Noe Bodi Gameplay: Day 22, Part 2

As the sun went down and the nightlights went on, Noemy (@beebeesiims) was feeling more alive than usual. She ordered herself some delicious street food and got to mingling with the other festival-goers.

First up was our Himbo, THUNDER! (@occultradio) They got along pretty well, chatting at the table while Noemy finished refueling with food.

And if you're wondering who Wolfgang Wilder is taking pictures of, it was this base game townie whose name I can't be bothered to remember. (the one in the yellow shirt). Also, I tried to introduce Noemy to Jeremiah (@seulvgi) at one point, but he left the premises before I could even do it. Don't worry, he comes back later. 🙃

Next, in quick succession, she rubbed shoulders with Himbo Ivey (@saruin), whose crop top was POPPIN', Maike (@fl0pera) who was lowkey on the lookout for a rumored monster in the area but didn't tell anyone, and Himbo Claudio (@plumbewb FREE THE HOMIE), whose eyes were definitely just on Noemy's face, yessir, not a single inch further down at all. 👀

At one point, Noemy met back up with Kash (@saruin) to take a hit of that hookah.

The way their eyes went bloodshot instantly still makes me laugh. Some good shit obviously.

So now, on this new high, Noemy was even more fascinated by the fireworks someone set off in the middle of the space!

But guess who was instead fascinated with her?

Oh, Khalil (@fl0pera). They caught eyes over the sparks and introduced themselves once everything died down.

Be careful, Noemy, he's a menace, too!

(in the back of that first picture is Donna (@elysiantrait) who also mysteriously left before I could introduce her to Noemy. Well, you can't get em all in one night. But what is that damn mermaid townie glaring at Noemy for?? You mad cause she fine?)

And then Kleo (@lotusplum) passed through the festivities, clearly on her way somewhere else, but she stopped to smile at Noemy's faded "HEY GIRL I LOVE YOUR BRAIDS" comment.

Hell, even Luco (@tr-angyo) came out of hiding for a hot minute and got to chat with her for a while! Glad he wasn't thirsty.

So while Noemy and Kash didn't do anything related to the Pranksters vs Jokesters Event, and the Jokesters eventually did win (as evidenced by the yellow fireworks below), they gained something much more valuable: connections.

Noemy in particular had a thought: Maybe these are my people. Maybe they've been waiting for me.

When the festival finally ended and everything slowly disappeared as they do in the game, She noticed a barely-started ground mural, and had the random but bright idea to finish it herself. For the rest of the night.

She was on such a roll that I didn't have the heart to send her home, so I let her graffiti spray all night long.

But while this exciting development was occurring outside...something rather traumatizing was happening INSIDE the Arts Center...

Why they were doing that, I'll never know. I don't even know when Noe Bodi showed up! She was NOWHERE near the festival!

And that's not all! They were doing this on the top floor, right on the bench behind a WHOLE NOTHER SIM!

"Poor Jeremiah" was my initial reaction. I thought he was purposefully averting his eyes while standing so still because he didn't know what else to do, and I was going to force this tryst to cease at once!

Little did I know, something even crazier was about to happen...

WHAT THE FUCK--

I could take NO SFW screenshots of this without getting this post banned, so this post-sex glow is all I've got.

Well at least they all seem to get along, I guess...

Kate spends a lot of time at the Art/Rec Center in a nearby neighborhood - there's a shower she can use there and it's warm & dry. And the nice bartender lets her practice her mixology when he wants a break.

As I walk in the door, ma asks me to join them at the table because of some announcement. After working out and doing farm work for the past few hours, I’d much rather take a nice warm shower, but I figure it wouldn’t hurt to give her my attention for the next few minutes.

Prosperity: Okay, I’m finally ready to tell you what I’ve been up to for the past few days. Well, rather than selling my house in Windenburg, I decided to do something that would benefit the family over the years.

Ma pauses for dramatic effect.

Kai: What is it, ma?

