Too late I’m making the angst anyways
So here’s how moon would react to a rejection of feelings/ catching feelings for a employee who isn’t committed to it (aka rejection)- in several aus! Because I’m big sad and now so will you be.
Normal: he’d try to play it off by putting on a mask of his normal calm demeanor, saying that he understands and thanking you for trying to communicate with him. He doesn’t get as much attention as his brother, so when he gets attached he gets attached BAD, and realizing that one of the few humans that seem to be not afraid of him doesn’t return his feelings hurts. He’d never say that though, he doesn’t want to make you uncomfortable. And really, he feels he should’ve expected that; Of course you wouldn’t like him that way, he’s just a robot. One that not many people like. He’d probably grow distant after that, avoiding talking to you unless strictly necessary and sending Sun to do it for him when he can. Even though he tries to act unbothered, Sun still hears him crying at night sometimes and is a bit upset at you for hurting his brother so much. But he tries not to let that affect how he treats you, as you have a right to their feelings.
Redemption: Embarrassed. He would be so embarrassed. It was hard enough for him to even admit his feelings towards you to himself, much less to you directly. You went through all that effort of getting to know him, of getting past all the walls he put up around himself emotionally, just to lead him on?? His brain is basically on overdrive 24/7 and with how much he’d be hurting he would explode. Nearly kill you in a fit of emotional rage. After that you’d avoid him, obviously, as he now hates your guts. After you flee from the daycare he would trash the naptime room, the daycare itself, tear a hole in the wall, anything and everything until his rage finally settles down. Leaving in it’s wake just sadness, one that he doesn’t know how to cope with. Sun would avoid him while he processes these emotions, as trying to interact with him while he’s in such a volatile state is sure to lead to an ass kicking. He wouldn’t really get why you did it, but be too busy prioritizing his own survival to care.
Reversal: Moon would be absolutely devastated. He’s fragile as glass already, with all the pressure from running the daycare alone and losing his brother, finding out that someone he really liked didn’t feel the same would destroy him. He wouldn’t be able to hide his devastation, and he would ask in about a million different ways why, if he did something wrong, if you still want to be friends with him, please still be friends with him!! Best case scenario, they awkwardly try to calm him down before leaving asap, and worst case scenario they obviously display their discomfort before leaving mid melt down. Infected Sun would find it hilarious, reminding Moon that he told him you wouldn’t like him, cause who would like someone like him?? And Moon believes it, because clearly he did something wrong if you don’t like him anymore.
Crazy twins: Similar to the redemption au, but with some differences. He’d be a lot less mad and a lot more hurt and sad, as he is insanely clingy as is his brother after not having proper socialization for a while. He’d have a slightly lower amount of desperation as in the reverse au, but would still beg for them not to leave because he has severe abandonment issues. He can’t be alone again, not when he likes you more then anyone he ever has before! It would definitely end in him storming off to hide before promptly bursting into hysterical tears. While he balls his eyes out, you’d be stuck trying to escape a enraged Infected Sun because holy shit is he protective of his brother. If you ever return to the daycare, that is if you even escape alive in the first place, Infected Sun will laser in on you like a fucking missile. When he’s not trying to commit homicide, he’d be trying to cheer up his very sad brother.
Don’t know why I made this, but it was fun X3 Would love to see what you guys think of it!

can you please explan to me the cuban missile crisis but if I was like five and liked trucks and dinosaurs
Babe I don't know how to explain naptime to a five-year-old who likes trucks and dinosaurs, the Cuban Missile Crisis might as well be differential calculus

Hello and welcome to “Can I cuddle that ghoul?” aka naptime with the ghouls, who’s sharing the blankets, and who’s kicking people out. Below the cut.
Aether: You’ve come to the right place. Aside from the benefits of being able to sprawl out in whatever strange pose he wants, another reason for his big bed is because he doesn’t mind a ghoul or two piling in for a cold winter’s nap, or a rainy spring day snooze.
Kind of a bring your own pillow situation though, and if he gets too hot he can and will just scoot his bedmate off onto the floor without warning. Does he feel bad about this?
No. No he does not.
Dewdrop: He’s the one who deliberately leaves a space in his sleeping area for someone to come and lay down next to him. He’s hotheaded and won’t ask for people to join him, but he’s not going to kick a ghoul out if they curl up next to him unless they do something weird, which rarely, if ever, happens.
