What is Grimm?
Grimm is an American fantasy police procedural drama television series. Homicide Detective Nick Burkhardt of the Portland Police Department learns he descended from a line of guardians known as Grimms, charged with keeping balance between humanity and the Wesen, or mythological creatures of the world (Wesen is the German word for being or creature). Throughout the series, he must battle against an assortment of dangerous creatures with help from his Wesen friends, Monroe (blutbad), Rosalee (fuchsbau) and his human friends, Hank Griffin and Drew Wu.
What are wesen?
Wesen is a collective term used to describe the creatures visible to the Grimms. They are the basis not only of the fairy tales that the Brothers Grimm have compiled, but also of the many legends and folklore from many cultures. When in human form, Wesen are, by all accounts, physiologically that way and thus, can pass as human. However, certain aspects about them still sets them apart from the rest of humanity, as their true forms resemble certain creatures. Fuchsbau are fox-like wesen. Blutbad are wolf-like wesen. Hexenbiest are witch-like wesen.
Lycanthropia is a blutbad disease that can ocassionally affect humans via scratches, making them go through a primal state when having heightened emotions, as neanderthal-like creatures.

standard procedure, no info-modding or god-modding, frieren is a legendary mage of immense power and knowledge presently over one thousand years old. she is incredibly dangerous, incredibly lazy, but at the end of the day she is unbelievably powerful. proceed with caution if you're set on fighting her, as i tend to avoid fight threads, the odds are unlikely anyway given her lazy nature but still. she is incredibly wise and silly at the same time , callous and surprisingly thoughtful ( sometimes) and as her ‘time’ moves so much slower than other people, my writing aims to reflect that.
this rule of my boundaries set also applies to drama , callouts , and vague-posting. alongside homophobia / transphobia / racism and any form of unkind , inhumane conduct or bigotry will not be tolerated here. kindness will, but immaturity and cruel behavior will not.
while not unkillable, all fight scenes or conflict i'd like to plot out with you via primarily dms / my inbox as for now my ims are broken ! frieren can lose in a fight, as mentioned by frieren herself that in her lifespan she's lost at least eleven times , that said, with her hunger for more spells and grimoires, she will only increase in knowledge .
as i continue exploring frieren, which is a very low key blog, expect slow replies please, and be patient as i will be with you, this is a very easygoing paced space! :) ! that said i will never pressure you into replies, so please go at your own pace too ! in terms of writing length, i tend to match my partner but have no real expectation of length or quantity as long as my passion is matched and i have something to work with. i am perfectly fine winging it and plotting just as much.
at some point, i will be adding verses ex: wha, clamp, mahoyome, ex, series not part of her canon . as of now i am only writing within her own universe , so please be patient with me as i explore her unique character .
as far as ‘ shipping ‘ goes, the likelihood is nonexistent due to how frieren processes time, her own near immortal lifespan, and frieren herself. i feel sousou no frieren also is more heavy on the emphasis of the bonds of platonic and familial carry many of her new and old relationships. if it happens romantically (?), it's gonna be v rare, v plotted, and another 50 years long, and the only 'ship' i really see would ship is frieren / himmel . tl;dr: it's not the focus.
i do not reflect nor represent frieren , we are two different people, one fictional with her own set of actions and mindsets i don't echo as a person mun and muse are separate packages , my only goal is to write my own insight and thoughts from my vantage point to the best of my ability to do frieren justice in my own way.

Mutazione's a sort of interactive soap opera about a young girl visiting her grandfather in monsterville and sorting out all the small town drama therein.Ī Short Hike is one I'll personally recommend for its adventuring roots that remind me of yon old point and clicks. Anodyne 2 is the 3D successor to 2013's Anodyne wot was a classically pixelated Zelda-like adventure with an existential bent. Up for next week is a handful of adventuring games of various sorts. In his Gonner review, Adam Smith (RPS in pieces) says "Whether you want to show off by pushing its systems to the limits or play at a more relaxed and careful pace, basking in the gorgeous music, it’s an absolute delight." Time to do taxes? Honey, grab my maths head, will ya? Gonner's quick, with lots of jumping a shooting and plenty of dying and failing too. Importantly, you get new abilities by slapping new heads on your empty shoulders, which is a thing I wish I could do. It's a platformer with procedurally generated levels and some rogue-like-y bits. A slew of numbers and information are constantly up on screen for you to track and attempt to make sense of for those of you who like playing spreadsheets masquerading as games. Offworld Trading Company is one of the best strategy games on PC, where the RPS folk say it's a game that "slots neatly into a genre but doesn’t seem to follow many–if any–of the established rules of that genre." It's all about profit-not combat-but you'll compete against rival space CEOs tooth and nail regardless. Both are free until March 12th, at which point Epic roll out three more free games: A Short Hike, Mutazione, and Anodyne 2: Return To Dust.

