Fuck It I'm Putting All The Tag Games Together and You Can't Stop Me
Last Song: next semester by 21p
Favorite Color: love a good plum or maroon color which is unfortunate because those colors almost always clash with my neon hair so I rarely wear them but if I could surround myself with maroon I absolutely would
Currently Watching: bold of you to assume I have the attention span for watching anything these days. the last thing I watched on youtube was the last episode of the Trixie and Katya podcast
Sweet/Savory/Spicy: Savoryyyyyy
Relationship Status: a relationship? in this economy???
Current Obsession: idk if I have any outside of my Regular Hyperfixations! I mean, I've been listening to that new twenty one pilots song on repeat every day during my commute to work, so maybe that LOL. it's a 4 minute song and my commute is 50 minutes so doing the math, I've probably listened to this song...over 200 times over the last few weeks asdalkjsdfhljsdhfc like is it a good song? NO! Is it just nostalgic enough that it reminds me of early twenty one pilots music and for 4 minutes I get to experience the bittersweet nostalgia of what my life was like when their music was the only thing that made me feel less alone? YEP.
Last Google Search: "pleasure synonym" listen........i do not claim to be a good writer.....vampire smut is fucking hard
Last line of my WIP: And maybe some part of him knows that this, too, is part of the game. This waiting. This anticipation. They always like to make him wait for it, both Armand and Louis, as if the seconds in between the suffering and the bliss will somehow purify the longing, cauterize him into a lover worthy of that divine release. He never can tell if it works. It all feels the same to him; the minutes, the seconds, the hours leading to his release.
Tagged by: my beloved @hekateinhell <3 Tagging: as per fucking usual I'm so late to the game it feels pointless to even participate but listen i'm trying my darndest and that's what matters. idk. @madeofklay @wicked-felina @headfrst4halos???

AAJKSDFBSDJK IM LATE!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY UNCLE NINA <33 im so grateful i came across pep and found you on here, your positivity and energy always make me smile :3
(sorry for what youre about to read im sleep deprived (mixed with a mental health episode) and its hard to put coherent thoughts together so i hope it makes some sense)
ahjdfgshj okay, ive always wanted to write smt, before it was a book, then a script, then direct a movie, blahblahblah and reading your fics and things on here inspires me so much to write even if its something short! your writing just seems so free and fun, it reminds me not all writing has to be super duper seriously and fancily written, to just relax and have fun! ive been really burnt out recently from school and just mental health in general so i havent started rm yet, butttt with 6 out during my winter break im gonna start it! ive really wanted to start it since you began it so im so glad i have the motivation to now :3 ive been going through hyper fixations like whatever people finish one after another (can you tell im tired?? /sarc) but with the new special out i can sense my south park fixation creeping back up!! but yeah just seeing how optimistic and loving you are to everyone is so relieving.. again, i hope you had a FANTASTICLY WONDERFUL birthday, HYH <3
HELLO, MY PROOF THAT HEAVEN AND ANGELS EXIST! <33333
conversely, i am so touched and honored that you read peppermint <3 ( which i am so sorry, i really swear i want to update, but have had a very toxic relationship with writing in general recently ) and that you found me on my tumblr and are enjoying my silly little tumblr which!!
i just want to say i enjoy YOUR silly little tumblr very much! i know absolutely nothing about good omens or saw but literally your reblogs are so fun that i am seriously considering diving in there. we can trade hyperfixations 4 a moment should you not get yours back.
but AAAAAAAAA!!!! my friend, you are so sweet!!! tbh, i don't always feel good about my writing, but if i did feel good about something, its that it can be serious but also funny, y'know? ( bc this is all for fun! )
because where there is Darkness, please know there is always Light.
