Stray Kids Kinktober Day 6

Stray Kids Kinktober Masterlist
Frottage - Bang Chan
Word Count: 8.8k
Summary: Being an award winning actress isn’t as easy as some might think. Award shows themself are one of the more difficult events to tackle. But luckily, during this ceremony, you get to meet some of your favorite idols, and they get to meet their favorite actress.
—————————————————————
“And after the awards ceremony there’s an after party at The Plaza.” Your agent’s voice is strictly business in the back of the limousine.
You’re playing with the fabric of your gown while absentmindedly listening to her.
“Do I have to be on set tomorrow?”
“Yes, your call is at 9:00 AM. Transportation will be at your hotel at 7:30.”
You groan and look up at the ceiling. “Why do they always put these award shows on weekdays?”
“Your weekends aren’t exactly free anymore, either.”
Yes, you’re aware.
The life of an actress was not easy. Especially an award winning one. Right now, you are the hot, new, up-and-coming actress that everyone has their eye on. The actress that every director wants in their movie, their TV show, their commercials– everything.
Currently, you’re in the middle of filming a TV show that has a high fantasy aesthetic to it. You’re the main role in the show, the main badass warrior that everyone roots for. The kind of character that has a million and thirty Tik Tok edits of her.
It’s one of those shows where your character is constantly going through the wringer. The amount of bruises that you have to sport on camera increases each day; real and fake.
Your nerves begin to creep up on you the closer you get to the award venue.
Red carpets were one of the hardest parts of the job. Memorizing lines? Easy. Learning blocking and fight choreo? You do that every day.
Talk to strangers and pose for pictures? No, thank you.
Who were you wearing again?
“This dress is Gucci, right?”
“No, it’s Christian Siriano. I’m glad you asked. Your jewelry is Gucci and your shoes are Prada.”
You stare at your agent blankly, she hasn’t looked up from her tablet once. You were not made for this part of the job.
“Jesus…” you sigh and lean back into the cushioned seat.
“While we’re at it, do you even know what award you’re up for?”
“Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series, right?”
“And?”
“And?” you repeat incredulously. “I thought I was only up for one!”
Finally, your agent looks up with a smirk. “Trick question, you passed. Proud of you.”
You can’t help but laugh and look out the window. “You know I’m nervous as all hell, don’t test me.”
“Don’t be nervous. I’m sure you have this in the bag.”
“That’s exactly what I’m nervous about. I have to get up, walk up those stairs in these Gucci—“
“Prada.”
“Prada shoes. And then make an acceptance speech in front of everyone. Millions of people. No pressure.”
She laughs and looks down at her tablet again. “You’re very charming and everyone loves you, you can talk the paint off a wall, Y/N, just be yourself.”
Grumbling, you cross your arms over your chest. But you can’t sit still in that position for too long at all. You’re too fidgety.
In front of you, there’s a chilled bottle of champagne. You pour it into one of the flutes and sip it entirely too fast for the quality of the drink. ‘Sip’ is putting it gently, you down it.
A second glass is poured, but you choose to hold that one in your hand tightly. Absent-mindedly, you swirl the champagne around, watching the bubbles form and pop up at the top.
A few moments of silence pass, you begin to mutter to yourself to ease the stress. “Christian Siriano dress, Gucci jewelry, Prada shoes. Christian Siriano dress, Gucci jewelry, Prada shoes..”
The crowd starts getting louder the closer you get to the event. Cameras are already flashing outside your limousine.
“I haven’t even told you who’s going to be there.”
Your agent sounds extremely smug all of a sudden. When you look over at her, there’s a cocky smirk on her face.
“Who?” With that look, you’re not even sure that you want to know the answer.
“Maybe put the drink down before I tell you. Wouldn’t want you to spill it on your…”
“Christian Siriano.”
“Christian Siriano dress.”
After downing the contents once more, you put the glass down.
“Okay, who?”
Her smile grows even wider. “You know Stray Kids, right?”
Your face pales, even under all that makeup all the color drains from your skin.
“They’re going to be there?”
She knows, she knows you’ve been a fan for a while. You were a Stay before fame came your way.
Your agent smiles and nods, the light from her tablet illuminating her face.
“Don’t play with me,” your voice is strained. “That’s mean.”
You’ve been keeping your admiration of them on the down low for so long. Now that you’re in the public eye, you have to be very low key about things.
It was killing you.
“They did a soundtrack song for a show, it’s up for an award.”
You were nervous before. Now you’re downright hysterical.
“They’re going to be there? All eight of them?”
“To my knowledge, yes.”
The limousine comes to a gradual stop. The screams outside are deafening, even through the car doors.
“Will I see them?” You ask, gathering your skirt up to try and assist with a graceful exit out of the limo.
“Probably!” There’s a little hint to her voice that you can’t quite put your finger on. What is she doing? What does she know?
The driver comes around the limousine and you take a deep breath, activating your celebrity face.
It’s never hard for you to muster a genuine smile. You’re humble about your life, you know how lucky you are. Thinking about how far you’ve come is all the motivation you need to let the corners of your lips perk up.
“Ready?” Your agent asks.
“Yes, ma’am!”
The door opens and the roar of the crowd goes insane. You’re practically blinded by the flashes of the cameras.
You do your very best to keep a level head and follow the instructions of the security team around you.
In the meantime, as you walk into the venue, you turn and smile at the fans behind the barricades.
Sending them hand hearts, waving enthusiastically back at them. You look up at your head security guard.
“Can I please go sign a few autographs?”
He looks down at you, obviously annoyed. But annoyed in the fatherly way. Just by the look on his face, you knew he was going to say yes.
You quickly pick up your skirt and walk over to the barricade. The screams get louder and louder the closer you get.
“Hi! Hi!” You greet all the fans as they scream for you. So many different objects are thrust over the fence for you to sign.
You grab a marker and begin leaving your signature over everything in sight: posters, shirts, books.
Several selfies are taken with you. Every single fan is so sweet and kind that you can’t help but spend extra time with them.
They reach out and grab your hands, you hold them back and have conversations with them.
You always do this. It’s something you’re very well known for.
“Miss Y/N.” your security guard says gruffly behind you.
“Okay, okay. I gotta go, guys. It was so nice meeting you, and it was nice seeing you again!” You point to a fan that you recognized from a convention you attended a few months ago.
After blowing a few more kisses, you leave the barricade and head towards the red carpet.
If it was up to you, you would’ve stood there and talked with your fans all day and never gone into the awards ceremony. They’re the reason you’re here, after all.
Walking along the carpet, you plaster a smile on your face and wave to all the photographers. You stand still right in the middle of the space and strike several different practiced poses.
You make sure to look in all different directions and show off the dress hugging your body beautifully.
It’s a dark yellow gown with huge puffed sleeves that sit off your shoulders. The center of the gown dips down to show off your cleavage. The rest of the skirt poofs out in a princess style.
It’s absolutely gorgeous. Crafted to show off your body in the best way.
All the photographers call out your name, all of them trying to get your attention.
You wave to several that you recognize and say hello to others.
Your short minutes on the red carpet run out and you quickly make your way across to the other side to link arms with your agent.
She pats your arm, “Great job! Now for the hard part.”
On the other side of the red carpet there are several different magazines, websites, and other fashion sources lined up with interviewers stationed in front of cameras.
“I studied for this, remember?” you tease her and hug her arm closer before letting go.
The first interview you do is with Vogue, they had grabbed your attention so fast you almost got whiplash.
How’s the show? Who are you wearing? Are you nervous about tonight?
These are all questions you prepared for.
Next interview was with Vanity Fair. You had recognized the interviewer, so you approached her first.
“Y/N!” Her face lights up when she sees you.
“Hi!” you answer just as cheerfully, wrapping her in a big hug and then holding her out at arms length. “How have you been?”
“So good, you?”
“Can’t complain– busy. I’m so glad to see you!”
“Me too! Do you have time for an interview?” She asks hopefully.
“I always have time for you.”
She says thank you and her camera man gets into place. A second microphone is handed to you. Before you can blink, she’s in interview mode.
You smile and listen to her introduction.
“I am here with, Y/N L/N, star of the Emmy award winning show, Kings and Pirates. How are you doing tonight, Y/N?”
You lift the microphone up to your mouth and speak into it happily. “I’m doing great, thank you! Always a pleasure to be talking with you on the red carpet.”
“You flatter me, Y/N! Now tell us the obvious question here: Who are you wearing?”
“I am wearing an original Christian Siriano dress, Gucci jewelry, and Prada shoes.”
“The entire outfit is beautiful! An amazing dress to hopefully show off when you win Best Actress tonight…?”
You laugh humbly. “I don’t know, there are so many amazing actresses nominated tonight. A girl can hope, but when I see the other names around mine, I can’t help but be anxious.”
The interviewer opens her mouth to ask another question, but the crowd absolutely erupts in cheers. Louder than when you got out of your limo, louder than some concerts you’ve attended.
“Oh my god, I think someone important just showed up.” You joked into the microphone.
Both you and the interviewer are looking across the carpet, craning your necks to see if you can get a glimpse of whoever just stepped out.
“Minho! Hyunjin! Felix!” Crowd members scream out several names and your heart rate skyrockets.
“Oh my god, it’s Stray Kids.” You accidentally say into the mic.
“Oh wow! Are you a Stay?” She asks you. Your head whips around and a dark blush covers your cheeks.
Laughing nervously, you look down at the ground, suddenly sheepish. “Ah… well, yeah. I’ve been a fan of theirs for years now.”
“Did you know they were going to be here tonight?”
“I was told it was a possibility, but I didn’t want to get my hopes up.”
Joke after joke makes the interviewer and her cameraman laugh.
The interview continues without a hitch. But the entire time all you want to do is turn around  and see if you can catch a glimpse of Stray Kids.
Yes, you’re famous. But you’re just a Stay at heart.
You say your goodbyes with the interviewer and turn to move onto the next one.
A gasp catches in your throat as soon as you step away.
All eight of them are right there, doing their own interview with Buzzfeed. They’re smiling and laughing about something.
You’re just able to stare. They’re right there. You’ve never been in the same space as them.
Act professional, Y/N! Stop acting like a fangirl, you’re literally on the clock right now!
Their laughter is contagious and you find yourself smiling as you turn away and walk to another interviewer trying to flag you down.
“… excited to maybe meet tonight? You guys are usually at music award shows, so this is definitely new for you! There’s some new faces that you probably have never seen before.”
“We actually were just talking about this on the ride over,” Chan says to the interviewer, ever the front man. “We’re all huge fans of Kings and Pirates, we watch it together every week when new episodes come out. We joked that it would be an amazing opportunity to say hi to Y/N L/N.”
It’s like the red carpet is pulled right out from underneath your feet.
“But that would be like trying to get a private conversation with royalty, you know?”
You? They want to meet you? They watch your show? Every week? Together?
“I think I just saw her around…” the interviewer trails off, by her tone you can tell she’s looking around for you.
Act casual, Y/N. Pretend like you weren’t listening to every word of their interview closely. Act normal for once in your life.
“Ah, no way.” Chan’s thick accent reaches your ears. He sounds so shy by his tone. Several other members murmur and tease one another.
“Oh, there she is! Y/N!” The interviewer grabs your attention— she technically already had it.
The members begin to get louder when you turn your head to look at the entire group of them staring at you.
When your eyes meet all of theirs, each of them freeze like a deer in headlights. Do they even know who they are?
You can’t tell if you’ve gone sheet white or bright red. Your heart is beating so fast it might explode.
The interviewer waves you over, you look over at the other one you were walking to and hold up a finger to say ‘one moment’ before walking over to the large group of them.
“Hi, hi!” You cheer casually when you come up next to them.
All right members look absolutely starstruck. Jeongin’s eyes look like they might bug out of his head.
They all bow politely when you join the group.
Chan’s bow is a second later than everyone else’s. He’s too busy staring in absolute disbelief.
“Y/N! It’s so nice to see you!” the interviewer says. You think you recognize her from another event.
“You as well,” you respond with a beautiful smile.
“Let’s get you a mic— oh, we have no more— maybe someone— can share?”
Chan is the member closest to you, he immediately angles the mic your way. He does it so fast and eagerly it almost hits right into you.
You giggle and thank him, “Thank you! It’s good to see you too,” you repeat and step a bit closer to him to make sharing easier.
He smells so good. You can feel his body heat radiating onto your bare shoulders. Thankfully, the outdoor chill isn't affecting you much due to your adrenaline being so high.
“Y/N, before I ask anything else, I do need to ask who you’re wearing.”
“Oh, a Christian Siriano original with accessories by Gucci and shoes by Prada.”
“Absolutely stunning,” the interviewer compliments.
A light giggle comes from your chest and you go to thank her. It’s under his breath but you hear Chan say something along the lines of ‘that’s an understatement.’
“I did call you over here for a specific reason, besides the fact that we would love to interview a nominee for Best Actress. It seems you have eight fans all eager to meet you!”
