My main OC, who currently lives on a starship with a small crew

Very reserved, but has a relatively pleasant personality when he does talk to others. Very smiley and gentle despite his size

Clumsy because of how big he is, though doesn't enjoy it much

Second Youngest of his siblings [Dropdash, Flamewire, Goldrake]

Used to be conjuxed to Karma, but was unfortunately offlined

Had a very happy and bubbly personality, but rarely showed it because of their willingness to listen to others and sit still

Very quiet speaker despite their personality (in most cases)

Really liked flowers like lavender because it was his brother, Goldrake's, favorite

Kibble puffs up a lot when angry- more than the average bot. This has been used as fuel to tease him plenty of times

Second Eldest of his siblings [Dropdash, Silverfall, Goldrake]

Tallest and tankiest of her siblings

He's not associated with Decepticons or Autobots, and will sell his services to anyone who will pay up

Cunning and self-centered

Leads an underground party that deals in secrets and assassination

Has a large following outside of either faction that will listen to her out of both loyalty and fear

His faceplates were scarred after a nasty brawl with a group of Decepticons

Many of the parts on her helm are cameras- many overlook them and see them as headlights or some other light source

Other than that he can be relatively quiet, especially when focused on a painting or other art project

Comprised of two individual bots, Jekyll and Hyde, and has two sparks in their frame

Both Jekyll and Hyde, when referred to individually, use He/Him pronouns

Hyde is the dominant of the two, more often being in control of the body and their motor functions

Hyde is cunning and overall an extremely manipulative individual, while Jekyll is more brutish and headstrong

They lead the Ruination Corps. alongside 5 other bots, though they are the overall "supreme" leader

Halcyon / Tactician, Chemist, Lurker in the Dark / They-He-It

Phonetic Spelling: [Hal-see-ON]

Voice Claim (Speaking): Higgs from Death Stranding

One of the Salvific Six- or the leaders of the Ruination Corps. besides Paradigm

Their tongue turns into a needle that they use to inject others with a variety of their dark concoctions, or suck fluids from objects

Has no optics on its face, though he does have sensors there...not to say that they don't have optics somewhere on their frame

Jaw can split open to grip onto things when using his needle

Vyrox / Surveillance Officer, Analyst, Creator of Malware/ He-They-She

Phonetic Spelling: [Vi-rocks]

Voice Claim (Singing): A Little Bit - Jake Daniels

Another member of the Salvific Six of the Ruination Corps.

Has an built-in system that lets him look through cameras and other surveillance devices- including comm units and other things of the like

Enjoys creating viruses that they can use against other bots

She isn't afraid to get their hands dirty if he has a duty that upholds the cause

Traitors will face Vyrox whether they like it or not, they don't miss anything going on within their ranks

Wolfram / KRAN-469074, Demolitionist, Elemental Expert / He-Him

Phonetic Spelling: [Wolf-rum]

Based on the KRAN frametype made by @cuppajj

The 74 at the end of his designated number is the same for that of Wolfram (now known as tungsten) on the periodic table of elements

Often straight-faced and intimidating to those he's unfamiliar with

Actually very goofy and loves joking around with others, even if it can take a while to get them to stop being somewhat afraid of him

Very science brain

Starbramble / Starseeker, Explorer, Shrouded Pathfinder / He-Him / ref sheet

Based on the Starseeker frametype made by @dimorphodon-x

Very lone wolf-esque mentality, though bonds that he makes are very strong

Betrayal will result in a life-long grudge. He doesn't do second chances

Lives on a jungle-heavy planet with his pet turbofox (even he doesn't know how he befriended the small beast)

This is the name that I use for all of my OCs, but it's not really anything more than that. Most of the stuff involving this AU is just me talking about Paradigm or Karma lol

An AU where everyone is in a College setting, though not everyone still has to be in college and can just be a normal citizen of sorts

I truly love this 101 Yodito AU! (what's better than 1 Baby Yoda? 101 of them!). So I know you mentioned that OG Yodito gets jealous sometimes, but do his brothers ever get jealous of him? Because he and Dad maybe have inside jokes or stuff like that?

100% agree that the only thing better than one Baby Yoda is MANY Baby Yodas!!!

Sibling rivalries and jealousy take up a massive amount of Din’s time. My own students get jealous at times when I have to divide my attention between 18 of them; Din has 101. So he’s always de-ruffling feathers and managing some Emotional Issue or other and that includes OG vs. the 100. There is definitely jealousy of the oldest and the sense that “he gets more of Dad’s time than me” among a lot of them; OG Yodito is pretty familiar with Din at this point and as the eldest, has mastered the art of pushing the boundaries just enough before Din starts dealing out consequences, then bailing and leaving his little siblings to take the fall. He has been on more adventures with Dad and definitely preens and brags about it (bet Dad never took any of you to a stormtrooper shootout). He also definitely uses his status to push his siblings away and nab the primo spot on Dad’s lap (but only when Din’s not looking). Din tries to encourage him to set a good example for his brothers and praises him more when he’s being a good big brother....but he is sneaking and conniving and the younger ones know not to let their guard down when OG is on a quest to nab the best toy or Dad’s attention.

As for Din’s part, he always works to be as fair as possible and make sure no one ever feels let out. But it’s undeniable that OG Yodito was his first and their bond is a little different because of all they’ve been through together. Plus OG is insecure about his place in Dad’s affections with 100 brothers to compete with, so Din does try to give him a little special attention from time to time to assure him that even with 100 brothers, Din still has enough love for all of them.

Yuma: ...Just how many did that guy buy!? ーー Wait! Is that why we’ve been eatin’ clams for breakfast, lunch and dinner for days now!?

Ruki: Exactly.

Laito: C-Couldn’t you get a refund? ...Actually, can you even buy those things online?

Ruki: It appears that refunds are not accepted in regards to fresh food. But you can most definitely purchase them online.

Yuma: Didn’t he do that on purpose!? Anyway, doesn’t he earn money by being an idol as well?

Ruki: You might not be aware of this, but Kou does not know how to deal with money at all. Perhaps it is due to the fact that he never had any as a human, but he never saves and whenever he gets his paycheck, he spends it almost instantly. Just the other day, he bought nearly an entire store’s worth of accessoires for a certain ‘Maso Kitty’.

Ruki: We are broke! Our bank account is completely empty!

Carla: My consolences.

Ruki: I certainly did not expect any pity from you.

Shuu: I didn’t think you were a victim of your younger brother’s whims as well.

Yuma: Ruki, you’re seriously gonna do this shit!?

Carla: Woman! If you simply choose me, we can put an end to this whole ordeal.

Ruki: ...!! Y-You don’t need to be so harsh! This is what an older brother should be like! You two just don’t understand because you’ve been a Vampire your whole lives!

Yuma: Eeeh?

Ruki: Yuma! Agree with me! God!

Laito: But you know, I kind of understand wanting to say the word ‘Onii-chan’. ...Also~ I’d love to be addressed as such by Bitch-chan~ ‘O・ni・i・chan...~’ just like that!

Laito: Hey! No cutting in line!

Carla: Ahem! Exactly. The winner of the earlier competition shall be crowned the true older brother. In other words, only he holds the right to be called ‘Onii-chan’ by her!

Laito: But wait! What about us then?

Ayato: Exactly! We didn’t participate in the fight!

Yuma: Was that thing from earlier really a fight? Also, it’s kinda creepy how desperate y’all are...

Laito: I assume that means you don’t want Bitch-chan to call you ‘Onii-chan’ in a cute tone?

Yuma: That’s...Hm...Hm...? Nn...? ーー ‘Kay! I’m in!

Ruki: Good grief, all of you...However! It was always a competition between just three people. Therefore, Laito, Ayato, nor Yuma have the right to be called ‘Onii-chan’!

Translation notes

(1) Back when the triplets were born, Japan used a different system in regards to twins/triplets. Rather than the baby born first being considered the oldest siblings, they counted the other way around. Hence why Laito is called the youngest when he was born on March 20th and Ayato the oldest despite being born two whole days later on March 22nd.

(2) Carla refers to the fact that Ruki was born human here.

(3) I’m not sure if it’s like this in all versions, but Shuu’s phrase is actually censored here with a ‘beep’ sound. Unfortunately, I have no idea what he might have said with only the first and last syllable. ^^;; Since Carla is talking about wanting ownership over everything based on him being a Founder, I assume that it’s probably related to politics? I tried googling some words in regards to fascism, etc. because that obviously ties back to Japan’s history as well but I couldn’t really find any matches. :/

(4) 暗記物 or ‘anki-mono’ refers to any kind of task which requires you to learn a set of words, phrases, etc. by heart. (E.g. Learning vocubulary when studying a new language)

so there's this thing going around about how Netflix will be making Katara the older sibling. any thoughts about that?

