Sobrang sakit talaga ng likod ko. Nung nabakante na si papa, hinilot nya ako. Grabe raw lamig ng likod ko. Guminhawa naman tas natulog na ako. Pagkagising ko kanina, boom trangkaso. Sobrang sakit lahat sa akin. Naligo agad ako, mabilis lang, mejo guminhawa naman pakiramdam ko kaya nakawork pa ako. Uminom naman na ako ng gamot kaya natapos ko naman yung morning task ko. Kaya lang hindi na ako makagalaw. Sobrang sakit lahat sa akin. Buong katawan ko parang may tumutusok. Nagpaalam na ako sa mga boss ko. Hindi ko na kasi talaga kaya. May katigasan kasi talaga ulo. Hanggat kaya ki pa ipilit, pinipilit ko magwork. Kaya lagi ako napapagalitan ni Boss B kasi dapat daw nagpapahinga ako.

Gutom din ako palagi pero wala naman gana kumain. Pero gutom ako :((( sana bukas magaling na ako kasi pupunta dito samin si Wuv. Ayaw ko naman maging alagain.

Ilang araw na ako may sakit. Gusto ko na sana matulog pero di naman ako makahinga. Itong kapatid ko pa di malaan anong trip sa buhay. Biglaang may bisitang darating na makikisleepover daw e ang dumi-dumi ng bahay. Buti na lang nagwalis ako kanina. First time lang nila magkikita, sleepover agad? Hindi man lang sya nag ayos ng bahay tas alam nyang mga di goods health kasama nya sa bahay. Kapag daw kay Ai, wala raw akong naririnig sa kanya or what. Malamang si Ai, gf ko at kilala na dito pati ng parentals. Saka hindi biglaan at nag aayos ako bahay kahit papaano and I make sure na hindi sila nagagambala or nasasagasaan comfort zone nila.

Glasses are now a permanent fixture due to my vision being so bad! I still only have a small amount of vision in my left eye and slight more in my right eye but the small amount I do have is clearer than it was. I actually didn't realise how badly my eyes had deteriorated until I got my new glasses. . . This is thanks to the addisons Disease and is apparently a well know issue for people with addisons which sucks. . . I also spoke with my psychiatric doctor and once again due to addisons I need to have a medication change because addisons can effect your heart too and the medication I'm on also effects your heart so I slowly need to reduce one lot over the next four months and then be put on a new medication in it's replacement over 6 months so it will be about 10 months until I'm completely switched over but it has to be a slow process to not put my body into crisis. I also need an ECG to just make sure that it's doing okay. . . So that was my week last week when I was banned and couldn't update you 🤣 so yeh addisons Disease is making things difficult but unfortunately there is nothing I can do about that. . .
