Day 9: How handy is your muse with doing the many tasks, they better at fixing a gen, saboing the hooks or healing a teammate? From your Secret (and losing his mind because God I hope this is day 9) santa

He isn't half bad at repairing generators, but he still struggles with them every now and then. He makes an effort to try and not fail the skill checks as they come to him, but he'll slip up every now and then, likely because he's more preoccupied with trying to sense or spot the killer. He's a little more focused when it comes to healing, not wanting to hurt the other person more than they've already been. For himself, he isn't as tedious, wanting to get it over with as soon as possible. He doesn't mind trying to tough it out either. As for the other tasks, like saboteur or cleansing totems, he finds that they come quite easy for him. He can see the discrepancies in the bindings, and his fingers can get under the ropes in a couple of seconds.

Plus there's nothing quite like seeing the killer lose their shit when he breaks a hook down right in front of their face. If he can't be the best at repairs or playing doctor, it doesn't hurt to be good at that.

On this day, 14 March 1970, two sailors aboard the SS Columbia Eagle, carrying 10,000 tons of napalm for the US military in Vietnam, mutinied in protest at the war. Al Glatkowski and Clyde McKay had smuggled guns onto the ship which they used to hijack it and sail it to neutral Cambodia. But they never could have guessed what would happen next, as they became embroiled in a complex series of world events over which they would have no control. We spoke to Al for a podcast miniseries about the events, and this is how he recounted the start of the mutiny: "When we got the guns out to clean them, I got up and I told Clyde, 'I'll be right back. I'm going to go to the bathroom before we do this.' I looked in the mirror and I said to myself, 'You may not live through this. These may be your last few minutes.'