and sometimes making light of dark situations is the only way we can get through them -- but maybe thats just me coping with humor, which we can see through my weird narration. but i'm glad it thrills you!!! tbh, my sweet!!! i strive to accurately portray hard and difficult situations honestly aka the gravity, the effects they might have on you & the people around you, but also show you that these things do not make u bad bc there is light at the end of the tunnel. have hope. :)
but i am seriously honored that you have waited so long to read my silly fanfiction. & i really hope you like rm. i like it very much & it was my passion project after pep, so i hope that passion reaches you too.
i also hope that seeing so many weird random posts abt it on ur tumblr has not been too distracting or spoilery. it'll all make sense, i promise. also, i am a nervous gal so i did axe rm6 unfortunately, but i have it saved & i'm thinking of posting it in a gdoc just for all of you while i decide what i do so the ppl who enjoyed it can...still Enjoy it.
and i hope you do 2. if you want it after ur winter break read, lmk. <3
but x 2, before i go, i just want to say -- Please Write. write so many things. be so strange and weird. anything your heart desires. i know it can be nerve-wracking and weird to get started, but know that you owe it to yourself to tell the stories that live in you and while you don't have any obligation to share them with us...u'd be so generous to. :')
in short, i'm glad i inspire you, please know you inspire me just by being on my dashboard and i can't promise you that my fanfic will be even a Fraction of what you think it will be, but know regardless, the fact that you took the time to read it at all meant the World to me.
i had a lovely birthday. and every day since will be lovelier since receiving your message. if your south park hyperfixation ever returns for you, please say hi! if not, pls know that you have coaxed me towards ur hyperfixation & maybe i will b sending you asks, instead. :)
-uncle nina, bad southpark writer, good omens curiousitor?
( fake word, i think, but real sentiment if that helps <333 )

Hi Steph, thank you so much for recommending Moon Knight, I really like it. At first I only read your unspoilery episode notes, thanks for keeping the surprises "under the cut". So I was able to enjoy the series knowing nothing about the comic and appreciating all the plot twists. Then afterwards I read your full episode notes and I revived all the emotions and excitement with you. Now I'm rewatching the show and savor the details, the acting (incredible!), the cinematography (beautiful!) etc.
Hi Nonny!
AHHH THANK YOU!!! I'M SO HAPPY YOU LIKED IT!! Seriously, it's my new hyperfixation. I'm OBSESSED with it. I've rewatched it several times and pick out new things every time, and I've watched Episodes 4 and 5 (and that bit in the Duat in Episode 6) a LOT. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the character building in it, I love the Spector System with all my heart, and I have SO many ideas for stories and meta and I just UGH love it so much. The cinematography and the acting are my fave things for sure, and I really hope that Oscar and Disney / Marvel can work something out to continue with the character.
AND THANK YOU for reading my reviews and meta about the episodes!! Seriously, I needed to write them and am glad some people read them and enjoyed them. For anyone interested:
Moonknight S1E2
Moonknight S1E4
More Thoughts on S1E4 (meta)
Moonknight S1E5
ASK: I Cried at the End of Episode 5
Additional Thoughts on S1E5 (meta)
MoonKnight S1E6
Additional Thoughts on S1E6 (meta)
And finally, I really appreciate everyone letting me obsess about it here, and am glad others enjoyed it too :)
Cheers Nonny! THANK YOU so much for letting me know I inspired you to keep on going. I know a lot of people stopped after Episode 2 (which, like, WHY??? Literally the only other Marvel show I loved every episode of), and I just implore them to watch the rest. Four and 5 are my faves, and while 6 is not the slam-dunk I hoped for, it was enjoyable either way, and opened up SO MUCH MORE for this character!! I can't wait to learn more about [redacted] and the obvious next chapter with Marc and Steven :)
Cheers Nonny! <3

Sorry if this meanders a bit, I'm writing this as the thoughts go through my head early in the morning running on maybe 3-4 hours of sleep, tops. I do have something I want to say here, though, so if you want to see my rambling then please continue.
I used to feel terrible about missing out on live events, both in-person and online. Like I can't support a creator whose work I enjoy, especially the less well-known niche creators, as much as I wanted to. But I had a realization last night...