That’s certainly...A Choice. It kind of makes Katara another “young woman with prodigious talents sacrifices her dreams to suffer parentification for a younger brother, then when offered a chance to follow those dreams, the narrative can’t help but frame it as selfish”. Which is a narrative I am, quite frankly, fucking tired of. Unless they really lean into the “what you want” vs “what you are duty-bound to do”, in which case, that can become a fascinating compare-contrast to Yue.

Probably would end up being unfair to both characters, though.

You lose the parallel between the Water Sibs and the Fire Sibs, which is unfortunate. It also does make the highly-unfortunate implication that Azula is bad because she didn’t cut herself down to make it easier for her brother after they lost their mom, not like Katara would have had to for a younger Sokka. So Katara is “good” because she sacrificed this huge, fundamental part of herself, sacrificed this huge thing of cultural importance (she is the Last Southern Waterbender. That means something) so she could be a parent to her younger brother. The showrunners don’t even have to write anything like that, the implication is already there so they’d have to write to defy that.

Which I doubt they would. If anything, they’d make it worse by also aging up Azula to make her the older one. Then the message becomes “look, doing your duty to the community means self-sacrifice, but also wanting things for yourself and trying to be better than your nearest male relative is also horrible, so sucks to be an eldest girl am I right?”

That is a terrible story arc for Katara. And horribly unfair to the source material and to the audience who gets to see the media that taught them as children to hold Katara as an inspiration and role model now turn around and imply that is wrong to want to be like the original Katara.

(Although if they let Azula be the Crown Princess, that is an interesting narrative twist if Zuko sees himself entitled to the throne, as in canon. He’d absolutely be an usurper. Even though it even more leads to the “lol silly girl, of course you can’t have power”. More likely, they’d turn her into an Asian Cersei Lannister, which is...also a really bad choice given the stereotypical portrayals of Asian women in media.)

Mn, thinking about it...it could also fall into some tiresome stereotypes of Indigenous women in media. I know people talking about shipping already, and...let’s just say Pocahontas was bad on that when it came out in 1995, we don’t need to revisit the same kind of bad over 25 years later, kthnx.

The Chinapuri finale and its montage aka censorship who?

I decided to do all of this in one post and read more, so that the 95% of my followers who are uninterested on this particular drama/source material can easily skip it. Here are 7 relationships showcased in the montage ranked and 2 bonus (a family relationship and an extra).

Note: I’ll speak about the relationships as they were portrayed, whichever the form of relationship chosen to display in this version. Also, I’m glad that everyone was aged up in this version, kinda wild but very much appreciated that some of these actors are my age or somewhere around there lol

#7 Lu Xia (Echizen Ryoma) and Qi Ying (Ryuuzaki Sakuno)

This drama was a bit more romantically-inclined in terms of these two than the anime/manga was, but some of that may be also influenced by them giving their version of Sakuno more room (which yay!) and having them be older.

For this to stand alone as a drama, it was a needed step, I believe. I found Lu Xia to be more vulnerable than Ryoma, he doesn’t feel quite as ~cool~ and it doesn’t take away from the character that he has moments showing internal struggle (in tennis as well as at home). These two were sweet and adorable, which gave the drama probably more of an expected appeal for a wider audience, to make it stand on its own as a drama and not only an anime adaptation.

#6 Yan ZhiMing (Inui Sadaharu) & Liu Lian (Yanagi Renji)

Kinda mad they didn’t do this for Fuji (Zhuo Zhi) and Saeki (Zuo Xiaohu) but they did good with these two. I didn’t know at first why they started to build up their relationship so early, but it ended up being a good emotional plot point during their match, which is, as we all know, a determining factor in Seigaku’s (Yu Qing) win against Rikkai (Hai Guang).

I don’t remember being as invested in their match in the anime as I was here, maybe I was just too focused on the Fuji match at that time, but what they did to build that game as a decisive point in the season finale was so well developed, I was impressed.

#5 He XingLong (Kawamura Takeshi) & Ya JiuXin (Akutsu Jin)

This is a relationship that can get complicated and even problematic if handled incorrectly. Akutsu’s journey through the anime is pretty long and takes a while for him to be on a healthier place, but the added element of aging the characters could have gone really wrong here if they had done him exactly as in the anime or manga. I think they did pretty well with the time they were given, showing his turmoil and learning curve.

XingLong was allowed to have a more in-depth journey being older and about to graduate, it made more sense for him here to think about his career at this stage and added the gravity of this being THE moment to decide whether to keep pursuing the sport or take over his dad’s restaurant (they even adapted the type of food they cook to match the cultural impact of the family-owned business, which was great).

I think the two complemented each other really well and worked interestingly together, in a way I didn’t think the drama was gonna give them time to do, so I’m really pleased.

#4 Qiao Chen (Momoshiro Takeshi) & Zhang BaiYang (Kaidoh Kaoru)

My younger self is thriving with this one being included tbh. These two were so much fun in the anime, two rivals and opposites that represented the future of the team upon their elders leaving.

I was surprised to see them so focused here, because it’s not a relationship most adaptations put emphasis on (their loss), but it paid off immensely by the time their game against Bunta and Jackal (Jin WenTai & Ke Jie) came around.

Kaidoh is a tough one to adapt most times, and they did him so well in this one, I think this is my favorite live action Kaidoh in any adaptation, and I’ve watched a whole bunch of tenimyu in my day. They really captured the ambiguity of his character, how he balances a tough exterior with a sensitive core. Qiao Chen maintained his feelings for Xu Xingzi (Tachibana Ann) but that didn’t stop them from showing these two every time they could.

#3 Mu Siyang (Tezuka Kunimitsu) & Ji Jingwu (Atobe Keigo)

Oh, these two. Hyotei (Xing Yao) wasn’t featured as much as one would probably expect (I’m a Fudomine fan and with Yu Feng I got more than I even was expecting, but I admit Hyotei is a riot and I always live my best life when they show up). Still, they did the Tezuka/Atobe match justice and then some.

Mu Siyang was incredibly compelling as Tezuka, and had a vulnerability to him that made me worry for his health more than I probably did for his anime counterpart. Maybe also the fact that he was older than his anime version yet looked younger than him made it sink more that his injury was something to worry about. I wish we had time to include anime!Tezuka’s issues with yips with Siyang, because I know the drama would have pulled it off, but that was further down the line in the story. Maybe for a season 2.

Anyway, the Atobe/Tezuka game is one of the best games in tenipuri history and the drama knew it. The game felt like it earned its gravity with the development of both Siyang’s injury and Ji Jingwu’s determination to play against him. Then they sprinkled the camp on top, as the anime does, with Ji Jingwu paying for his every expense and calling him to get updates, which is 100% canon compliant imo.

I feel like Ji Jingwu didn’t have enough room to be as much of Atobe as he could be, but then again, that’s not easy for anyone to pull off. Not even Kato Kazuki can do Junichi Suwabe as well as Junichi Suwabe.

#2 Bai ShiYan (Yukimura Seiichi) & Tian ZiLong (Sanada Genichirou)

So, it’s tough to feel for Rikkai (Hai Guang) at this point of the story. You learn about Yukimura’s health and it’s difficult, but you just met them and the first impressions haven’t been great.

However, the relationship between Sanada and Yukimura has always been something pivotal for the way the team is constructed (they were named that way for a reason, two parts of a same hero and all that) and they sustain the team in a way other teams don’t have to. They are the mom and dad of the team, the coaches, the leaders and the pillars. They have a balance of severity and permissiveness, of strictness and instinct. They are like a couple who has been married for 25 years.

How on Earth, I asked myself, will they achieve that with censorship on the way? I don’t know, but they did it, the mad bastards.

It really does come through 100% the importance of their relationship and the way in which the captain’s health affects the team and, more than anything, their vice captain. It reaches a crescendo during the final match, before ShiYan’s operation, and they manage to pull it off with the time they have.

Also, their scenes are like shot for a contemporary romance drama and I appreciate that vibe.

#1 Tang JiaLe (Kikumaru Eiji) & Chi DaYong (Oishi Shuichiro)

Oh boy. Look. I still own Golden Pair merchandise from my Days, ok? These two hold a special place in my heart. I saw actors who portrayed them grow up, succeed and pass away, sadly. I still sing Depend On Me sometimes. There is a cheerful vibe with these two, a sense of overcoming obstacles and finding balance, I don’t know. Fuji is my favorite character but these two are special in their way.

