Thoughts about orcs and their culture? I talked with friends lately about how the Shuro/Laios fight, occurring not that long after Leed/Chilchuck conversation, only strengthens one of big themes of DunMeshi (closely related to the depiction of autistic experience): that direct communication is best communication. And I noticed that orcs seem to be culturally most straightforward of the races: they say things as they see them, value loyalty and look down upon deception. While Zon held a lot of prejudice against elves and tallmen, he ultimately appreciated Marcille's and Laios' attitudes and sincerity. And Leed read between the lines of what Chilchuck was telling her, only to call him out on not admitting that he cares for his friends. I'm curious if you share similar observations and/or have more thoughts on that :)

I didn't realize but here Zon seems to respect that Laios was honest and straight forward, besides the meal they had together and Marcille not backing down probably warmed him up to them.

They also seem way kinder than people in universe give them credit for considering this extra from the adventurers bible

They took Senshi in and were even willing to treat him like one of the kids outside the hierarchy for a long time. Senshi's line of "So I decided to leave while we'd all be sorry to say good-bye." is really cute too. Plus he has known Zon since he was a kid, I think that's why he was so relaxed and not worried when they were captured, he knows this kid.

I agree with you! They really seem to be honest and straight forward, and Chilchuck got what you get for trying to be tsundere in front of an orc.

Things Keep Getting in the way of our Livestream

Stuff just keep happening, and right when we were about to do a sexy man stream. This time it's a mysterious injury! Perhaps Icy's been cursed.

I honestly have been hearing a lot of talk about a Rika route. I’m fine with a route where we help her mentally, and try to make her mentally stable, but there’s so many people who want a romantic route. I just can’t see that with Rika, with how Cheritz made her character :/.

I have as well. It would be very difficult for Cheritz to make a romance route for her if they wanted to or not. It would be similar to how in Jaehee’s route we don’t have a kiss CG because of how strict the censorship laws are in South Korea. Even V’s route was more platonic than romantic, from my point of view at least.

I wouldn’t mind getting a deeper look into Rika’s character, even if it was more of a DLC rather than a route. Which I think would work a lot better than giving her a route, like in Dandelion there’s a part at the end where you learn about the Wizard in the world, that’s what I see being beneficial to learning about Rika’s character. I can’t deny how interesting she is, I’d love to get a look into more reasons why she did all the things she did. I have zero interest in romancing her or even trying to heal her, honestly. We’ve already been shown time and time again that she doesn’t want to get better. It seems to me that it would be OOC for her to have a route where she suddenly wants to get better because of MC’s influences. If V couldn’t save her, MC sure as hell won’t be able to.