My best friend and I both really enjoy the work of WayneRadioTV and his friends, and last night he did a livestream involving a social game the two of us play - Tower Unite, of you're curious - where viewers could get involved in some capacity. I'm not fully sure, though, because despite the excitement, I had something else going on; an online date with my boyfriend.
See, I got him Halo: The Master Chief Collection on Steam as a part of his birthday present, both because he was interested in it and because I wanted to go through the games and share with him what is unironically one of my favorite sci-fi franchises out there, despite the reputation it has as a "bro game" with all of the toxic bullshit associated with it thanks to it pioneering online console multiplayer and the, rightfully deserved, reputation that brings with how early-mid 2000s multiplayer lobbies were. It's a way of showing him something that I genuinely adore as one of my more consistent hyperfixations, and sharing with him a part of what has made me, me.
And that's where the realization came in. Yeah, it came about because of me having something else going on, but honestly I don't think I would've had the energy for something as intensive as a high-energy livestream like that without some adverse affects to my mental state last night with everything I currently have going on. So, here's that startlingly simple realization that should've happened far sooner, as it would have helped me immensely in our current capitalist hellscape of subscriptions and content churn and all that other bullshit - you don't have to experience something immediately, or even within a similar time frame as others, to enjoy it just as much. Just because I was too young to ever see some of my favorite bands live at their peak doesn't mean I'm "less of a fan." Just because I'm not binging every show that catches my interest doesn't mean I like them less than someone else.
The time at which you enjoy something, and your method for doing so, does not determine how much you like it.
I think that is honestly an important message we need to spread around now. We have all of these games with FOMO-based systems, their battle passes & shit, all of these movies and shows that get released and stay up for a couple months before getting dropped as a tax write-off (looking at you, Warner Brothers, and how you treated all of those Cartoon Network shows we adored and your fuckery of discarding Wile E. Coyote vs. Acme for tax breaks), all of this relentless content churn. It's the reason we get burnt out so hard on things we used to love - instead of having a world where we pace ourselves, and enjoy things in a way that still lets us enjoy it afterwards, we still have this mindset leftover from the days of only getting maybe one new episode per week of a show, or maybe 2-3 big movies a year, or being fine waiting for sequels to games instead of demanding them to be released immediately - watching things as they were released. Before the explosion of streaming services due to the pandemic, that was more sustainable. You got a bit of new stuff on regular or semi-regular intervals. You had a chance to savor what you saw, to process what happened, and to theorize and work on those theories for fun. Now we get so much, so often, with the expectation of something new every week not being a new episode of a show, but a new series entirely to binge. Things appear, get talked about, and then get discarded more quickly than ever. Hell, the original foundations of this site, the fandoms, don't even last anywhere near as long anymore as the bulk of people find something, engage with it for a short time, and move on. It's to the point where the only fandoms you really get to see stick around like they used to are the ones that already existed - your Trekkies, your Whovians, your LotR nerds, and even the ones that only came about a relatively short time before all of this content churn bullshit, like the Undertale, Homestuck, and Critical Role fandoms. Now the years-long communities like that are relegated to the existing works, the old reliables, and literature fandoms like The Locked Tomb where the very nature of it necessitates longevity thanks to how long it takes to write a novel.
It's relentless. But it doesn't have to be.
We live in a world that prioritizes this content churn, but y'know what? Fuck that. Fuck these big companies that try to sell you a monthly fee for what was once a one-time purchase. Of course, try to still support smaller, indie creators where you can - small-medium size streamers, those YouTubers who make video essays that take so long to release they have to rely on fan contributions in between them to survive due to lack of ad revenue, smaller film productions, etc. - but don't feel the need to do so when you can't afford it, either in terms of how much energy you have (like how I would've been absolutely fucked had I attended that livestream I mentioned at the start of this due to the high-energy nature) or monetarily. Hell, enjoy those big shows and movies too, but what matters most is that you don't - or at least shouldn't - have to enjoy them at breakneck speed.