Fire ghouls tend to feel comforted by the sounds of others sleeping nearby, and do better sleeping in groups in general, so even if someone starts snoring he isn’t going to complain much.
He will, however, get cranky if HE gets kicked out of the nap pile, and everyone will hear about it. Very “you kick Miette??” of him honestly.
Multi/Swiss: Cuddle seeking missile. He’s here for one reason and one reason only; He can’t sleep alone. It’s that fire ghoul heritage in the mix making itself known.
He’s the type who has to listen to podcasts to fall asleep at night if he’s stuck sleeping on his own, with the exception of if he’s on a tour bus, because then everyone is sleeping in the same area.
He whines less than Dew about being booted out, but his sulking isn’t much better.
Rain: You know how some little dogs look all cute and fluffy and wonderful to snuggle and then they turn into an angry rat beast from hell the second you even think about petting them? Yeah. Yeah that’s Rain with sharing his bed most days.
However, if he’s down for a bedtime buddy, he’s going to be the most clingy person on the planet, which is nice until he starts using the other person as a body pillow and moving them around as such.
Mountain: Have you ever fantasized about falling asleep on the softest bed of moss imaginable on a warm, sunny day in the middle of a forest? Well so has Mountain, and that’s probably where the others will find him if he’s not in his bed.
Cuddling and naptime friends are secondary to that sweet, sweet back support he needs being the tall man he is. If you can squeeze onto the corner of his wedge pillow, you’re in business, but otherwise, do let him know if you need a blanket while you’re sleeping on the floor.
Cumulus: It really, really depends on who you are, because some ghouls get a free “Sure! I don’t mind, pop by and rest whenever you feel like it!” invitation and others are strictly on the, “Not if you were the last ghoul in hell” list.
Cirrus: It’s all fun and games until she gets too warm, and then you’re stuck on the floor again. Although she might change her mind once she cools down again.
Air ghouls are a bit like fire ghouls, in that they like having company when they rest, but they’re less heat tolerant, so unless she’s cuddling another air ghoul, Cirrus is probably going to push them aside.
Sunshine: Like Dew and Swiss, she’s more than happy to have a friend or two take a nap with her, but that bit of air ghoul in her means big nap piles are out of the question in the long term.
Short naps are nice and cozy, but if she’s laying down for the night, give her some room to sprawl out.
Bonus Copia: People have seen his set up and gone, “On second thought-”, but the ghouls? Copia’s no bedframe, box spring on the floor situation is actually kind of nice. No one is above anyone else, there’s no fighting for who gets to be where, it’s just a big old pile of ghouls... and their poor, poor frontman who is getting absolutely crushed by a hoard of fully grown ghouls.

Turn on the TV. Now.
Gwen was exhausted, she’d spent the week working on the Resistance’s new HQ and was pretty invested in going to sleep for a day on kayleigh’s couch when she got the text from Tanya.
It was never a good idea to ignore her texts, she’s called her out on the resistance frequencies before now, so reluctantly the symbiote pair slid off the couch, and hit the button on the side of the TV.
Why Tanya would want her to watch the propaganda drivel on Oz’s channels was immediately obvious as her own face was mirrored in the previously dead screen. A mugshot from her previous stint in the Life Foundation’s custody, placed next to a CCTV still from one of her Oscorp bombings. Her name was emblazoned below, with some vaguely insulting character description.
Her eyes widened. How did they find out who I was? Did Drake tell them? She touched the scar along her neck almost automatically, the idea of getting caught again was not a pleasant one. But she was a shapeshifter, she didn’t exactly use her state given ID and she was hidden among friends, there was no way they would find her.
…You were among friends last time
The voice in the back of her head whispered to her, a niggling doubt she’d been fighting since that day. That cruel cynical part of herself that whispered in an irish accent.
She shook her head, Emily wouldn’t work with Oz, she hated them more than anyone, Drake might have been business but Oz makes her line of work actively harder.
Gwen pulled her phone out and took a slightly blurry photo of the screen, posting it to the blog she used to contact the other spiders on occasion. She’d send it direct to Specs in a minute.
Hey guys, uhh.. This is broadcasting on every single Oscorp News channel... Like, how bad of a thing is this for m-
An explosion rocked the building, turning the outer wall to dust and chunks of concrete as the shockwave sent her flying into the opposite, her phone shattering against the floor and furniture flying around.
