His head is a bone-like carapace that is inspired by Hollow Knight. This carapace is what Ghostboo's veil drops down from. Ghostboo's veil is made of his thinned out skin, just to make everything creepier.

Anyway, c!Ranboo was enderwalking during the prison break.

Think about it, stress is the trigger and he spent the previous day being arrested for no reason on his birthday and then in a cell next to Connor who talked the entire time constantly and who explicitly said that Ranboo did not have the best last 24 hours before his death.
