ourwickedcircle is a murder mystery discord roleplay inspired by clue (1985) & knives out (2019). using ttrpg mechanics, and quick burst replies, this game will play out much like a game of clue: with investigations, accusations, and interrogations. this roleplay is highly interactive; but allows for low activity. the server is now open for browsing and applications.

on the evening of the vernal equinox, accusations fly and families are broken when penelope of the crows is pushed from a third story window. blood and wine become one, lies weave webs, and the clock ticks down to find the killer before another is found dead.

Oooo so glad you're looking at Colors! One of my favorites. So as for who I can see playing them my most wanted is probably Brigette Lundy Pane, Hunter Schafer, Danielle Rose Russell, Madison Bailey, Keiynan Lonsdale, Zendaya,  Chance Perdomo, and Elliot Fletcher I realize those weren't all trans/nb but these are some of my top contenders for the role!

the year is 1770 and the powerhouse nations of the world are on the brink of war. that is, until world leaders began to die in sudden, mysterious ways. brought together by grief and rage, royal contingents gather at the heart of the mughal empire to mourn and investigate. however, every royal has a secret… and they are starting to come out!

THE OPULENT is a historically divergent period tumblr set in the late 1700s focusing on the mystery of several unexplained deaths, the barely hidden secrets of the characters, and plenty of member-driven plot drops to inspire storytelling and character growth. we aim to create a diverse, literate space for mature muns and characters 21+.

is there anything you can share about the two murders on campus from the past?

so there isn't a lot to know quite yet besides what was described in the plot, as we still have a lot to reveal, but we can say: on the day before his murder, frodo baggins was having a seemingly normal day. he attended all his classes, talked to friends on campus. witnesses report that they had seen him drop small, crumbled up slips of paper into garbage cans multiple times throughout the day. it wasn't really possible to search for these papers by the time those reports were made. after his murder, nothing was out of place except for a red bound book that frodo carried everywhere, where his friends say he was writing his magnum opus. it has still not been found to this day.

as for kirk on the other hand, many people saw him that day. its almost possible to track his movements from the moment he woke up to the moment he died. kirk would take large groups out with him on his various trips across the world. usually so he could showboat, but that was all apart of his appeal. people would probably know even more if it were possible to get his audio log for the day. kirk kept an audio recording device on him at all times to leave a captain's log. the only day not accounted for from kirk from that year is the day of his death.

Nightrest, from its beginning, has been intertwined with folklore and myth and truth. Tales of pirates and sirens became bedtime stories that served as warnings for local children. And it was all just stories in the end. All so in the past.

And yet.

Nobody expected a body to wash up on shore. One look and it was clear that it was no boating mishap, no accident, only foul play. A gruesome sight and a gruesome truth for the people of Nightrest: there was a killer amongst them. They could look all they wanted to towards the siren Echo, to the spirits that haunted the town, to all of it but where would the red string land? Who’d be called to the station? Who’d be questioned? Who’d make it to tomorrow? Would any of them? Who was safe, if anyone?

And most importantly, who, not what, was responsible for this?

Stick around and you might find out, but beware. You could be next.
