorders, and other extremely serious mental health issues or health issues im general.

i will also not write anything i deem to be insensitive, offensive, or creepy.

"beomgyu, dont move," you tucked the pretty little flowers in your boyfriend's hair.

being a brat he is, he moved his head as much as he can, just to annoy you, making the colourful flowers fall on the red and white plaid picnic mat underneath you.

"choi beomgyu, if you dont stop," you tried your best to stop him from moving, but he still wiggled his way out of your grip.

"baby, come on," you huffed, opting to sit on his laps, facing him.

he finally stopped moving, as you successfully placed the flowers.

"you could've just said you wanted me to call you baby," you rolled your eyes playfully. your eyes were trained to the flowers again, adjusting them to your liking. beomgyu just let out a laugh, eyes never leaving your face.

after you're somewhat satisfied with your work, you smiled to yourself, a little bit proud of it. choi beomgyu is already an art, but the flowers?? they made him look like a masterpiece.

a/n; was just in the mood to write this, purely self indulgent because this is what sam smith at 5am does to me <3

soobin;

it’s been a while since you and soobin had done anything romantic. so, while he was at work you decided to fix the house up pretty and make him a big dinner. the both of your work schedules prevented you both from even touching each other, you were much too tired. most nights you guys would come home and go straight to bed. you thought a nice dinner, some lingerie and soft sex would get you both back on your game again. you got off work a little earlier tonight and put your plan into action, making all of his favorite foods and lighting some candles in your bedroom to make everything look as romantic as possible. you even went as far as to making the bathtub water floral and inserting scented candles in there also.

you were excited. you were finally going to do something with your boyfriend other than sleep inside the same bed as him night after night. you thought he would be really happy about it as well considering he was often moody when you two weren’t clingy like usual. you lit the last candle while you heard a bit of bustling on the side of the door and you assumed soobin could be coming in at any moment. you turned off the light and stood further away from the door, waiting to surprise him.

as soon as the keys unlocked the door you heard a body slam into the wall beside it while soobin closes the door with his foot. you heard soft moans and you could see soobin rushing to take his jacket off just to throw it on the floor beside him and lift the girl on the wall by her thighs. your blood began to boil.

“fuck soobin-- you really gonna fuck me right here? while you’re girlfriend isn’t home?”.

“we have another hour baby”. soobin groans and moves his lips to her neck. she grips his hair strands and continues letting the meek noises flow from her throat.

“you have another hour?”. you spoke up loud enough to startle them. soobin jumps and immediately puts her down to glare back at you in fear. “baby i was just--”.

“i got off work early and bought all this shit just so we can have a romantic night to ourselves. I cooked, I set up the bathroom and the bedroom. I made it all nice and pretty thinking maybe we can eat and have some fun. but now I see why you haven’t been touching me. It isn’t because we’re tired it’s because you’re too busy fucking someone else”.

the girl breathes, releasing her grip from soobin’s forearm. “maybe I should leave--”.

“yeah maybe you should. now”.

she scoots past soobin and slips out of the door with ease. soobin could only stare at you in guilt. “It’s not even like that baby I swear”.

you blow the candles out one by one. “sure it wasn’t soobin. you were about to fuck her had I not spoke up sooner. how long has it been?”.

“what are you talking about?”.

you take a spoon from his plate and throw it at his chest. “you know what the hell I’m talking about. how long have you been fucking her?”.

he rubs himself in pain. “only a few weeks”.

“good. i hope you continue to enjoy her for the rest of your life. you’re going to need someone to keep you company because I’m not staying with you”.

“baby I just felt like we haven’t really been doing anything so I thought--”.

“so you thought--hey let me just go cheat? you’re an idiot and that’s a stupid ass excuse”

“cmon--you know I’m a man we have needs”.

“I’m a woman with needs too soobin! you think we all don’t crave sex sometimes? what did you think I was making this whole night about?! I wanted to spend time with you and have sex. but you’re getting your needs met with someone else so I’ll do the same thing. like I said enjoy her. this will be the last time you ever see me again”.

“I’m sorry--look I’m sorry I’ll cut ties with her and I won’t do again”.

