I like the dough a little thicker, makes the pancakes thicker & fluffier. Bake the pancakes in a pan with a little coconut oil. Pancakes on my mind..😌 Yesterday has definitely been the hardest day of juice fasting so far and all I wanted was to dig into a big stack of pancakes with all the toppings.🍮🙊 Listened to a specific guided meditation episode which is supposed to help you with cravings.. it didn’t. Probably because I didn‘t have cravings, I was just hungry.😂 Especially in the morning as I'm such a morning eater, after lunchtime the hunger feeling was pretty much gone. Anyway, I made it through day 3.. I hope today will be easier but I think so, feeling no hunger so far.✌ Already looking forward to the weekend and breaking the fast on Sunday. Won’t start with pancakes though but with something light.🍏 On Sunday I‘m going to the „Veggie & Frei Von“ fair in Stuttgart – will be hard to not try a lot of different treats, I guess, but I don’t think it will be good for my stomach to eat a lot of different foods on my first day of eating again. Fluffy pancakes, in memory of Sunday..💕 This weekend has been beautiful but waaay too short.😿 Anyway, I'm happy I spent my Sunday well: sleeping in, eating good food, reading, working out,...☔ I always feel that if I treat myself well on Sunday and do something productive while at the same time giving myself enough time to rest, Monday isn't as hard - even if this day means getting up very early and going to a job you don't like. Years ago I'd often just been lying around lazy on Sundays, recovering from a weekend of drinking, without moving my body or doing something that brings me further in life. Not the best way to end a week and feel prepared for the new one.🙈 So I'm truly grateful that my Sundays don't look like that anymore. Hope you all had a great weekend as well.
