I’m between better more fleshed out Tigerclaw or just melding him with another character. Like Tiger/White or Tiger/Broken. Idk I have so many ideas
My basic thoughts right now are that he will be the mentor of Bon, eventually deputy, and leader but with no 9 lives. Little iffy bc the idea of Scourge taking all his lives is sick but also him lying about never getting them is cool. Coldfoot would still lead after him, or Russetstar possibly.
If he’s a mix of Brokentail and Tigerclaw then he was the kit of Pinestar and Raggedstar. Other idea is that him and Broken are brothers being split up by their parents. (Father of Swiftpaw and Badgerpaw, Bramble and Tawny)
If he’s a mix of Whitestorm and Tigerclaw then he was the abused, hurt son of Thistleclaw. Also a white tiger which is cool. (Father of Swiftpaw, Bramble and Tawny with Soot Rain Sorrel moved to someone else’s litter)
If he’s a mix of Goldenflower and Tigerclaw then he’s a bad ass women that plays the role of the strong but kind cat but is actually a lot more sinister. A lily you’d say. Probably name her Lilyclaw. (mother Swiftpaw, Bramble, and Tawny)

Okay thinking thru the coven stuff and my other story with trickle down and I might connect them.
With the covens the three groups are: The Coven of Plantrise, The Coven of Clawdrawn, and The Coven of Bloodshed. Each started from different origins with Clawdrawn being the first made and Plantrise being the last.
The characters I’ve thought of so far are Aipyrr (aye pair), Growl, and Orious. Tho I may go back to more traditional names.
They have a theme of The Sacrifice, The Slayer and The Survivor.
Now onto Trickle-Down the three main characters are Spritz, Sapphire, and Snowshoe. They have a very similar theme pretty much exactly.
Sooo what I thought of is what if during the main plot of Trickle-Down there are snippets, maybe in prologues or epilogues, that tell the stories of the ones that came before?
I’m going to once again completely change trickle down lol to fit better to the before and their vibe tho it it’s different. Idk I think it’s cool tho.

I worked retail for a long time and people really do treat you like shit sometimes. But between selling sex toys, mattresses, and jewelry I can say definitively I got treated worst selling mattresses.
All three of my jobs were in sales but selling sex toys we were allowed to put people in their place, and in jewelry people didn’t want to misbehave in a fancy setting. But people at the mattress store had no problem yelling at me, hitting on me, or insulting me to my face.
For a while I was managing my own store for the company. I ran a small location and had struggling employees placed with me for rehabilitation. If their numbers improved they could go back to bigger stores. If not, they got fired.
So this meant I was the manager of problem employees. At one point both of my people had a foot out the door. The company was going downhill and changed computer systems and they were fed up. Consequently, they made a ton of mistakes, because they just didn’t care about the job or learning the new systems.
I strolled into work on what was essentially my Monday to a shit show. Deliveries scheduled without product, wrong things on orders, poor expectations of the process, you name it. I spent the entire morning getting yelled at for mistakes that weren’t mine.
The final straw came when a man called furious that his moms bed for her nursing home had a delivery window he couldn’t accommodate. This wasn’t a huge disaster since we still had time to deliver it before she moved. I ran him through the options and he just kept screaming at me. Not for a solution but because I was there and he was frustrated.
My heart filled with malice and a cold fury. A calculating part of my brain had a realization in that moment that I could stay a punching bag or I could strike back.
I quavered my voice delicately, taking in a shaky, warbling breath like I was trying not to cry. “Sir,” I quivered through fake tears, “I don’t know what you want from me! I told you what I can do, I didn’t make this mistake I’m just trying to fix it!” My voice broke pitifully on the last syllables, sounding in all ways like a sweet innocent person being yelled at who’s just trying her best, really!
It was like I’d doused him with cold water. My emotional act was the realization that he was screaming at someone who was just doing their damn job, and he was being an asshole. He hastily made an excuse and hung up.
I had a third employee covering with me from another store that day who heard everything. When I hung up, I looked over to see them watching me with an awed expression. “Did… did you just pretend to cry?”
“I absolutely fucking did,” I said with feeling, “and I’d do it a thousand more times. If that’s what it takes for someone to realize they’re behaving like a fucking prick, they deserve it.” The employee looked at me like I was their hero.
The man called back, apologizing profusely, having magically arranged his schedule to accommodate delivery. He came in later that week with an apology Starbucks gift card. I was gracious in my acceptance.
I pulled it a few more times before leaving the company. I felt no shame in the ruse. If someone behaves so poorly that it’s plausible their behavior would drive someone to tears they deserve to feel absolutely wretched about it.