“save every last apology you have. I’m not taking it. I’m find someone else”.

yeonjun;

it was all over everywhere. especially stan twitter. and quite frankly you were tired of seeing it. it was yeonjun doing his solo song at their recent concert, singing jealous by labrinth. he sung it as painfully and brutal as if someone stuck a stake through his heart with no care in the world. but he wasn’t the hurt one here. it was you. he was cheating on you repeatedly with numerous women, not giving a damn about his actions until you caught him. and now here he was, singing his heart out on stage and crying, making everyone believe you were the one that broke his heart.

his voice croaked and cracked when he sung it. and you’ll admit it he sung it beautifully. so beautiful it made you cry every time you heard it. it was sad that you both had to end a three year relationship because he didn’t know how to be with you and you only. you were sick of his games, his lies, you were sick of it all. you wanted to be completely free of him. you moved to a different city and took an acting job elsewhere. one you were proud of in fact. well, you were proud of it before you realized who was casted to play as your ex in the next episode.

you avoided yeonjun during rehearsal as much as you possibly could. but that didn’t stop him from singing about you on stage and pouring his heart out as if he missed you. you didn’t believe he missed you. you thought he just missed the fact that you gullible enough to fall for every lie he told. today was another taping day. like the script instructed you open the door and yeonjun was required to be there with a sullen expression on his face.

“what are you doing here?”.

“just give me another chance. please. I swear this time I’ll do right by you”.

you attempt to shut the door in his face but he holds it open with arm. which wasn’t in the script at all. neither was his next line.

“please. please I’m sorry for everything I’ve done. I know i wasn’t the best boyfriend. I was so stupid for thinking those girls could ever make up for the endless love that you showered me with. I’m so dumb for taking you for granted in the moment I thought that having multiple partners would make me feel better about myself and boost my ego but it only hurt me in the end. It made me feel so empty. you were the only person that could ever make me feel whole”.

you cross your arms, seeing that this became real.

“yeah, you’re stupid for losing me but i’m not responsible for your wholeness yeonjun. you are. don’t ever depend on someone else to make you happy that’s selfish. the emotional trauma and stress you put me through is something I will never go through again. you broke me beyond repair. I constantly poured out for you and all you did was take. you didn’t appreciate me and I don’t deserve that. you sung about how you were jealous of anyone else I ever come across because you’re afraid of someone loving me the way you should’ve. I’m not running back to you anymore”.

tears raced down his cheeks.

“I’ll be good to you. just please let me be good to you”.

“no. I’m done with you”.

beomgyu;

the front door open and closed softly but he didn’t think you were awake. little did he know you were. in fact you were wide awake. your pregnancy hormones kept you up later than usual. you were grateful though because you were wide awake enough to see beomgyu. to see him try to discreetly throw his condom wrapper in the nearby garbage before taking his jacket off and placing it on the coat rack.

you quickly turned the kitchen light on behind him which startled him completely. he frighteningly turns around to face you, he could already tell you weren’t too pleased with how late he was coming in. his heart started to pound rapidly hoping you wouldn’t suspect anything. but you saw everything. even down to the purple hickeys on his neck that he failed to cover.

“I’m so sick and tired of this gyu. I’m so sick”.

“I had to work late tonight. me and the boys-“.

“you and the boys weren’t doing anything because I already texted yeonjun and soobin and they said you got off work two hours ago. so where the hell where you?”. you fold your arms, hating how he was getting you worked up while you were carrying his child. he swallows,

“I had some extra things to take care of”.

“like what? who were you fucking gyu? because I’m not stupid”.

“why would I cheat on you while you’re pregnant? that’s bad for baby. I think you’re just stressing yourself out at this point”.

“I’m stressing myself out?!”. you lean over as best as you could just to pluck the wrapper out the garbage can and angrily flick it at his face. “what the fuck is this then? and why are you lying about it?!”.

“babe that’s from the last time we--”.

“that’s bullshit beomgyu! when have we ever used a condom?! please tell me and then after that please tell me what the hell are those marks are your neck?!”.

he reaches his hand up to try and cover them. “mosquitos--I’ve been getting bitten by a lot of bugs lately”. you shove him backwards.

“get out! please get out until you can learn how to stop cheating and lying. go get yourself some fucking help. I’m not doing this with you! when the baby is born we can figure out some custodial situations but I don’t want to be with you if you don’t want to be with me. I’m done with this. I’m done with us”.

“don’t do this. you know what I want most is to be a dad. how are you just going to kick me out?”.

you shook your head in disbelief. “pack your shit and go beomgyu”. you hated yourself for crying. “I don’t want you here anymore”.

“I’ll admit it then i was cheating. alright? is that what you wanted to hear?”.

“it’s sad that it took me threatening to kick you out for you to come clean. you’re not even man enough to tell me straight up?”.

“I won’t do it anymore. just please let me father my son in the same household I can’t do any of that custody crap. don’t be like this”.