Pace yourself. Give yourself room to breathe. Take some time to enjoy your content, and to have fun with it, goddammit! There is such a thing as too much of a good thing. Hell, if you're someone that derives enjoyment from waiting for all of a show to be out just to binge it, go ahead - but maybe you don't need to binge-watch something new every week. It gets tiring. But at the end of the day, it comes down to this:
Leave time for the discussion. Yes, enjoying the content is fun, but picking something up and then moving on almost as quickly misses the point of why we love these fandoms so much. The content churn gets in the way of us getting to do our thing of talking about our passions, theorizing about them together, infodumping about them to our friends. Give yourself space to talk about it. You don't need to see every livestream from that streamer, you don't need to watch all 10 hours of that new Netflix show in a day and then watch another one the next, you don't have to watch every movie you're interested in like a marathon of back-to-back productions, you don't need to beat every level of that video game in your first sitting. And that's okay.
#ramblings#fandom#content churn#some deep thoughts kinda?#idk i'm dumb#i've just also been kinda introspective lately#about a lot of things#but also very much our relation to the things we create and how some of us are stretching ourselves far too thin#hell I fell prey to it as well#I used to play Destiny 2 every day and tried to attend livestreams of people I liked even when I REALLY didn't have the energy for it#I even kept getting into things within maybe a week or two of getting into something else#and it felt like I never got to let any of it digest y'know?#going from one thing to the next and then the next and the next without getting to enjoy any of it as much as I wanted to#we're not machines and we only have so much time to do what we want#don't spend it not fully enjoying what you love#hell this even applies to trying to enjoy something just because others like it#i spent YEARS forcing myself to play League of Legends#trying to enjoy it#just because the people I knew liked it and played it a lot#and honestly? one of the worst things I ever did for myself#i could have easily enjoyed other things far more. I could've been so much happier#but instead I made myself miserable trying to be someone I'm not#and yeah that's a different matter but it still falls to that same central idea#of valuing your time more so that you can enjoy what you DO like more and helping you not engage with what you don't#because let's be honest if you're making sure to value your time more I feel like that leads to less hatewatching for the average person#and less “I have to watch this just because everyone else likes it” as well#anyway the TL;DR is really just#value your time more by spending more time with what you love and less time with what you don't#instead of falling prey to the content churn and the “need” to engage with everything that comes your way

One again, the year comes to an end... let's have a look at 2023 and it's top five eras... 1. Pokeverse (Poketripper, Trian, Galar and Alola) Honestly, there's no way around it with four huge projects and the weekly (well... for the most part) trading of the pokebooks, the playlists and the poketumblr (and Legends Arceus which I still have to finish and Paldea with I'm still not a big fan of tbh). I'm always in my Pokeverse era because one way or the other, it's being worked on and/or talked about. TBH, I never thought I would enjoy writing the Alola characters so much, but oh boy, I did! Writing chaotic villians for a change really was something! ♥
Tumblr media
2. TCC (and all of it's versions) I have to admit, I'm always in my TCC era, even when working on other stuff. There's always something to remind me of it and this year, I did too Sims4 retellings and learned a lot about posing... I also enjoyed writing the short stories so, so much. Pity that the horse came into the game AFTER the sims stuff was over and done lol. Oh well. Perhaps I'll do this again someday.
Tumblr media
3. DOE It's always there in the background and usually, I get dragged into it again by other fans... what I didn't do this year was a rewatch though.
Tumblr media
4. Animal Crossing Usually, TT/KTDA shows up on this list but sadly, I was barely in my TT era this year. I don't think I did anything new and I didn't rewatch it either. I even sold most of the dolls because with the pond gone, there's not much to do photography wise. Perhaps next year there's be a full-blown TT era again. This year, however, I started Animal Crossing. It's not the greatest era coz I started it, played for a bit and then stopped again but once the fun little pokecrossing idea was born, I picked it up again.