You turn and look over at the members with wide eyes. “Oh my god!” You say out loud and your hand flies to your chest. “I am literally honored!”
“You know Stray Kids?” The interviewer asks.
Well, if they already said they were fans…
You lean down into the mic and laugh, “I have been a Stay for so long, are you kidding?”
Every single one of them don shocked expressions. Chan goes stiff as a board.
You look at each of them with one of the most gorgeous smiles across your face. “When I was called over here with you guys I thought I was going to pass out. I had your discography playing in the room while my stylists got me ready.”
All eight of them move around like little kids meeting their idols for the first time. They each stare at you with literal stars in their eyes.
“The first album that caught my attention was In Life, actually. Haven is my favorite song.”
You rain compliment after compliment down on them.
“It’s truly an honor to meet you, we’re all such huge fans.” Felix is the one that breaks the silence into the mic. The rest of them all nod eagerly.
“Since we’re all fans of Kings and Pirates,” the interviewer brings your attention back. “Do you think you could give us a small spoiler for the new season coming out?”
“Ah,” you laugh and look around a bit, sucking your teeth in thought. “I reaaally shouldn’t, but…” You look to the side to make eye contact with all the members but Chan’s piercing gaze is the one that stole your breath away.
His stylist had done his hair in such a natural, curly way. Every single strand is sitting perfectly on his head. The makeup on his face highlights his features angelically.
Especially that beautiful nose of his.
Each of them wore black tie suits with a bit of personal flair on them. Chan’s entire suit, including the undershirt and tie, was black.
It takes a moment for your brain to reboot, not that anyone noticed. To them, it just looked like you were thinking of a small spoiler to give away.
“I think that fans can look forward to seeing an old face that we previously had to say goodbye to.”
Jeongin eagerly grabs Han’s arm and says something in his ear. The two of them start whispering about what the spoiler could possibly mean.
The rest of them all move around anxiously. Except Chan. He continues to stare at you with his lips parted slightly.
You hold his eye contact for one more moment before looking back at the interviewer with a sinfully sweet smile.
“Wow!” She says over-dramatically on purpose, “I think us fans have a lot to look forward to. Best of luck to all of you with your nominations tonight!”
“Thank you so much!” You chirp into the mic and stand there with a smile while she does her required sign off to go back to the main camera back in LA.
During those few moments, you feel Chan shift his weight so that his entire arm brushes against yours. Goosebumps immediately fly up your shoulder and through your neck.
It takes every muscle in your body not to react to it.
He’s still holding the mic between the two of you just in case you need to speak again. You want to turn your head and look at him so badly.
You want to talk to him in the worst way; ask him questions about the music, even just how his day is, anything.
The cameras cut and you instantly let out a sigh of relief, next to you, you see the eight of them deflate a bit too.
The interviewer says her thanks and the crew takes the mics back from everyone.
“It really was a pleasure meeting you guys,” you say with your hand on your heart again. “Words cannot describe how honored I am to be talking to you all.”
“Are you kidding?” Chan jokes. “We all feel the same way. I don’t think we even thought we would be able to stand near you tonight.”
You laugh and see your agent signaling you out of the corner of your eye.
“Bah! I’m just a girl, really! Best of luck to you guys tonight, I’ll be cheering extra loud from the crowd when you win!”
“The same goes for us,” Chan smiles. He sticks his hand out and you immediately grab it.
Electricity shoots up your arm and you have to bite your cheek to keep yourself from screaming.
Your hands shake and you say your goodbyes to each of the members before walking away to your next interview.
As soon as they think you’re out of earshot, they all begin talking rapidly to one another about you.
“Can you believe it?”
“She’s a Stay!”
“Oh my god, I think I blacked out, did that really happen?”
“You lucky bastard, you got to shake her hand and share your mic with her.”
“Stop acting like a middle schooler.”
Their voices fade into the background the further you get from them. You just can’t help but smile and look down at the floor sheepishly.
---------------------------------------
“I’ll find you after the awards show, okay, hon?” Your agent catches your attention as you walk into the auditorium.
She grabs both of your forearms lightly and kisses your cheek. “Best of luck to you, don’t make yourself look stupid on stage.”
That last part is whispered into your ear and it makes you laugh. “I won’t! I won’t!”
She says her goodbyes once more and you look up at the usher waiting for you.
This award show has its nominees all sitting around large dinner tables. There’s about ten people per table.
For your show, you were the only one nominated for an award tonight, so not even your director or crew was here to sit with you.
The usher held out his arm for you to take and you did so with a gracious smile. There’s a reason you’re known for charming everyone you meet.
He leads you through the vast room. Several fellow actors call your name and greet you, and you respond to each one happily.
“Here we are, Miss Y/N.”
No way. Absolutely no way.
Seated around the entire table are the eight members you saw mere minutes ago, their manager taking the ninth seat.
Sure enough, your name is printed on a sign draped over the back of the chair.
Minho looks up at you first and waves sheepishly. You immediately wave back.
If Lee Minho waves, you wave back.
“Hi again!” You greet them all before turning up and gently laying a hand on the usher’s bicep to thank him. He bows his head once and walks off.
Chan, who was seated next to your empty chair, practically springs out of his seat and stands next to you.
“I can’t believe this,” you tell him with a wide smile. He mirrors it and holds his hand out to the chair.
You laugh while he grabs the back of it and pulls it out from the table.
It takes a little bit of special maneuvering, but you manage to fold your poofy skirt down in order to sit down. Chan pushes your chair back in and takes his seat next to you.
He now sits on your left, Seungmin on your right.
“I guess I would’ve met you guys tonight regardless, then!”
“It seems that way,” Chan answers. He reaches up and rubs the side of his neck with his hand.
Now, from years of being a fan, you know that’s a nervous tick of his. And with your friendly nature, all you want to do is soothe him.
“It’s like I’m getting a deluxe, VIP fan meeting. When Stay watches the award ceremony they’re all going to put a bounty on my head.”
They all laugh and you turn to look at Seungmin, “Can I have an autograph before I die? I didn’t bring any of my albums with me, though.”
He laughs at your joke and your heart smiles with his beautiful grin.
“I knew I should’ve brought a photocard with me.”
Behind you, Chan shifts around. “You bought our albums?”
You turn back to him, “Of course I did. I wanted to support you guys. Best way to do that is streaming your music and buying the albums, right?”
“Yeah,” he answers nervously, his bottom lip pulling between his teeth. “Yeah, you’re right. Just didn’t think I’d ever meet a celebrity I admired and find out they’re a Stay.”
You giggle and lean forward on the table. “I hope that’s not weird. I think I would’ve exploded if I didn’t tell you guys how big of a fan I was.”
“Not weird at all, just unexpected.”
“I guess I feel the same way, especially after hearing that you guys watch the show.”
“We love the show!” Han tells you from across the table. “Sometimes Minho will cut dance rehearsals early for us to go back and watch it.”
“Seriously?” you ask. “Wow, that really means a lot, you have no idea.”
“It’s easy to be a fan of yours,” Chan grabs your attention. “You’re one of the kindest people we’ve met in a while.”
Oh, you are practically kicking your feet around.
“Fame is a whole other universe to tackle. I wanted to make sure I treat my fans and everyone around me the way I wanted to be treated before all this happened to me. It’s important not to lose yourself. But I know you guys all know that already. You’re masters at it.”
“Hyunjin still lets it get to his head.” Felix jokes.
“What!”
The pre-show continues like this as the rest of the celebrities file in. Many stop by your chair and say hello to you.
With each one, you get up out of your seat, hug and kiss them hello, then sit back down only to be interrupted again.
“You certainly are popular,” Chan comments after you say goodbye to a fellow actor. “That last guy crossed the room to come say hi to you.”
With a giggle, you joke, “Is someone jealous?”
He stiffens for a moment, his back going straight and he clenches his fists on the tabletop for a moment. “No.”
His answer is not firm at all.
Before you’re able to analyze it, producers come out among the audience to tell everyone the cameras are about to begin rolling.
“When is your award in the lineup?” You whisper over to Seungmin.
“Right before yours, actually.”
“Maybe I’ll see you all backstage then.”
You both smile at each other and shift back in your chairs.
Several cameramen come out into the audience with their large sets of equipment. One of them is very obviously hovering by you.
You know he’ll signal you if you’re being shown. The teleprompters strategically placed along the venue also show what is being broadcasted.
Opening music begins playing and the lights dim among the audience. The centerpieces on the tables give off an evening glow.
A waiter comes over and places your drink on the table. You actually had forgotten you requested one before sitting down.
You thank him and he takes his leave.
“What’s that?” Chan whispers in your ear.
“Espresso martini,” you answer. “Wanna try?”
Chan looks over at his manager, who is busy watching the host make his opening speech. He nods quickly and leans down, taking a long sip off the top.
A tiny ‘mmm’ comes from the back of his throat and he looks at you while licking his lips a bit.
“Oh that’s delicious.”
“And dangerous.”
You lift the glass and take a long sip from it and place it back down on the table.
“I got my first major role fresh out of college. I’m still learning how to not rely on alcohol to have fun.”
Chan just laughs and both of you direct your attention to the host on stage.
“-and if all else fails, we have our lovely knight in shining armor to protect us, tonight.”
The camera man turns and has the camera on your face. You smile brightly and blow a kiss into the camera. The entire audience lets out several positive reactions.
When the camera cuts away, you let out a sigh of relief. “I knew they were gonna do that.”
You take another large swig of your drink. It’s almost empty already. Curse these fancy people and their tiny portions.
Chan leans over and suddenly his hot breath is on your skin. Goosebumps rip down your body and you can’t suppress a shiver.
“Careful,” he whispers lowly. “I don’t think you want to be stumbling onto the stage.”
“I think you underestimate my alcohol tolerance, Mr. Bang.”
You both make eye contact.
The audience applauds as the host leaves the stage and the first announcer comes on. Both of you clap and Chan leans away from you. Out of the corner of your eye, you see his tongue dart out to wet his bottom lip before he pulls it between his teeth.
His cologne lingers around your senses even after he’s gone.
Dammit, he’s right. But, my god, you need another stiff drink.
---------------------------------------
“And here are the nominees…” The announcer says into the mic. The entire table is holding their breath.
This was it, this was Stray Kids’ award. Your jaw clenches with anticipation as the names are read off one by one. Individually, you crack each of your knuckles anxiously.
All eight of the members are staring up at the screen, each of them have their own nervous ticks.
You reach under the table to try and comfort Chan a bit, your hand landing on his knee. He jumps in place at the table at the contact.
Without looking at each other, he places his hand on top of your and squeezes a bit.
“It’s going to suck when I have to sit here by myself after you guys win.” you whisper to him.
“If we win.”
“You’re going to win.” You squeeze his knee again.
“And the winner is…”
You suck in a breath, all of them stiffen up. Cameras are pointed at each of the nominees tables.
“Stray Kids!”
Immediately, you spring out of your seat with a gleeful cheer. Clapping your hands together and smiling at each of them.
Without a second thought, Chan wraps you into a grand hug, pure joy written across his face. Your face morphs into a shocked one, but you hug him back happily.
He’s so warm. His hug is so tight.
After a few heartbeats, he tears himself off of you with an unreadable expression. All eight of them walk up to the stage and grab the award from the presenter.
Sitting back down, you take a second to catch your breath.
So badly, you want to focus on their acceptance speech, but all you can think about was the way Chan held you. It went straight to your heart, and thanks to the alcohol in your veins, it traveled a bit south as well.
Nervously, your hand comes up and rubs at your chest by your collarbones, a small nervous tick of yours.
The table feels so empty without the eight of them there. Their manager is the only one left sitting there with you. He’s watching their speech intently.
Both of you stand and clap once more as they walk off the stage. All of them pushing each other gleefully and playing slap ass. It makes you giggle.
All of the lights around the room shift again and another announcer comes into the stage. The same camera man as before comes around the side of the table to stand closer to you.
The announcer goes through their speech about how important actresses are, how each of you stood out, how it was an honorable nomination. Your heart is in your throat, you can feel each thud against your ribcage so closely.
No one was next to you to hold your knee.
“And the nominees are…”
Various clips of the other nominees in their element flash behind their names.
Your name is third. Several different dramatic scenes play out within the five second window. They chose some of your best scenes for that little animation. The next few nominees flash after that.
“And the winner is…”
You suck in your breath.
“Y/N L/N! King and Pirates!”
The entire audience erupts in cheers. Practically everyone stands up on their feet.
You bury your face in your hands in disbelief.
“Oh my god!” you practically yell as you stand up.
An actor from the next table places his hand on your back to help you out of your chair. You smile gratefully at him and make your way up to the stage.
During the entire walk, several different people offer you their congratulations, you thank each of them, shaking their hands.
Climbing your way onto the stage, you make your way over to the announcer, kissing their cheeks as a thank you and turning to speak into the mic.
“Oh wow,” you laugh into the mic, looking down at the award and then back up at the audience. “I know everyone says this, but I really did not expect this! I mean, have you seen any of the other shows?”
A gentle laugh comes from the crowd.