“you did it to yourself. had you made it clear that you wanted to love me, the mother of your son, you wouldn’t be out here cheating and lying like you are right now. I’m not stressing myself over this anymore beomgyu. get out. take all of your stuff with you”.

taehyun;

friday nights always ended like this. you and taehyun cuddled together on his living room sofa eating too many snacks to name. surrounded by complete darkness except for the movie blaring on the television screen. most would think that couples your age would love to spend their friday nights partying or drinking. however you and taehyun were a different pair.

“sweetheart can you get your elbow off my bladder that’s why I have to go pee every five seconds”.

“no you have to pee every five seconds because you’re lowkey pregnant”.

as taehyun gets up he laughs at your comment. “whatever. I’ll be back can you pause it?”.

you shove another piece of popcorn in your mouth before pressing the middle on the remote, rushing him. in the midst of waiting though you realized taehyun’s phone was getting numerous notifications, most of which you brushed off thinking it was the group chat he’s in with the boys. but an unfamiliar number popped up on his phone screen, one you haven’t saw before. in pure wonder you grab ahold of his phone, taking another peak at the bathroom door before unlocking it to see the message.

333-333-333: are you still with her? when she goes to sleep you should come over...

with a jaw clenched you angrily squeeze his phone, wanting to lock it again so you can gather your thoughts. but you couldn’t help yourself from scrolling through his message thread with whoever the number was, which you assumed was some girl because she’d been sending him nudes since a couple of weeks ago. and to make matters worse he was responding with heart eyes. once the sink in the bathroom went off taehyun closes the door behind himself and you immediately lock his phone, glaring at him with the coldest expression you could muster.

“sweetheart? what’s the matter? why do you have my phone?”.

with your heart racing you launch his phone at his chest. “fuck you taehyun!”. you remove the blankets off yourself to fetch your shoes. he winces at the sudden hit just before unlocking his phone to see that you had opened his message thread. shit. “why are you going through my phone?”.

“that’s all you have to fucking say?! why was i going through your phone? why were you getting nudes from some other girl?! that’s the real question!”. you grab your bag and approach the door. of course taehyun was trying his best to pull you back over to him. you snatch his arms of your torso in a fit of rage. “she’s just a friend--”.

“we’ve been dating for 5 years and you do this shit?! fuck you. if you didn’t want me anymore you could’ve just said that. don’t call me, don’t text me or talk to me anymore. we’re done”.

“sweetheart please. I can’t be alone. I didn’t even mean to text her i don’t know what came over me”.

“don’t talk to me anymore. you’re a cheater. that’s what came over you”.

“so you’re just going to leave so quick like that?”.

“you think you deserve for me to stay? you’re so fucking self centered. don’t make me seem like the weak one for leaving someone who obviously doesn’t love me anymore. now move your damn hands. I’m leaving”.

and with that there was a slamming door. taehyun could feel his heart sink with every step you took down the hallway.

kai;

you were working when you got the notification. it was from your bank account, specifically the joint account you and kai shared. they were notifying you about a recent purchase from last night. one that you hadn’t remembered at all so you figured it had to be kai. he didn’t know that you opted to be notified about the spending on the account just to make sure the both of you were keeping your savings in order. but one thing that wasn’t in order was what the last purchase was on.

dinner for two and perfume shopping.

no. no way. you checked once again to make sure you weren’t seeing things. but the notification was loud and clear. you figured maybe someone had stolen your credit card and began using it. but even that wouldn’t make sense because it has a pin and only you and kai knew it. you felt your cheeks grow hot at the thought of kai with someone else. you knew he was acting a little distant these past couple of days but you couldn’t figure out why. the tears welled in your eyes but you refused to let them fall, in front of your colleagues at least. you took a step out into the bathroom to take a breath. but you couldn’t keep yourself from crying. you couldn’t understand why he’d be doing this. you loved him too much and too hard for him to even think of being with someone else.

you opened your phone deciding to call him. the phone ringed so many times you thought he wasn’t going to pick up until he finally picked up on the last ring. you didn’t even give him a chance to speak once he did.

“kai i’m only going to ask you this one time and please don’t lie to me”.

“what’s wrong baby?”.

“don’t call me that. who were you taking out on a date the other night? buying perfume for?”. you ask more calmly than you rehearsed in your head. kai’s heart dropped. he panicked. how did you know?

“no one. what are you talking about? you sound so upset. I don’t like when you’re like this baby”.

you exhale heavily. fury pooled in your chest. “you don’t like it? so why the hell were you cheating? you know what? you’re so pathetic. i can’t. I’m fucking leaving you”.

“baby for what? why are you leaving? don’t leave me I promise I wasn’t with anyone else”.

“you sound so innocent when you say that. is that what you like? huh? you like sounding innocent so you can further manipulate me?”.

