God dude these two scenes and how roxie moves hurt my heart so so bad 🥹

it's like a mix of anger, feral, emotional breakdown, and complete sadness that just fucks me up soooo fucking bad.

it's like she's a pet who got abandoned by their owner but they see them again after years of sadness and depression of them being gone and leaving them like that and all that anger and sadness just manifest's into one bundle of emotion's towards them they cannot control.

The bourgeois or "exploiting class" doesn't inherently include the person who gets their nails done biweekly, or the disabled person who has a carer, or the guy who got a $70 video game for full-price, or the person who relies on medication (yes even the ones you don't think they "need"), or anything else like this. None of these people will, on average, have the ability to exploit workers by means of ownership or whatever.

While you are busy fighting with fellow workers, you are still being exploited by your boss, by capitalism, by (potentially) not having healthcare, by being overworked and underpaid, and so are they.

#politics #feel like this wording isn't satisfactory for me but fuck it we ball #used bourgeois because i think as a colloquial word it's recognized but like...#...i dunno i think some people use it to mean 'person who can do [x]' even if they quite literally own no means of production #like the idea that you're exploiting a worker by agreeing to a service they provide isn't what bourgeois means #if i paid a carer to care for a disabled person they aren't being exploited by that disabled person...#...HOWEVER that carer absolutely can (and probably will be) exploited by the systems of power (eg their boss or capitalism)#perhaps it's too late at night for me to be posting about this but it's something that bothers me!#*especially* when it comes to disability and other groups already exploited by marginalization 👍#if your leftism percludes the disabled (including the terminally and profoundly) or the elderly or the queer or so so much i don't WANT ITTT #saw a disabled person i follow lament how afraid they were to have a carer out of fear of Being a Bad Exploitative Person #and they obviously need one and that makes me so fucking angry to know that they are needlessly suffering

i do not think i have ever pined for something so unequivocally impossible to ask for is the thing. like i think i often am interested in unobtainable people bc it is easier that way & it stays safe inside & i don’t have to navigate the reality/(a)romance. and ig this is. sort of like that. but it is worse.

#1 i do not crush on straight boys in general except that’s not even what this is it’s a different kind of Bad #bc if it was just abt sexuality then i could put it in the same category of all of my like. normal unobtainable attractions #& even if it took me a sec to get over which does happen i’d be like. fine #i’ll get over it presumably i guess. that’s how attraction always feels when ur in the moment right #i think maybe the difference is when i crush on unobtainable people it is sort of on purpose at least subconciously for the aforementioned #- reasons & even if i do really desire something/one there r other ways to sort of scratch the same itch & i do know i’ll find someone else #- who fulfills it #whereas like. i Just Want this. & i cannot have it. which obv just makes me want it more #maybe five years down the line who knows. but the wanting five years down the line to exist is half of it anyway #idk if this is coherent. maybe it’s best if it isn’t. i’m just going THRU ITTT #i’ll be normal at some point. and so it goes etc #ted talks #🗡️

i actually wanted to buy a new sketchbook today but they didn't have the only brand I like using at empik

#idk why #where is ittt #i thought there was a ton of them and then i looked and it was those oxford sketchbooks woth disgustingly smooth paper #all sketchbooks out there are either too textured or too smooth #i like canson pls canson come back #i would like a different brand preferably with colored covers cause im tired of the black i want a pink sketchbook or something #but everything is blackkkk #and the covers are thick as fuck too #i tried a different brand two times now and every time i just wasted my money i cant do that shit it was awful #i want to buy online but i like to touch the paper before buying ugh #that's why i can't buy those sketchbooks that are wrapped in foil at stores #who even came up with that that's an awful idea #i bought one of those art creation sketchbooks that have their own stand at the art store here they look like fancy premium sketchbooks #literally the worst paper ive had the displeasure of drawing on #lined school notebooks i drew in in primary school are better than that #im in sketchbook hell ughhh #I've had moleskin when it was hyped a lot too and its mid too nothing worth spending this much money on