She pushed herself up to a stand off the floor, looking  through the new hole in the wall at the source of the explosion. A giant weapons platform, shaped like a glider with its pilot stood atop it.
Green iridescent armor coated his body, purple LEDs, a blade on his back and a purple cloak cut a stark silhouette. A twisted, ghoulish smile poked out from beneath a pointed hood.
“Did I interrupt your naptime little spider? Don’t worry, I’ll be putting you to sleep!”
His crazed half-scream sent a chill down her spine, and was unlike any other foe she’d fought before.
Two panels on both halves of the glider opened on the underside, and there was a screeching as two missiles curled around in a helix directly at the symbiote. She put her legs against the wall and pushed herself into a diving jump, passing by the missiles with barely a centimeter of clearance. As she fired off a web to pivot into swinging through the streets, the glider jerked forward, its bladed wings cutting into her abdomen and leaving her rolling onto a precarious grip on its wing, as the explosion made her skin shudder.
The Goblin looked down at her, grinning- No, giggling, like he was having fun. He brought his gloved fist down onto the wing, the blade curled from his forearm piercing her hand and forcing her to let go of the wing, her weight pulling the blade into bisecting her hand as she tumbled down.
She reached out for the first gantry as she fell, grabbing onto the railing with a crunch as the joints in her arm screamed at the sudden stop. Mantling it was hard, her arm was fucked, and the other hand was still knitting back together, while the bystanders on the walkway stared at the scene unfolding, a few phones were pointed her way.
She was almost up when the movement behind her registered in her vision; tiny, fast and orange. She threw herself back away from the gantry, down into the long drop down as the Goblin’s boomerangs hit the gantry, exploding on contact and ripping the metal walkway, and those upon it, apart.
Her hand was done healing, and she once again fired a web line, hooking onto an old brownstone, The cackle of laughter followed her downswing, and with a flicker of pain from further up the line, the webbing was cut by the glider's passing. Sending her hurtling down with more momentum than she could accommodate. She bounced off a gas exchange pipe with a crunch, then landed on the pavement dazed and shattered.
Gwen groaned, pushing herself up on one arm, only for the bone to fully snap under the final straw of her weight. It ripped through her forearm at an angle close to ninety degrees and she screamed in pain.
As she struggled to get her breathing under control, the whirring from the glider grew louder as the Goblin descended into her vision.
“Ready to give up, little spider?”
“I’m not going back, not with you.. Or anyone else.”
“Perish the thought, I’m not here to be Drake’s lapdog.” He spat the words out with absolute malice. “There’s no cell waiting for you back at Oscorp, I’m here to swat the spider that’s caused me so much grief.”
Gwen looked around frantically, anything that might give her an edge or an escape. But the dead end alley didn’t offer much in arms reach of her shaken form. A manhole, some exhaust pipes, a fuse box and- Manhole. The ratways would be way too small for the glider, and she didn’t know who this guy was, but gut instinct said she knew the warrens better than him.
But the manhole was two, maybe three meters away from her, and crawling with a broken arm would definitely show her hand. Unless the Goblin gave her a helping hand. This is gonna hurt…
“Why don’t you.. Look me in the eyes, you kite-man wannabe.”
His response was quick, and predictable, flying low and grabbing her by a clawful of suit.
“I like your spirit! Bones broken but you’ve still got fight. Let's see if I can’t cut that out of you.” The Goblin reached up to his shoulder, clawed grip wrapping around the blade’s grip when Gwen pulled her good leg back and landed a good solid kick right between his legs. He howled, and tossed her away as he clutched the injured area. Gwen rolled into a shaky landing by the manhole, and discus tossed the cover at his still watering eyes, then dove down into the ratway.

March Madness - Tucson, AZ
Tumblr media
The above picture was taken from one of the cafeterias at University Hospital in Tucson, where I had breakfast while Doug was in surgery.  I think the surgery lasted a couple of hours, the surgeon talked to me after the surgery - all went well and the atrial fibrillation should stop.  After a one-night stay, Doug was sent on his way.  We were grateful to have the surgery over with and to be on the road to recovery.  Activities were limited for a week, then Doug was free to resume normal activities.  Onward we go!
Tumblr media
A week after his surgery, Doug was back on the golf course, awesome!
