Contributing to the development of public policies to guarantee the human rights of rural women as local actors in the care for life, food, and territorial development.
Public policies for equal opportunities, empowerment and the full exercise of women's human rights are based on a wide series of international and regional commitments, including CEDAW (1979), the Belem Do Para Convention (1994), the Beijing Platform for Action (1995), and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda (2015), in particular, SDG 5 "Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls."
Panama, as President of the Inter-American Commission of Women (CIM) of the Organization of American States (OAS) for the term 2022 and 2025, promoted together with the countries of the region, the adoption of the Declaration for the Rights of All Women, Adolescents, and Girls in Rural Environments in the Americas (AG/DEC. 113 (LIII-O/23)) during the 53rd regular session of the OAS General Assembly (June 22, 2023). Among other commitments, this Declaration established the Inter-American Decade for the rights of all women, adolescents, and girls in rural environments of the Americas, with the objective of "…promoting progressive measures for the advancement of all their rights and the eradication of all forms of discrimination they face."

Hayfields - Twigs House!
So I finally was able to finish Twigs house! Oh my god, I had so much fun designing it! The process was very new and a bit complicated but it fit him sm I love it
At first I dod so many silhouettes trying to get the vibe of the house and I really liked the second one, and decided to add the windmill element to it
Then I started designing it by pieces and exaggerating it more and more to make it more dashing! Then it was just drawing over it and doing the line art!
It looked so cute with only line I... But I had to finish it and I liked the afternoon vibe so much for this, it fit it pretty well <3
I'm quite content with the end result. Keep tuned for some more Hayfield updates soon <3

#ThrowbackThursday to another fan-favourite! Snow is one of my favourite things to paint - I love how much the colour can change depending on the light (it may also have to do with the fact we don't get any here in LA, too ha ha)! ❄️ Thanks for looking!! 🙏

Thought, like memory, inhabits external things as much as the inner regions of the human brain. When the physical correspondents of thought disappear, then thought, or its possibility, is also lost. When woods and trees are destroyed - incidentally, deliberately - imagination and memory go with them. W.H. Auden knew this. 'A culture,' he wrote warningly in 1953, 'is no better than its woods.’

pspsps since ur like the no 1 contester for accurate sonic lore. How strong do u think amy is, especially her hammer. do u think she’s as strong as knuckles (considering how heavy the hammer is) or she’s avg (or as much someone can be when in sonic’s group)?
(sonic forces speed battle)
(mario & sonic at the oympic games (various))
(sonic battle)
OKAY. if we go based on stats alone im inclined to say knuckles is stronger and by quite a bit. amy is no doubt a powerhouse espeically since she has her hammer, which means she has both the strength to wield it and can be a heavy hitter because of it. however i don’t think she’ll be winning an arm wrestling competition with knuckles any time soon.
amy’s usually characterized as a speed type (like sonic heroes), but she’ll fit just about any role she needs to in a team (sort of like her personality! she’s very adaptable). the olympic games classify her as an all round type, meaning she’s a jack of all trades. she won’t be able to out pace sonic, or arm wrestle knuckles, of out-technique tails, but she can out pace knuckles, arm wrestle tails, and potentially out-technique sonic. so i think amy is probably slightly above average when it comes to most of her skills (and arguably much stronger than average compared to her friends), but knuckles is always classified as a power type, so i think it’s safe to say knuckles is physically stronger than her.
that said, would knuckles win in a fight against her? that’s not quite so clear cut.

Open streets looks so fun! I’ve never lived in a big city, but I love little novelties like that so it’s so fun to watch!
pittsburgh is just... it's the perfect size. I've said it before (and I'll say it again!!!): it was the place to learn how to be an adult and grow up.
I was too chickenshit to move to the Actual Big City near where I'm from, and pgh was the right stepping stone to help me gain confidence as a ~city dweller~, to the point where I now feel (perhaps overconfidently) comfortable waltzing around actually huge places like NYC or Chicago solo.
I'll refrain from delivering my entire sales pitch, but pittsburgh is just really, really fun. it has everything you want in a city but still has a "small town" feel to it (in my eyes). if you can, you should try and visit sometime... and if you can't make it during hockey szn, summer is my favorite time of year here. there is ALWAYS something to do on the weekends!!