Not to mention she uses the PSD excuse to prove she's not "adding a filter" except lots of gifmakers use psd's &... call it adding a filter? I feel like if you work in PS enough you consider any sort of basic color altering layer(s) "filters" (At least I do, I make mostly still edits but have started learning gifs). Adding a (premade) PSD over a (premade) gif is not "making gifs". Not to mention on the other recolored gifs she didn't give the psd makers credit either soo... Either way - thief.
yea.. slapping on some colouring onto a gif doesn’t really mean you made it and honestly the colouring is the fastest part (with exception on some outliers where we tinker for ages). For example my 9set gifs normally take me about an hour to timestamp, crop, resize and topaz, while the colouring for all of them probably take about 10 minutes (or less).

New fandom drama?What’s happening?
Hoo boy, alright. Let me see if I have the story straight and can make some sense from it. So this 41 year old man called Puck (I state age only so that people understand that these behaviors and claims are not stemming exclusively from the young stans) put MANY of the group chat folks on blast for basically the SAME behaviors I’ve pointed out before. He was upset about roleplaying in groupchats from what I understand. Now I don’t have screenshots and he’s since locked his twitter since this morning but I did see the full thread he posted myself, which then went on to name people specifically for being exclusive and cliquey and making him feel isolated while being aggressive towards him for pointing out how them being overtly sexual made him uncomfy yet these people in public were very two-faced and tried to downplay their behaviors in private. His thread was spun back on him (as per their usual standard operating procedures) calling his actions “disrespectful” and how he was crossing boundaries when he simply expressed how he was squicked out by the RP. And what’s worse is the same usual suspects who are ALWAYS involved when these things happen have sided against him and voiced their support for the 31 year old called “Jo” who called his actions disrespectful. At this point it’s no longer a coincidence to ALWAYS see the SAME names involved when these things happen.
Here’s a perfect example of the problematic weirdo/s in the GCs (which someone else posted PUBLICLY)

Kneeling on the floor playing with his rabbits, Jin switches in the TV for some background noise, the channel is a hospital drama which makes the small mutant freeze as he shakes, having flashbacks to the medical procedures his mother put him through, Amaeterasu and Tsukuyomi immediately notice his distress and headbutt him repeatedly, trying to get him back to Earth but the shaking continues as scenes of major surgery are shown on screen, making Jin covers his ears and whimper as he collapsed into the fetal position.
He was still like that when Steve got home with the shopping, the programme still on as medical stuff was one of the things that set his flashbacks off, his rabbits looked a little exhausted trying to help him break out of it.

I stan Eleanor Tomlinson in all of her ginger glory, and I’m also a fan of Jodie Comer. And Florence Pugh is my newest obsession, hence why she’s the FC for Ruthie
You’re Favorite Period Novels/Dramas/Movies: I mean I love all the classic novels and I’m obsessed with Pride and Prejudice after I performed in it, but I love Poldark a lot and I’m currently in rehearsals for Picnic at Hanging Rock so I’m pretty immersed in that. Also any Agatha Christie play, novel or adaptation is my jam
What You’re Most Excited for in the Group: The format sounded fascinating, for one I love And Then There Were None, and I was excited to see a roleplay where there were limitations to how far people could go, I’ve mainly been in town rps as of late, and all the murder RPs have been more police procedural geared with lots of freedom whereas this feels like it could get claustrophobic and dark and have loads of room for character development

10 Ways Of Private Wow Servers That can Drive You Bankrupt - Quick!