Tumblr media
5. OPLA I'm sorry, but everyone and their mother is in their OPLA era right now. I didn't even know One Piece, never saw the show or read the manga but those 8 episodes of live action literally were it for me ♥ Can't wait for season two and I already have created four ocs for the OP universe, yay! If there's still anyone who hasn't watched OPLA yet, GIVE IT A TRY!! I also watched two of the original movies while waiting for season two...
Tumblr media
Honorable Mention:
It was short-lived but it was there: Hogwarts was back! After several years of not really working on a Hogwarts project, I did re-read old stories and even created new characters, wrote new stuff and looked for interesting merchandise on etsy^^ Sadly, it didn't last long (Pokemon Alola was back being my hyperfixation and then OPLA came long, oh well), but hey, it was great while it lasted! Maybe another try next year?
Tumblr media
What eras did you go through in 2023?
Anyway, I hope you will have a great 2024! ♥ HAPPY NEW YEAR

Remus Lupin dating a reader with ADHD would include...
Remus Lupin x reader
Word count: 1k
A/N: hey! I just want to let you guys know; all symptoms and tendencies used in these headcanons are all based on my personal experience. As a writer with adhd, I know that everyone's experiences differ. If any readers with adhd have constructive criticism, I'd love to read it. Hopefully, I'll write more fics with a neurodivergent reader soon! - Honey
Tumblr media
• Remus had been there for you through your worst struggles and best highs.
• He was well educated in things to do with mental health, and it was clear to him that you had adhd. Although, that doesn't mean he wasn't supportive when you told him.
• When you sat down to tell him about it, he saw how nervous you were - he made a last-minute decision to tell you about his furry little secret afterwards.
• When he went home for the summer that year, he bought a few books to educate himself on the matter.
• Caring for a loved one with ADHD, ADHD; Symptoms and causes, What is ADHD?, etc.
• He just wanted to make sure you never felt like he did with his condition; stupid, unworthy of love, a monster.
• Times weren't only tough for you, but certainly for Remus too. He desperately wanted to help, yet found it tricky.
• "Rem, did you borrow my copy of fantastic beasts and where to find them?"
"No, but I saw it on your desk yesterday."
"I've checked my desk, it's not there. You sure you didn't take it?"
*5 minutes later*
"Oh, right...it was on my desk all along."
• When you're both cuddling in his dorm, he'll listen to you drone on about your hyperfixation for h o u r s.
• "...and not many people know this, but it actually derived from the word raspise, which is a type of wine. It also has derivatives from the German word of latin origin, raspoie. Literally translated, parts of the word mean 'thicket', 'sweet wine', and 'rough berry'. Now, if you think that's interesting, wait until you hear about the etymology of the word blueberry. It comes from..."
• He doesn't mind your stimming at all, and actually encourages it. He likes to try and make you small stim toys!!
• Sometimes he'll walk into the common room and just seeing you flapping your hands about will make him smile.
• The constant movement doesn't bother him in the least. In fact, he sometimes likes to move about with you so you don't feel alienated.
• When you're feeling sensory overloaded or overwhelmed, he always keeps his cool and walks you through the usual procedures.
• Deep breaths, a little lay down, a glass of water, and him holding your hand as you ground yourself.
• You always remind him of how thankful you are that he supports you, although he always gets flustered when you compliment him. In reality, he'd give the world just to make sure you're okay.
• Additionally, when you're underwhelmed he's just as much of a help.
• He keeps a little shoe box under his bed filled with things to use when you feel underwhelmed and in need of something to do.
• Chocolate, small toys, a scented candle, and even a muggle mp3 player with your favourite songs that he bought one christmas.
• When you're going through small, depressive episodes, he's always making sure you're okay.
• Arranging small walks around the grounds inbetween classes to make sure you get enough fresh air + bringing you a bit too much chocolate on those days where you feel like you can't get out of bed.