This freakin’ drama just went full on Golden Pair. The level of content was off the charts. The moment they came on the screen, the second they talked about their doubles, it was already setting the tone of how deep their relationship was going to go. I am a bit amazed that they avoided to get closed down for this ngl. And I appreciate the risk because it paid off.

They have a body language communication that is captured in every shot. Even when they’re not the focus of the scene, they’re close, touching or holding each other, arms around each other, hands on each other’s shoulders, grabbing each other’s clothes. When they fight, that language changes drastically, and the distance they take feels intense and cold. You go through it with them and the team shows it as well. There’s an entire episode I had screencaps of and never posted when the team falls apart because they do.

My favorite part, though, ironically, isn’t what they did with them together but what they did with them apart. They took time to develop them as individual characters with their own issues, their fears, their worries and weaknesses. They were allowed to be flawed and wrong and have to mend their ways.

What really got me and impacted me deeply was the fact that they chose DaYong to talk about mental health. They gave room to speaking about the physical implications of anxiety disorders and about how self esteem issues can give more magnitude to ongoing issues with your mental health. Again, the age of the characters being changed helped add a depth to some issues that get developed with more intensity in a drama of this kind, and the way in which it takes TIME to get resolved, it isn’t a one episode thing, it’s an underlying issue that spans the season...*chef’s kiss*

Even though there’s a specific tenimyu incarnation of these two that I hold dear and will always remember fondly, I think that Xu Ke and Zhu ZhiLing are the most successful and best portrayed live action Golden Pair I’ve ever seen.

Bonus that was in the montage but it’s specifically about a family relationship: The Zhuo Bros

I have said Fuji has always been my favorite and his relationship with Yuta as an older brother (albeit he’s not the eldest sibling like me) is one I always felt close to.

In the anime, the two have a rocky relationship that gets developed throughout, but the drama is very good at establishing not only Zhuo Yu’s (Fuji Yuta) self esteem issues, the subsequent use of that Guan Yue (Mizuki Hajime) does and Zhuo Zhi’s (Fuji Syusuke) attempts to breach the gap between the siblings, they also use it to develop Zhuo Zhi’s character and his reticence to show weakness.

It’s tough to get Fuji towards a place of vulnerability without breaking character, but they used family and the care he provides to his brother as a point to further his story, and I appreciate that a lot. They managed to build Zhuo Zhi up with this sibling bond as one of his core elements, and that gave a lot of dimension to his games and his character.

Bonus that wasn’t in the montage but I’m including in some capacity: Mu Siyang (Tezuka Kunimitsu) & Zhuo Zhi (Fuji Syusuke)

I thought these two deserved a place in the list, even if they weren’t grouped much in the montage, because the drama did make them share moments together that I feel gave more depth to their characters.

There was a very interesting moment in which they showed Mu Siyang and Zhuo Zhi establishing their differences when approaching tennis, and how serious Mu Siyang is about taking the team to victory. I think that strengthened the character as a captain to me, in a way that shows it rather than tells it, and allowed for his guidance to still be present when he wasn’t physically there. His determination ultimately influenced Zhuo Zhi to take things more seriously, and that was a pretty interesting development to see.

All in all, I should, at some point, go and do a serious review for MyDramaList but I wanted to leave in my blog how much I appreciated this adaptation. I wasn’t expecting much and I was delivered everything.

honestly, around late october of 2020 I heard about this game through ads and youtube. I loved the graphics and the way it resembled botw which is a favorite of mine, so I was instantly interested. originally I thought the game was exclusive for mobile, and since my phone is hella old, I doubted I would be able to play - so I never bothered to check it out until a friend of mine asked me if I was playing. I said no (for the reason I just stated) and she told me GI could be played on desktop so I downloaded the game IMMEDIATELY. best decision of my life.

electro since it’s my favorite aesthetically wise, and because it’s an underrated element power-wise as well. electro supremacy! I also like anemo.

I’m extremely passionate about music. my favorite genre is heavy metal, but I’m pretty open to new genres and new music overall.

I remember entering a room and seeing a man staring at me by the window for the longest time, so that freaked me out and I woke up pretty startled.

ONF MEMBERS AS YOUR SIBLING (HYOJIN & E-TION version)

We will be heading to universe 3!!!!! (Still have a long way to complete this series as there are 21 pairing)

Either you are related from Hyojin or Changyoon side and either one of them later joined the family. Confusing? OK example you are Hyojin’s sibling by blood and then later Changyoon joined. Or in reversed, Hyojin was the one who joined later.

Or You are the youngest sibling (could be in terms age when the family comes together or you being born later)

Or, You are the eldest, as stand in for Hyojin’s elder sister, or Changyoon’s elder brother.

Any scenario that is suitable to your own imagination. Also there will be some repeated ideas from first universe because i would like to keep characterization consistency.

Btw this pair of sibling would be quiet but noisy unless they are triggered. But if you are their sibling, you might have already kinda used to the noise.

Ok lets go to some common headcanons (Also apply with you being the eldest)

They might need a bit of time, because suddenly they had to live in a household. Both are looking headstrong on the outside but also sensitive in nature.

(As food is important based on them both in recent interviews and Changyoon’s “we need to eat so that we could live.” ) THEIR USUAL GREETING TOWARDS EACH OTHER IS : “HAVE YOU EATEN?”

Frequently, non nonchalantly asking each other if wanna eat out

If you are related to Hyojin, should Changyoon finds a nice Jeonju cuisine restaurant, he would bring Hyojin and you over to try it out.

To elaborate it further, Changyoon will bring you and Hyojin around when the new family first visited Jeonju. It could be Hyojin suggested Changyoon to do that so that he can know more about his new brother.

They act like being distant acquainted friends with siblings status recognised by the law, but actually both are very observant and caring towards each other.

You might worry if your brothers cannot get along well because they seems to be interacting less. But actually your worry is just overthinking.

Changyoon might be a bit intimidated by Hyojin because of his temper when Seungjoon teasing the latter.

And Hyojin might felt Changyoon is a very distant person who prefers to be alone. But we all know Changyoon is just a bit timid when it comes to getting know/ approaching one step further with new people. So both are not a lone wolf type. With Hyojin being observant, he will absolutely stand back and let the other party to come when their more comfortable.

With INFP Changyoon and ISFJ Hyojin, It is not like they are not good at expressing sibling affection towards each other, they just don’t attach to the overly clingly brothers mode because they are more practical in my opinion. They tend to show each other they care by supporting each other, talking about deeper topics and remembering small details.

Teasing and joking will be there (boys will be boys) but it is kept to the minimum.

(BTW depending on some sources Hyojin is ISFJ and ESFJ both are from some random variety show snippets, as from IDOL WORKSHOP where members mentioned Hyojin like to stay indoors, I will irresponsibly conclude him as ISFJ for now)

So it is possible that they will be awkwardly adjusting due to being too cautious until one party gives in and mentions they need to be more frank towards each other.

Then the chemistry start to change. Even though same age, Hyojin would act as if he is older than Changyoon.

Both knew about each other’s singing ability and will occasionally hang out at Karaoke. Bonus actually if they both have Youtube account that upload covers,you might suggest them to upload a cover video to Youtube. Also occasionally you are the one who suggested song titles for them to cover.

Then their subscribers might wonder how did they get close and as more collaborations happen, they just tell the truth.

If you are Changyoon’s sibling, you will help out by finishing his sentences when he is buffering. Hyojin knew about it as they are in the same class, he will give Changyoon some time to reorganize.

But then if they do fight, Hyojin surely will be the one blasting words, being on point as possible. (this scenario is rare unless it is something that triggered he to the point he could not hold in)

Even though they look “not close”, they will still laugh at each other’s jokes and weird antics.

When they both are older, one of them had a notion to get a tattoo and started researching it and another gained interest after peaking. Then they both went to get tattoo together, Hyojin even get 2 because he could not decide. (Maybe later end up being scolded by parents lol)

Scenario (You being the youngest or being the one to be born later)

Your elder brothers play with you by giving out a lot of weird aegyos. And then they will laugh at themselves for being OOC

BTW you three when playing hide and seek or tag in the house will defo turn the house up side down.

From your childhood memory, Changyoon seems to be the brother who is smitten with you, typically likes to squish your chubby cheeks when you are still younger. Hyojin would be the sometimes prankster that would jumpscare you.

