Firstly lets understand what is oral and injectable steroids? Oral Steroids- Oral steroids are in the form of tablet/pills. These pills or tablets should be taken whole, with fluids, ideally with a meal to maximize absorption. OMAD (One meal a day)- If during your off-season bulk you exceeded, let's say, 16–18% body fat, this can be a great bodybuilding cutting diet for you. To really reduce your calorie intake, you might need to limit yourself to just one major meal every day.
20/4 Fasting-Literally, this is a 20-hour fast followed by a 4-hour meal. Like OMAD, it Is fantastic for cutting diet but the difference this that your calorie intake might not be quite as low because you're having two main protein dishes separated by four hours.
16/8 Fasting for Bodybuilding-Literally, you fast for 16 hours before eating for 8 hours. It can be any time of day, but most people choose the 12 to 8 pm eating window. For the first week, all you have to do is move your breakfast back two hours, and for the Second week, you just move it back another two hours.

Ideal Heart Running Rate Of a person-
Your pulse, or heart rate, is measured in beats per minute (bpm). A formula based on your age and maximal heart rate can be used to calculate your target heart rate for running. When jogging, your maximal heart rate should be between 50 and 85 percent of your maximum heart rate. Subtract your age from 220 to get the maximum rate.
Average Heart rate while running-
The average heart rate while running is different for each person. It may be influenced by- Age, Fitness level, Air Temperature, Medication use, Stress. Most runners between the ages of 20 and 45 will wish to work out at a rate of 100 to 160 beats per minute.
