not tadc art BUT i just realized you guys have never seen the giant ceramic lps i made in senior year of high school and i need to show her off like look at her... my darling girl... posing with the original i based her off of for size comparison

she is very obviously made by human hands [lumpy] but that is part of her charm and you cannot convince me otherwise

and since her head and body are separate, she can turn her head in all directions just like the real deal!!

Phil having already known that freedom. Phil from being able to soar freely before he was ever on the island and losing them as soon he step foot on it. The federation taking away his wings is them taking away his freedom

Jaiden, who we've only known now has had wings from the very start, but never using them and has always hid them. The fact that she has always had wings but has kept herself grounded this entire time and is still keeping herself that way, the federation saw no reason to take away the freedon she never even uses. But she's opening up, spreading her wings only now and proudly showing it to everyone

The Federation never took away Jaiden's wings because she ALREADY CAGES HERSELF. The Federation took away Phil's wings because that was the only way they could EVER CAGE HIM

Character Synopsis: Mimi was once the child of a noble lord and lady, having been born very weak and sick, his parents would spend years trying to find a way to stabilize his condition, unfortunately they did not have the time, as Mimi’s condition worsened beyond their control and he eventually passed away. The despair of the lord and lady was felt throughout the city, as they invested in a massive funeral precession in honor of their son. All the while, Mimi’s ghost watched from their home, confused, but free. He quickly found the head maid who alongside his mother would sing him lullabies to sleep, after she feinted from the shock of seeing him, they spoke for a while and she began to understand his predicament. She insisted that he not show himself to his parents quite yet, as they would surely seek a way to bring him back from the dead rather than let him be free from the body that ailed him so. She told him to seek out the adventurers guild, and that surely he would be able to find a new way to live outside in the world until his parents moved on from their grief and could meet him again in this form.

Mimi’s Jug

Wondrous Item, Rare (Requires Attunement)

This container has Spiritual Essence within it, it is able to mold this essence when any liquid is placed inside of it, creating a viscous chocolate flavored brew. The container can only be filled up with liquid once per day, you must wait one minute for the liquid to transform, upon completion there will be 5 doses of the Choco Brew. When a creature drinks the the Brew, they regain 2d8 + 2 Hit Points and gain 5 Temp HP. Additionally, until the creature finishes a Long Rest the creature can add 1d6 to any ability check, attack roll, or saving throw, potentially turning a failure into a success. Once a creature does so, it can’t do so again until the start of its next turn. A separate creature can only drink from the Jug if you are willing.

mother-of-pearl carving is a traditional craft in bethlehem; said to have been brought over by franciscan monks from italy in the 15th century. the tradition is still going strong today.

my strongest take is that if you have more than 5-10 items (range depends on size and ease of scanning) you should not use the self-checkout when there is a perfectly good cashier line already.

If you bring alcohol or other age restricted items to the self checkout I will kill you in the middle of the Walmart and everyone behind me in line will be cheering.

#I am genuinely so tired of having like two small items and then having to wait for #Susan who filled two shopping carts with groceries #and Daniel who’s buying several items and waits to scan the six pack last #it’s always white people #if you have several items you can have the cashier scan while you take them out of the cart and someone else bags! It’s faster!#not to mention the fact cashiers will generally override the age check if you’re obviously over 21 #self checkout is an express lane it’s not an ‘I’m too good to talk to the cashier’ lane #if I go to the cashier with my bag of chip snack and water I look like a maniac #use the most efficient lanes it’s the grocery store don’t slow the process

I have told you about a very dear friend of mine, who pays lots of attention in getting everyone a good, personal gifts, but who somehow always manages to find me exact right gifts executed in a wrong way? Like super cute sock with my fave pattern but in knee high length which I can't wear because of my body builder's calves.

This friend got me a very special souvenir she was super excited about; a medium size, smiling, yellow plushie of a liver.

A liver plushie. A LIVER.

Yellow in color. YELLOW. It's my least favorite color.

The reason for this is that it's one of a kind because these can't be bought anywhere and because I collect weird plushies.
