I have a lots of feelings about this scene.

Three times we saw Ragnar getting really mad at Bjorn. One was for letting Porunn fight when she was carrying his child. So Lagertha asks him why he is so worried even though she isn’t his wife and isn’t carrying his child. He has no answer that wouldn’t offend her. He knows he has no right to ask anything of her anymore. He is trying to understand why she isnt taking care of the baby because he knows how much having another child means to her. So even if it isn’t his he wants her to have what she always wanted.
