this is a very silly thing that seeing the destiel confession meme circulating again made me think sorry in advance: do you think Dai being a supernatural fan got the news about the apocalypse from Dean Winchester responding to Castiel's I love you?
Oh that's so funny. It's an interesting one actually! It took 9 days for the Cataclysm to destroy the world, but the first couple of days there was general confusion / disbelief. So Dai might have seen the meme with Dean saying "They found a dragon in Oxford" and probably thought it was a pisstake. After that, various telecommunications and the national grid itself started going down, and by the time people realised that reports of nymphs and djinn and cyclops were real, it was far too late.
So like...yes? But he didn't know it was going to be a real apocalypse at the time, he just thought it was a dumb joke.

Hi!!! Just finished reading In Loco Parentis (loved it very much) and I wanted to ask if it's okay if I did fanart!
Also I don't know shit about ballet but I really like figure skating (and I guess there's some overlap) and a lot of it reminded me of Marina Anissina and Gwendal Peizerat, who did very innovative stuff in Ice Dance doing lifts in which it was Marina who was lifting Gwendal and I thought it might interest you! (I leave some photos for reference)

If you could only reread one book/series forever what would it be?
One book, huh? I think it might be Whisper by Tal Bauer. I read that book at an incredibly low point in my life and there was just something about it that has stuck with me and changed my world view for good.
A series would be Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark Hunter series. I have loved her books since I was a teenager and she is my writing inspiration. I love her ability to world build and create amazing and complex characters.
Fanfiction wise I think it would have to be anything by @ifonlyweknewwhatiwasdoing and anything by @frostbitebakery - I love their works so much and could read what they write forever.
If you could only rewatch one show forever what would it be?
Oh man, Ghost Adventures is my comfort show, like I can watch that show on repeat forever. I will legit turn it on and fall asleep to it. I just love it so much.
What did you do when AO3 was down?
I worked and then read a book book (The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V.E. Schwab, if you are interested, it's very good so far I'm about 1/2 way through). I also did some writing for the various bangs I am doing!

Current obsession: I mean. *gestures at blog* yeah. I first read the series in October and it’s had a vise hold on me ever since what can I say. I’ve also been watching a series of videos about radiation which is pretty cool.
