Not sure if this is my fave or if the Thermopod is my fave, but I do love my vaguely invertebrate-inspired monster design. It’s a snaggle-toothed, four-eyed snake/lizard/crab thing called a Foyleter.
This one took a lot of workshopping to get right, both design and pose.

I'm Nickala and I'm a 100% human artist from the United States. I've lived in five states and moved over 10 times and I'm about to make the jump from North Carolina to Germany. I use any pronouns, especially when a certain set would be funny.
Posts are extra slow now while I'm making preparations for the move. I'm primarily a hobbyist, but I also occasionally open for commissions. I mostly post character design and worldbuilding here, with the characters very rarely being human. I like making high fantasy or science fiction worlds, conlangs, and speculative biology-based creatures. I'm currently working on a personal project world that has a blend of science fiction technology and magic called Lux Arcana that I'd like to be the backdrop for an anthology.
