Cookie Run: Breath of The Wild AU
So basically I had a thought. A really good thought.
What if the Cookie Run franchise had a Breath of The Wild AU?
Plot:
No Earthbread. No memories. After a many year slumber, Gingerbrave and his friends wake up alone in a world they no longer remember. Now these unlikely heroes must explore a vast and dangerous world and regain their memories before all of Earthbread is lost forever. Armed only with what they can scavenge, Gingerbrave and his friends set out to find answers and the resources needed to survive.
So I got the technical casting down:

allow me to present my own little theory for totk
as we’ve seen in the latest trailer, supposedly Hylia is shown
(i personally think so, but this post isn’t for talking about why)
now the Hylia figure is seen reaching for Link’s messed up hand
what i think happened is that Link dives after Zelda and something happens
idk what, but maybe something bad
and Hylia decides to intervene
maybe she rescues Link from something, because he can’t fight without the Master Sword and hand all shriveled like a raisin
it really looks like she’s reaching out to help him, just like Link did to Zelda and the glowing hand did to Link
after he’s rescued, i like to think she was the one to give him his “Sky Outfit”
doesn’t it look like something a god/goddess would wear? a very ancient form of clothing?
plus, the color of his sky outfit and Hylia’s dress are very, very similiar
nearly identical if i do say so myself
plus that golden jewelry... very similar, yes?
and when does the jewelry appear? after link gets that outfit
and his arm start glowing
which, now that i think about, might be what Zelda meant when she asked someone to “lend him your power”
no jewelry here but thennn
jewelry being imbued with power...
maybe Hylia was the glowing hand all along, keeping Ganon sealed away all those years...
and the glowing hand that grabs Link is her
or maybe it’s not Hylia at all

Ultimately do to that little egg Guardian going back in time there is two versions and outcomes for Breath of the wild isn't there, the Age of Calamity time-line split and the Breath of the wild original time-line where Terrako came from originally. The "good ending" time-line thanks to Terrako and the prime time-line. But how good of an ending is that time-line, they just postponed another inevitable fight with calamity cloud ganon, they don't know about his shriveled corpse benethe the kingdom and we don't know if they will become aware of him. While in the prime time-line sure they have to rebuild everything, but they very obviously become aware of raisin Ganon, and judging from trailers they become aware of even more things as well. Ancient powerful things. It's possible the age of calamity time-line goes down a similar path sure, but how likely is it they find a lot of the ancient things they do in the next game do to the destruction calamity ganon did in the prime time-line uncovering these ancient things.

HAHA! So Anon, you discovered my Discord Shenanigans post! Someone from my Discord server posted this and I just had to share! I made the running joke in the chat that I wouldn’t refer to Ganon as anything but “Raisindorf” until BOTW2 came out. They then posted said “seedless Ganon” post in reference to Raisindorf.

Barrier
He was falling.
A strong breeze skirted his skin, tussled his hair and dried his eyes. The wind was cold on a hot, summer day and he wasn’t sure how he wouldn’t face-plant on the island in his sights.
He was falling.
Did he have his paraglider? He didn’t think so. Last he saw of it, it was strapped to the ox along with rest of their provisions. Did he know how to land without crashing? He could always make another one but…
He was falling.
Zelda. He had to get back to her. It didn’t matter to him that there was a gap in his memory between pushing the Master Sword down the hole she fell and, well, now.
He was falling.
Falling towards a floating island in the sky, hands outstretched as if welcoming the adventure when really, he just wanted to get back to the caves, back to Zelda, back to Hateno, and back to their peaceful life where they squandered in ignorance.
He was falling.
But they already had. They’d fallen in love. Now that everything had fallen apart, he wished he didn’t take their time together for granted. How could he? After everything they had been through he should have known how precious she was.
He was falling.
But he didn’t want to be.
Link angled his body so that he wasn’t sprawled towards the island, instead managing to dip through the surface of the clouds and be falling to the Hyrule below. He took no hesitation searching immediately for the castle, the place they had entered the caverns of in the first place.
Yet his heart froze and all the color washed from his face at what he saw, the castle floating in midair surrounded by a curling red energy that seeped with evil intent and calamitous ruin.
“Zelda,” he breathed. The worry in his heart echoing alongside it, breathing into the apocalyptic and wild Hyrule below him.
He stared at the castle with longing eyes, anxiety burning in his heart for Zelda’s fate, for the low chances of her survival and if she did, what she would have to endure. Of course he had every bit of faith in her, but his very soul longed to be by her side to make sure she got out without a scratch.
Yet before he could even begin to lament their losses, Link’s body suddenly hit a red shield that must have been permeated from Ganon’s power, and it blew him back. Unconscious and thrown around like a stuffed toy, Link was hurtled back to the skies.
He was falling.