The rest of your acceptance speech is short, sweet, and to the point. The timer on one of the teleprompters definitely motivated you to speak quickly.
As you walk away with your award, music plays behind you. A stage manager comes up to you and ushers you through the wings.
Several more congratulations come your way, you respond to each of them humbly.
You turn a corner and are met with a cheer even louder than the one from the auditorium full of people.
All eight members of Stray Kids are clapping for you, jumping up and down in excitement. Your enthusiasm immediately matches theirs as you come up to them.
“I can’t believe it!” you say loudly, holding the award out to look at. “I think I’m dreaming!”
You turn and look up at Hyunjin, “Pinch me, I have to be asleep!”
He laughs at you and lightly grabs your arm. You yip dramatically and look back down at the trophy. “Nope, definitely awake!”
“If you guys would please find your seats, we need to clear this hallway.” a stagehand ushers your group away. He turns and looks down at you with a soft smile, “They wouldn’t leave until you came back.”
“Aww,” you coo to all of them. Your arm wraps around Jeongin’s, who happens to be the closest at the moment. “You guys are too sweet!”
Your head rests on his arm and you hug it close as a thank you. He pats your hand and bends his arm to escort you back to your table.
A pair of deep brown eyes burn into the side of your head the more you grab onto Jeongin. Not that you noticed.
Walking through the hallways, you see one back hall that has signs for the bathroom.
“Actually, I’m going to run to the ladies’ room before going back to the table. I’ll meet you guys back there. Do you mind taking this back to the table for me?”
You drop Jeongin’s arm and hold the trophy out to him. The maknae is hesitant, but takes your award anyway. You laugh at him and rub his arm before you head back to the bathroom.
“Am I allowed to be holding this?” he asks as you walk away.
The venue was a grand, old hotel, you follow so many twists and turns to get to the bathroom. Was there even one back here?
Did you take a wrong turn? There aren’t even workers back here.
You definitely aren’t supposed to be back here. Turning back and finding another bathroom is probably the best option at this point.
A gentle grasp on your wrist makes your heart jump and a gasp tear from your throat. Frightened, you turn around and raise your hand to hit whoever snuck up on you.
“Y/N! It’s just me!” Chan says quickly, cowering behind his hand just in case you still swing.
“Ugh, Chan! You scared the shit out of me!”
“Sorry, I called your name a few times, I guess you didn’t hear me.” You shake your head, he sucks his teeth. “That explains it. Staff told me there’s no bathroom down here, I wanted to grab you before you got too lost.”
Chan chuckles nervously, you laugh too. “That explains it. I guess those signs must’ve been extras that they printed for the venue. Who knows?”
It’s now that you notice he’s still holding your wrist tightly in his hand. His hand is so warm, so soft.
He nervously licks his lips and his eyes look all around the hall, anywhere but at you. His throat bobs with a gulp.
“I don’t ah— I don’t believe I gave you a proper congratulations. So, congratulations on the award. You deserve it.”
“Oh!” You giggle. “Thank you! And a hearty congratulations to you as well, I can’t think of anyone who’s worked harder than you guys.”
Taking another step closer to him, you turn your wrist around and take a hold of his hand.
“I also can’t think of any other celebrities I would want to celebrate with.” The corners of your lips pull into a grin, Chan’s twitch as well. “You guys are so sweet, cheering for me. Made the win that much better.”
Slowly, his ears begin to turn red and his jaw clenches a few times. His chocolate brown eyes flit all over your face and around the hall. His nerves on clear display.
“Yeah, well, you deserve it, so.” Chan clears his throat and adjusts the tie around his neck. “I can’t take credit for it, it was Changbin’s idea to wait for you and all.”
You reach up on your toes and press a long, soft kiss to his cheek. With his lips right by your ear, you’re able to hear him gasp under his breath and then stop breathing.
Underneath your lips, you feel how much heat is radiating off his smooth skin. It’s like you kissed a frying pan.
“Thank you, Channie,” you whisper against his skin.
The hand around yours twitches and tightens.
You press another kiss to his cheek before going to back away.
Quicker than you can blink, Chan’s free hand comes around your body and holds you against him. His hand curls around you to press into the small of your back.
Your head tucks under his chin, ear against the dip of his throat. His heart is beating just as fast as yours.
“Not yet,” he whispers so quietly you almost didn’t hear it. “Please, not yet.”
Your heart thuds in your chest at his words. How could you not? The Bang Chan is asking you to stay closer to him for just a little while longer. The same man you’ve admired from a distance for years.
The man who created such a deep parasocial relationship with you that it took a lot of self reflection to bring yourself out of it. And now, here you were, in his arms in real life, tucked away in the hallway of this hotel.
Smelling his expensive cologne and aftershave, listening to his shallow breathing, the entire world seems to stop. If your past self could see this, she’d probably pass out.
Hell, you might pass out now.
You squeeze his hand once and he responds with a grip of his own.
Slowly, you pull your head back to gaze up at him. He stares down at you with the most thoughtful expression.
Eyes are windows to the soul; and right now, his soul is so flustered and fulfilled at the same time.
“I can’t believe tonight is real,” you murmur.
Several times, you catch Chan’s eyes flicking down to your lips. Each stolen glance adds another butterfly to your stomach.
His hand on your back pulls you even closer.
“You keep talking as if you’re not one of the biggest names in the world right now.” he teases and you chuckle softly. “If anyone should be pinching themself, it’s me.”
His breath is cool and minty. Yours is tinged with espresso.
Your tongue comes out and licks your bottom lip before you pull it between your teeth. Chan watches, trying not to make it obvious.
“Can I try something?” Your question is deathly quiet. If it wasn’t for the silence of the hallway, there’s no way he would have heard it otherwise.
“Yes,” he replies immediately. It comes out as a huff; quick, short, and desperate.
“Close your eyes, Chan.”
He listens right away, his eyes snapping shut.
You hesitate for a split second, just taking in his ethereal beauty. Every curve of his gorgeous, blemish free face. It’s not fair.
Both of his hands twitch, his jaw clenches.
You lean up slowly and press a featherlight kiss on his plush lips.
His shoulders seem to sag inwards, a large, relieved exhale leaves his nose.
Fireworks explode behind your eyes, tingles shoot down into your fingertips.
You pull back after a second, his eyes open a bit and Chan stares down at you, his lips parting for a moment.
He stares intently into your eyes, as if trying to read you or see something within them.
Without breaking eye contact, he leans down and kisses you again. You melt into the kiss with half lidded eyes, they unfocus as you fall further into his kiss.
Chan pulls back for a moment to turn his head and capture your lips once more, his bottom lip slotting between yours.
Both of your eyes shut.
Your hands move and you wrap your arms around his neck, pulling his head closer to yours as he kisses you like his life depends on it.
Chan holds your waist with both hands, the heat from his hold going right through your dress.
Each kiss is hot and heavier than the last. His grips at your dress grow needier and needier by the second, he can’t hold you close enough to his body.
Within moments, you’re both opening and closing your mouths, with open mouthed, wet, sloppy kisses. His eyebrows pull together.
Erotic pants fill the empty hallway.
You ever so gently bite down on his bottom lip and pull your head back.
Chan sighs and his half lidded, hazy eyes look down into yours as his lip snaps back after you release it.
He takes two long steps and walks you backwards until your back hits the wall.
“Tell me to stop,” he murmurs against your lips before capturing them in another heated kiss. “You’ll have to tell me. I can’t do it myself. Not when I’ve wanted you for so long.”
Your fingers thread up through his hair on the back of his head and you pull him closer against you.
Tangled tongues and gentle grunts mix together.
“What if I don’t want you to stop?” you ask lowly in between kisses.
Chan groans and presses his entire body into yours.
You felt like you’re on fire with the way you’re so feverishly pulling him closer.
One his hands moves up and down your waist. The puffiness of your skirt getting in the way of his hips grinding directly into yours.
“So beautiful,” he mutters between kisses. “So gorgeous.” Kiss. “Wanted you for so long.”
It’s your turn to moan at his praise, you suck on his tongue and his eyes roll back in his skull.
When you pull away from each other panting, you look around in the hallway. There’s a door right next to you both, where it leads, you’re not sure.
Chan kisses your cheek and then makes his way down your neck with his lips.
“Chan,” you moan out.
“Yeah, baby?”
Fuck. That goes right to your head and makes your stomach flip.
He presses another wet kiss to your exposed collarbone and your head tilts back, knocking against the wall. He’s making it impossible to try and get any words out.
The hand on your ribcage squeezes when you let out a breathy exhale.
“Did you need something?” he mouths against your neck and bites down right after.
Oh, that cocky motherfucker.
“Fuck, Chan…!” You pull at his hair.
He brings his head up with a dopey look on his face, eyes half lidded and hazy.
“Hm?” he hums and leans in, pressing another kiss to your check.
One of your hands comes down and runs over his chest. You grab a hold of his tie and twist it around your hand before yanking on it. Your lips are right next to his ear and you make sure to let out hot exhales.
Chan gasps and presses a hand on the wall next to your head to keep his balance. A shiver wracks his body.
“You’re starting something you can’t finish.” The low, gravel timbre of your voice shocks even you for a moment. It’s raspy and sexy. It has an effect it has on Chan immediately. His pupils dilate and he takes a sharp intake of air.
“Oh, princess,” Chan bites your earlobe before blowing against it lightly. “I’ve never started something I didn’t intend on finishing.”
God, his voice. It’s like running your fingers over velvet. You yank his tie to the side and drag him towards the room like he’s on a leash.
Chan lets out a surprised grunt, but follows you nonetheless. Just like your little puppy begging you for your attention.
The entire walk over to the door, his hands are on your body. Anywhere Chan can reach, he’s touching you.
When you push open the door, you’re happily surprised to find an empty dressing room. All the lights are off– perfect.
Once you both are inside, the door shuts and you push Chan against the back of it. Your lips desperately smashing together.
He’s everywhere on your body. His hands don’t stay in the same place for more than two seconds before he’s groping somewhere else.
Blindly, he reaches for the door handle and clicks the lock in place.
Your fist is still tightly curled around his tie, you wind it around your hand a few more times while your tongues tango. Sinfully wet noises emanate from your locked lips. Your other hand runs down his chest to unbutton his blazer.
Chan pushes off the wall and shucks the blazer off his shoulders, dropping it onto the ground.
Never once do his lips leave yours. He’s intoxicating, you can’t get enough and neither can he.
He backs you up again until your ass hits a counter.
In one smooth movement, Chan reaches down and grabs your waist and lifts you onto the countertop. Your legs part and he stands in between them.
“This fucking dress,” he growls against your lips and nips your bottom one lightly. Desperately, he begins grabbing at the fabric, bunching it up around your hips. Underneath, you’re still clothed in stockings, corsets, spandex shorts, and many more.
He doesn’t seem to care. With both hands now grabbing your nylon-clad thighs, he brings both of your legs to wrap around his waist.
As soon as both of your hips meet, moans leave both of your mouths and you swallow each other’s. He’s hard as a fucking rock against you. So many layers of clothing separate the two of you from one another, it’s endlessly frustrating.
You pull his tie even tighter and one of his hands comes down to grip the edge of the counter for balance.
Your hips roll against his once and he has to tighten his grip so much his knuckles turn white.
“Do it again,” he whines against your mouth.
Who are you to say no?
Again, you roll your hips up into his. This time, his hard cock rubs right against your clothed clit. It’s just enough to send a ripple down your legs and into your toes and they curl in your Prada heels.
You don’t stop in between hip rolls this time, you do it again and again and again. Each one feels better than the next.
It’s like your head goes underwater, deep within the riptide of the oceans of pleasure.
And by the noises that are coming out of Chan’s mouth, you know he feels the same way.
His hips begin to meet your thrusts with his own. Both of you are grinding into each other like teenagers in your parents’ basement.
But you both are so needy at this moment that you’ll take anything you can get to scratch that insatiable itch.
With each thrust, his exhales get heavier and heavier, whimpers and whines come out in between them.
Your head kicks back against the mirror behind you after one particularly delicious roll. There’s no way you’re even on planet Earth right now with how much he’s making your body thrum.
“Fuck, babygirl,” he moans out and kisses your bare shoulder.
You pull on his tie absentmindedly while you cry out when he thrusts even harder.
“Wanna hear those moans with you on my cock,” he hisses when your legs tighten around his waist. “If I’m making you feel this good without touching you, think of how loud you’ll scream when I can finally fuck you into my mattress.”
“Chan-!” you whimper, your eyes squint closed, mouth falling open.
How is he so fucking good at this? Those dancer hips are merciless. It sends just the right amount of pleasure through your body.
“You know that Vogue photoshoot you did last month?” he moans into your ear, his lips right next to it.
Your Vogue photoshoot was a borderline boudoir shoot. Only a black sheet covered you in most of your shots.
All you’re able to do is whine out an “uh-huh”.
“Babygirl, I can’t even think about that shoot without my cock getting hard. God, fu–huck! Shit.”
