Brazil auctions four of 11 oil and gas blocks on offer
Through the first cycle of its permanent production sharing offer (OPP), held on December 16 by Brazil’s National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP), four blocks of 11 on offer were auctioned, generating R$916.3m in signature bonuses.
Auction winners were those companies that offered the Government of Brazil the highest percentage of oil surplus from a block’s production, rather than the highest monetary bid. The sgnature bonus for each block was fixed as announced in the tender documentation.
Brazil’s state-controlled Petrobras won shares in three blocks. It won 100% of the Campos Basin Norte de Brava block with an offer of 61.71% of oil surplus to be provided to the Brazilian government. The company won the Sudoeste de Sagitário block in the Santos Basin with partner Shell Brasil – Petrobras as operator with 60% of the stake, Shell Brasil with 40% – with their offer of 25% of oil to the government. In the Água Marinha block in the Campos Basin, Petrobras exercised its pre-emptive right to join the winning consortium’s proposal. The company will be operator of the block with a 30% stake, in partnership with TotalEnergies EP (30%), Petronas (20%) and QatarEnergy (20%). The consortium offered 42.4% of oil production to the government.

Irene Yolanda Ravache Paes de Melo (Rio de Janeiro, 6 de agosto de 1944), mais conhecida como Irene Ravache, é uma atriz e diretora brasileira. É considerada uma das melhores e mais versáteis atrizes do país, ao longo da carreira ganhou vários prêmios, incluindo sete Prêmios APCA, dois Troféus Imprensa, três Prêmios Molière, um Prêmio Guarani, um Prêmio Shell e um Troféu Candango do Festival de Brasília. Teve ainda uma indicação ao Prêmio Grande Otelo, uma indicação ao Prêmio Qualidade Brasil e uma indicação Emmy Internacional de melhor atriz. Biografia Filha de Lygia Ravache e Carlos Ravache e nascida no bairro carioca de Laranjeiras, Irene Ravache tem ascendência de alemães, italianos, suí��os e também indígena. Desde criança sonhava em ser atriz. Em 1962, começou a fazer um curso de interpretação na Fundação Brasileira de Teatro, a FBT. Em 1963 casou-se com seu noivo, e se formou em seu curso profissional. Em 1964 iniciou um novo curso de interpretação com Gianni Ratto, no Teatro dos Quatro, se formando em 1965. Nesse mesmo ano, aos 21 anos, teve seu primeiro filho: Hiram Ravache. No fim da década de 1960 não estava mais conciliando casamento e carreira, e se desentendia muito com o marido, e assim optaram pelo divórcio. Na década de 1970, aprimorando cada vez mais sua carreira, torna-se aluna de técnica vocal de Glorinha Beuttenmüller, no chamado Método Espaço Direcional. Fez todos seus cursos no Rio de Janeiro, até que viajou para São Paulo e passou a frequentar aulas de Butoh com a atriz Maura Baiochi. Também no início dos anos 70 começou a namorar Edison Paes de Melo Filho. Foram viver juntos em 1972. Em 1973, aos 29 anos, teve seu segundo filho: Juliano Ravache Paes de Melo. (Continua...)