Prosperity: I converted the place into a community art center. I’ll be teaching classes there. And Kai, your old bedroom has been converted to a Banks Family museum. It’s where we can put up photos and old family memorabilia throughout the generations.

It’s crucial that our kids know the family, so I love this idea.

Kai: That’s a great idea, ma.

Melisa: That sounds amazing, Peri!

Prosperity: Thanks, but there’s just one more thing. Since Wade’s birthday is tomorrow, I wanted to know if we could host his party there. It could be like our grand opening.

Ma seems pretty excited about the possibility, and I also like the idea, but Me-Me isn’t entirely with us.

Melisa: It sounds nice, Peri. But with Mason, I think it would be easier to have the party here. Then, if he gets cranky, he and I can retreat to his bedroom.

Prosperity: Oh, right! I hadn’t thought about that.

I can see the slight disappointment on ma’s face.

Prosperity: I understand. But I still can’t wait for you all to see it.

Kai: Definitely, ma.

So excited to share the mod i've been working on! Here is the Love Triangle Mod. Mapping this concept out was a bit difficult because I didn't wasn't sure how I was gonna go about creating the base structure. But I think it turned out fine in the end.

Here is everything you need to know:

Requirements for Love Triangle to appear

Romance Track with TWO Sims

Minimum 30+ Romance Score each

Once these options open up you will have the option to "Reveal Divided Heart". This would be underneath the Love Triangle pie menu (which is under the romance pie menu).

Note: Just because your Sim has revealed that they are in a love triangle, it doesn't mean that being romantic around either Sim won't result in jealousy. They can still experience jealousy; they are just aware that the Sim has feelings for them and another.

There a few interactions available for both the center and the two love interest.

Most of the interactions are pretty straight forward but that there are few that I will explain more.

The love interest also has quite a interactions available to them.

Ultimatum: The LI can also give the center an ultimatum. The options you can use after using the ultimatum interaction could be, "Open Relationship, End Relationship or Make Choice". But you do not have to. I wanted to make this as flexible as possible.

Since there are already lots of great open relationship mods, I didn't expand on that part because there are so many other ones that would be more fleshed out.

Your sim can also talk to someone they are close to about their predicament. The friendly love triangle option is available under the "Gossip/Other Sims" menu.

You also need to have a 80+ friendship level to have these interactions open up.

Explore Feelings and Reflect on Feelings are solo interactions. This basically involves your Sim think about how they feel. Depending on how high or low the relationship bar is with either sim you will can get a hint on how your sim is feeling about each Sim.

Finally there is the "Final Choice" . Once your Sim is ready to choose the SimPicker will popup. Be SURE to press on the Sim you are in Love Triangle with. Or else the game wont properly recognize that the Love Triangle is over.

Since I like bringing my Sims out to the original Casbah Gallery to build their artsy skills, I decided to finally get around to making this lot look nicer.

I had a big need for a fandom butterfly/moth display. Updated with an ID: Art drawn to look like a Fictional Moth/Butterfly display case based on 4 characters from The Magnus Archives on a 8.5x11" print. Big bug center top is labeled as "J. Sims": big green Luna Moth with multiple prominent eyes a bit like an Emperor Moth's markings, and holes in the wings that mimic the holes in a cassette tape. There's an eye on the mid of its body. The markings are more fantastical than the other bugs.

Labeled "M. Blackwood": Silver Clouded moth, smaller, to the right of J. Sims, with a cloudy looking pattern in greys on the wings, and two small dots.

Labeled "N. Sasha": Center-left. A blue butterfly but with markings that look like eyes and possibly claws extending across the top pair of wings. The wings are lined with black and white markings that resemble piano-keys. The lower pair of wings have golden markings that is supposed to resemble calliope pipes.

Labeled "Tim": Takes up the lower right side. A Mourning Cloak butterfly but with orange markings inside the wings that resemble flames. Mainly red wings lined with black then yellow edges, with blue spots across the black.

They are on a board with a spider web stretched across underneath them. The black tape of a cassette tape ribbons around the board in loose loops.
