tomorrow Monday, July 31 will be the 13th of muharram, which means the ayaame bidh (days of the full moon) fast will fall on:

It was narrated that Abu Dharr ‏رضي الله تعالى عنهsaid: The Messenger ﷺ of Allaah ﷻ said to me: “If you fast any part of the month, then fast the thirteenth, fourteenth and fifteenth.”

Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (761); al-Nasaa’i (2424).

This hadeeth was classed as hasan by al-Tirmidhi, and al-Albaani agreed with him in Irwa’ al-Ghaleel, 947.

یا مصطفیٰ یا مجتبیٰ، اِرحم لنا اِرحم لنا

دستِ ہمہ بیچارہ را داماں توئی داماں توئی

من عاصیم من عاجزم من بے کسم، حالِ مرا

پرساں توئی پرساں توئی

اے مشک بید عنبر فشاں

پیکِ نسیمِ صبح دم

اے چارہ گر عیسیٰ نفس

اے مونسِ بیمارِ غم

اے قاسدِ فرخندہ پہ

تجھ کو اُسی گل کی قسم

إن نلت يا ريح الصّبا

يوماً إلى أرض الحرم

بلّغ سلامي روضةً

فيها النّبي المحترم

تاجدارِ حرم ہو نگاہِ کرم💫

O Mustafa, O Mujtaba, show us mercy

Yours is the hand all the helpless and hopeless grasp

I am a sinner, feeble and helpless

Friendless and destitute, and you

Are the only one who cares for me

O musk-willow, scattering fragrance

O sweet breeze of the early morn

O you who cures ills, O you with the breath of Jesus

O consoler of the grief-stricken

O auspicious messenger

I beg you in the name of that same fragrance

O morning breeze, if you go

To that sacred land someday

Present my greetings at the blessed grave

Where the revered Prophet rests

O king of the holy sanctuary💫

[Lights of Yearning: In Praise of the Most Praised]

On the greatest journey of Meeraj, Sayyidunah Rasoolallah ﷺ prayed at Baytul Mamur & continued the journey with his Beloved friend Sayyidunah Jibreel عَلَیهِ‌السَّلام & ascended at Sidrathul Muntaha where Sayyidunah Jibreel عَلَیهِ‌السَّلام had to depart & when inquired by Sayyidunah Rasoolallah ﷺ, “is it here that a close friend leaves his friend?” Then Jibreel عَلَیهِ‌السَّلام replied, “Ya Rasoolallah ﷺ, everyone has their appointed places, if I move even a handspan further, the lights will burn me”. Sayyidunah Rasoolallah ﷺ then moved further to meet his Lord with his physicality, spirituality & soul, with flesh & blood. SubhanAllah, How can we even imagine the majestic station of Sayyidunah Rasoolallah ﷺ that enabled him to go beyond these degrees? Finally He ﷺ met his Lord which Al Quran tell us that He ﷺ was but two bows length or even nearer (53:9)

As fathers, it's extremely important to give our daughters positive attention. Especially so in an environment where they do everything to pull women away from modesty by creating attention seeking beasts with no notion of right or wrong, as long as they get that dopamine kick.

Giving your daughters attention from a young age forms a positive bond, it allows you to mold them to the young, modest muslimat you want them to be. It also allows you to pass on to them the morals, do's and don'ts that our deen teaches us.

Women by nature crave attention, daughters are known to love their fathers, and if you do not give them the correct form of attention they will eventually seek it elsewhere, whereas if you do, they will grow up with dignity and self-worth, not letting the dogs on the streets treat her like a piece of flesh.

The best role model to look up to in this regard (as in any case) is the bond between rasoolAllah ﷺ and Fatima رضي الله عنها, there are many lessons to be learned.

May Allah preserve the children of the muslimīn.

It still boggles my mind that only 50 years after RasoolAllah’s passing the ummah had gotten to a place where they kill his grandson, put his head on a spear and trample his body - may Allah curse those who were involved and those who laid the foundations for Karbala to happen.

The first time Kaaba was built by the angels

The second time was built by Adam (ع)

The third time it was built by Sheeth Ibn Adam who fell in the flood of Noah

The fourth time by Sayyiduna Ibrahim (ع)

The fifth time by the people of Amalekah

The sixth time by the tribe of Jarham

The seventh time by Qasa bin Kalab (grandfather of RasoolAllah ﷺ)

The eighth time by Quraysh

The ninth time by Abdullah bin Zubair

The tenth time by Hajjaj bin Yusuf.

And after that until today this region is being occupied by Muslims and many kings have actively participated in its construction, repair and expansion and this process is still ongoing.
