I honestly wasn’t sure how the flavors were going to work for this one, but it turned out surprisingly delicious!
The plantain gnocchi was a bit filling so I couldn’t finish it all, but the olive oil/gochujang/frog mixture on top was the perfect balance. Warm chili flavored oil and the small bites of meat paired well with the mini dumplings!
(I opted to use chili paste instead of fresh chopped up chilis, because my mouth can sometimes get welts from fresh peppers, so I have to be careful)
