that empty lot on the gym + ice cream parlor lot by @florwalsims is now Euphoria , a cafe and weed dispensary ! i have weed dispensaries where i live so i thought i'd do a little project and make one myself for my current save !

[ LOT DESCRIPTION ]

Euphoria is a well known dispensary and cafe in Portsim. If you want to legally buy cannabis items without getting in trouble, this cafe is the place to go! Not only do you get cannabis, but you can also grab a coffee or a bakery treat as well to help with that sweet tooth or munchies. It's right next door to the ice cream parlor. Come shop!

Magnolia Promenade 5-9

This is the last and fourth part of the Magnolia Promenade. There is an antique store, a hairdresser, a small boutique, a café where they serve waffles and a closed weed store. Above is an apartment with a roof terrace and outdoor cinema. The apartment is somewhat caotically and thrown together furnished and is ideal for a younger single sim. The building was built so that Sims can stroll past the stores from both sides. Have fun and I'm curious if you will use the property communally or as a residential property.

The twins were gifted with kittens by their parents

Understandably, the death of their grandfather, Odin, has weighed heavy on the family. They've been depressed and miserable ever since.

Their parents Ezelia and Darius decided to surprise them with kittens to help them process their emotions.

They've named them Oddy and Ozzy (inspired by their grandfather)

You may also notice that Ezmiah's eyes are red, not from tears but from drugs. Her mother was disappointed but understood why she turned to w33d. Instead of punishing her, they spoke and she promised to not do drugs again.
