Are siamese cats an ethical breed? As long as you research a good breeder who cares about the wellbeing of the cats?

As far as I’m aware they don’t have many more health problems than the average cat (someone in the notes mentioned vision problems, and I think they can suffer from HCM), but no cat breed is perfect. There’s nothing super out of the ordinary or alarming to me. Like you said, you should always do your research, but I don’t consider breeding or purchasing these cats as harmful like extreme brachy breeds or munchkins. @noodlebutts probably knows more than me as they have a Siamese!