When you are toddler, Changyoon carries you in his arms most while Hyojin piggybacks you the most.

But both of their love are endless for the younger sibling. you might find it funny when you introduced your boyfriend/Partner to your brothers and Hyojin is the one who is being unsettled.

If you are from Hyojin’s side, similar with your brother, you might find Changyoon a bit intimidating.

If you are from Changyoon’s side and you have opposite personality, you will be the one to approach Hyojin first.

BLESS your ears when they sing in the house.

RIP your ears when you play video games or monopoly with them both.

YOU FORCING THEM TO GO INTO HAUNTED HOUSES DURING THEME PARK VISIT BECAUSE YOU WON ROCK PAPER SCISSORS, and you are trying hard to catch your breathe as you laugh at your big brothers. Also RIP your ears.

OH AND RIP YOUR SOUL if you happen to messed up. Them both will nag you for sure. Changyoon is a more softer type big brother while Hyojin definitely is a more stern type. Changyoon forgives/lets go easily after he criticized and understood that you will learn from the mistake. But Hyojin will need you to understand what you have done wrong and exactly what led towards the mistake before letting you go free from his nagging.

So unlike previous sibling hcs, you will not go to only 1 brother when you ask for opinion/guides in life choices. You will come to them both same time. Even if 1 of them are not present, you will wait until them both are free and all ears.

They are supportive, but also worry if you are perfectly prepared of your choices.

Hearing them discussing in front of you before turn their opinion towards you actually can give you great insight too. Hyojin will elaborate the consequences and makes sure that you understand and you have the mental preparation to bear it. Changyoon will be the worrywart and asking you some blindspot matter that you did not think of.

If your personality happens to be funny and a bit of crackhead underneath a serious facade, Changyoon will team up with you if you start something funny or you joining Changyoon. Hyojin would be at one side clapping and laughing his heart out.

Changyoon : Woah, my younger sibling indeed, you sure have sense of humour

If your personality is somewhat closer to Hyojin’s, you and Hyojin both will be supportive when Changyoon participating in singing competition.

Fun fact, should Changyoon participates, Hyojin will not participate. Same goes with the other way round.

We've met with the visually strongest band M.A.S 0094.

A skillful, visual band composed of members born between the years 1994 and 2000.

Aside from their flower-like appearances, they also possess unwavering talent, a trait about themselves that we'll be looking forward to in the future.

Please introduce the band~

It was wonderful how we chanced upon one another. At the beginning, the leader [who was Kanghyun at the time], the drummer, and the bassist were the ones who started the group with their respective instruments.

As we started, our bassist friend here brought forth a sub-vocal friend of his. We originally had four members at the time that we were promoting. Then we went to perform a session at a contest where we happened to stumble upon the eldest who claimed his victory. We then had a conversation with him ... and then recruited him? We brought him into the group. So it was around the middle of May in 2015 when we decided to bring him in? It started in May and has been this way since then.

Now that we think about it, it hasn’t been that long since we met but our friendship feels like we’ve been a band together for several years.

Our first song <Butterfly, Finding Flower> was released on the 13th of August.

Please introduce yourselves~

Kang Hyungu (Leader, Guitarist)

My name is Kanghyun. I'm 19 years old. I'm the leader and the guitarist. My nickname is especially ... ah, the members think I'm a genius at guitar but I don't think so. Yeah, that's it.

HYUNGU'S PERSONALITY:

Hyungu: I'm ... a little bit shy.

Netri: It does seem like it. Not once have you maintained eye contact with me.

Hyungu: Yes ... ㅋㅋㅋ I'm somewhat shy. I hate wasting even the slightest bit of time. So when there's nothing to do when I'm in the car, I would either read books or be preoccupied with something else.

Harin: But I think he really is that kind of person. The first time we’ve seen each other was when we were in middle school. We met through this teacher and we were having a conversation, but not once did he look up, and he just stood there. Then I thought, I wanted to get acquainted and familiarize myself with him more soon.

Dongmyeong: But when we actually got to know one another, we suddenly became close.

Harin: He may be very shy, but after a while, he opens up about everything.

Giwook: Hyungu hyung is ... a meticulous person? And he also practices very diligently. He's truly a sincere hyung and that's why he's cool.

Yonghoon: That sounded soulless ㅋㅋㅋ First of all, he's definitely a very shy one, which was the reason why I actually made a lot of effort towards him. Since I'm the older one, it seemed a lot harder to do [the approaching]. So, I purposefully extended phone calls with him at night and sent him lengthy messages bit by bit on Kakaotalk. The first time when we weren't as close, our exchanges were something along the lines of, "Whenever [Yonghoon] hyung says something like this, I feel really moved." But as time passed on and we've grown more close, it's now more of "Hyung, you're being overly dramatic again. Good night" ㅋㅋㅋ A lot has changed since.

Dongmyeong: Hyungu hyung may be a really shy person, but he's also quite bashful. He acts like a real man. ㅋㅋㅋ But he's definitely leader material. The members are actually quite young so we tend to slack off often, but whenever we do so, he would catch us [and scold them for it]. So I think he's exactly like a leader in that respect.

JU HARIN (DRUMMER)

I'm the drummer in MAS, 19-year old Harin. I may not have a nickname though, I think ... Since I have more of a caring nature, I lean more towards sort of being described as a housewife, kind of like a 'housewife' mother. MAS' mother.

HARIN'S PERSONALITY:

Harin: My personality is something along the lines of ... being able to befriend people quick. I don't particularly like being shy so I'm the kind of person who will approach someone first. I'm extremely caring.

Ever since I was young, you could say I was almost responsible for raising a younger sibling. Since I was five, our parents would often go on business trips, so I had to take care of my sister and that's where my family-oriented nature came in. I would cook at home and receive advice from mom, so my overall character just seems to be more of a family-oriented person, like a mother or a father.

Hyungu: Yeah, I think so, too.

Dongmyeong: Elaborate a little bit more on that please.

Hyungu: There's a lot of ground to cover though. But ... he's good-natured. He does seem to have a bit of a lazy side to him, right? ㅋㅋㅋ Yeah, let's just move on.

Giwook: It's true that Harin hyung is the most caring person. But Yonghoon also takes good care of us. And he's also really playful.

Harin: What? Is that it?

Dongmyeong: Ah~ Can I go for it? Can I?

Yonghoon: Yeah ... Giwook and I thought of the same thing ㅋㅋㅋ No, just kidding. As Harin said, he is definitely a family person and he's also quite sociable. He briefly met my younger brother. In about 15 seconds of meeting him, [Harin] already had an arm around his [Yonghoon's brother's] shoulder. And also, as Hyungu said earlier, he can be the lazy type but that's something that he can improve upon himself.

Dongmyeong: Ah, for me ... Harin hyung truly does take care of us well. He certainly does.

Harin: What’s this all of a sudden?

Dongmyeong: It’s true! That’s what he’s like! ㅋㅋㅋ (Just kidding, just kidding). Harin hyung is really friendly. He met my brother one time and it was almost as though the two of them haven't seen each other in 30 years. At home, my brother even said, "That hyung is strange."

Yonghoon: So did my brother.

Dongmyeong: But it was- it was nice.

LEE GIWOOK (MAKNAE, BASSIST, LYRICIST)

Hello, I'm the youngest in MAS, 17-year old Lee Giwook. Ah, that's right. I'm also the bassist of the group. Hmm .. what else .. I'm just the youngest. The youngest in the band.

*The members interrupting* (This particular part denotes the members cutting in) - He writes lyrics well. *He has written two songs in English. - With a bit of ... Googling... did he not (doubts about the translating situation)

I am responsible for song-writing. Please watch over me. ^^

GIWOOK'S PERSONALITY:

Giwook: Yes, hello? I'm the youngest. I am often understanding towards people! In a considerate manner. Hmm ... And even though I struggle to describe myself, I'm striving to live as a kind-hearted individual. Ah, and I often also hear that I'm more mature for someone my age. But despite my mature side, I still look young ... I don't know.

Hyungu: For me personally, he's truly admirable. Since we've been together from the very beginning, I think I'm the one who knows Giwook the best out of all the members. Firstly, I'm so proud of him, and he's never once stayed mad at me for a long period of time as we make fun and joke among ourselves. Giwook also doesn't swear, he's mature, and he thinks deeply. And now you're glaring at me ...? [at Giwook] Okay.

Harin: Next to Hyungu, I know Giwook the most, but I always feel sorry towards him. I was a junior and he was a freshman in high school when I first met him. I must've been a little distressing to him. I would often joke around because we were close, but Giwook must've felt hurt?

