There’s a lack of vet clinics for Mt. Komorebi on the gallery and since it’s one of my favourite worlds, I wanted to build one that looks similar to my flower shop so Senbamachi will look super cute 🥺

NEKO NO HITAI (猫の額)

Built around a small central tsuboniwa or courtyard garden, this efficient but comfortable 1LDK home is perfect for a single occupant or couple. The garden might be ‘as narrow as a cat’s forehead’ but provides a touch of serene light and greenery to the surrounding rooms. The tatami room and open concept living, dining, and kitchen space offer plenty of space for cooking and entertaining, while spacious bathroom and laundry facilities provide ample utility to the personal rituals of self care and housekeeping. There is plenty of storage space to keep everything tidy and in its place, although it seems the current owner has given their attention to other priorities... 🐈

I was inspired by the phrase neko no hitai (literally “cat’s forehead”—and figuratively a very small area) to create a cute and compact cat lover’s home, and by all the wonderful new clutter items to juxtapose the precision of the floor plan with a slightly messy lived-in feel.

Japanese Countryside Village.☁️

Hello! This time i've made a Japanese Countryside Village. All houses are fully furnished. 2/3 Japanese Farm Houses, Family houses, Tiny House and a House with a shop +. Laundromat. This village has a lot of farm land, a ricefield and also a train (station). I hope you like it!

House 1: This house is close to the train station, has a small garden and has a shop next to it. This house is perfect for a small family that owns the shop next to it.

House 2: This house is made for a family. It has a garage/workspace where the family works on furniture for the village.

House 3: This is the perfect farm / generation house. It has a extra space for hobbies, gym and games for this family.

House 4: This is a Modern Japanese Family home with a garden with farmland.

House 5: This is a real tiny home it's standing in the middle of the ricefield. It's a perfect starter home.

A home in the more modern part of Mt. Komorebi which combines contemporary architecture with Japanese inspired design and eco elements. It works well as a residential or a holiday rental for a single sim or a couple and offers space for skill building, relaxing and inviting friends over.

One Bedroom - 1.5 Bathrooms

Special Features: the side porch comes with a grill, a picnic table and a telescope; the balcony includes two loungers, three planters and a bonsai tree

For some small tweaks TwistedMexi’s T.O.O.L. mod was used, but you don’t need the mod in your game for this to show up the way I built it.

Known issue: While I was playtesting, my sim sometimes couldn't wash any dishes in the kitchen sink. Any other interactions with the sink would work without problems though (like taking a glass of water or washing their hands). Deleting the lamp above the sink seems to be the easiest way to fix this. Alternatively, you'd just have to drag the dishes into the sink manually. Sorry for this inconvenice, everything else should work fine though.

(I know I could have swapped out the lamp right away before uploading the build, but the whole issue was somewhat confusing (as I sometimes got the sink to function without having to delete the lamp, so I wasn't sure what was actually causing the issue). I'm also trying to explain it in the video, but yeah, at some point I just gave up and left the lamp where it was... Sorry again...)
