That save I’ve been working on won’t load the Shepherds household and I’m bummed about it. This game always manages to put a dent in my plans...this time it’s my rotational play.
I’m really thinking about just being a photo simblr blog since gameplay always gets jacked after an update - but here I am 5am setting up another gameplay based off the studio ghibli legacy. 🫣 I’m not in the mood for deep dialog so I’m challenging myself to do without.
This thriftea lot is made by @pictureamoebae and it’s absolutely stunning. I’m currently using @ellcrze newest gshade preset (as always) and it’s my new fave. 😁🌻

Any interactions for Rain and Loki's kids (all four of them)?
Fenrir wasted no time running freely across Avalon. The lack of the chain that practically strangled him since birth, the untainted wind smelling of apples from the eternal orchard, the weather that changed at Oberon's will; it was a paradise to roam every inch of the island under these conditions.
And he ran as fast as he could, never slowing for any-
"Hey!"
Fenrir glanced behind him. The shoeless little girl was chasing him again. It became an unspoken game between them that he run and she try to catch him, but his speed was so beyond hers that she rarely often succeeded.
Fenrir whipped his tail at her playfully, making her giggle and bat it away. She said something in the mortal language that he didn't fully understand and caught up to his front legs. The little girl sprang into the air, then landed in the form of a brown furred wolf.
But her smaller self had trouble keeping up with his much larger form. Fenrir chuckled and slowed down a little. The little wolf girl leapt happily ahead of him and tossed her head back, howling to the sky.
Amused, the mightier wolf howled along with her.

Most people would be uneasy about walking into a giant monster's open mouth, but Rain didn't hesitate. She carefully pulled herself up by Jormungandr's teeth and stepped inside, pinching her nose as she glanced around the odorous cavern. "Which side of your mouth is bugging you?"
Jormungandr grunted and titled his head to the left, making her stumble a little in that direction.
"Left side! I'm on it!"
Rain walked carefully over his tongue and searched in the spaces between his massive teeth. The sea beast had been dining on a whale went something latch onto his teeth and remained there. It brought him enough discomfort to seek Rain's aid when she came to the beach.
Something shiny and black glistened near his gums. Rain moved closer and gasped when she recognized it. "I found it! It's an anchor!"
She grabbed the base of the anchor and turned it vertically, feeling the beast wince a little as she pulled it from the tight gap between his teeth. When it came loose she tossed it out of his mouth and jumped onto the sand.
"Dentist appointment done!" Rain put her hands on her hips and nodded her head. "I'd give you a lollipop but I don't have any."
Jormungandr snorted air out of his nostrils and growled in a low tone. Not menacing; appreciative.
"You're welcome!"

"It's rude to stare, Rain."
"I'm sorry..." Rain glanced down at her hands and rocked back and forth on her feet. She didn't mean to stare at Hel, but it was hard not to given the death goddess's skeletal features. "Can I ask you something?"
Hel sighed. Children always had questions, and this one tended to have a lot of them. "If you must."
Rain gestured for her to lean down, and when she did she whispered quietly into the death goddess' ear. When Hel leaned back she had to cover her mouth to keep from laughing, but otherwise kept a grave expression.
"No, the Boogeyman is not real."
Rain sighed in relief and pouted. "I knew Dusk and Dawn were lying. I guess I can get rid of my nightlight now..."
"They're weren't lying. He's not real anymore, but so long as the fear of the dark grows, he can always return." Hel petted the top of the now horrified little girl's head. "Keep the nightlight. It is your only defense against him."

"This is my favorite tree to climb on the whole island! It's old and sturdy and the branches are so thick that you can sleep on them! I'm gonna teach you how to climb when you get older. And how to pick the best apples, and how to swing on the branches, and-!"
Phebe narrowed her eyes and slumped into the baby carrier that the talkative girl had put her in. She had no idea what she was saying, only that she made a lot of noise and kept pointing at random things that she assumed had meaning. Rather than let her nap the girl had kidnapped her from her crib and taken her on a tour.
It would have been more bearable if she was quieter. Growing fussy from her confines, Phebe let out a fry and kicked her legs angrily. The moment she did Rain sat at the base of the tree and pulled her out of the carrier, placing her into her lap.
"Sorry, Phebe You're probably sleepy and I'm talking your little ears off...we can take a break."
Thankfully she packed for the occasion. Milk bottles were already prepped in the castle kitchens and she leaned Phebe against her arm to feed it to her. The infant grabbed the bottle and snatched it from Rain, grateful that the girl was finally able to do something right during this unfortunate affair.
Rain laughed and leaned back against the tree trunk as her little cousin fed. It was a nice day to be outside, but maybe not so much for a baby.
"We can finish the tour on another day." Rain smiled. "You're gonna love living here with us."

