No worries my friend!  Ok, I’m not sure if you have seen all these, but you could try the movies Walking Out, Edge of Winter, Mountain Men, Sunshine, and the shows Jericho 1x14, iZombie 1x13, Eureka 3x17, JAG 7x01, Star Trek Enterprise 1x16. And I absolutely love the delirious trope too: [x], 12 Monkeys 1x01 and Smallville 8x03 are good examples of sick/delirious guys needing assistance! :)

back on my laptop tonight because I got pissed at how much my mobile app was crashing on me last night (and I think it might be quicker on my laptop too). I don’t know what’s up with my phone. first it was just the battery percentage not being accurate, but now it’s draining the battery very quickly and randomly dies on me, it’ll only play music in one of my earbuds, and it will only charge if I have it on one side of the charger facing up. I figured that’s all I bit much to be a coincidence, so I’ll have to look into getting that fixed soon. Anyway, today was good! pretty productive, so that’s awesome. I woke up at 10 and got ready, then ubered to my doctor’s appointment. arrived with plenty of time to spare, which was good because I was initially sent to the wrong floor and had to figure all of that out. So I get there, fill out paperwork, do the whole deal. The doctor then comes in and I tell him the deal with the more recent symptoms, both referring to the last week while I’ve been sans one of my meds and the coughing incident in April. He decided to represcribe the medicine I ran out of, which is what I was hoping for, so that’s good. but yeah, it was a good visit. I ran to starbucks quickly afterwards because I am OBSESSED with their pumpkin spice cream steamer which is really just warm pumpkin spice flavored milk but it tastes good okay?? I’ve missed out on a lot of pumpkin spice in not being able to have coffee, lol, so I gotta make up for lost time. I ubered back up north to target, where I picked up the prescription I had had my psychiatrists office call in this morning (the prescription from the doctor I just saw got sent through the mail order pharmacy program so it’ll come in a few days). Ubered back home because I was feeling lazy and wanted to conserve time. I got back around 1 and spent a while doing my adoption law reading before heading to PT at 2. good session, the person who had the appointment after me was really late, so I got some extra time, which was nice. Came back home and did more adoption reading, I ended up getting about halfway through, but instead of lugging the book to school with me tomorrow to finish the reading I copied down the cases in the rest of the reading and I’ll look them up online, so that works. then I got ready and left for school, ended up arriving a bit early but that’s ok. It was poverty law (in case you haven’t memorized my class schedule yet, lol) which is always interesting because you know me I always have Opinions on things. we were talking about constitutionally protected rights that would potentially get you a lawyer provided for you in civil cases, and one of the girls in the class brought up the case we read last week in adoption law (she’s in that class) but didn’t really remember the details, so I provided the name of the case (which I had conveniently memorized) and filled in the details, then explained that I flipped a shit in our adoption law class over this because it is beyond ridiculous to me for parents to not have counsel in child welfare proceedings. So that was a good little interaction. I also got a good one in when the prof asked about when people raise state’s rights arguments and any issues with them, and I just quipped “because they’re only ever brought up when states are trying to deprive its citizens of their rights” which drew a few laughs lol. but yeah, overall good class. Made it home without anything noteworthy happening (although I did win like, 6 games of solitaire in a row, just saying), made some food (chocolate chip eggos because my options were limited) and watched episode 8x03 of Smallville, which is a very memorable episode because it’s the one with all the flashbacks to when Oliver was stuck on the island with Tess and it’s not something you’d forget lol. I was kind of surprised at how many incidental similarities there were to Smallville’s version and Arrow’s version, while still maintaining totally different stories. Like, kidnapped girl comes to help after Ollie’s been captured, there are bad guys on the island trying to do something with drugs, you get the picture lol. So that was good. And yeah, after that I basically started getting ready for bed and that’s about it. Tomorrow we have the first CFLA general body meeting tomorrow over lunch, so that should be good, and we’ll go from there. Okay, I’m done. Goodnight babes. Stay golden.
