I'm Maddy! My pronouns are they/them. I'm a sound designer and TTRPG performer with a ridiculous number of podcast credits in various roles, both fiction and non-fiction.
You can find out all about the things I do at my Linktree, but here are some highlights.
I'm a cast member over at the actual play podcast Realms of Peril and Glory (@realmspod) where I am a player and GM across a bunch of incredible campaigns and one-shots!
As a freelancer I made/make a few podcasts under the name Snazzy Tapir Productions, including the actual play podcast A Game of One's Own, the Doctor Who podcast The Empty Children, and the audio drama The Prickwillow Papers. You can find out about my past podcast projects at my podcast studio website, snazzytapir.com.
You can often find me on TTRPG actual play streams like GirlsRunTheseWorlds and ActualPlayUK.
I'm also an occasional game designer, and you can find my TTRPGs Vampire Cowboys and I'm Not Lion over at my itch.io.
While audios with multiple VAs and complex sound design can be an absolute nightmare to edit and produce (not to mention a time-sucking ordeal), they are without a doubt some of my favorite projects to do. They are 200%+ worth it all, at the end. 😊
>_I wanted to share my Serial Experiments Lain project again, I'm still very proud of how this turned out and had a great time working with all the voice actors!

Sometimes as a sound designer, you’ve gotta break a few coconuts. Come behind the scenes with Alex as she works on our upcoming comedy, The Last Man Standing!
She also did the sound design for That Vampire Show and some episodes of Life On Pause, and you can listen to her work on those shows right now! For Alex, it’s all about those little details.
Brian Peter George St John le Baptiste de la Salle Eno, (born 15 May 1948) known as Brian Eno is a musician, composer, singer-writer, visual artist, and writer Some know him for his work in ambient and electronic music. He started playing the synthesizer with the glam rock band Roxy Music after the release of their second album he left the band and started his solo career. I started with his album Before and after Science and I listened to it over and over. It’s one of my top 15 favorite albums. It was cool to see him hear his transition from a big glam rock sound to a small ambient sound. Eno has collaborated with the likes of musicians Robert Fripp, David Bowie, and close friend David Byrne. He still works with Byrne and they even put out an album with him in, 1981 and work on various projects together. Now they send music to each other via email from time to time. Outside of making music Eno is an advocate of various humanitarian causes, He writes on a number of subjects and is a founding member of The Long Now Foundation. Eno has shown others a variety of different recording techniques for contemporary music. He coined the term ambient music. He now lectures on music production and his music. He is considered one of eclectic music’s most influential and innovative artists.
does anyone have like an anti aesthetic. like something you look at and can recognize as a complete fashion/interior design/artistic movement and understand it but it makes you shudder seeing it. i am not talking like “its morally bad” “its poorly structured” like just sheerly devoid of joy for you actually invites a repulse response.