He’s going to make you cum just by grinding on you. You can feel it coming closer and closer.
One of his hands travels up your body to grab at the side of your neck, his thumb caressing your jawline while he licks and nips at the other side.
“Want you to pose like that for me. I want you all to myself.” He sounds like he would eat you whole if he could. And fuck, you would let him.
He could tell you to get on your knees and bark right now and you would.
“Close, Chan…” you whimper.
Just hearing that he’s going to make you cum makes his eyes roll in his skull. Every single wet dream of his is coming true under his own two hands. He has Y/N L/N’s legs wrapped around his waist, his cock pressed against her clothed cunt, her skin in his mouth.
Is this what winning felt like?
“You gonna cum for me babygirl?” he hisses and bites your neck.
“Yes! Shit! Don’t stop, please!”
When you try to meet his thrusts, your hips stutter, they’re unable to keep up with how fast he begins moving.
“Need you to cum, babygirl, need it so bad. Need it like I need oxygen.” Chan’s hand moves and he pulls your lips together.
He’s all consuming.
Three more thrusts and your body seizes, your orgasm gripping you so tightly that you think you might black out.
You break free from his kiss to throw your head back. It thuds against the mirror. Your legs tighten around him so much he can barely move.
Chan rolls his hips a few more times, letting you ride out your mind-blowing orgasm. Each one is slower and more sensual than the last.
After a few seconds, your legs loosen up a bit around him. Chan trails softer kisses down your neck, over both of your collarbones, then back up to your cheeks.
They’re gentle and sweet. So different from the way he was absolutely devouring you mere moments ago.
“Chan,” you pant out. “Let me help you.”
“Soon, baby. Not here.”
He reaches into his pocket and pulls out a gold card– a hotel roomkey.
Chan leans forward and presses a long kiss to your swollen lips. While he’s attached to you, he slips the roomkey into the top of your dress where your breasts sat.
“The Mark, room 103. Fuck The Plaza, you have your own afterparty to attend to.”

extremely belated montreal worlds impressions, part 2
part 1 (pairs and women recap)
finally finishing this a whole month after worlds... i'm traveling again over the next couple of weeks and i've barely recovered from montreal! anyways, here's the (very rushed) ice dance and men recap.
———————————–
ICE DANCE
...is a fake sport, but i enjoy the vibes? i don't know a lot about the technicalities of ice dance despite having watched it for many years, so it mostly comes down to whether i like a team or not. overall i enjoyed the event, the free dance more than the rhythm dance (there are only so many 80s RDs i can take...) there were a lot of enjoyable free dances, even in the early groups! i actually enjoyed them more than the final group, in a way. the podium in ice dance tends to be too predictable.
chock/bates: i've never had much of an opinion on this team. i liked them best when they were doing character pieces like the snake charmer fd, but i also found myself enjoying their rhythm dance at worlds. they skated it very well and it was fun and engaging. the free was a bit of a question mark... i thought they had a lot of interesting positions throughout, especially in the lifts and choreographic elements, but the whole program felt a bit disjointed to me. it was fine, it didn't leave much of an impression. the whole did not feel like more than the sum of the parts... their speed was also not the best.
gilles/poirier: i can't remember much from their rd except that piper's costume was amazing, i loved her holographic leggings. their free was a MOMENT, though. wuthering heights has been one of my favorite free dances all season, and it was so good to see it live in front of a home crowd. they are such good storytellers, and when their choreo hits, it really hits. i love when they do something unusual like this program - it doesn't always work, but in this case, it did. the placement of that curve lift was perfect. i will note, however, that they are also not particularly fast.
guignard/fabbri: nearly swore out loud when her dress caught on her skate right in front of me. that was a nerve-wracking few seconds until the end. their free dance was beautiful and suited them really well, i especially loved the choreo assisted jumps near the beginning. their skating skills are clean and precise. i just wish their rhythm dance didn't have such a godawful music cut. none of their RDs have suited them well in the last few seasons.
fear/gibson: no thoughts, head empty, vibes only. in all seriousness, i enjoyed their rhythm dance, it's fun and it's a great fit for them. i did not enjoy rocky. i would have loved it as an exhibition, but not as a competitive program. i can see how it's a crowd-pleaser, though. they were definitely popular with the audience.
lajoie/lagha: probably one of, if not the most popular team with the audience! they are one of the teams i'm most looking forward to seeing in the coming years. i became a fan when i saw them live at last season's skate canada. they skate big and fast, they have good skating skills and both programs were well-choreographed. their rd is a lot of fun - that's how you incorporate a theme and commit to it! i love how most of the dance moves are choreographed into the step sequences instead of stopping and posing. the fd music is a little one-note and i still prefer last season's white crow fd, but their skating quality makes up for it. i'm so glad they were still able to skate at worlds after marjorie's concussion earlier in the season.
carreira/ponomarenko: loved both of their programs, especially their fd. i never knew they could pull off drama so well. their growth in the last two seasons has been phenomenal. it was hilarious that the audience kept getting faked out by the music in the end and clapping before the program ended. i probably would've had them a place higher in the standings.
other notes:
i came out of worlds with an unexpected appreciation for lopareva/brissaud. i never paid much attention to them before, but their skating skills were impressive. i don't think the audience really "got" their rd, but props to them for choosing to do something different. the fd was a snooze, though.
i also enjoyed demougeot/le mercier's free dance. some really interesting choreo moments.
turkkila/versluis: enjoyed their free dance as well, it's a nice look on them.
lim/quan's fd was another Moment! i am super excited for this team and how far they've come in their first senior season. hannah's acting and expressions are god-tier... they need to work on speed and SS, but their fd was gorgeous and one of my favorites of the event.
felt so bad for the taschlers' fall in the rd. i think they were the fastest team in the whole ice dance event, it's so impressive how powerful their skating is. i have questions about their packaging sometimes but i really like this team, and i hope next season goes better for them.
orihara/pirinen's fd was another favorite of the event. they are both SO expressive and fun. in any other team, yuka would outshine her partner, but juho not only keeps up with her but complements her perfectly!
———————————–
MEN
this was the event i was most looking forward to at worlds, and it did not disappoint. as chaotic as i was expecting it to be, i did not anticipate that it would be quite that chaotic. men be menning, as always.
ilia: i wish it were otherwise, but his competitive performances were just not doing it for me. his weaker skating skills were very obvious live when compared to many other top men. i like his sp choreo but i feel like he's put less performance into it with every competition. it was disappointing to see how much he slowed down during the step sequence. (granted, he did have an undisclosed injury at worlds, so that could have been an exacerbating factor.) the free was...historic. i genuinely wish i felt something while watching it, because the audience was losing their shit with every jumping pass lol. and why shouldn't they! like...what the fuck! this is the most incredible jump drill the world has ever seen! who knows when or if he can replicate it again! ...but it's still a jump drill. (side note about how irrationally annoyed the choreo sequence makes me. it's just randomly tacked on the end, the music cut is so abrupt, it has nothing to do with the rest of the program, shae lynn why.) and then i watched him in the gala and he was like a completely different skater. complete 180. the difference was so stark, i could hardly believe it. he can perform! he was giving more in that teenage-angst-ridden exhibition than i've seen in all his competitive programs combined. i can only hope that he brings more of that energy to competition someday, because that's the kind of skating i want to see, that's a skater really connecting with the music and the audience.
yuma: i'm about to heap an embarrassing amount of superlatives on this kid. it was my first time seeing him live, and he was everything i'd hoped for. jumps light as a feather, running edges for days. (you should have heard my ungodly shriek when he landed his 4F in front of me! it looked so easy.) skating skills - sublime, every stroke effortless, excellent speed. but what i'm most impressed with is his artistic improvement this season. he's always been an incredible technician (and i have a lot of thoughts about how ilia is being branded as The Technician and yuma The Artist now, when in fact yuma's technique is just as good, only with lower base value, and his SS are far superior, but i digress) but he has really put in the work to become a better performer and fine-tune everything from his body movements to his interpretation of music. jokes about making me like imagine dragons aside, i think his sp helped him explore music and sharp movements that were out of his comfort zone. loved that step sequence. (the only criticism i have is that he needed more swagger. he needed some more of what adam was serving in his sp, a certain cockiness and suaveness. but yuma has always been a more introverted skater. i think that kind of expression is still difficult for him.) the free was simply glorious. i didn't think i would like yet another rain in your black eyes program, and i was side-eyeing lori nichol for giving yuma this music after she used it for sui/han. but yuma made it his own. there were so many beautiful moments perfectly timed to the music. (ina bauer! spiral! and the step sequence, ahhh) he was so close to being clean, there was an audible groan in the audience when he fell on the 3A, but then they cheered him on until the end, which was heartwarming. what an incredible comeback season from yuma. i'm so excited for his future, i think he has so much potential and many bright moments ahead. now i've written a goddamn novel already, but i haven't even mentioned werther yet. i'll just say that his exhibition is one of the most beautiful programs i've ever seen, competitive or otherwise, and it shows off everything good about yuma's skating. perfect. no notes.
adam: where the fuck do i even start. honestly...if i could only remember one moment from all of montreal worlds, it would be his free skate. it was THE skate of the event. the mounting excitement as he landed all his jumps. the way i said "oh my god" out loud as he set up for the backflip, then landed it in front of me. the audience in complete hysterics. i can't even describe what the arena was like after his free skate. it was. insane. it genuinely felt like there was electricity in the air. the screams were deafening. my heart was pounding. it took me an entire group of skaters to come down from that adrenaline high, lmao. meanwhile, adam sat there in the green room...for hours and hours...and then ended up getting bronze because why the fuck not lmao. it was kind of the perfect conclusion of a chaotic season and a chaotic worlds. yeah, that free skate was THE moment. on another note, i don't actually like his free that much from a choreo standpoint. i think he's one of the most expressive and unique skaters in the field today, and he can pull off a lot of benoit's weirdness, but this free just isn't one of my favorites. it's extremely memorable though, for sure. his sp, on the other hand, was a disaster, but i really appreciated how he kept performing despite the messy jumps. he skated the step sequence like the jump mistakes didn't even happen. that's the sign of a committed performer. i'm very excited to see what else adam has to bring in the future, though i hope he doesn't start throwing in backflips too often - they're only fun when they're infrequent and unexpected.
shoma: shoma has a particular way of moving that is so unique to him. where yuma's skating is springy and light, shoma's skating has weight. it's very difficult to describe, but i mean it in a good way. it's the way everything he does feels so deliberate. he has excellent upper body carriage and his movements really project out into the audience. his sp step sequence was a highlight. he has an innate musicality that is natural to him. truth be told, i haven't liked his programs as much since he moved to stephane, but it was good to see his skating live again. i don't know if shoma will retire soon or keep competing, but if that was his last competition, i'm glad to have seen it, jump issues aside. i first heard of him as a novice skater back when i was first becoming a skating fan. i've been through quite a few generations of skaters' retirements, at this point. still an odd feeling when it might be someone you first saw as a tiny child, though. i also enjoyed his exhibition, it was a different style for him.
i wrote way too much about the top 4, so i'm going to try to keep the rest of this short:
jason: i'm just glad he's still skating. the world needs more of him, for as long as he's willing to give it.
lukas: very fun, i enjoyed him quite a bit.
deniss: finally! a clean short! more of that and fewer quad attempts, please.
kao: ugh. the collective wince in the arena on those falls... i wanted him to skate a clean attack on titan so badly, i love that program for him. he's very talented and INSANELY fast (cannot stress this enough, his speed is mind-blowing) but still lacking in control, and his performance skills need work as well. i hope this worlds was a good learning experience for him.
nikolaj: he's...so tall lmao. amazing lines. good musicality. terrible spins. looking forward to his improvement.
junhwan: the way i put my hands to my face as he fell on the 3A right in front of me... i just hope next season is healthier for him. he's a very, very quality skater and he deserves better.
don't talk to me about boyang
last but not least, shoutout to donovan for those incredible personal best skates! he still needs a lot of work on his SS and speed, but i really hope his jump consistency keeps improving.
———————————–
all in all, worlds was just...a tornado of emotions. some bad, most good. it was my first time seeing the world championships live, and i'm really glad i had the experience. for anyone thinking of going to worlds in the future, please be aware that the days are LONG. i skipped all the practices and some earlier groups of the short programs in order to explore the city, and i was still completely wiped out after every day of competition. it took me several weeks to recover, lol. thanks montreal! i definitely won't forget that week.

