How do you think Ranni present herself between NBK and The Shattering? It doesn't look like she hid after NBK, because no-one connects her to it until we find the knifeprint, Rogier says she hasn't been seen since the Shattering, not NBK. She also has a throne at the foot of the Erdtree, so she probably appeared there at least some. Appearing in doll form right after Godwyn's death would've been suspicious. My current headcanon is that she got Seluvis to make her a body-puppet like he has for Se

hmm you have a point that it would be veeeery suspicious if Ranni suddenly disappeared from society directly after the Night of the Black Knives, and Rogier saying she hasn’t been seen since the Shattering is interesting. I completely agree that she wouldn’t have appeared in doll form, and also Rogier wasn’t aware of this new form of hers so I don’t think its common knowledge (I mean… she wears it like a disguise nowadays and calls herself Renna, so if she announced herself in this new body it would kinda defeat the purpose). It’s definitely possible that Seluvis could’ve made her a puppet body like he did for Sellen, and that would be an excellent way for her to hide the ritual she performed by appearing in her normal body after the fact. In the same vein of thinking, it also might be possible for her to send a magic projection of her old self, since we see a ton of magical projections across the game — Margit is a realistic projection of Morgott that can appear far away from his actual location, and Ranni herself creates an elaborate projection of Rennala during her boss fight. So I think that if Ranni needed to appear in between the NotBK and the Shattering, that might be an even better way to do it, if it’s possible.

I also feel like depending on how long it was between the NotBK and the Shattering, Ranni might have been able to get away with staying at home and flying under the radar if it wasn’t a weirdly long amount of time. Since Ranni died atop Liurnia’s divine tower, that implies that she was probably spending her time in Liurnia and living at Caria Manor at this time… so as long as she wasn’t summoned to Leyndell, people could’ve just assumed that she was doing what she always was doing within the walls of her castle (and we know that the Carian knights at Caria Manor were loyal to her and would’ve covered for her). Then, it would’ve only started being weird that no one’s seen her after the Shattering breaks out, since all her siblings collected their great runes and started fighting each other.

I don’t know why I never put this up here as this is one of my favorite outfits *ever*! I love wearing tights so no surprise here, but what I actually like most is the boots and my hair hehe ♡

I’ll try to put up more outfits when I can, but most of my time is working and with my dad so I’m pretty tired lately ; ;

He doesn’t open his eyes much, but likes being read to so I plan to start the ‘The Secret Garden’ this week!
