I love how the church kinda treats tanguish like the community cat that just vibes and get really worried when he vanishes they love their gargoyle
To use a cut quote from a cut chapter: "It's a church. They keep track of their regular visitors, especially the ones that never come inside.”
They worry! I feel like the Order or Remembrance would, even more so than others, just because it's their job to remember. I imagine there was a bit of panic when the anonymous Gargoyle vanished, and everyone collectively realized they'd never asked his name, or managed to corner him long enough to invite him inside.
Honestly the next chapter or so is really scratching an itch for me, as far as church communities go. It's been a hot minute since I was last at a church that I really connected with a church [I live in a very conservative area and the churches here aren't very friendly to my current views] but when I was a kid, the sense of community that came with church was very nice. People genuinely cared if members of the congregation, even ones who didn't come often, disappeared for prolonged periods of time. I haven't been to my childhood church in over 10 years, but sometimes when members see me around town, they still run up and talk to me and ask me how I've been.

Another one (plus updated the previous one :)) part 2 of making me and my siblings into demon slayers now that my brother has finally watched the show! It’s my sister and me! With much better art and much better design than 4 years ago, hopefully
For my sister, I leaned pretty heavily into medicine, giving her a role more similar to that of Shinobu within the Corps: not primarily a fighter, and helping treat wounds sustained by other slayers in battle as a healer. My sister is, in the real world, a doctor, and I have massive respect for the amount of hard work she’s put into getting to where she is now. She’s such an inspiration honestly <3

Noticed that people often say that they hate their own older art... When looking at it after a while, that they now see all the mistakes....And while that sometimes happens to me when beholding my older art... I usually end up liking it more than anything im currently working on. Because I always sort of forget what were the mistakes I made..so I dont see them anymore, and sometimes I completely forget that I drew the piece at all...So its like Im looking at a drawing by someone else, and I cant be too harsh towards past me.

i headcanon that dream was unintentionally helping keep the white horse in business bc he often thought of it fondly, so people who'd been there dreamt of it a little more often and a little more fondly than they would have otherwise, and were subconsciously more likely to want to go back

you know from a PR standpoint Roy having his brand be “asshole who curses a lot” is actually perfect. Because either he’s a dick to a fan, like they’d expect, so who cares or he’d be nice and it’d be a pleasant surprise for them that would make their day.
There’s no big exposé coming about “Roy Kent secretly mean manager” lol

⭐ Strike a taunt, Star! ⭐
As promised in my previous Star Tower post, here is a handful of taunt frames I've drawn of yours truly! The second one in particular is a completely original pose I came up with myself, though here are the references for the first, third and fourth ones! 💙✨

"We need more imperfect female characters!" Y'all can't even talk about Nami without describing her as "mean" despite the fact that the entire crux of her first character arc is her caring about her village so much she tolerates torture and misery for years just for a chance to save it, and after that becomes one of the most kind and selfless characters in the entire main cast.