Note
honestly, I saw Fear/Gibson live last year and I’d call them incompetent. Their skating is so small, the curves on the ice so much shallower than a team of that standing should be capable of. Guignard/Fabbri covered twice as much ice with half the effort. People pick on Lilah and act like Lewis is the second coming of Dean/Moir/Cizeron but he’s not *that* much better at the actual skating, he is visibly better but still not brilliant. But he moves like a floor dancer and that covers many sins. I don’t think it’s some grand conspiracy to elevate them - the Brits might have a rogue judge but they are not a powerhouse federation. They can’t compel whole panels to fall in line the way Russia, USA, France and Canada can. I think it’s a combination of a) Europe not wanting a North American monopoly while P/C are on hiatus and Russia remain banned and b) the ISU understanding they’re popular and they’re desperate for popularity. Casual audiences respond to them, I’ve seen it. They’re fun, they’re good looking, they’re easily digestible. I have a theory they’ll be dropped from serious contention once P/C return and Lajoie/Lagha are Canadian #1 once the older teams retire. Europe will then have their champions back. L/L can do the fun populist stuff but skate it well (their lyrical FD is beautiful but it’s programs like Thriller and Rio that should be their calling card going forward to set themselves apart - they’re aggressive, not pretty, don’t fall into the trap H/D did and try to contain the power). I wish Tessa was mentoring L/L instead.
i think we just disagree on that word incompetent - they're working hard and have improved. but it makes my heart sink when crowds go for the easy and gimmicky. they probably will get an ovation next week like Tessa said. but i still think that program is cheap, and if the judges go for it too, the system is garbage. because the skating and the program don't warrant top 5 in the world
i looked at F/G's IGs because i had to question whether they're popular. i don't really know of many current fans of theirs. Lilah has 15.6K followers. their team account 10.2K, Lewis 12.9K. compare that to Madi C 118K, Gabi P 173K, Isabella Flores 194K. team Koko has more than Lilah and Lewis. but it's true, i haven't found a European ice dance team who has more followers besides P/C. but idgi - it's nothing to stake the future of ice dance on your continent on. the crowds in the building like F/G, but is that translating outside, where most of the fans are? idk
for me, it's about how they're scoring consistently above teams who skate more beautifully, with power and artistry. skating with true quality is harder, or everyone would do it. hitting big accents or punching to the beat is easy. skating so that your line and entire body is expressive is hard. IAM is good at disguising weaknesses in their choreo - it's smart, but when it's this successful, i think it's bad for ice dance and feels fake
i love LaLa - they can do it all. i think it's how hard they can go at a Thriller program and be dazzlingly sharp and fast and also make you cry with an expressive program that makes them great. i'm so excited to see them again

Hiiii I feel so mean for this but.... Lino vs Jeno 👀 NOW I FEEL GUILTY ASFSKDHDHDJ
... and for mvs Monsta X's Gambler vs Shoot Out, if you are able to handle the question after the first one 💕
lee know vs jeno YOU HAVE ME IN TEARS ELENA!!!!!! omfg i feel like this choice can switch from week to week but lately it's been jeno but honestly they both have similar qualities to me like lowkey very unpredictable, shy around strangers, huge softies for their pet cats (also jeno and his cat friend jaemin 😼 LOL), but also suuuper different i love lino's face he is so pretty and his laugh is sooo endearing he becomes a little manic in the best way possible but also lately i've been really into jeno's stage presence and performance and watching all the details he puts into his performances whether it's adjusting the texture of his voice in his raps or adding fancy finger movements to his dances etc i remember he talked about some of them on the nct show music space zoo episode and it really has seemed to pay off in Villain with key i was sooo impressed by the raspiness of his voice and the way he ate the choreo when they were promoting last weekend. and then the moment he drops his fuckin intimidating stage face my heart just melts he is so very very very very goddamn adorable (.◜◡◝)
gambler vs shoot out AHHHHHHHHHHH i could literally wax poetry about both of these songs (especially changkyun's "don't you wanna feel aliiiiive?" in gambler that part takes me OUT) but the intro to shoot out is just EVERYTHING to me!!! it's second only to beast mode (god i really want to see them live just so i can experience the beast mode intro in person...) yeah this one is so close tho i remember instantly falling in love w gambler when it came out </3 mx serious does not miss

Haha. Anon from the last 4 part ask here.
Black swan and ON are incomparable and Jimin owned both of those. All versions of the performances. But I also love IDOL. His roundhouse kicks are the best. And he is the only one who completes them. Everyone else drops it somewhat. My Jimin is an ace performer. He lives for this shit.
BTS and the quality of their music. Well. I personally think that they were tired. Dynamite and PTD and Butter were written for the non Korean audience and while these are good pop songs, they aren’t BTS. You cannot compare this to Dionysus, for example. The imagery, metaphorical style of writing and their don’t give two f**ks style was not in the Dynamite and PTD era. The only song I saw which has that in the recent past was RUN BTS.
Busan concert - I agree with you. But there were parts that BTS, collectively (except perhaps Hobi and some parts Yoongi) did not sound good. Again, I think they were tired. Of dealing with a whole lot of shit. So they didn’t give it their absolute all. I don’t blame them but I think it wasn’t up to their own standard. Also, bloggers are crucifying Jimin and Jungkook as being the worst performers during the Busan concert is just Jikook antis or JM antis and frankly I think that people need to look themselves hard in the mirror for being this way.
Hey! Welcome back ☺️ yes love IDOL and will probably never get over the performance they did of it for Jimmy Fallon in front of that building lit up behind them in the decked out modern hanbok. It was so damn cool!! In terms of choreo, that one for me is in the same realm as Dionysus choreo, in that I get that it matches the song, but it’s such an intense, aerobic style that it kind of ceases to be dancing at certain points and turns into like Insanity the workout 😂 I don’t mind it, but it’s definitely not as fluid and interesting as DNA, even Fire, and the others we mentioned.
Yeah I sort of wasn’t even including Dynamite, Butter and PTD, simply because they didn’t write those. So I don’t think that reflects on their quality of writing. I think Born Singer and Run BTS both have some very classic BTS vibes too. So idk, they haven’t released enough new stuff since MOTS7 for me to judge and say whether they’ve gone downhill, you know? And the solo stuff they have released has been quite good, to me. [edit after the fact - I was reminded by an anon that I completely ignored BE and they were right, I fully forgot about that album at the time I wrote this. I am ashamed. I love that album. So no, I don’t think their writing has gone downhill. I think there are ebbs and flows and different strokes for different folks and that I’m a jerk for forgetting about an album I really like]
Oh and YES!! I meant to say that Hobi and Suga both murdered that show, particularly Hobi. He was looking cool as hell up there and sounded great. He’s so talented.
Thanks for sharing your faves 😊 I’m new to doing asks, and I realized quickly how much I don’t enjoy the one-sided nature of it. I feel like I’m talking at everyone, and I’d much rather us share with each other than me just field questions like I’m on a talk show. Lol. So thanks for taking the time to reply 🫶

Dancing with the Stars Season 31 Week 7: *cracks knuckles* Let's Get Started
So before I say anything, I'm gonna get into the viewers (cuz I saw some bs on twitter all last night), the judges (all four of them are gonna get it) and the show itself (some of the music decisions were incredibly silly and felt like sabotage and the team dance...oh the team dance). Tyra and Alfonso were cool for me. I'm still trying to figure out how Tyra found time to make an outfit change with no commercial break. Where did she go??? How did she do it so fast? I need to know her secrets.
Jordin and Brandon- Tango (Score=36)- So since we're starting out with Jordin, let's go. Let's get into the problems. This dance was good. Jordin's technique was the best I've seen from her. Her feet and legs especially stood out. Brandon's choreo was actually quite good and I loved the skeleton quirks that were thrown in there. It really made for a super fun dance and a great way to start the night. Now, the music problem was clearly an issue here. Of every Halloween-esque song in the world that could've been given to these two for this dance, why give them a song that was THAT far from a tango song? If it had been used for a foxtrot or a jazz, it would've made so much sense and made for a much better routine. But here we are. A song that was actually detrimental to the quality of the dance. Jordin almost looked lost trying to get the right tango feel to this song because it was way too smooth. It's silly that they were given this song to dance to. And it honestly felt like sabotage. I also wanna get into the discourse calling Brandon's status as a pro into question. It's anti-black racism. Full stop. It's a variation of what we saw Keo deal with when he was on. But this is a little different. Women of color, specifically Black women, have it way more difficult on this show. Black pros have had a very difficult time on this show. We all seem to understand this. But for some reason, the fandom doesn't seem to be able to connect that a Black pro being paired with WOC (four of them being Black women), means that they are going to have an extremely hard time getting the general audience to vote for them in droves. That should stop anyone from using his placements as a way to discredit his work as a pro. But, let's say you still want to make that argument, cuz you're bored and you wanna be an agent of white supremacy. Okay, then why are you not using the same logic for Artem? Or Pasha? Or Gleb (some have used it for him)? And don't get me started on how many times Val and his partner would've been eliminated early, had production not stepped in to him them out. The first three have had worse records than Brandon and all of them have had worse output than Brandon (Val has only had moments of greatness, contrary to popular belief. Most of his work has been pretty ho hum). Brandon is doing a great job. Placement is not the end all be all. Using that as the reason to say Brandon needs to lose his job is racist and ridiculous. Moving on.
Charli and Mark- Argentine Tango (Score=39)- So y'all may hate what I'm about to say, but I actually agreed with CAI about Charli. What I think CAI was saying is that Charli needs to really throw caution to the wind and just go for these dances. I felt like she did that for her foxtrot and contemporary. But other than those two, it feels like she is slightly holding back for fear of messing up. And to me, it hinders her performances in a way. Of course she still hits everything perfectly and it always looks great. But her dancing is missing that extra "oomph". It's kinda safe at the moment. I think that's what CAI was getting at and she's said it before. Idk why it was so hard for her to spit it out last night. It's also similar to the critique she's given Heidi. That doesn't mean that Charli isn't working hard. She is. You can tell. But I need Mark to push her to breakthrough that, whatever it is. SN: I love when traditional tango music is used on this show.
Daniel and Britt- Paso Doble (Score=34)- Here is another case of the music working against the couple. I think the song was too quiet and one note for a full on paso doble. Britt did the best that she could with it and it was a nice dance. Daniel stayed on time (mostly). But it just lacked some of the attack and character that it needed to really sell the dance. Besides that, Daniel still needs to work on his shaping. This dance showed that he still has issues getting his arms and his hands right.
Shangela and Gleb- Jazz (Score=40)- I cannot believe I'm saying this, but this might be my favorite dance of the season. And I'm saying that because it came from Gleb. I cannot believe how well he has been doing this season. I mean it took years. So it was long overdue for him to give us a dance like this. But he has been Shangela dances worth a damn week after week and I am so happy that he isn't letting her down for once. And Shangela killed it. There were no mistakes and she got that character down so well, I was a little rattled myself.
Vinny and Koko- Paso Doble (Score=30)- Vinny improves a lot from week to week. He is still the weakest dancer left and he will always be the weakest dancer left. But I don't care about that. He is listening to the actual critiques that he gets (though you can tell the nasty comments from Len are starting to really tear him up) and he makes improvements based on that. His feet were much improved. The section that Derek was talking about was the best dancing I've seen from Vinny all season and was actually quite shocking coming from him. It takes a lot of artistry to be able to give that section so much life. It was so simple, but so impactful. And that's what I was getting from CAI's critique. I do think it was communicated to Koko clumsily. Koko should include more of that in Vinny's dances. He's getting the steps down. Now it's time to build on that and go to the next level. It doesn't have to be the whole dance, as I'm not sure Vinny can handle it. But pieces here and there would show so much more depth to his dancing. I hope she doesn't take offense to it because she is doing a great job with a partner that is super unnaturally gifted. And I think the majority of us see it. Also, some of you all still don't understand how this show works after all of these years and it is ANNOYING at this point. This has never been just a dance contest. It has been a popularity contest with dance elements added. It always has been. It always will be. Vinny is popular with the general audience and it makes sense for him to be. He's nice. He's fun. He's having a good time. He's improving week to week. And he's relatable for a lot of people. Vinny still being here makes more sense than anything else this season tbh. So please chill out on him. This isn't Skeleton or the countless other white men who can't dance and have been sucky people that we're talking about.
Heidi and Artem- Tango (Score=37)- Wtf Derek. How was this a 10 in any sense? What is wrong with him? Derek has been on one all season and been super dumb and I just can't deal with it. If he keeps this up, I'm gonna start a petition to bring Julianne back as his replacement. I'm over these childish games. That tango was extremely weak up until the last 5 seconds. She dances with no impact, no attack, no passion, no nothing. This isn't something that is unique to Heidi though. This has been a problem with every single one of Artem's partners except for Miss Patti. I do not understand why he cannot get them to fully attack the dance. They just lightly tap it and it is the most frustrating thing to have to see it season after season after season. CAI and Len seemed to be very frustrated with it. And let's just bring up Len saying that Heidi had plateaued. I hope you all remember that. Because in all of the discussion about Jordin being eliminated, I think that is being lost. And that is the most important part that makes that elimination that much more frustrating. They should be lucky that CAI and Len didn't give them an 8. Tbh, that's all it really deserved.
Gabby and Alan- Argentine Tango (Score=38)- That was my favorite dance from Gabby by far. I didn't see any of the issues that I usually have with her dancing. Unfortunately, she did have a mistake right in the middle where her legs got tied up. But otherwise, it was great.
