Is being a sport fan art?

Hello everyone! I'm doing a research assignment about the relationship between being a sports fan and art and how I precieve one to be the other!

I went for a jog for the first time in ages. It was refreshing but I found out that my sportpants don't fit anymore so I either have to deal with it until I lose weight or I have to buy new ones.

If I do choose to buy new ones I hope I can find some second-hand instead of wasting material by buying new ones.

Che cos'è il Padel?

Provate a unire la disciplina del tennis e il gioco dei racchettoni da spiaggia e otterrete il Padel, uno sport che ha le sue origini in Messico negli anni 70 ed afferisce alla Federazione Italiana Tennis e del quale si tengono anche dei campionati nazionali ed europei.

Padel: come si gioca

Il campo da Padel è, in pratica, un campo da tennis in miniatura, ma delimitato da un perimetro strutturale (che può essere in muratura o plexiglas).

Le regole sono grossomodo quelle del tennis, con la differenza che la palla può rimbalzare anche sulla parete di fondo prima di essere rimandata nel campo avversario. Se colpisce invece le pareti laterali è da considerarsi fuori.

Tutti i benefici del Padel

Il Padel è uno sport completo che permette di ottenere evidenti vantaggi per la salute:

Tonificare braccia, gambe, gluteie addominali;

Perdere peso (si possono arrivare a bruciare quasi 900 kcal in un’ora!)

jealousy

Last night at the gym I was working out on the rower. My posture is always a little too curved and I can catch a glimpse of my reflection and see my stomach rolls. I try to avoid that reflection. I like working out on the rower.

There was a girl in front of me on another machine. She was absolutely gorgeous - in face, in body. Very, very slim but great booty. She wasn’t wearing a shirt, so her tiny tummy was on display. I felt like she was just doing it to rub it in to the Mes of the world that she’s gorgeous and slim and super fit. I wished she could just put a shirt on in public for God’s sake.

and then

I realised that if she were in a Tumblr picture, I would probably reblog her and look up to her as an example of hard work and gritty strength. If she were in a Tumblr picture I’d probably admire her efforts instead of grumpily wishing she’d cover up. If she was the subject of a feminism argument between me and anyone else, I’d defend her because she shouldn’t have to put a shirt over her sports bra. Sometimes my first reaction is not the best. Sometimes I’m not the best version of myself. But the realisation kicked in fast, and for the rest of my rowing workout I saw her for what she is: strong, beautiful, another gorgeous woman who does not impact my level of beauty. A fellow woman. My first reaction was not the best, but my second one was great and I’m working on that being the primary response - no matter how frumpy I’m feeling.

Someone else’s beauty does not take away from mine.

You know, I think it gets more and more likely that the PR people of sport clubs, teams etc are on this here weird site. Not that many of them would admit that. Especially since a lot of people here express their wish to become said PR people as a legitimate career goal.

I just had this thought and wanted to share

maybe they are, but I don't think bayern pr people are on tumblr. I follow most of them on twitter and they would never survive on bayernblr. bayern should hire us bcs their media game is lame. I'm sure that in the future people from sportblr will dominate the industry

lbr if Sebastian was fired as ungraciously as Dany was, people would riot. then it would be "unfair" and "not just a business thing.", but it doesn't matter if it's just some poor kid who tried to make it in the sport he loves/loved and got kicked to the curb.