• Although you're a fairly good student, you often have classes that you simply cannot crack.
• Whether you have trouble concentrating during the lessons, or you can't comprehend some of the homework, Remus will go out of his way to tutor you.
• He'll even make tiny colour coded study schedules for you 🥺
• And he knows how easy it it to lose track of your school equipment and clothes, so he makes a point of it to help you organize your trunk.
• In fact, he finds it more therapeutic than practical.
• "This section is for non-school clothing, with your spare robes to the left. Then we have personal items in this half, textbooks and quills are right next to them. Now, I took the liberty of colour coding your day-to-day items. Here's how it works;..."
• Him walking into his dorm to find you laying on his bed, at least 4 blankets piled on top of you.
• "At the time, I thought it would be a good idea to buy this many blankets."
• There were many times where you forgot about some dates because you didn't know what day it was or where you were supposed to be.
• "Y/n, did you forget about our date earlier?"
"Earlier? We agreed to go to hogsmeade on Sunday afternoon."
"..."
"Wait."
• This also happened with homework deadlines too, but Remus was prepared. He'd often leave you small post-it notes on your dresser with reminders about upcoming homework that's due in.
• The notes help...unless you *really* don't want to do the work.
• "Don't worry babe, I'll finish the essay tomorrow."
"...that's exactly what you said 5 days ago."
• He can tell when you're zoning out, but will never take it personally. He knows a little bit of daydreaming can often be exactly what you need.
• And he can also tell when you haven't been getting good sleep. He knows the signs from the terrible sleep he gets after the full moon; grogginess, irritability, headaches, aching muscles. He'll always suggest new ways for you to try and get a better sleep. (But the only thing that can truly help you sleep is being wrapped in his warm arms)
• The way you talk is completely different to the way Remus does; he talks slowly and softly, whereas you speak at the speed of lightning.
• Despite all of your flaws, Remus would never have it any other way. If anybody tries to insult you, they get the death glare!

Top 10 TV shows?
Euh this is 100% gonna be biased by what my current hyperfixations are ha!
1. Over The Garden Wall. I absolutely adore this show, I have watched it close to twenty or thirty times now, and sometimes I've watched it more than once a day. Its shorter, so I can put it on while doing less mentally tasking things, like folding laundry. It means so much to me, for for how short a time I've been in the fandom. I can't recall exactly when I first saw it, but I lnow it hasn't been more than two years and I 100% would habe watched it earlier if I had known it would be so good.
2. Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency. Its so funny, the characters are so complex, and I love watching it over and over again.
3. The Witcher. This comes as no surprise to anyone who follows me. It's very entertaining, and its fantasy, which I absolutely adore if its done well. The characters are so well developed and I fall in love with each and every one of them again and again.
4. Prodigal Son. A crime show. Its pretty new, one of the first shows I've had to wait for the next episode for since Doctor Who. Its really entertaining, I was on the edge of my seat (bed really) the whole time!
5. Doctor Who. Its been a family favorite for over a decade and I got a lot of good memories associated with it!
6. Boy Meets World. First show I ever binge watched! Started with my dad and I just zoomed past him. Main reason why I watched Girl Meets World, all my favorite characters, with kids!
7. Haikyuu!!! It was my first sports anime and I absolutely love it because its volleyball and i like that more than I usually like sports so volleyball anime is great!!!
8. Bones. Crime tv show, fantastic female characters (with a couple of exceptions but what can ya do) and I used to watch it with my ma before we grew apart so there's a lotta nostalgia.
8. Galavant. Its dumb as all heck, the songs are catchy, and the characters are dumb as fuck. Its been a while since I've watched more than an episode, but I really like it.
10. Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Very good for binge watching and also something to have on in the background when doing other tbings that require more focus and next thing ya k ow youre three seasons from where you started and haven't done shit otherwise
I will admit, while it's presented 1-10, i went backwards on it and wrote it 10-1. I feel a lil dumb for not switching it around but like, who cares.