Wayne and Witney- Contemporary (Score=37)- I loved this dance. I thought it was fantastic. Now, was it a contemporary? No. But that's not their fault. WTF was the show doing when they gave them a dubstep remix of the Halloween theme for a damn contemporary routine? Just give them hip-hop and call it a day. Why sabotage them like that? STUPID! I mean what else were they supposed to do for this dance? Seriously. Witney created an amazing dance, but it's not getting the appreciation it deserves because it was labeled as a contemporary. I hope she submits that piece to the Emmys next year and they nominate her for it.
Trevor and Emma- Contemporary (Score=39)- Now why did they get an acoustic song for their dance? You see that. I see through your bs, Conrad. You ain't slick. I see what you're doing. You can absolutely give the couples the right music for the dance they're assigned. He just is playing around. Now for this dance, it was good. It was Trevor's best dance. But it was not 10 worthy. Derek, Bruno and CAI were big tripping with the scores and the over the top comments. I'm so frustrated by them. Ugh. Give it 9s. That would be perfect.
Thoughts on the Team Dances
They both sucked. I don't know why they didn't give the couples a costume change so that they would be a cohesive unit. That was mistake number 1. It was a grave one at that. The second mistake. Why did the couples stay on the floor for the whole routine? Both teams' idle couples weren't doing anything for at least part of the time. Third, these seemed like an afterthought. And while they've never had more than two practices, it was very obvious that the team dance is not valued anymore. So here is where I sit. If this is how these dances are gonna be conducted from now on, then we don't need to have them ever again. Just replace it with the relay and be done with it. It was a waste of the viewers' and the couples' times. Also, I am not understanding how they gave Team Scream 10s. It was better than Team Wicked, but not a 10 team dance at all. It should've been 8s for the first and 9s for the second.
Now the elimination. I already expressed some of my issues. But I have a few more thoughts. As we all know, it was Jordin and Heidi in the bottom 2. First of all, in my mind Jordin being there was a fluke. Team dances tend to mess the leaderboard up and cause a couple to fall into the bottom 2 that usually would not end up there. The difference now is that we have the judges that can save that can be strategic with their save and rescue that couple from an off night. So here was my thought. Based on how the night went, I fully expected it to be a 50/50 split, but with CAI and Len saving Jordin and the other two being stupid and saving Heidi. But like everything else on this show, that was too much like right and Derek and Bruno surprised me while CAI and Len made the dumbest decision I think they have ever made on this show. How do you drag a woman for plateauing and not giving you enough while simultaneously praising the other one for growing and taking risks and even state that she had a breakthrough on that very night, just to save the one that's not giving. What sense does that make? It's stupid. They are dumb. They don't understand strategy. Heidi is just gonna end up back in the bottom 2 next week with Trevor. And I'm sure they'll save her again, just for her to end up back there (or flat out eliminated in a double) in the following week. Why do that instead of saving someone that still has a legit shot at making the finale? The writing is on the wall for Heidi and has been for weeks. The fact that they refuse to see this and will keep saving people that are clearly not getting the votes week after week is not smart. They did a similar thing with Ally and James back in whatever season that was. It makes no sense at all. I'm just so sick of the judges being stupid. Also, I'm sick of people dragging CAI for being a mess when the mess last night was Bruno (and Derek to a lesser extent). Carrie Ann was the one trying to give each celeb very pointed advice that she felt would help them. And if people took the time to try and hear what she was saying instead of writing her off immediately, people would understand as well. Maybe you might not agree, but she wasn't just spewing out hot air and nothing else. That's it. This was longer than I wanted it to be and definitely should've been two posts so I could've really gone into the detail about race (and other things regarding how the judges are viewed and valued) that I really wanted to. But that's what I have. I still might do a separate post when the season ends. But everyone was on one last night and I was sick of it. Let me know your thoughts and I will talk to you all soon.

Ranking SF9 Title Tracks (Part 1.)
I'm sad and emotional cause I miss Binseong especially with the comeback around the corner so I'm immersing myself in sepgu in a less sentimental, more critical way. This ranking isn't exactly in order of my personal favorites, but I also factored in which ones I feel are objectively better in terms of song quality, production, mv, overall vibe, enjoyability etc. That being said, I'm can be bad at viewing things objectively, so maybe I failed at doing that. I'm not a music critic, I'm just a fan with opinions. Disclaimer: I enjoy all SF9 title tracks, just some better than others, so don't be sad if I rank your fave low. We don't need that traumaaaaaaa.
Tumblr media
13. ROAR – It's good. Like really good. Like a work of art level good. The rap line shines (PRAISE FOR YOUNGBIN'S PART DURING THE BRIDGE!!!), the music video is so cool, love the choreography and driving/car concept; it's all close to perfection in everything except the actual sound of the song – it's very busy and loud, but it's missing that sense of cohesiveness that gives busy songs that sense of smooth finality.
12. Good Guy – It pains me to rank this song so low, especially since it gave them their first 3 wins. And they all killed this era in terms of visuals, the music video is sooo satisfying, and the song has such a clean production. And the choreo is cool; Good Guy fancams are some of my faves to watch. And the rap!!! Rap line is amazing here!! But imo, it doesn’t have as much of a WOW factor as their other songs do that leave me thinking about it long after listening/watching. I do love that Taeyang choreographed part of it; again, the choreo is the highlight. I think personally, I enjoy ROAR more than Good Guy and it's so experimental and takes a lot of musical risks, but Good Guy is objectively a better quality song because it plays things safe.
11. Fanfare – I genuinely want to corner and question the haters that said Fanfare was a flop debut. It’s catchy, the beat is snazzy, and the sound is so unique musically (it has that seamless cohesiveness that ROAR lacks). Line distribution is so whack (why did I never realize how much of the song was occupied by YooTae?! no hate, just an observation) and while I still think the song is amazing, I can't help but wonder how much more dynamic it would have been if they incorporated the other members more. Even though SF9’s concept has evolved and matured as they’ve aged, I feel like this song perfectly fit the concept they were going for at the time.
10. O Sole Mio – Where was O Sole Mio's win?? Every time I find one of those YouTube compilations of "100 songs every bg stan should know", O Sole Mio is almost always on there, and usually it's the only, or if not, one of the only SF9 songs on the list. The love is there so why no win?? While I wish the costumes were better, I think the concept of incorporating capes into the choreography is SO CLEVER!! Also, the song is so catchy, but the Spanish influence in the instrumentals makes it stand out even more so. And even though line distribution is very uneven, I don't find it too bothersome because each member has a very memorable part in the song. O Sole Mio was one of the first SF9 title tracks I fell in love with and even though I didn't hear the song when it first released, it gives me nostalgia to when I first became a Fantasy. Though, it does feel very dated in an isolating kind of way. O Sole Mio (and a lot of the other tracks from the Knights of the Sun album) is unlike any of SF9's other songs, and listening to it, you can tell that it's from early on in their repertoire and definitely during an experimental phase. It feels like a song from the past you love and feel nostalgic about, but if I were to stand it next to one of SF9's song they released after this, there were so many things O Sole Mio lacks that were improved upon: line distribution (*cough cough more Hwiyoung*), a more established group "sound", more dynamic choreography (the cape part and the entire part during the chorus is really cool, but the dancing during the rest of the song isn't that revolutionary).
Part 2 in progress...

wouldn't say it's my fave thing about him but i like that despite being the leader and a wolf n tied oldest n built like that serim still manages to like. not be the scariest man alive (quite the opposite actually as long as hes not chasing ppl around yknow) like...i was gonna say he has those moments where he just acts...maybe not like a Child but like u know what i mean...but i feel like its not Moments that he has it's more of a constant rllysbfksd but like he's like affectionate n playful and like annoying nd attention seeking in the best way possible?? idk if im making myself clear at all rn but like . gestures . he's cute is what i'm saying i'm not gonna go on longer about this uve heard enough

I've started a Takahashi Fumiya and Shison Jun drama hunt cus of gifs I seen from fermat cuisine by you and the couple other people making gifs ehehehe. That show was sooo good and now I need to find more good movies/shows w them in it! Other than fermat I only ever saw the yu yu hakusho live action (which I loved even if they were forced to condense too much into 5 eps, the actors and fight choreo was niiiice) haha. Do you know other shows or films w either of them you rec??
Actually nonnie I'm only new to Jdramas so I haven't really been able to check out their ENTIRE filmography (T . T) But I'll list out the ones I've watched (quite a lot more fumiya than jun stuff unfortunately) and maybe you can try checking them out if you'd like.
Takahashi Fumiya films/series
our secret diary (2023) - film, super cute sweet basic high school romance. not groundbreaking or anything but like a delicious dish of dessert you know you're going to enjoy. i think it's a total must watch if you're looking for a lighthearted romcom.
kimi no hana ni naru (2022) - series, fumiya plays ML and leader of a flopping boygroup. i'm not a huge fan of noona romance (FL is ML's former high school teacher) but that wasn't really the problem for me here. i just had qualms with FL's acting and fumiya was hard carrying for the entire series tbh. the music is VERY good (really feel good generic bg music *\(^o^)/*. fumiya looks extremely good in this series tho (understandable since he's playing an idol) |( ̄3 ̄)| available on netflix.
themis no kyoshitsu: legal seishun hakusho (2023) - series, it's a law school drama and fumiya plays supporting role as one of the students. maybe it's because i watched other law tbs dramas so this one was underwhelming for me but i watched it just for fumiya and thought it was alright.
waru: hataraku no ga kakko warui nante dare ga itta (2022) - series, fumiya plays a lovable intern who has a crush on quirky FL (plays by the fabulous imada mio whom i adore). i had the worst 2ml syndrome and although i'm kinda glad FL technically doesn't end up with anyone i was stilllll rooting for fumiya's character so much. fumiya has more screentime than i initially thought and i loveeeee his character in this one (an adorable cutie).
saiai (2021) - series, fumiya plays a supporting role in this thriller mystery drama. i really liked this one but it wasn't because of fumiya, his screentime was minimal but the suspense was good. he's got that soft babie fumiya look for this one. it felt like a makjang kdrama. i recommend if you're in the mood for something thrilling (i think it's available on netflix as my dearest?).
bokura ga koroshita, saiai no kimi (2021) - series, fumiya plays the lead role in this thriller romance. i don't like series that leave me with way too many questions at the end so it was frustrating but fumiya's acting was insane so it was worth it. but very bloody and mild gore so trigger warning for that.
muchuu-sa, kimi ni (2021) - series, i think this was my first ever fumiya series but at the time i watched it i just thought it's a cute bromance series. kinda a strange dorama but it's healing and soft in a way.
divoc-12 (2022) - film, it's an anthology film so like a collection of short films so it's just 10 min really. i just watched it because CURLY HAIR FUMIYA.
Shison Jun films/series
joshiteki seikatsu (2018) - series, wonderfully heartwarming short series where jun plays a fabulous transgirl. i love it so much you can see i have started giffing for this series even though the raw quality is god awful (T . T)
gokushufudo (2020) - series, i ADORE this series. the premise is so wacky like it's about an ex yakuza/mafia dude adjusting to his new life as a house husband. jun plays an underling of ex-yakuza who assists him with various tasks. it's so funny i almost died laughing watching this one ✌︎('ω')✌︎.
high & low the worst and the worst x (2019 and 2022) - films, jun plays the lead role in this action comedy. i had fun watching but i wasn't really invested in this story. but like the acting and the music is excellent. if you like yu yu hakusho, i think you'll enjoy these films. both are available on netflix last time i checked.
i know that this answer probably wasn't that helpful but i hope once you start going down that takahashi fumiya or shison jun rabbit role, you'll find some series that you'll enjoy ٩( ᐛ )و

is it because kura kura was my first japanese comeback from twice that i tuned into? is it because i rewatched several times over to figure out where jeongyeon was singing instead of searching through the faces to see who was lipsyncing? is it just because i loved the mv and the color scheme of these dresses? honestly, who knows, certainly not me. kura kura is a bop and this makes me very happy, much rewatchability. (also i think the fps and the hd quality it’s shot in just makes it SUPER vivid to watch!)
youtube
i would have also put blah blah blah because itzy’s japenese singles never miss, and their choreo is no exception, but the choreo video for blahx3 has a neon background that burns my eyesies out. voltage though? queen voltage puts them in matching outfits against a pristine background that makes their moves POP. Everything is so sharp and even though they cut out the beauty that is the second verse (that i KNOW has killer choreo because it shows up in the mv) this just hits and i am revisiting this all the time!
youtube
for obvious reasons. it’s one of those “look at a different member each time!” sorta choreo videos that just has me staring with lovey dovey eyes. right next to it is the easy choreo vid, good satisfying soup.
youtube
irene and seulgi. no questions asked. look at that hand tutting. naughty is a masterpiece, i actually just watch the mv, because the black and white is chef’s kiss.
youtube
asdlkfjahlskdjfhlaskdjfhlskdjafh this song and i could just [happy melting] i could rewatch it following a different member each time but i get so caught up in enjoying the thing as a whole i just. forget.