But he understood [the nature] of the situation and would come back a moment later saying, "It's okay, hyung~" So I joke around, but particularly more carefully around Giwook.

Dongmyeong: Always Giwook before me ...

Harin: Yeah, that's about right.

Dongmyeong: What's worse is that he doesn't even answer my phone calls.

Harin: No! No! That may be so, but he's very considerate and kind. As you get to know him better, you'll notice he's more reserved towards the older ones. Especially towards the noonas. Awo~ I can't even say it. Let's end it at that. And he does an excellent job at writing lyrics for songs and raps. He is one talented individual.

Yonghoon: Giwook may be the youngest but he is definitely praiseworthy. As the older one, I'd want to be the one to watch over him but I also want him to speak to me when something goes wrong - because I can tell. When there is something that bothers them, whatever it may be, I want them to be able to talk about it, but neither Hyungu nor Giwook say anything. Besides that though, he's amazing, mature, and he's great at writing song and rap lyrics. I think he's definitely the best younger brother.

Dongmyeong: Giwook and I are the same age so ... Even though Giwook comes across as mature, he can still be playful and can mess around like his peers. But I think he can also be under a lot of stress. He’s a quiet person, and even though it appears as if he's under a lot of pressure to be good [at what he does], you can obviously tell. Yet he doesn't talk about it. If he were to say enough, we could help each other out. Yeah, we would.

JIN YONGHOON (ELDEST HYUNG, VOCALIST, GUITARIST)

Hello, I am. MAS' eldest, the vocalist, and guitarist Jin Yonghoon. My nickname ... I always take care of the younger ones with a generous heart.

*Huh? What are you on about?

It's always raining and snowing... [referring to how the members have so much to say]

Heoheoheoheo (we'll cut the downpour of complaints here)

I think I'm like a father who cherishes and loves you

*Absolutely not. It's like ... we'll just leave it at that.

YONGHOON'S PERSONALITY:

Yonghoon: My personality ... since I have a younger brother, I treat the younger members well. Honestly.

Dongmyeong: COUGH COUGH ... So shameless ... COUGH

Yonghoon: I'm not good with hyungs. I can't adjust to their level. And I seem to be the kind of person who has to deal with them one by one. Yeah, that sounds about right. I can't just sit back and watch if someone tries to bother the younger ones.

Dongmyeong: Wah you're a gangster, hyung.

Yonghoon: Yeah, that's right ...

Hyungu: I think Yonghoon hyung is like the pillar of the group. I personally like him a lot. He's filled with charisma. It's the same way when we're on stage, but even when it's just among us, he would be more reprimanding, and when we play around he makes it more fun. I don't think I would be able to do any of those if I were him. But that's just what I think. He does it towards the younger ones often on Kakaotalk.

I personally haven't given the younger members my Kakaotalk. But after meeting Yonghoon, he's been helpful towards me [in that area of connecting with the younger members]. Sort of like a life coach? Yeah, that's all. Hyung. I love you.

Dongmyeong: This is like a healing camp.

Harin: Yeah, Hyungu and I feel the same way. When I can't get it together, [Yonghoon] hyung has been the pillar. And with his charisma ... sometimes he's charismatic, other times he isn't. It comes and goes like a split personality. The first few times I've been with him, he would scold me a lot. But because of that, I am who I am now.

Giwook: Yonghoon has a fatherly personality. Even with just the four of us doing activities as a band, Yonghoon just waltzed in and it suddenly felt even more like a band. He's a great singer and he's really nice. But there's hardly any instances where he doesn't depend on us. We just got back from Lotteria [a fast food chain in South Korea], and he would ask us to do this or that, or throw this or that away. Though he's there when we need someone to rely on, too. Yeah, that's all.

Dongmyeong: Yonghoon hyung gives a lot of advice. He would even give advice on the smallest of things. But he can't do any handiwork. He would always be constantly teasing me about nothing else but singing, but has he ever tidied something up with his own two hands? No, right?

As for instances of that ... We were out eating at Lotteria and there was one time where he saw me just leaving and not cleaning up. But he also really just left [the trash] behind. So then I had to do the clean up in the end. He can sometimes be really childish. He's just whining and making a fuss on the daily...

Yonghoon: Yeah!!! (hurriedly rushing)

SON DONGMYEONG (VOCALIST, PIANIST)

Yes, I'm the vocalist and pianist in MAS, Son Dongmyeong. My foot size is 280 [for reference, that is a 9.5 in NA sizes]. So my nickname is 발동명 [foot Dongmyeong - though the word ‘발동‘ can also mean ‘to instigate/to start something’]

-- But your height is 160 cm.

What's that supposed to mean!! Please don't believe that. Also, I was born in 2000 but since I was born earlier than Giwook, I'm his hyung. It may only be a two-week gap [between him and Giwook] but I entered high school earlier than him.

Netri: So, that makes you a hyung to him?

Yes, but we sometimes talk casually as well.

[It is generally common courtesy to speak to someone in a respectful manner if they're older than you or if you've just met them. But once you've both established a more familiar relationship, especially if you’re the same age, you could also speak casually!]

- You’re in middle school and I’m in high school so you have to call me hyung~

What sort of set up is this.

DONGMYEONG'S PERSONALITY:

Dongmyeong: I ... am also shy at first, but once we grow closer, everything becomes okay. Ah, no? You don't think I'm shy? Hmm ... I'm quite timid.

Yonghoon: He is very talented. You'll know once you see him during a concert.

Dongmyeong: Umm ... but even though I have a lot to say, [those words] aren't reflective of what I truly mean. Isn't that right?

Yonghoon: But you can't ask that.

Dongmyeong: I really don't know ... my personality ...

Yonghoon: Okay, so we will do the talking.

Hyungu: Honestly, Dongmyeong speaks politely. I think he's one of the most kind-hearted kids. And that is truly nice. But that [kind of personality] can also be bad. He is really nice and also very naive. So I think it would be good for him to comfortably express how he truly feels. At first, I was like "how can he be so angelic?" But that was just at first.

Dongmyeong: WHAT DO YOU MEAN!!!

Yonghoon: Now he's more like a sergeant.

Hyungu: I'm usually more of a tsundere towards Dongmyeong. Whenever he asks me a question, I just give a prompt response - but that's not what I'm truly trying to say. Honestly, conversations with Dongmyeong can be quite bothersome ㅋㅋㅋ I don't want to respond ㅋㅋㅋㅋ But he's definitely a good younger brother.

Harin: I don't have much to say other than that. I think his kindness is just a facade. There have been instances where, even though he is nicely talking to me, I can't take it seriously because he sounds too innocent. Even when I'm tired, I seriously go "Ah, stop." but he would punch me and say "Ayyye #%$%$" He can be senseless sometimes.

Yonghoon: He always takes things too far... So he's Do # (Seriously, what kind of gags does this guy have?)

[Yonghoon said '도를 넘어' which translates to 'being excessive/going too far' but can also mean 'beyond Do (as in the note)' ... hence... the Do # pun... Thanks for the dad jokes, Yonghoon. We love ya]

Giwook: Hello, it's the maknae here. As far as I'm concerned, I've ... (taking notice) spent the most time with Dongmyeong. We live 5 minutes away from one another, and our schools were also actually close to each other. Personality-wise, Dongmyeong is kind-hearted, but his talent is no joke either. He is quite skilled. He can be playful. He's a ... really good hyung. The mood maker?

Harin: I think he holds up the role of the energizer [in the group].

Giwook: Without Dongmyeong hyung, things would be terribly dull. And also, when it's just the two of us alone, we tend to have serious conversations, and he seems like a different person. He cries, too.

Dongmyeong: You're so mean~!!

Yonghoon: Dongmyeong ... is definitely the one I talk to the most - the reason being is that we're the most talkative ones. When he's not able to sleep at night, he's always messaging me on Kakaotalk. I always ‘see’ him. Even though I get confused with what goes on with the others, I just see it as is with Dongmyeong. Even just from his clumsy way of walking ... 'Ah, there's something going on with him" - I just see it.

The first time around when he was still really shy, I started a conversation with him like, "Dongmyeong-ah, did you eat" and he goes "Ah! No! Would you like to eat?" But these days, it's more like "Hey, what do you wanna eat?" ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Even now when we joke around, he can still get hurt since he's soft-hearted, but he pretends that he isn't. But then I see that. To tell you the truth, I feel sorry for him once in a while. But then that’s what makes me want to tease him even more ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

A FAVOURITE SONG OF YOURS IS ...?