“baby please”.

“don’t worry. I’ll be out the house by tonight”.

I thought, in the meantime, I’d answer the questions you have left me so far, so you can get to know me a little bit better too!🤗 I’m not going to publish the questions directly but I’m just going to introduce myself by answering them in a text, I hope that’s okay!♥️

I’m Maddie, I’m 20 and live in Austria :) I’m currently studying English and Literature at university because I absolutely love the English language and I read A LOT😅 it’s not my dream course but it will do for now. I’m going to apply for a film university in January/February to study either Screenwriting or Production (depending on which one I get into) because it has always been a dream of mine to write my own film or tv show one day… big dream, I know… we’ll see where that goes

I got into Kpop through a friend who showed me an NCT and GOT7 music video (NCT’s Make A Wish, literally the day it came out, and GOT7 Not By The Moon, I think it was). I immediately fell in love with the visual of the music video itself and the flow of the music. Obviously I found the guys extremely attractive too😅 and I fell in love with Jaebeom’s voice right away🥰. So yeah, I haven’t been a Kpop stan for too long but I’m very passionate about it.

Fun Fact: when I found Exo and iKon, I realised that I had been listening to their songs without realising it was Kpop, haha. I used to listen to iKon kinda a lot I guess because I already knew most of their songs without knowing about them.

The first group that I really really got into was GOT7. I still think they are one of the funniest groups that has ever existed and it’s the saddest thing ever that they could have become so much bigger if it weren’t for jay why pee. I also got into EXO pretty quickly and I still really like them but with there not being much content, it’s hard to keep with them regularly, but I listen to their music all the time and at least three songs are always in my monthly playlists. After GOT7 got free in January, I’ve started focusing more on their solo stuff (ESPECIALLY JAYB AND YUGYEOM BC I LOVE THE KRNB AND KHH SCENE) and I love it!!! I found Seventeen very quickly after getting into Kpop, thanks to the Tag episode and Minghao😂 Again: once I heard some of their songs, I really felt like I’ve heard them before, especially Left & Right and Home… maybe I have, maybe it’s just my brain playing tricks on me, but the seemed so familiar and that’s actually also what drew me so much into them. The feeling of familiarity and comfort these 13 men radiate is like nothing I’ve ever seen or experienced. I went through a very tough time throughout my teenage life and honestly, I’m not sure where I would be now if it wasn’t for these guys (as well as Exo, GOT7, iKon, and many more!) being able to distract me and make me laugh and be happy… sounds cliché but it’s crazy how much music can effect and help people!

Biases? Oh god… I know I asked you to tell me about yours but choosing my own is SO HARD😅 so, first of all: definitely Wonwoo. I admired him from the start because I relate to him in a lot of ways. Minghao is definitely also one of them, as well as Jeonghan and Hoshi has been testing me a lot in the past few weeks… Mingyu too… that’s the life of a Carat I guess :) from other groups: Chanyeol, Hanbin, Bobby, Jaebeom, Yeji, Jennie, Rosé, Jin (only based on Run BTS), Soobin, Yeonjun, Sunwoo, Sangyeon, Chanhee, Sejun

Talking about biases, talking about Hanbin: Minnie and the (ex) love of her life… well, unless you’re following the Alternative Ending, then it is the love of her life🤗 I based Minnie kinda off of me in some aspects because I knew that if I do that, I’ll be able to write her the best way I can because I’m just writing about what I’d do and think and stuff :) now why B.I? For one: he deserves the world and if I can give him happiness in the story, then I will. Also, Jennie and Hanbin got shipped kinda a lot I guess, so there are a lot of pictures I was and will be able to use. And yes, I’m an iKonic too! :)

About updating: I really don’t have a routine, although I wished that I’d do. I update whenever I feel like it but since I love writing a lot, I tend to get inspiration very quickly and just like to upload stuff, whether that’s Minnie chapters, Jealousy Looks Good On You, or something from my inbox 🤗 I hope that once I’ve caught up with uni stuff, I get into a routine that I can let you know about!

Oh, and, I’m doing very well at the moment because I’m so so sooooo insanely grateful for all of you and all of the sweet messages you guys sent me in the form, they actually made me tear up🥺 so yeah… I’m actually happier than I ever could be and it’s really helping me a lot, especially during this time of year♥️♥️♥️

This was so insanely long, but I really want you guys to know how much you mean to me and I want to you to feel like you know me, like we’re friends. This is a safe place, I want my blog to be safe for you to come on here and read to escape a hectic life for a bit or just to sit down and relax, or whatever else you’re doing with my writing🤭🤫