(to be continued on another post because i can only put a limited number of videos in one post XP)

Ranking the GPF programs - Junior RD edition
6 - Darya Grimm/Michail Savitskiy - Milonga Sentimentale/Tango Apasionada/ Codigo de Barra, choreo by Mariia Tumanovska-Chaika
While Darya and Michail are a lovely team, latin dances or tango are absolutely not their thing. They are a more retro team, which is surprising because they are so young, but anyway, blues, old rocks suit them a lot better.
This tango is there. It’s not bad by any means because they are very good skaters. And they did try hard to sell it, but it just doesn’t really fit.
If they were to skate to a waltz OTOH... (ISU do it please)
5 - Célina Fradji/Jean-Hans Fourneaux - Tango Gringo n°1, choreo by Karine Arribert
A yes nothing screams tango like a “Hall of the Mountain King remix”. But you know ? In a sea of questionable programs this season, amid all the Latin Wicked Games, Latin Imagine Dragons, Tango Pirates of the Caribbeans, that RD feels almost tame.
It’s fun and quirky which is very French Ice DanceTM. They seem into it. They’re happy. I’m happy.
4 - Hannah Lim/Ye Quan - Primavera Porteno, choreo by Romain Hagenauer
Defintely one of the best RDs of the season, and leaps and bounds over the rest of the junior field, including the french and germans at JGPF... And yet only fourth places here which says all you need to know about the quality of that junior field.
Hannah and Ye looked senior ready in that program. it’s mature, it’s classy, there’s breath and polish to it. Not my favorite tango music, but you can’t have everything.
3 - Nadiia Bashynska/Peter Beaumont - Spanish Waltz/Tango Grande from the Great Gatsby Suite, choreo by Carol Lane
Nadiia and Peter were iirc the only one doing a Waltz with the Tango, which was an A+++ choice. It made them stand out in the best way. It played to their strength as a lyrical team.
And I just love the opening of the program. The music for the Spanish Waltz is beautiful. Love the steps and the little waltz jump, and the sheer breath it gives to their skating.
The tango part doesn’t go that hard despite them selling it hard, but it’s still great.
2 - Phebbe Bakker/James Hernandez - Flamenco The Duel/Tango de Besame/ Concerto de Espana, choreo by Penny Coomes
Obsessed with their costumes, and with the choreo. Skating skills not as good as the Koreans, Czechs, or Canadians, but they make up with everything else.
The most senior-looking team in this field. Their RD is fierce, intricate, and passionated.
1 - Katerina Mrazkova/Daniel Mrazek - A Evaristo Carriego/Espana Cani, choreo by Matteo Zanni
Not to be annoying but it’s a very “you had to be there” team. Had to be there at JGP Ostrava, when the Mrazkovi were not on anyone’s radars, but everyone watching the ISU streams noticed Katarina’s red dress and were dreading the inevitable disaster that could come from skating with such a long garment.
And then the Mrazkovi proceeded to absolutely demolish the RD, and the junior world record to boot!
(The disaster happened at JGPF).
That RD is genius, because it’s mad. It’s always verging on catastrophe, but when they pull it off! The speed. The power. The dress-ography. The unisson those two have. The way the dress moves during the twizzles. The final pose were Daniel is ready to execute Katerina...
Hope the madlads demolish the senior ranks.

Cats Warsaw first reaction thoughts part two: Grizabella the Glamour Cat through Jellicle Ball
Grizabella:
- griz’s costume is a slay. She has a really beautiful voice! The rasp and depth sounds so good.
- I’m not crazy about Demeter’s wig, I think the pigtails look a little too kitten-like. I think I’ve seen pictures where she has a different wig though?
Bustopher Jones:
- Jenny and Bomba are very funny together, I hope they interact more later
- how is this the horniest number thus far? How is that possible?
- his wig and sideburns remind me of another production, it’s on the tip of my tongue but I can’t place it right now.
- I’m actually really impressed by the big furniture, it looks really good.
- that one cat needing cpr— who was that lmao
- my boy just wants a fish who stole it?
Mungojerrie and Rumpelteazer:
- I’m loving all the interactive parts of this set! The trash can is so clever!
- making the verses straight triplets is a daring move, especially when it’s a translation. They pulled it off, but I’m not sure why it was changed?
- the choreography is great, once again. they’re not super in-sync at some parts, which is fine, but some moves look a little sloppy because they’re a little off from each other. This is just me being nit picky.
- ok there’s a reoccurring problem of Teazer not being lit during the verses so either there was a miscommunication with the LD or she just needs to know to stay in her light.
- energy!! This is a hard number to dance and even harder singing along, but if you’re not matching the energy of the music in your movements, it’s gonna fall flat (so to speak). They’re doing the choreo well, but there’s noodle arms! No noodle arms! Sorry I’ve veered into giving director’s notes lol
- with all my criticism I really do love how this number is being done.
- them speaking with each others’ voices is really cute! Good finish, but I’m confused as to why they didn’t stick around to do anything in the playoff of the number.
Old Deuteronomy:
- loving the mystic twins + Misto interactions
- I’m pretty sure this is just because the quality of the video is not great but. Munkustrap’s makeup just like. A dude. A dude with a neckbeard :/
- Old Deuteronomy smokes weed in this production no question. Idk how I feel about his costume. I’ll give an opinion later. WAIT DOES HE HAVE LITTLE GLASSES THAT’S GREAT
Pekes and Pollicles
- a movie projector? That’s clever!
- who is my man spinning on the floor. I think it’s Alonzo? Not sure
- I may not like munk’s costume but I do like his voice! Wow! Shout out to the actor for managing a patter song in a whole different language
- I’m confused of the point of the projector now…
- big fan of the staging here! It’s haptic while still being easy to interpret!
- damn they couldn’t afford bagpipes for Tugger :/ the gag is still funny with the flute lol
- ohh, the guy spinning was the rumpus cat, okay! My man’s writhing, good for him.
- I’m a little underwhelmed by the finish. That’s all.
Jellicle Ball:
- Protector Bomba? We love to see it
- hm. Something about how everyone is speaking their lines is making me. Uncomfortable. Everyone sounds half horny and I do not like it. Ok moving on
- big fan of Gus’s lil pantaloons
- WHAT is coming down from the ceiling??? Is it a picture frame or something?
- Every number! The choreography! I will say this every time I even slightly like it! Everyone has such good timing, I can’t imagine how long it must have taken to arrange this many people into those formations!
- the rumpus cat is my favorite ensemble cat so far. Jumpy man.
- damn, Tugger’s homophobic :/ (/j)
- everyone’s tails are noticeably longer than average, I wonder how long it took people to practice not stepping on them.
- ooh pas de deux time. Ok there must be a problem with the lights or something because I don’t know why she’s doing this in the dark. If there isn’t then. Well idk it’s a bad choice. Well never mind no pas de deux I guess
- I like that they kept a good chunk of the original choreo but then made it unique.
- I love it when you can clearly see that there was a rehearsal where the choreographer was like “raise your hand if you can do something acrobatic”
- the choreo for the entire uptempo section has been so impressive. Like genuinely jaw dropping. The breakdown does kind of look like an aerobics class though.
Ok that’s it for part two!

ATEEZ Theory TidBits Ep 8 - What did ZERO: FEVER Part 1 contribute to the storyline?
ATEEZ’s sixth album, this time actually released a ‘normal’ amount of time after the last one.
In this post;
Materials included in the album
Additions to the storyline
Meaning of the album name
Track breakdown
Reactions from the fandom
Important motifs and storyline elements which were added
My perspective on the storytelling (from a screenwriting kid)
Quality of the album
Other important things to note
Conclusions
It was the introduction to the FEVER universe, and definitely put a spin on all of the theories that had been going around so far. The 20-minute movie that was the Diary film both answered a huge number of questions, and asked too many - lots of these still haven’t been answered. But either way, it continued the storyline, and had a few interesting things to bring up. It was also the second album to allow ATINYs to pick the title track - between ‘INCEPTION’ and ‘THANXX.’ As always, ATINYs picked wrong - they went with ‘INCEPTION.’
Full discussion below the line.
Materials included in the album
Only the particularly important things, not the random, daily content that groups put out as part of their... existence. Everything ATEEZ does have some references or relevance to their storyline, but that doesn’t mean that all ATEEZ storyline content is created equal.
Album - physical, with three versions, including (OMG) a Diary version
MVs - INCEPTION, THANXX
Dance practice/choreo videos, or other performances, for ‘INCEPTION,’ ‘THANXX,’ ‘TO THE BEAT,’ ‘Good Lil’ Boy’ and ‘FEVER’
The regular contents; teasers, reaction videos, vlives and so on.
The ATEEZ Diary Film
Logbook roughly 46-53 (keep in mind that this is an overlap with KINGDOM)
Additions to the storyline
Well, of course, it was the beginning of the FEVER section of the storyline. This one is a bit odd. We figured out, collectively, that FEVER was a prequel to TREASURE. How? I’m not entirely sure, honestly. It had something to do with the Diary film being released - we saw the Black Pirates giving Joong the Cromer, and we saw the various backstories of the members. So this was a clue, and the whole thing about the universe breaking into 8 parts - excuse me, KQ, when are you planning to discuss this again?
So after we’d decided that it was a prequel to TREASURE, it became pretty obvious/accepted that it was about HALAteez and their origin - you know, a very typical thing to expect from such a non-linear narrative as ATEEZ’s. But now I’m not so sure. We’ll get to that when I look at the Diary entries for FEVER.
Meaning of the album name
Yeah this one was confusing. FEVER was a pre-existing concept in the storyline - it was used to describe the passion of HALAteez and the emotions of Treasureteez when they were kind-of-not-really possessed by HALAteez. So this was another hint to this series being about HALAteez. But other than that, the names of the FEVER series weren’t nearly as exciting as TREASURE - just in Parts so we could keep track of what was happening.
Track breakdown
Dear Diary 2016.07.29 - The spoken-word track describing the origin of a kid and how they found friends and a love of dance and music. The theories range on who the kid is - Yeosang? Yunho? Mingi? Hongjoong? Each of them have good arguments, but since Yeosang’s Diary entry for the album included many lines from this track, I’m inclined to think that it was him.
FEVER - About them living their youth and all that jazz, of course, with a nice little ATEEZ Gothic twist.
THANXX - Rebelling against society and following your dreams.
TO THE BEAT - Aw yeah move your body to the beat. Follow the music and dance - a very HALAteez message.
INCEPTION - They were definitely in a dream. Perhaps this was the dream that the exited to find themselves in the world of ‘Awakening of Summer’ and THE WORLD?
Good Lil’ Boy - Just keep going, no matter what society says.
One Day At A Time - The first all-English track that ATEEZ released. This, unfortunately, made it very bland and not have too much impact on the storyline. But I know that it was very comforting for a lot of people, especially during COVID, so it certainly served its purpose.
Reactions from the fandom
This was a funny one. It was my first actual comeback with ATEEZ. Everyone was a little confused. What was happening, and who were the people we were following? What’s going on with the Diary film and the Diary entries? Who knows?
Anyway, as I said earlier, people eventually figured out that, yes, the storyline was continuing, and that, yes, they were still pirates. They also figured out that this was probably HALAteez we were following, and that the album was a prequel to TREASURE. Throwback to this hilarious Form of Therapy video where PD said they thought the storyline was over and supposed ATEEZ were changing their concept.
Also, everyone loved it.
Except for the time Hongjoong was wearing cornrows. But there was an apology, and all media that could be altered was altered. I’m not a black ATINY, so I can’t speak on the issue, but from the sentiments I have gathered, most people seem to think it was handled decently and don’t seem to be too upset about it anymore?
Important motifs and storyline elements which were added
The whole universe-travel thing
The FEVER motif of title tracks being clearly inspired by particular films
Everything in the Diary Film - especially the idea of the universe being split into 8 parts
School motif
the dystopian world (but for real this time, not just the annoying things this world enforces on us.)
The Diary entries in the physical album gave a clearer, storyline-focused idea of the actual story and themes of the album
My semi-professional perspective of the storytelling, production and production values, etc
I liked it. As always, the production of the album was great. I though that everything that came with it - the dances, the songs, the MVs etc - was very high quality, and I liked it a lot. The physical albums themselves were very high quality, with sturdy covers, glossy photobooks, and, my favourite thing - the postcards.
The storytelling was incredibly confusing, but this is the kind of thing you’d expect from such a non-linear narrative. If you want, you can put the pieces together in a variety of ways, and the album makes its own story, as well as a piece of a larger story. This is very good, and, as confusing as it is, I think the album’s storyline was very well done. I especially appreciated how the Diary film gave a section to each of the members, which can be interpreted separately, or all together.
Now, I know the point of such a fragmented and non-linear narrative is to be confusing and to be a puzzle the audience are actively involved in solving, and this album did a very good job of that, but it doesn’t change the fact that it was confusing as hell.
I have basically no clue what actually happened in this album, looking back at it...
Quality of the album
Buddy, see above. It was brilliant.
