it's kind of weird to me that they didn't bother releasing sushi and tempura internationally at all but at the same time i'm kinda glad they didn't cuz like. yo-kai watch was financially failing in the west by the time 3 released. i feel like if they had released sushi and tempura the franchise would've completely tanked before we got sukiyaki which would've sucked. honestly if anything i feel like it's more surprising that we got all three versions of 2 instead of them just releasing psychic specters but tbf i think yo-kai watch was doing well in the west when 2 released. 2 is just inexplicably what killed the franchise despite being a masterpiece-

thoughts: obviously SE plays up the romance angle a lot within the games first and foremost so whenever zack and aeris relationship is mentioned, it's only within the context of 'first love' and such. while i recognize that, i also wish the concept of zack being her 'first friend' was also highlighted above anything else more. if you pay attention in the OG, the fact that aeris doesn't have any friends is implied and later confirmed throughout the compilation/remake. most of her socialization comes from her mother, people who want to capture her, and other residents of the sector five slums - mostly other kids that she's older than and is more so a 'big sister' relationship than friends (kyrie, the children in the orphanage, etc.).

her only other known 'friend' is someone who was given an allowance to play with her while she and ifalna were in the labs. she while yes, aeris has feelings for zack, she also lacked friends of her own - especially her own age - and has abandonment issues ( ex. the hide and seek scene in remake ) so to meet someone, to bond with them, and they disappear, well, that hurts. a lot.

Jango Fett has been in my mind since I first saw him as a child and I can rightfully say he is my first and forever love. I hope you'll consider more art appreciation for Jango in a sea of Boba Fett, The Mandalorian art!

Ahh yay! :D It’s great to see another Jango Fett enjoyer!! I really liked him as a kid too, but I only realized what a cool character he is a little over a year ago when I got back into Star Wars and finally read his legends backstory. (On that note BLESS Filoni and the people working on the mandalorian for re-canonizing Jango being a real mandalorian and also making Jaster canon <3)

He’s such an underrated character tbh, he deserves more attention and love from mandalorian enjoyers 🥺… And if no one else is going to do it I will absolutely do it myself!!! >:D you have enabled me to draw him more now, so you can definitely expect some more Jango art from me haha 💙