Can we get some Mama Cordelia interactions with Umbriel, Cressida, and Phebe?
“I see you have been keeping some interesting company as a late mother. I can scarcely believe the last time you choose waste your time on any of our lessers, save Amaterasu I suppose,” Umbriel said, an amused look on his face. “This Loki, or Heedsi at times, must be of some interest… or perhaps some personal interest to you.”
Cordelia didn’t even bother taking her eyes away from her book. “Since when did you take an interest in why my own lie?” she asked.
He hummed. “Is it odd for a son to take notice of his mothers well being and kept company?” he asked.
“For you, quite,” she countered. “Regardless, my intentions are my own. You needn’t worry concern yourself with them. I never bothered you about your own kept company. Regardless of how concerned I was about it.”
“And what was so concerning about my choice of company?” Umbriel asked, raising an eyebrow. His mother remained silent, simply turning to the next page. “Mother… do not ignore me mother…”

Cressida tried to catch her breath as she recoiled from the last of the spells she had conjured. It had been a while since she had actually had to push herself… well, there was that time with her cousin Titania, but she didn’t counter that. Even if it was the reason she had started training again.
“Tired already?”
She jumped, and then turned to see Cordelia walking towards her. “Mother…”
“It’s been some time since you actually bothered training. I’m surprised to see you taking it so seriously…” She had given up after she found herself unable to keep up with her brother or grandfather. It had stung the girl’s pride when she realized she’d never be as powerful as them.
Cressida frowned. “I… I thought it was time I pick it back up,” she said. She didn’t want to fall any further behind the rest of the family as she already had. “Are you going to tell me it’s a waste of time?”
“Of course not,” Cordelia said, rolled her eyes. “But if you want proper guidance, go to your grandmother. What you like in power you can make up for in technique and skill.”
Cressida blinked. “Oh… thank you,” she said, surprised. Her mother was usually a lot more… blunt, about things like this. “Maybe when you have some time you could teach me something…”
Cordelia stopped for a moment. “I’ve been busy dealing with Loki as of late… but perhaps I can carve out some time,” she said.

Cordelia was honestly relieved that Phebe was born with the demeanor she had. She had never been the ‘mothering’ type, and she had somewhat struggled with both Umbriel and Cressida in their infancy. But Phebe was far more calm and manageable, if not a bit fussy at times.
“Mmm…”
Speaking of being fussy. “Yes, yes, we’ll go outside so you may observe the stars, little one,” she said, making her way up towards the roof. She had caught a glimpse of the star filled sky and had been wanting to gaze up at them ever since.
The moment she stepped outside, Phebe craned her little neck up towards the sky. It was a bit chilly out, but Phebe seemed to have an affinity for the cold. “Have your eyeful my child. I won’t be entertaining this for much longer,” she said, bouncing her gently in her arms to try and fast track her to sleep. While Phebe may have enjoyed the cold weather, she didn’t care for it.

Born around the same time period, definitely younger than them though.

Copy and pasting what i say about The Story even on here so i don't have to remember if i posted thing x on website x or y.
Earth is a peripheral planet compared to the ones that are inhabited by celestial beings: it first got inhabited because of its favourable conditions but because of the distance from the main planets + the sheer amount of time it took to get to them, it slowly became more and more unpopular and the majority of the CB moved back to their original planets as it simply wasn't worth it.
Moving from one place of the galaxy to another is a big thing!! Only a specific type of celestial being is able to make that journey in a sustainable amount of time: light rays (the personification of, so Ester!).
Neither Lilith nor Phebe are light rays and have to rely on portals made by LRs to move from one planet to another (especially with planets that far away from each other): during the en masse exodus away from Earth, they erroneously got left behind and they ended up being stranded on Earth. They both tried to send messages through space in the hopes someone will be able to receive them, and come get them, but alas, to no success.
Phebe eventually accepts their condition and starts fully adapting to living on Earth and conducting a life there, but Lilith never lost hope and believes one day, she will be able to go back home.
Ester lost her memory and does not know that she's a Light Ray, and definitely doesn't know how to open portals, so let's say Lilith's hopes and dreams upon seeing her got shattered in a million tiny pieces
