Day 12 of buggytober buggy pirates!

Reader approaching Alvida all shy and demure like “Captain Alvida? Can we talk?” And her not even looking up from her map “You may speak.” And the reader fumbles, they try to find the words, but they won’t come out just quite right. When Alvida actually does look up there are tears in the Readers eyes. “I know I cannot offer you anything but… please… I know I don’t have a chance against a woman as powerful and beautiful as you, but …-“ Alvida raises her eyebrows “But what?” Her confusion deepens when the reader just starts sobbing “I just really like Buggy a lot. And I know he can choose for himself and I want him to be happy but- but-“

Alvidas eyes lock onto the crying crew member for a second before flicking towards several lipstick stained letters on her table, all sent to her by various lovestruck women that she sometimes reads with a glass of fine red wine when she needs a pick me up or some entertainment. Her gaze then falls upon a piece of lingerie that she took souvenir from a very beautiful and EXTREMLY vocal barmaid that she seduced away from the chaos of their last raid for a night. Finally she looks out of the porthole leading to the deck, where one Captain Buggy D. Clown is currently busy doing a deep cavity search for treasure in that endless cave that is his left nostril. He looks at the fruit of his labor with mild interest before flicking it away casually.

“… You know sweetheart you don’t have to worry about a single thing.”

Buggy: You really put aside everything and came all this way for me? How did you even get here so fast?

Alvida: Also, we sunk roughly forty-five marine vessels just passing through.

Koby confronting Alvida. I know he's too powerful for her at this point, but now that she is part of one of the Emperors's crew I wish Koby would meet her and make her pay or whatever;

Also Koby's backstory. Who was he before he was captured by Alvida? Where did he come from? Does he have a family? Is there a reason why he always dreamed of being a Marine and protect people who can't protect themselves?

Cross Guild and how I think they are when they’re sick or injured

(I haven’t gotten to cross guild myself yet, but I think I’ve heard enough about it. Regardless, these are all characters I’m already familiar with. Feel free to send in your thoughts.)

Buggy: Becomes an absolute man child for the attention. He gets clingy and sobby and wants people to do everything for him, even things he could theoretically still do himself. Though there’s also an embarrassment factor at the same time, so he’ll rapidly cycle between crying and begging to suddenly getting offended when someone actually goes along with his theatrics and tries to help him. Especially if someone offers to help with something he would never admit to needing help with, like bathing or getting dressed. How dare you even insinuate he’s not capable of doing something so private. That’s just downright degrading, come on now. He would never need help with that!!

Crocodile: High pain tolerance and very irritable. Unless you are one of his trusted doctors, touch him and see what happens. He doesn’t care that he’s in bad shape. He still demands his full independence and dignity and will fight people for it left and right, even if he’s literally having to pick himself up off the ground. He dies standing tall like White Beard, tf else would you dare to assume about him?

Mihawk: “Just tired. Wine and coffee will fix it.” *has a 104 degree fever* “I can’t really be that sick/hurt.” *has dangerous symptoms* “No, I think I can just sleep this off.” *condition proceeds to worsen until he’s forced to admit something might be off* Doctors hate how he’ll wait three weeks to come in with a shattered bone or show up right when his appendix ruptured or something. He’s just too autistic to tell if something is wrong or WRONG, and too stubborn to accept it unless it’s the latter.

Galdino: Half “I’ll be fine”, half whining bitch with a pain tolerance of negative 5. He copes with injury and illness by avoiding it (if he can). But when he does get sick or hurt, he’s probably the most normal one out of this list since he won’t want anything but to feel better again as soon as possible. Overall, he’s compliant in doing anything he can to recover (and to avoid pissing people off while in a weakened state). Though, while he would do a lot for the sake of relief, others may need to threaten him into things like sitting up or eating an actual meal that isn’t just water and medicine.

Alvida: I don’t think her devil fruit would allow her to get sick or hurt very easily (I headcanon that even viruses and bacteria would just slide off her body), but in the very rare event, she’s definitely one of the tougher ones about it. She’ll mainly just exaggerate her symptoms and play servant master, charming sexist perverts into doing things for her by making them feel bad that someone so pretty has to suffer. It’s a game to her—something at least a little fun and amusing to do while she’s recovering. She usually recovers pretty fast too. Give her one to three days, and she’ll be back to normal.