HOWE TIME FLIES
About 10 days after Doug’s surgery, our friends Art and Donna Howe came to visit us.  It was their first time in Tucson, so we planned a whirlwind tour to give them a little taste of desert living.
Tumblr media
On their first day in town, we headed south to the Titan Missile Museum, we managed to arrive in time to sign up for a tour (they fill up fast!)  We have been on the tour three times now, we still love it.  I would recommend a visit when you are in the area, it is just off I-19, about a 30 minute drive from downtown Tucson.  After the museum, we drove further south to Tubac.  We wandered around town, taking in a few of the artisan shops and some of the local artwork:

One of multiple painted javelinas in the village of Tubac.
Tumblr media
Donna made a new friend in Tubac.
After a lunch stop at one of the local restaurants, we meandered back through the village for a little more exploring.  Getting our fill of Tubac, we continued southward to the Santa Cruz Spice Company.  We did a little spice shopping and then made our final stop of the day at the Tumacacori National Historic Park.  It was a gorgeous spring day, which made for some fantastic photo ops at the mission.
Tumblr media
Look at those spring flowers and the magnificent sky!
Tumblr media
We stopped at the tortilla and beans stand inside the park - yummy!
Tumblr media
Crystal-clear day, the Santa Rita Mountains in the distance.
Tumblr media
The craftsmanship on the buildings is amazing.
Tumblr media
This moth was on one of the sidewalks at the mission, such pretty markings!
Tumblr media
What a fun-filled day!  We headed back to our trailer for dinner and games.  More adventures planned for tomorrow!
Tumblr media
We filled the morning of the second day with a trip to Barrio Bread, a short walk along Pantano Wash, and then lunch on our patio.  We went out to Saguaro National Park East to show them a crested saguaro on the Loma Verde Trail and for a sunset from Javelina Rocks.  We ended the day with a trip to El Molinito for take-out and then went to the Arizona Beer House to enjoy our food and a few brews.
Tumblr media
Day 3 - we headed to downtown Tucson.  We walked along the Turquoise Trail, checking out the history of the area.  We enjoyed adult beverages at The Congress Hotel Bloody Mary Bar and even found some ice cream for Art!  We ended the day at the trailer, perfect weather for outdoor entertaining!
Day 4 - after a breakfast of sausage gravy & biscuits (vegan-style), we went to the range to whack a few golf balls around.  We love the driving range at Fred Enke - the view of the Catalina Mountains is wonderful!
Tumblr media
After golf, we made our way out to the Desert Museum.  At this point, we were experiencing a mild shut-down and a few restrictions due to Covid-related concerns.  A few of the exhibits at the Museum were closed and they were not doing the Raptor shows.  However, we ran into a family on our way into the museum and they gave us 4 free passes.  We had a great time wandering around the museum, it is always beautiful out there.
Tumblr media
Brittle brush was blooming and the views to the west were spectacular!
Tumblr media
Caught the javelinas during naptime.
March is usually a great time to visit the museum, the temperatures aren’t too hot and the cactus are starting to bloom.  We were not disappointed:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
We completed our exploration of the Desert Museum and made the long drive back to our place.  Happy hour, dinner, and then more games wrapped up our final night with the Howes.  We are so happy that they finally came for a visit, we hope they will make it an annual thing!
Tumblr media
Thanks for coming to see us!
COVID INTERRUPTUS
The week following our friends visit things became more serious around the Covid virus.  Restaurants and indoor spaces were closed down and we were forced to limit our activities with friends here in the park.  Luckily, outdoor activities were a good option for us - we took lots of walks and bike rides.  The weather was gorgeous and the flowers were blooming.
Tumblr media
Pretty blooms along Pantano Wash during one of my many walks.
Tumblr media
More desert colors!
Tumblr media
Some evenings the sky just explodes around here, we feel pretty lucky to be in a place where we can be outside enjoying nature most of the time.
Tumblr media
Photos from our 15 mile walk along Pantano Wash - the weather was cool, but we didn’t get wet, just a little wind-blown!
Tumblr media
A nice rattler I came across on a bike ride up Harrison Greenway - yikes!
Tumblr media
I was very grateful for my new e-bike, lots of great rides along the bike path here in town.  Kept me from going stir crazy!