Hyungu: There are two songs that immediately come to mind - <PEACE> is one of them. It's really good, but above all,

- You wrote the melody for it

Yeah, very much so. I think it's good.

[I unfortunately was not able to find a performance of PEACE anywhere ;-;]

Harin: Yeah, I really like <PEACE> too. The reason being is that, one time, Hyungu and I were staying at my house, and we were both playing guitar and singing, and then the chords just came out nicely ... So we took those and showed it to them [the other members] and were met with good reactions, and because I'm a fan of awesome things [like the song], this song is definitely my style.

Giwook: For me, the song <PEACE> and <Starlight> are songs I've composed ... What these two songs have in common is that they're both undoubtedly dynamic. The beginning starts off quietly but then it unravels at the end part. The lyrics are good, the melody is also good. I think it's just really good. I also wrote the lyrics for <PEACE> as well.

Yonghoon: I also had two songs in mind - <Blessing> and <Starlight>

I wasn't originally going to go with <Blessing> but ... I wrote this one. And it is also rather cold out now. It's winter. The melody for this song is the exact thing that reminds me of winter. It is definitely a warm and dynamic kind of song.

Dongmyeong: For me, it's <Feeling Good> and <A Wonderful Person> [also was not able to find a video performance for this song] The maknae, Giwook, wrote the lyrics for <Feeling Good>, and it's the most well-known song of ours. It's just something that easily comes to mind and that anyone can relate to. And the lyrics are also really nice.

I wrote the lyrics with Yonghoon hyung for <A Wonderful Person> ... I haven't tried doing that with the other members yet, but it's a song for my father.

WHY DO YOU DO MUSIC?

Hyungu: Music ... is that not a reason?

Dongmyeong: Music!~ Music is my life.

Hyungu: Honestly, if you were to ask about the reasons, there's a lot ... Or there's none. Right now I honestly don't know. I think I might know if you ask it again.

Harin: I’ve honestly found playing the drums to be fun and interesting since I was younger. When I get hooked onto something, I deeply get into it. The more I play the drums, even the drum sounds become more interesting to me. I also get to be part of a band as well. I feel a different kind of charm when the drum sounds come out. When I share music with this friend (Hyungu), I get to experience new things, too. I want to see this through until the end.

Giwook: When I was in fifth grade, a close friend of mine asked me to form a band with them. I was going to play the drums at first, but then I switched to the bass. The more we do music, the more fun it becomes and I get attached to it. I can also learn about one's personality through music. I think music is appealing. It's fun. I will be doing music until I die.

Yonghoon: Back when I was a student, I went to a Lee Seungcheul concert with my mom and my grandmother. That's when I felt it then - that this is what I should do. I may not have lived for that long yet, but my most honourable memory to date is that connection I had with Lee Seungcheul.

He had hurt me at first. I went to Super Star K 4 a while ago. I got through to the second round, then I approached him only to hear biting remarks. I remember being hurt then. And then I recently went to Lee Seungcheul's studio to record the chorus [part of a song?]. So I did the recording, and had a meal. I was sitting close by and he gave me alcohol as I was an adult by then. That was the most honourable moment to me. I think it was because of him that I was able to do music.

Netri: Even though they do music at such a young age, their heart and actions are never light as MAS 0094 has their own personal philosophy and thoughts regarding music. This was a moment where I certainly learned a lot from them. Even though they are younger than me, they definitely have a better understanding of [the certainty of] their own thoughts and dreams. Levi x Witch!Reader ~ All Hallows Eve

So I got this idea from my favourite Halloween movie I was just watching a few minutes ago, Hocus Pocus. This fic is based on the three witches, Y/N being somewhat like Sarah kinda, so she'llbe acting like her a lot lol

Warning: Mentions of Death, Slight Suggestive Themes

The numerous reports of children that had been missing since the beginning of fall was drastic, families ruined and parents terrified of losing their little ones to this unknown source that seemed to pick young children right from underneath their nose. The government was beginning to be pressured into finding who was abducting them and where they've been brought and held. Folk believed it was sex trafficers, others believed that the children had ran from their own will and some elderly began to question if it was something more dangerous.

Witches.

The Survey Corps were dispatched out to neighbouring villages and towns in the forests where the most recorded abductions took place. Groups missing at the same time every few nights.

Levi grumbled walking along the outskirts of the town with some few others following behind, armed with guns and their gear. He was one of the few who were sent to check out the area and residents with a few other squads including his own.

"Sir, we haven't seen anything unusual so far and it's nearing 1 in the morning. Are we in the right town?" Jean decided to question, followed by a short yawn. Levi looked at the younger boy over his shoulder, the flickering of his torch illuminating the area around him. "We are in the right place, have patience and don't start yapping. Keep an eye out for anything unusual." Levi retorted seeing how Jean nodded somewhat and swallowed. The group were left once again in silence for a few more minutes with the chirping of crickets before a high pitched shrill echoed throughout the sky. It was met with an eery cackle soon after.

"Use thy voice F/N, fill the sky! Bring the little brats to die!"

"What the fuck was that?" Eren thought out loud, Mikasa readied herself, putting an arm out in front of Eren to keep him behind her protectively. The group stopped to look around, some glancing up to the clear skies in fright whilst raising their torches out to try to get a better view into the darkness. Suddenly, a euphoric lilting voice echoed throughout the area, it was almost hypnotic to listen to.

"Come little children, I'll take thee away, into a land of enchantment, come little children, the time's come to play... Here in my garden of magic"

The source of the voice seemed to grow closer as the group waddled on, Levi had ordered them to have their guns at the ready as they neared an illuminated glow of the trees that led into a circular opening, the moonlight shimmering down into the opening from above as the crackles of an openly lit fire sparked with life.

Crouching low in the bushes, the group watched as three women stood with a group of nearly thirty children by the looks of it, one of the women had her face stuck in a thick book reading something. Another was tending to the fire, adding some strange looking objects into it before hanging a small cauldron above it. The last one was too busy keeping the hypnotized children at ease with her voice, they all sat close, blank expressions watching the H/C woman pat a little boys head with a warm yet malicious smile.

"Oh my..." Armin muttered in horror earning a few odd glances from the members of the squad. He took these glances into note and decided to continue, "they're the L/N sisters, I read about them when I was younger in fairy tale books.. They take the souls of children to stay young.. Professionals in the art of black magic... They're... Witches" he finished, paling as he watched the women worked away. Orbs flicking from one another.

"Witches!? Well what do we do then!?" Eren whispered in a panicked tone. Armin shrugged hopelessly as Levi glared at the group before adding "we take them by surprise, before they can hurt any of the children, we'll have them at gun point. Got it?" He murmured, looking to the group as they all nodded shortly after, Armin was about to say something bedore he was silenced by a taunting voice and the sound if sniffing.

"I smell.. youngsters.. And one older.." The chubby short one said, squinting her eyes as she looked off into the darkness of the forest once again sniffing for the scent. The eldest one that was too focused on the book glared at the chubby one, an unimpressed look on her face. "Well what do you call these you fool!? Children! Youngsters! And by what do you mean and one older!?" She barked as the H/C one stopped singing, listening in on her sister's conversation with interest.

"I smell... A man.." The short one had a confused look on her face as she ogled her sisters in question. Just then the H/C one squealed and joined the other two, excitedly clapping her hands together whilst smiling. "Oh a man! Where is he? I want to play with him~" she purred earning a light swat of the shoulder from the eldest. "Winnie! That hurt" she pouted as Winnie grumbled at her sister's behaviour, rolling her eyes she ignored her and wandered over to a small girl, making her stand before grabbing her book, glancing to the bubbling cauldron and taking a wooden spoon full of the icky substance. Winnie let her book rest under her arm as she forced the girls mouth open to pour the substance inside.

It only took a few minor seconds before the young girl began to glow bright white, the three sisters looked to one another before Winnie began again.

"The potion works! Sisters take my hands! We will share her" she called out, letting her sisters take her hands as they stepped towards the small girl, beginning to suck the life of her they sighed in delight before finally stepping away. A bright string of blinding light overcame the small opening of the forest just for a split second before the excited cries of the women sounded again.

The H/C was in a completely different, slim silky dress, she spun around in delight, outstretching her arms with happiness as she cried out. "I am beautiful! Boys will love me!" She twirled around as the other two laughed and clapped their hands. The shorter one clapped her hands with joy "we're young!" She screeched as Winnie quirked a brow before laughing "well... younger.." She tittered.