Other important (or not-so-important) things to note
This was my first actual comeback with ATEEZ, but it was still soon enough into my kpop journey that I didn’t really know what a ‘comeback’ was. Sure, I watched the teasers, I looked at the title track voting and so on, but I didn’t really know why so many people were so excited that a group was releasing new music, and I didn’t follow the day-to-day updates of things like tracklists, music shows and wins and so on.
I mean, I never really listened to particular artists before this anyway, so until this point I had no clue why anyone who was a fan of any artist got so excited that said artist was releasing new music.
Conclusions
It was a new and exciting twist on their storyline which brought in a lot of new fans and interest to the group, and also which led to the bizarreness and the all-over-the-place series that was FEEVR. Was it on purpose? Or not? No one knows...

Yugyeom ✧ Miss You [M]
✧ Got7 Yugyeom x fem!reader ✧ words: ~2.8k ✧ genre: smut, fluff, angst
Desc.: Dating an idol means all kinds of extra problems in your relationship, like not being able to spend much time together once they get busy with their job. And now you as well are facing the question of just how much waiting you can endure.
Tumblr media
The first thing you notice when you wake up is the empty spot next to you. You went to bed before Yugyeom, as per usual these days, still somehow you manage to wake up after him. You faintly remember waking up in the middle of the night to find him crawling under the blanket and snuggling up to you with a soft expression on his face, but you knew that wasn’t the right moment to talk to him, so you continued sleeping.
Now you’re lifting your body out of bed, stretching your arms over your head as you look at your phone to check the time. It’s a little past 10 a.m., which makes you wonder why your boyfriend is up so early. You walk out into the living room and then over to the kitchen, where you find him preparing something on the counter with a little bundle of pitch black fur staring up at him expectantly from right beside his feet. With silent steps you get closer to him while he’s distracted with feeding Dalkyum, and when you’re right behind him, you carefully slide your arms past his sides and wrap them around his upper body, leaning your head against the white shirt covering his back. You hear him letting out a short, silent laugh, no more than a mere breath.
“Are you blushing?” you ask, smiling at his reaction.
“How do you know?” he answers, keeping his voice low. You can tell he’s relaxed and very comfortable in his current position.
“Because I know you,” you respond. “You can’t hide that you love me.” Adding that gave you an unexpected stab in the chest. You know where it comes from, though. Your smile turns into a bittersweet expression. You take a step back and let your boyfriend put Dalkyum’s food onto the floor, serving it to him in his usual bowl. Then, when he made sure his younger brother is eating well, he turns around to look at you.
“And? What’s your plan for today?”
“Me?” You hesitate. You don’t really have one, but you know that’s not why he asked. “Some studying, I guess. And after that just doing nothing?” He acknowledges what you’re saying with a quick nod, but in his dark eyes you can see his mind is already miles ahead. “And you?” you dare to pose the dreaded question. “Work today as well?”
“Yeah,” he says. He avoids looking at you directly now. Deep inside he probably knows how you feel about him having very little time to spare for you these days. “I’ll work on some songs now and then later go to the studio to practice dancing with some friends. We’re hoping we can finish the new choreo today!” He tries to sound cheerful, and a part of you is thankful for his attempt to lift the mood. You know he always means well, but you’ve reached the point where that alone isn’t enough. You miss him, even though he’s right in front of you.
“Then… good luck with all that!” you say.
“You know what?” He seems to have gotten a sudden idea. “You can come with me and meet the others if you want!”
“Huh? But I can’t dance?” you answer and your response makes him grin in amusement for a few seconds.
“I meant just come along and chat a bit and watch and just… spend time together,” he clarifies. But you’re not happy about the offer. You know the more realistic scenario is that you will mostly just squeeze yourself into one corner of the studio so as not to be in the way and watch them work from afar, instead of getting to spend quality time with the person you love. Sure, you love watching him dance, but it’s not what you need right now.
“You know what?” You lay your palms on his chest and gaze up at him as you speak, and you can see the adoration he feels for you in the way he eyes you back. “I’m gonna do extra well with studying today and not laze around too much. And you make sure you’re home on time. Promise?” You watch him think for just a moment, before he wraps his fingers around your hands, lifting them off his chest and holding them securely.
“Okay,” he responds. “Promise.” And as if he wanted to apologize for putting you through all of this, he leans in and his lips come in contact with your forehead, as he places a kiss on your skin, making you close your eyes for a long moment and your heart flutter. He turns around to walk into his working room, when you call out to him again.
“And… Yugyeom!” He stops and looks at you upon hearing his name. “I love you.” A fond smile appears on his lips.
“Me too. I love you too.” With those words still ringing in your head, you watch his back disappear into his studio, with a bad premonition rising in your stomach, which you fight to push down with all your might.
It’s a little past 9 p.m. when you close your textbook and let out a deep sigh. Yugyeom had promised to be back by 7 when he left, and when he still wasn’t there an hour later you ate your share of the dinner you cooked for the two of you by yourself, while Dalkyum was watching you with great interest in his big black eyes. You could’ve sworn he was feeling sorry for you.
You put your boyfriend’s portion on a plate and into the fridge to keep it fresh for later, before telling yourself that you shouldn’t have gotten your hopes up and going back to studying. At least maybe he’d be proud of you and give you a silent headpat or two once he’d find you sleeping on top of your textbooks later on. You let out a yawn. Not because you’re sleepy, but because you’re tired. Tired of waiting. You thought you knew what you got yourself into when you started dating an idol, but you didn’t know the periods where he barely has time for you would last this long. And now you’ve reached the point where there’s this void in your heart that only he can fill, and you’re beginning to question why you’re doing this to yourself. Looking out the window and at the few stars that are bright enough so you can see them above the city, the answer becomes very clear to you quickly: Because you love him, and he’s the one person who you find yourself loving so deeply that you’d willingly walk through hell and back for him.
“I’m being dramatic again…” you whisper at your own thoughts while averting your eyes from the window pane. You get up to put away your books, when you faintly hear the key to the front door being turned in its lock. You raise your eyebrows and listen carefully, freezing on the spot, when the little black bundle of fluff that you live with ever since moving here dashes past your feet and towards the entrance. The mere batting of your eyelashes later you can hear your boyfriend talking in a rather high pitched voice.
“Aigo, who do we have here! Awww such a good boy!” You can hear him cooing over his dog as if it was the first time he saw the pomeranian, and you can’t but crack up at it. It’s adorable how he’s still head over heels in love with that dog. And then he goes silent, your hear footsteps, and eventually he comes into sight. His eyes fill up with regret once he sees you, and you frown at him in a way that’s trying to tell him “I know, it’s okay.” And as if to say that no, it’s not okay, he hesitantly approaches you and stops when he stands right in front of you, his head held low.
“I’m sorry,” you hear him utter. The pain in his voice is well audible, and it nearly shatters your heart to see him like this. “I didn’t make it on time…” He hates this just as much as you do, maybe even a bit more - that is something you understand in that moment. So you do the only thing you can think of doing in that moment, and you reach out to take him by the hands and you shake your head as soon as he lifts his gaze to look at you.
“Don’t say that,” you whisper. “You’re here now.” You put one of your hands at the back of his head and you let him bury his face in your nape, while he wraps his arms around you. His embrace is a loose one at first, and you can feel his sadness over the situation very clearly, before his mood slightly changes and he starts holding you more firmly.
“It won’t stay like this for long, I promise you that,” he begins to talk, lifting his head to look at you. However, you put your index finger over his lips and shush him.
“It’s okay. It’ll take however long it needs to take. I know your work becomes very time-consuming now and then. I started dating you knowing it would be like this sometimes,” you say, hoping to ease his worries at least a little bit. And you know that with the trust he puts into you, he will believe your words. And he listens to you intently. “Work comes first. It is like that, and I’m fine with it. Even when I miss you.” He bumps his forehead gently against yours, his eyes meeting your gaze, which eventually wanders down to his lips as he speaks, quietly and truthfully.
“Thank you. For understanding.” You’re sure he was about to say something else, but instead he slowly brings his lips closer to yours, until you can feel his warm breath on your skin and the expectation sends tingles down your spine. And then he kisses you, connecting your lips ever so carefully, but eventually his own hunger breaks through. He’s missed you too, you feel that unmistakably as he wraps his arms around your body and his hands won’t patiently stay in one place, or as he deepens the kiss by slipping his tongue past your lips. You break apart for just a second, and when you open your eyes you catch a glimpse of a man who’s on the verge to going crazy about you, his eyes reflecting his mind that is only filled with his feelings and his longing for you, and as he goes in for another intense kiss and your eyelids flutter shut again, you can feel the spark being lit in your heart as well - that spark that you thought was so far away just mere minutes ago.
You stumble into the bedroom, barely making it there, as both your impatience and your built up frustrations from not having time for each other have already overwhelmed you and made you tear off each other’s clothes in a haste, not wanting to lose any more time than necessary that would much better be spent kissing each other, and letting your fingertips run along the lines of the other’s body. Your back is pushed into the mattress rather ungently, but you don’t care. So long as you feel his warmth close to you you’re fine. And so, even while he’s unclasping your bra and removing your underwear and with it your last piece of clothing, you keep holding onto him, ready to pull him closer as soon as the situation allows it. As his kisses wander from your by now swollen lips down to your neck, and you look the other way to give him better access, you run your fingers along the wings on his shoulders blindly.
“I love you,” you hear him mutter, as he scatters kisses all over your décolleté, and you respond with a moan.
“I love you too, baby,” you whisper, and then you look at him, searching for eye contact. “But I really can’t wait anymore…” You admit that and see both determination and a flash of lust in his dark pupils. He sits up and remains in his position for a few seconds, taking in the sight in front of him - you, lying naked under him, begging him to touch you with the way you look at him while unintentionally holding your breath - and then he too rids himself of the last remainders of clothing covering his body. An uncontrolled moan leaves your lips once he touches you where you need him most, making the previous deprivation that you felt all the more obvious to the both of you.
“I made you wait for too long…” he comments under his breath, his voice shaking, as he runs his fingers up and down your folds. You shoot him another pleading look, and upon feeling him push into you with ease, you throw your head back, letting out yet another rather uncontrolled noise. But you don’t care how you sound, all you care about is wanting to feel him more, and wanting it now. You buck your hips to meet his movement, but soon you feel that his fingers alone aren’t enough. At the same time you notice how he’s gotten hard by now, guessing that he too is just desperately waiting for you to give him the starting signal.
“Yugyeom… baby…” you mewl underneath him, barely having enough patience left to talk. “Fuck me already… please…” you merely mouth those words, but he understands, and he leans down to give you a sloppy kiss, his touch feeling burning hot on your skin.
“I’ll do anything for you,” you hear his voice close to your ears, noticing how it sounds a bit deeper than usual. You let him lift your legs up to wrap them around his waist, and he positions himself between them, before finally pushing into you. You dig your nails into his back at the sensation of momentary satisfaction, but soon enough you feel yourself needing more yet again.
“I don’t think I can hold back today, babe…” he tells you, while his lips hover over yours.
“I don’t want you to,” you respond, and you suck in a sharp breath, when he begins rolling his hips against yours. He still moves rather gently at first, but soon enough his own desires take over him and his hips smash against yours with increasingly more force. His hands find yours and he intertwines your fingers as he positions them above your head, holding your arms in place. You whine in approval of even the tiniest of his touches, and you feel an additional rush of adrenaline shooting through your body when he too can’t stay silent anymore. The pleasure is about to overwhelm you, when you go over to chanting his name through your own orgasm that catches you by surprise. Once you’re coming down from your high, he lets you have a few moments to catch your breath, and with an exchange of a look you give him the signal to continue. His hands leave yours as he begins to roll his hips into yours again, his fingertips tracing the skin down your arms until his hands are both just below your shoulder blades, holding you close. You bite your lower lip, still feeling incredibly sensitive from having just had an orgasm, and you naturally make way for him to bury his face in your neck, leaving few sloppy kisses there in between moans, as he too is chasing his high. You clench around him to make him feel you more intensely, and you keep making noises that sound like something between a moan and a whine, as you feel waves of pleasure spreading throughout your whole body. And then eventually he too cums, filling you up with a curse under his breath, followed by your name.
You keep holding onto each other while you’re both still panting, trying to catch your breath, and a thin layer of sweat that you didn’t pay any attention to until now covers both your bodies. You run your fingers through his black hair as he brings his lips up to yours, kissing the corner of your mouth gently, followed by sharing a sweet kiss with you.
“I missed you,” you whisper to him, staring up at the ceiling as he lowers his head next to yours again.
“I missed you too… I’m still sorry for making you wait for so long,” he repeats what he already said earlier. However, you slightly shake your head.
“Don’t be. I know it can’t be helped.”
“Then,” he talks, very closely next to your ear, “thank you. For understanding.” You smile at his words.
“Wanna go take a shower and then bed?” you ask, still playing with a few strands of his hair.
“Yeah,” he mumbles. “Let’s do that.”
