So I’ve been checking out some Japanese media and the metals manga has some silly and cute panels

I really like how Dinobot looks here, I wanna know why he’s all beat up and what he’s recovering from — I think it’s implied that he survived the attack on the valley and decided to stay with the humans to protect them in a more permanent arrangement

And jokes on everyone who said the idea was silly, because Dinobot being the caretaker of the early humans is literally canon to this manga verse — look!! He seems to be looking after a bunch of cavemen orphans :]] and I think they call him daddy from what I’ve been able to translate

He fights with Ravage protect the little human children, and spoilers below

Yeah, Dinobot dies basically instantly in this manga, Ravage decapitates him, and Optimus swears his vengeance, but not before soothing Dinobot’s spark and telling him to rest easy 😢😢

everything here is so classically g1. jokes that arent sure if theyre jokes. starscream declaring himself leader because megatron mispronounced a word. [takes off and immediately crashes]. the awful lip sync. optimus putting ravage in the trash. megatron and starscream bitching match. "i never miss at this range" [misses]. megatrons dance and flail. im so serious g1 is awful and one of the funniest shows ive ever seen