They were cut off when the sudden crunching of leaves and twigs took over, Levi and his group jumped out from the shadows aiming at the three women with stern expressions. The trio jumped from fright, the H/C squeaked as she hid behind Winnie's shoulder somewhat. Her gaze rested on the raven haired main at the front of the group before a gentle smile irked onto her lips.

"Winnie it's a man.. Hang him on a hook- and let me play with him~" she cooed in a sultry tone, Winnie growled at her in return. "You fool F/N, now is not the time! Now, what is it that you want with us? We are only fair ladies after all" she smirked.

"You haven't shut up since you've been here" Levi growled, arriving outside of F/N's door. She had been singing again, like always. The girl giggled in return, completely infatuated with the man that arrived in her room, she smiled at him. "It got your attention, even though you won't let me play with you" she flirted as Levi smirked a little, shaking his head at her he sighed.

"Knowing you, you'd curse me or some shit to stay with you" he retorted playfully as she fell into a silent state. "I would never" F/N spoke after some seconds. In truth, the three had been given a choice, either to help with the Survey Corps or get hung at the noose. As stubborn as F/N's sisters were, they were hanged years ago leaving F/N by herself. The last remaining sister of the witches. As unstable as she looked to be, F/N turned out to be more normal than everyone ever thought after being parted with her siblings.

"Anyways. Halloween is coming up, you don't plan on anything do you?" Levi changed the topic of conversation as F/N hummed, shaking her head she denied it. "Good. Because Erwin told me there will be a Halloween party that we all have to go to. I want you to go with me." He told her, F/N's face lit up in a tint of pink as she smiled to him.

"I'd love that~ You could be my black cat and I'll be myself. The witch."

Her Dowry (Part 1)

The handsome Mr. Park Jinyoung is proud, haughty and says exactly what he thinks. He doesn’t need anyone meddling in his life... much less a spoiled and rich young heiress who is shamelessly in love with her own fortune.

Can two such selfish people ever find comfort in each other?

Warnings: Regency!AU, pretty much a Jane Austen fanfic with GOT7 lol. Angst, Fluff, some attempts at me being posh and using big words that might seem cringey. Please don’t ask when I’ll update because I’m trying my best!

Dowry: A dowry is an ancient custom that requires the transfer of parental property to a daughter at her marriage, rather than at her father’s death. The dowry is given by the bride’s family to the groom or his family. In Victorian England, dowries were viewed by the upper class as an early payment of the daughter’s inheritance.

A man had to prove his worth in keeping his wife at the level of life she was accustomed to. A woman, often looking to improve her social standing, used a dowry as a lure.

“I do not like her, brother," you muttered. "Something about her manner is extremely unpleasant to me.”

The bride was dressed in expensive white muslin, her dark hair cascading down her back and her brilliant smile lighting up the entire wedding ceremony. You sat silently in the pews, seething.

What was the need for her to smile quite so brightly? What sort of a young woman could not even conceal her emotions and contain her happiness? You found her conduct particularly distasteful. A bride shouldn’t be smiling like a fool on her wedding day. She should look elegant and composed.

“I think she looks absolutely beautiful,” your brother whispered to you.

You turned your head sharply to frown at him. Colonel Jackson Wang had dressed in his uniform for the occasion. He stood out brightly among the other wedding guests, with his red coat and dashing good looks. There was really no need for Jackson to have arrived to the church in his uniform but he had chosen to do so regardless. Your brother never shied away from attention. He also particularly enjoyed that of the female kind; women loved officers.

“You think all women are beautiful,” you replied dismissively. You had no interest in your brother’s frivolous remarks and smug smiles on this gloomy morning.

“It is the truth. All women are beautiful and Jaebum’s bride is no exception. If you will permit me to say so, dear sister, I believe that it is not Jaebum’s wife that you are displeased with. Rather, it seems to be the fact that our brother is getting married at all,” Jackson replied knowingly.

You pressed your lips together in indignance. How could Jackson accuse you of such a thing? You had no reason to oppose Jaebum’s marriage. Your eldest brother could marry whomever he pleased, but you only wished that he hadn’t chosen Miss Park of all women. She was nothing more than a pretty face and a sweet smile that had seduced your brother into matrimony. Underneath his stiff demeanor and stern face, your brother was truthfully a weak man. Jaebum was drawn to small and delicate things so Miss Park had captured his soft heart in a matter of days.

“She looks far too happy,” you insisted. “Why does she need to be smiling so much?”

Jackson folded his arms across his chest. “She is marrying the man she loves.”

“She is marrying a rich man from a noble family,” you replied stubbornly. “Jaebum is the heir to Father’s properties and everyone knows that he will come into an enormous fortune. Do you remember how vocal she was about her adoration of our estate when she joined us for dinner last week? I have no doubt she is waiting for Father to die so that she may call herself mistress of our home and parade about as though it belongs to her.”

“Ah, so there it is,” Jackson said with a small laugh. He had known that there was something on your mind and now you had finally exposed your true feelings. Your cheeks heated up in anger as your brother smirked at you. “You are worried that you will no longer be the only woman in our family, and that Miss Park will have more right over our home once she becomes Mrs. Lim than you will. Am I wrong, dear sister?”

You tensed. “Don’t be ridiculous.”

Jackson chuckled and reached across to squeeze your hand in a gesture of comfort. “You need not worry, you will always be our dear, adorable little sister-“

You pushed his hand away and frowned. “Shall we focus on the ceremony?”

It was a small and beautiful ceremony but it only made you more bitter as it progressed. The vows were read out and rings exchanged; rings which you had gone into town and had custom-made for your brother since you knew that Jaebum could never be trusted to choose the appropriate ones if left to himself. As Jaebum exchanged rings with the woman he had chosen to spend the remainder of his life with, your gaze drifted around the church.

Jaebum had insisted that the wedding remain small and that the announcement in the papers be made only after the ceremony was completed. He had never liked too much show or grandeur about things.

You wondered what Miss Park liked.

The Lims’ estate and the money, most likely. A private wedding was a small sacrifice for an ensuing life of luxury.

You had made the necessary inquiries into the Park family the moment Jaebum sent a letter from London stating that he was engaged to marry a woman whom he had been courting for a few months. He explained that Miss Park was a fine, beautiful young lady of simple tastes and an excessively sweet demeanor. Jaebum’s letter to you had, cleverly, not delved into detail about this mysterious Miss Park.

But you had laid your hands on a similar letter Jaebum had sent to Colonel Jackson. In his less careful exchange with his brother, Jaebum had revealed that he was smitten for Miss Park and that she was the purest soul he had ever met in his life. He believed that she was a woman with a heart of gold who treated everyone around her with the deepest compassion and had possibly never so much as told a lie.

It was pathetic how easily men were seduced. You had expected better from Jaebum.

The Parks were a family of nobility and although they could never rival your family’s wealth, they had certainly amassed a good fortune. You heard that they owned a house in London (which was where Miss Park had been staying with her mother when your brother had fallen for her seductive trap) in addition to an average-sized estate in the countryside. Miss Park’s father had passed away four years ago and so his entire fortune fell upon her younger brother, Mr. Park Jinyoung.

That insufferable Mr. Park Jinyoung.

He had arrived at Portsmouth with his sister and mother two weeks ago to prepare for the wedding. Just as his sister was beautiful, Mr. Park Jinyoung was exceedingly handsome. He had a charming smile and a calm, observant gaze that could make any woman feel weak. Mr. Park was eloquent in his speech and graceful in his manner.

The Park siblings had become the talk of the town within days of their arrival. Miss Park for having secured the affections of the stiff Mr. Lim Jaebum, and Mr. Park for simply being so handsome and agreeable and having such a lovely smile.

You had to confess that your own heart had fluttered at the first sight of Park Jinyoung. You considered yourself in possession of an excellent taste for everything aesthetic and you knew that this man’s features could not have been more flawless if they had been drawn by a skilled artist. You had smiled prettily at Mr. Park and exchanged a few playful flirtations until you were suddenly and shockingly exposed to his true character.

Mr. Park Jinyoung was a rude, conceited man who had no appreciation for art of any form.

During the Parks’ fourth evening in town Mr. and Miss Park had joined your family for evening tea. It was too cruel to separate the young lovers when their wedding was mere days away, and your Father had decided that it was prudent to invite the young Parks to the estate for dinner rather than risk having Jaebum be seen loitering about their lodgings in town in hopes of being admitted to see his beloved. There was a call for entertainment and you had graciously stepped up to play the piano while the company enjoyed their tea.