TANQUE VERDE RIDGE HIKE
Tumblr media
During March Doug started training for his planned 2022 trip on the Continental Divide Trail (CDT).  The CDT runs 3100 miles from the border of Mexico to the border of Canada, staying within 50 miles of the Continental Divide along its course.  He is doing 3 consecutive days a week of 15+ miles each day with his backpack, just to see how his body holds up.  Friday and Saturday he does his miles along the Pantano River Park path, then on Sundays he does an actual hike.  I am joining him for 2 of those 3 days, my feet need a day off!  Today we hiked around 16 miles on the Tanque Verde Ridge Trail.  The hike is fairly steep and I think it is an understatement that my toes were REALLY happy to be done with the descent.  Pretty sure I am going to need a few recovery days after this hike!  In spite of the physical discomfort, it was a beautiful day in the desert and things were blooming along the ridge and Doug grilled us Beyond Meat burgers for dinner. Perfect end to the day!
REALITY HITS
By the end of March, we had come to the conclusion that our trip to Europe for this summer was going to have to be canceled.  We had reservations to fly to England on May 9th and had planned to be over there until some time in August.  Our plan had been to stay at AirBnBs, we were very disappointed to have to cancel all our plans, but Europe was closed down due to the spread of the Covid virus and things here in the United States were not looking any better.  A large portion of our Canadian friends here in the RV park had already headed north, due to recommendations from their government.  Social gatherings were frowned upon and we were doing our best to follow all of the social distancing guidelines in place.  We decided that our best option is to stay in Tucson for the time being, as many RV parks and campgrounds are closed in the U.S. at this point due to Covid.  We feel fortunate to have a place where we can wait this out.  Guess we will just have to hang around for a few more Tucson sunsets.

Baby sister is mostly on one nap per day, and barring something like a bad night before or teething (molars right now, ugh), naptime starts around 10am, give or take half an hour. I let her cue me. The screaming is a total giveaway. I just think that a lot of brands need to extend their range and when I see them doing that I get happy. After much thought I actually not going to purchase the foundation and try it. I feel like maybe they should still just take a seat for a while. Benefit hoola bronzer I loved 부산출장샵 this as a bronzer, but lately it feels super stark against my skin. It's not too deep, but it's too warm on me. Maybe when I tan a little it'll work better, but for now I'm using it as a warm brown eyeshadow when I can't be bothered to pull out an eyeshadow palette.. This would be groundbreaking and a good business move for Microsoft. We already starting to see 부산출장샵 Microsoft and Nintendo work together with crossplay and a future partnership with game streaming through Xcloud would be a win win for both parties. This would alleviate concerns of mainstream AAA games not coming to Switch while allowing people to buy into the Xbox ecosystem as well as Nintendo A move like this would be unprecedented which makes this unlikely.. The pigment and other dry ingredients are finely ground so they will be smooth and evenly distributed within the mixture, then combined with the heated oils. Once this mass is stirred, it's mixed with heated wax and the other ingredients. Finally, the hot liquid is poured into cold aluminum molds and then chilled until firm. 2 points submitted 1 month agoDid you take caustic damage? Caustic missiles and destroyed thargoids leave a cloud of acid that sticks to your ship. An SLF that flies through the debris cloud of a scout will melt in seconds. The only way to remove the acid is with decontamination limpets, or cooking it off by deliberately overheating your ship.It can be hard to notice. There aren't a lot of written accounts of African American people living in the early American colonies between the year 1500 and the Revolutionary War. It's not that they weren't there, but the paper trail for people of African descent from this time largely consists of petitions for freedom from slavery, accounts of escape (or attempted escape) from enslavement and records of execution. But accounts of one enslaved man named Onesimus, living in Boston in the early 18th century, tell the story of a person very likely responsible for saving hundreds of lives in the Boston smallpox epidemic of the early 1720s, as well as countless others affected by future outbreaks all over the colonies.. I have also started listing everything I buy (including replacements) in my journal since December 2018 and it definitely helps to see how much I actually buy. It not much money, but it a little thing here and a little thing there and it definitely adds up, even though I supposed to be on a low buy. Have declared a RONB for March based on that. The script is just something out of a soap opera. He came to Reddit to ask for some honest advice, he got tons of it of course. He updated after the conversation with his wife. My goal has been to post my progress weekly and I hit that for 17 weeks. I never set a goal for how long I was going to do that. It's just been my intention to keep that goal until I'm healthy and if it's a healthy thing for me.