Spamton Neo battle but Susie and Ralsei never show up to help Kris fight Spam.
The soul can’t knock Kris into fight shape due to their fear. Spam is winning by land slide and is about to land the finishing blow on Kris but for a second either due to Kris’ weakened state or just another momentary flash in Spam’s delirium he imagines Kris as a younger version of himself.
Not projection but just straight up him before everything went completely wrong, battered and bruised and down trodden and stops the attack to heal Kris as he’s no longer seeing Kris as an obstacle or similar case to himself but a direct instance that he can “save” sorta how he wanted help and to be saved when he was in that position years ago.
Whether the soul takes a back seat to watch or is just being stuck in a stalemate with whatever force is afflicting Spam, it’s just Kris and Spam and their odd kinship of feeling like empty shells left in that basement...

to be honest I think Toru could've been a great villain but he falls flat because the entirety of Jojolion's end was such a clusterfuck

Sorry I don’t like Brambleflower as a fix for canon Bramble. I just can’t separate the canon Bramble from any fanon bettered version for him. I get why he’s even named flower as a nod to his mother instead of father but it just does not suit him at all for me.
(Pretty long idc read if you want just know this is a Bramble hate post and I mean every word in here.)
To me honestly while I hate this character with a burning passion his character and what he does expands every cat around him a lot.
What he does to Squirrelflight is sickening but it builds her story, shows clear abuse from a husband and powerful figure which can then be twisted into her realizing this and overcoming him. She finally breaks after being screamed at by her own daughter about Bramblestar’s abuse and forces him to step down. She makes him retire, clawing him down ever life he has till he’s nothing but a old fool. Before taking leadership for herself and truly bringing Thunderclan into a golden age.
His children. The three love him, he’s their dad they look up to him a lot so much so they don’t see the little things he does to their mom. Until the secrets revealed. Hollyleaf feels shame crawling under her pelt every time she tries to meet his eyes until at last she tells him the truth. He goes cold and draws back. Blaming Squirrelflight first as always and the two concoction a plan to reveal it at the gathering to show everyone what liars Leafpool and Squilf are. When it is revealed Bramble strips Squirrel of her deputyship, breaks off their partnership, and denounces their children as ever his. He never treats any of three as his own family again even being quite horrible to them.
Now his Children by blood are different. He knows they are his he can see it clearly but he can’t love them. They don’t feel like his and they never will. While he nitpicks every thing that Squirrelflight does around them he barley even visits them. He pushes his son into the healer role because he doesn’t think he’s strong enough. And while he loves his daughter for being a natural talent he pushes her hard to be even better. Eventually cracking into the whole family split to side with their mother and begging her to end her partnership with Bramble. Even if he’s their dad he’s never felt like one truly certainly not like how she’s always been their mom.
And honestly it’s not just his family who are effected. He makes rash spiteful decisions fully fueled by emotions all the time as well as leaving so much onto his deputy. He’s a horrible leader, a horrible father, a horrible mate, and a selfish cat by heart. He likes to control others even if he doesn’t know it. He’s possessive and can’t let anyone leave him, refusing to let Squilf out of his claws, grabbing onto any trace of family he believes he has in Hawkfrost’s case even refusing to listen to anyone when they are clearly right.
This is far too long and I also have a splitting headache so take that into mind as I cut myself off here even though I have so many more thoughts I’d like to say. This isn’t a hate to the whole concept of ‘Brambleflower’ it’s just how I see it and his character. In my best case scenario to me, Squilf drags him down out of power and out of TC with the help of her real support system, he’s gone and while he does realize his mistakes he also pities himself for them. He’s never truly good and never can be, good Bramble died in that fire as a apprentice and what’s left is a charred toxic husk that’s there to blister anyone who tries to stand too close, or those he refuses to let go.

Between cutting the Bevy’s down to two groups instead. It’s a lot less stressful to make characters and a lot more manageable
The current groups are the Summerweald, Wintermire, Springfield, and Fallenland
My favorites are probably the Summer and Winter though I do like the Fall as well. The only one I don’t have as many ideas for is Spring
If I cut them down to two I’d probably smoosh the territories as well so Winter/Fall would have a scraggy marshland biome keeping their Cavernous camp. Summer/Spring would be a forest with access to a beach or maybe field area and still keep their overgrown greenhouse camp. I’d probably change their names as well to maybe just the Weald Bevy and Mire Bevy though those aren’t as fun to me. I’ll dive through dictionaries to find a added word to them maybe