You were pleased to be able to show off your performance. Surely Miss Park could not possess the musical talent that you had acquired and honed from an early age. This was the one arena in which you were certain that she could not rival you. You played one of the most difficult pieces you had learned and were treated to a fond round of applause from your family. Jackson had always been enthusiastic about your music and even Jaebum seemed impressed. Your Father clapped with a proud smile on his face.

“Oh, that was quite delightful!” The young Miss Park was quick to praise your performance once you returned to your seat. She had been going to great lengths to befriend you, but you were determined to be cold to her. “I have heard so much about Miss Lim’s musical talents but to hear her perform in person is something else entirely. How much effort and practice you must have put in to reach that level of skill! Was it not lovely, Jinyoung?”

You smiled to yourself, awaiting the praise that was surely to come from Mr. Park. He had been watching you intently during your performance and you were well used to general admiration regarding your music. The young gentlemen of the locality were among your most ardent admirers. You were certain that you would have Mr. Park Jinyoung smitten with you before his sister could tie the knot.

You batted your eyelashes at him and spoke in a sweet tone. “Yes, Mr. Park, I am very eager to hear what you thought of my performance.”

Mr. Park sipped his tea coolly. His dark eyes flickered to you and he gave you a small, tight-lipped smile as he set his tea cup down on the table in front of him.

“You certainly possess great potential, Miss Lim,” he replied calmly.

You could not have been more shocked if Mr. Park Jinyoung had chosen to throw his unfinished tea in your face. Potential? Whatever could he mean by that? You had been learning how to play the piano since you were a small child of seven. That was fourteen years of uninterrupted learning, of your Father hiring the best music teachers and you dedicating all of your free time to the practice and perfection of the art. Father had bought you a priceless instrument for your twelfth birthday which was your most prized possession. You were undoubtedly the most skilled woman in all of Portsmouth and this horrible, rude, tasteless man had the audacity to tell you that you had potential? As though you were a small child?

You had never been so affronted.

“I have dedicated myself to learning how to play the instrument for over fourteen years now, Mr. Park,” you informed him coldly. “I am certain that any potential I might have had has already been realized. Perhaps you had best not pass critical judgement if you are not in a position to judge.”

The corner of Mr. Park’s beautiful lips turned up in a smug smile.

“Well, a woman so confident in her own skills can hardly be seeking my praise,” Mr. Park Jinyoung replied. You suddenly detested his handsome, charming face as he smiled at you. “After all, you are evidently the superior musician and I cannot claim to know more about the instrument or about music than you do. Such words would serve no purpose but to flatter you, since I am inferior to you in knowledge and taste. If you do not believe my criticism, then of what value is my praise?”

Your cheeks flushed red in anger as you glared at him. “I believe even a dog knows good music when he hears it-“

Colonel Jackson interrupted your outburst with a laugh and quickly began a tangential conversation about how he and Jaebum planned to go riding the next morning. Your brother was aware of your tendency to throw little tantrums when you did not get what you wanted. He offered an invitation to Mr. Park to distract the company from the unpleasantness which you would unleash upon it.

Mr. Park gracefully accepted Jackson’s invitation to join the men on a ride but you saw the little smirk that he directed towards you. You fumed in silence for the rest of the evening until the Parks took their leave and then you approached Jaebum firmly.

“I don’t like him,” you told your eldest brother, making no attempt to withhold your pettiness. “He is rude and has absolutely no manners. Are you going to allow a man like that to become our family? I cannot let it happen.”

Jaebum leaned back in his chair and raised an eyebrow at you. He did not seem surprised. “Well, then, it is fortunate for both of us that I intend to marry his sister and not him.”

You folded your arms across your chest childishly. “I don’t like Miss Park either. She smiles too much.”

Jackson laughed and wrapped his arm around your shoulder. “Indeed. Surely a woman with any decency must go about frowning at everyone the way you were frowning at Mr. Park Jinyoung all evening, am I right, dear sister?” Jackson teased, causing you to push him away from you and pout while turning to your Father.

“Papa! Was Mr. Park not extremely rude to me earlier?” you demanded.

Your Father sighed and gave you a small, fond smile. “He certainly was, my dear. How ignorant of him to not possess the acumen to appreciate your music. I thought that the piece was very well-played and I have certainly never heard anyone play it better than you. But let us not dwell too long on the man. He will leave Portsmouth soon after the wedding and we may scarcely have to see him again.”

You smiled happily and went to your Father, placing a sweet kiss on his cheek that made him smile at you. “Papa, you understand me so much better than my brothers. I will play another piece for you before I go to bed, shall I?”

Your Father chuckled and nodded. “Yes, let us hear another.”

Your temper tantrum was assuaged by your Father’s praise of your subsequent performance, but you still remembered the words spoken by Mr. Park. Not only had he failed to apologize, he continued to speak to you in a calm and agreeable manner as though he had never said anything to offend. Jackson and Jaebum both returned from their ride with him and decided that they liked him very much. It seemed that Mr. Park was a skilled rider and an excellent conversationalist.

You were very much alone in your hatred and distaste for Mr. Park Jinyoung.

The wedding ceremony ended happily with warm tears, clapping and cheers. Despite your hatred for Mr. Park and distaste for his sister, you still felt emotional at the sight of Jaebum looking so happy. You had never seen your brother looking as contented as when he was beside Miss Park.

The newly wedded couple left the church hand-in-hand, smiling and waving as they boarded the carriage that would take them directly to the countryside for their honeymoon.

“Well, there goes our brother, off to celebrate bliss in matrimony,” Jackson commented with a smile as the carriage drove off. You bit your lip to conceal the lump in your throat. You were happy and proud that Jaebum had found a wife but you suddenly realized that you would miss your brother greatly. You had always been the most important woman in Jaebum’s life. Even though he teased you and admonished you constantly, you looked up to him a great deal. The feeling was bittersweet.

You were watching the carriage roll away into the distance so intensely that you did not notice the arrival of Mr. Park Jinyoung. He was dressed very smartly, as he always was, and Jackson waved a hand to obtain his attention.

“Ah! Mr. Park!” Colonel Jackson called out cheerfully. “Was that not a beautiful ceremony?”

Mr. Park Jinyoung nodded and smiled. “It was beautiful indeed, and very heartfelt. My mother could not control her tears during the ceremony and so she had to return to our lodgings directly. I hope you will be kind enough to excuse her absence at the wedding breakfast.”

“Certainly, it is no matter at all. I hope Mrs. Park is in good health?”

Jinyoung smiled. “Yes, of course. Her emotions are her only ailment.”

Colonel Jackson laughed and clapped Jinyoung heartily on the back. “Well, what good luck that the ceremony went well and all is done. I don’t suppose we shall be hearing from the newly wedded couple until they return from their honeymoon. And we shall be very sad to see you go, Mr. Park! We have grown to love your company here in Portsmouth; haven’t we, sister?”

You gave Jackson a dirty look. You would not be manipulated into exchanging pleasant greetings with this rude man.

“Perhaps love is too strong a word to be used for a man we have known for little over a week, brother. One can hardly judge a man’s character in so short a period.”

Mr. Park chuckled. “I beg you will not press Miss Lim to offer me praise, Colonel Jackson. I fear that she will only begin to hate me even more,” he commented, eyes twinkling as he turned to look at you. “Perhaps I will find an opportunity to redeem myself in your regard, Miss Lim, for I intend to stay at Portsmouth a little longer. Certain business opportunities have arisen. I was hoping your family would be so kind as to lend us a manservant so that my mother may return to London ahead of me.”

Jackson’s expression brightened while your heart sank. Did Park Jinyoung truly intend to stay? Your silent distress was accompanied by your brother’s loud and cheerful enthusiasm.

“Oh! What excellent news, Mr. Park! We shall certainly send some of our most trustworthy servants to accompany your mother to London. And you cannot stay in those lodgings any longer for you are now a part of our family!” Jackson cried cheerfully. “Once you have safely sent your mother home, you must come and conduct your business in Portsmouth while staying with us on the estate!”

You glared at Jackson. “Jackson! Should we not seek Father’s permission before hastily extending such an invitation-“

Jackson shook his head dismissively. “Father would never expect Mr. Park to stay at the lodgings when we have so many spare rooms on the estate! Now that the wedding is officiated, it would be inappropriate if we failed to make Mr. Park welcome for as long as he intends to stay in Portsmouth,” he insisted, turning to Jinyoung. “I will speak to Father and we will send someone to have your things transferred tomorrow.”

Mr. Park smiled. “Your hospitality is greatly appreciated, Colonel Jackson.”

You clenched your fists and seethed silently.