Zelda. There was a barrier and he had hit it. Every legend talks of the hero and the princess united to defeat the evil and now, the evil caught on. Link would have congratulated the evil, lurking spirit for coming up with a new strategy with his brain all dried up like a raisin if that strategy didn’t separate him from his true love and endanger her with more trauma.
Link took a chance on his right arm, the one that glowed with an ancient and mysterious power that had an irrevocable hold on him. He stretched out his arm towards a column on the island and his arm stretched out way farther than humanly possible, his fingers grabbing the column and slinking Link to the island as the arm returned to normal size. Link stared at the adventure before him with two feet planted in the ground and a pair of eyes at the scope of his options.
Something or someone wanted him here on this island, on the ones he saw on the horizon, too. And, even if it is just Ganon wanting him “away”, there had to something somewhere up here that would break that damned barrier.

Alright, I’m half asleep and I’m pretty sure that Nintendo isn’t gonna do anything like this and that I’ve missed something, but I think it would be an interesting au at the least. This got kinda long for an ask im so sorry—
so! At this point I think that a lot of people have assumed that Flora has the entire triforce (because whats what it seems like after beating dark beast ganon, the entire triforce is on the back of her hand instead of just wisdom being filled in) at that point it’s safe to assume that with her in possession of Courage, Wisdom, and Power that Ganondorf/Ganon doesn’t have it at all in any way shape or form. Sure, he and Link still carry their own hero spirit or spirit of demise, but they don’t have the actual power of the triforce.
so i think that would make the “Ganondorf” raisin that they find in the game trailer just an empty shell from the past(because he sure looks like he’s been there since the Link 10,000 years before Wild, but that’s a whole other theory). (Sure, there might be malice, but the way I see the triforce of power itself is that it isn’t necessarily able to make someone do things that can be viewed as evil, more like if the person had evil intentions the triforce of power would amplify that. Like how Ganondorf in oot wouldn’t have done anything if link had stayed in the forest. Maybe he already had plans for taking the triforce for his own, but he couldn’t have done much if Zelda and Link hadn’t interfered.) And Flora had already sealed away Pig Ganon, so it’s also safe to assume that the essence of Ganon/Ganondorf and demise isn't coming back for a long time.
So if Nintendo does go with my basic knowledge of Zelda, then the Ganondorf Rasin could do one or two things: absolutely nothing and is just there, or be used as a puppet for a whole entire new threat. A new bad guy could be absolutely terrifying if Nintendo played their cards right, and with the ?Skyloft/Sacred Realm? thing, there could be a bad guy like Girihiam who is the mastermind behind everything

aaa tumblr mobile ate this okay, for the flora thing...i know people like saying that, but I want to say this; that theory is baseless. I have watched that ending about 5 times. Yes, the triforce is on her bubble. No, it is not on her hand. Believe me, I checked. That's like saying Warriors has the whole triforce because the fire rods special attack has the full triforce imagery. Sorry if that sounded ranty, I just think people are looking for something that isn't there ^^

I shouldn’t have to feel on edge all the time. I shouldn’t have to feel ashamed to feel like curling up in my room for a couple of days. I shouldn’t feel guilty for not doing something, or doing something then feel ashamed do that that thing. I am working real hard to just not feel all this guilt or being ashamed for just simple self care stuff. However my mind being how it is, is like anxiety mosquitos that fester. Then i walk around nervous all the time. Even if there is absolutely not reason for it. I know people have suggested meditation. I am taking medication for my anxiety and have therapy. However i can’t always know when a day like today happens where it messes with your whole system. I had an online friend say “Hey can i give you a hug?” And i thanked them for the offer but even someone touching me is way too much. Days like this screw me over big time and stuff like talking about things i am into and such is a great distraction.
I probably just spent a few good hours just talking theories involving the BOTW 2 stuff. Where we all bounded things off, also just talking Zelda related stuff like (beside Wind Waker) How many of the Kings or leaders in Hyrule were absolute dicks or idiots. “Oh dont worry raisin ass, dehydrated Ganon totally has no power.” Malice takes over the kingdom. “He-he this is fine, every thing is fine.” All the champion’s die. “Well fuck.” Like how?! In Twilight Princess the king and his cabinet leaders removed any and all people with magic abilities after three of them became interlopers and thinking to take the triforce for their own and probably do some messed up shit. Ocarina of Time it was more of a king being blinded by ganondorf, till link told Zelda what could come to be if Ganondorf was allowed to be the king’s “helper”? Saving that kingdom. But also cause of his time traveling the time line splits, where in Twilight princess ganon is after being caught for his plans to over throw the king of hyrule was banished along with those the king deemed a danger to the world of hyrule. This why in Twilight princess there isn’t magic.
Like see these are just random shit i think about and it calms me. I also get people may not see what i see cause people each view the games in such a different way. So for like BOTW2 the whole sword thing. The sword has been slowly chipping away due to malice i feel and it shatters, this doing sort of what we had to do in Skyward sword where we got to restore the blade to its true form through people a series of trials and such to prove your worth even more as being the chosen one to wield this blade and end the cycle of the curse till another couple of centuries, till the next hero is to be. I could go into it more. But my mind now is exhausted. I like theories and lore right now. Been watching a lot of stuff like that. I just not wanting to feel like guilty of anything, when i have no reason too.
