hi!!! my name is gray and i just released my first album! it's called mudlot. the genre is all over the place and i can't name it but there's grainy overdriven guitar, melancholy synths, heavy car seat headrest influence and a tboy singing out of his vocal range. it's terrible and i hate it and it's my proudest accomplishment and it would mean a lot to me if you checked it out.
UPDATE!! MUDLOT IS OUT EVERYWHERE!! i will love you so much if you take the time to listen to it :3 thanks !
So many hours dedicated, so many sleepless nights haha, but so glad to have a body of work out now, showcasing a big range of musical styles and themes all tied into the concept of
MALEFICENT EYES
Listen, save, share it around, show your friends, anything you like to support a self-funded bedroom artist.
and if my music isn't your taste then you can simply keep scrolling!
But if you enjoy energetic electronic/alternative pop with the occasional grunge and rock then you'll love these songs!!
Even if you just listen for a few seconds out of curiosity or even read this far (lol) I’m still thankful 🪐⚡️🤍🌷
Found a new trick to get super clean bass on my tracks when mastering.
Basically I've got a sub boost (its @100htz) and I crank that tf up and trim anything that doesn't need bass that low. Makes it suuuuuper apparent what and where the muddiness is coming from and make it really easy to correct. It's like mastering on easy mode it seems which is super cool because I now have wayyyy cleaner sub and bass and its suuuper quick if I put in the effort to arrange my master in an orderly manner. Im tryna be better and more organised in my projects and I think its really paying off
