at first you think he will let you die down there, you thought it was just a common flu but ended being a full ass fever.

he goes into the basement to see you curled into the bed trembling and refusing to open your eyes from the headache you have, and he inmediately worries.

suprisely fast he brings you more covers and fresh water with some medicine to take.

you're confuse because why he would worry about you? if he's going to kill you anyways but you can't think properly right now.

you take the medicine and he goes without a word but you can see the furrow on his eyebrows he never had to take care of someone sick.

even if he puts himself in risk to be descovered by his brother he will be constantly going down to check on you, giving you pills between six hours and checking your temperature with the dorse of his hand.

his rough but soft hand at touch, you're inmediately calmed by his hands being so nice compared when he kidnaped you that with a little shame you asked him to stay and do that more often.

he gives you any meal you can eat, soft smashed potatoes and ice cream as dessert.

he already told you to ask for anything else you want but you feel greedy and just ask for the basics untill you feel more comfortable around him.

he even brings you books to kill the time. (although your headache would't let you read that much)

at night you can barely sleep three hours without making pain noises and he is there to comfort you.

he bringed the chair from upstairs to the basement to sit there and watch you sleep, barely sleeping himself as he rush to give you his hands to cup your burning face when you need them.

he has cold hands but you need that to calm down the fever and he's glad you feel relieved by it.

he will give you a soft speech of how good you're handle it.

he wishes he could sleep by your side on bed but he knows your fever is too high.

your body is so weak that you need his assistance to go to the bathroom upstairs.

you feel sorry because he has extra work to do but he told you a thousand times already is fine.

besides you're the most polite victim he had. (was that a compliment?)

you feel happy and seen somewhat by him that later on when you fully recovered you wanted to return the favor.

you climbed to reach a bunch of tiny white flowers you saw on the garden up the only window you have and left them on top of the staircase for him to find the next morning.

As the title says, it would be lovely to have an option to turn the 'ask' option on for followers only. It's a different concept than putting your blog in dashboard mode, which forces people to be logged on to send questions. However, I'd like people to still be able to view my blog in full, without dashboarding it. Hopefully, it will look something like my attempt below.

^ these are loop earplugs and they help you manage sound, these work great for migraines and people with sound sensitivity bc of autism/trauma/anxiety, etc. they come with multiple sized ear tips and the sound muffler silicone ring. I bought the loop engage plus, I'm a very burnt out + overwhelmed person. these make my annoying clock go away without me having to take out the batteries.

^ flare earplugs, but I consider them more ear funnels? they allow more airflow into your ears for clearer sound. these work great for tinnitus, anxiety and autistic people. I haven't tried these yet and they have a lot less reviews on tiktok compared to loop.

if you need to search out cheaper brands I've only seen alternatives similar to loop on Amazon, look into decibels and your daily life needs, especially if you work. I feel my engage pro is great for daily home life with older children, pets, natural noises in your day, school, or work. but in a louder work setting like a factory, construction, daycare, or a theme park, I'm afraid these wouldn't work as good as experience might. I recommend checking out tiktok + reddit reviews if you're unsure.

A boy was kicked out of a New Jersey movie theater after using the bathroom with his mom. This instantly made me angry because some people with high support needs do need help using the bathroom sometimes.

According to this report:

The incident began when Gallinaro’s son needed to use the bathroom and she took him into the women’s restroom. There is no family restroom at the Cinemark in Hazlet, according to the lawsuit.

“My son is not equipped to go into a men’s bathroom in a public setting alone,” Gallinaro told NJ Advance Media last week. “I took him to the women’s bathroom.”

There were other women in the restroom, some of them mothers, she said.

“Right away, they see he’s with me. They pick up why he’s in the bathroom with me,” she said, noting that she noticed one woman “looking at me smiling.”

The 59-year-old manager of the movie theater wasn’t as understanding, the suit alleges.

The manager angrily approached and “shouted blatantly discriminatory remarks” toward the mother and the 15-year-old, the lawsuit alleges.

“A grown man should not be in the women’s restroom,” the manager said in the crowded lobby, according to the suit. “This is not a transgender bathroom.”

Even though there were no other complaints, the manager allegedly ordered the Gallinaros off the property and directed an assistant manager to call the police, the suit states.

i know not many people would want to read a 10,000 word article about the minecraft end poem and how the author, Julian Gough, was never fairly compensated for his work and has made it public domain.

But it's a very well-written and heartfelt read, and he makes it very clear that none of this is a cash-grab and despite the fact that he is essentially a starving artist in this capitalist society, he only mentions his financial struggles despite Minecraft's huge huge success at the bottom of this article and not in the tweets so as to not dilute his message.

Anyway, I just think it'd be cool if those who are able to could support him in some way whether it be subscribing to his substack or donating to his paypal (that's linked in the article, you can ctrl + F to find it easier), that's all.
