Anya’s characters as Food Wars!
Al — Yūya Tomita
Tomita owns a Bento Shop in the Shopping District and is the chairman of it. He is VERY enthusiastic and also an awkward mess. I almost had Al as the leader of the RIce Bowl Society on campus, BUT then this guy showed up and how could I not make him the leader of a Small Business Coalition? (Also it was said in canon that Tomita and the Rice Bowl Society leader had very similar personalities).
Alana — Alice Nakiri
Alice’s whole speciality is molecular gastronomy… so she uses a LOT of chemistry! Also she is kinda high strung and dramatic and a lot of her story is about being in the shadow of her cousin, which I think tracks a lot with Lana.
Dipper - Zenji Marui
Zenji’s whole thing is the History of Food. He’s kinda spineless and easily bullied, but he is very knowledgeable and LOVES to research things.
Ting - Hisako Arato
Hisako’s speciality is MEDICINAL CHINESE FOOD, okay. I almost had Ting as Megumi, the love of my life, but Megumi seemed a little… too unsure. Hisako, though, had the perfect specialty for Ting and the perfect responsible personality.
Jane — Miyoko Hōjō
Almost had her as Nikumi, who’s specialty is MEAT, but then I met Miyoko… Miyoko is the heiress to Tokyo’s fanciest Chinese restaurant and she is determined to make her way in the cutthroat world of cooking by being RUTHLESS to men… but then finds herself impressed by Megumi
Phil — UNDECIDED; WILL UPDATE
Holley — Erina Nakiri
She loves rules. She loves convention. She gets flustered when things don’t go her way. She turns her nose up at people who ruffle her feathers. She has a godlike palette.
Vanessa — Nao Sadatsuka
Her specialty is concocting witch-like brews for her stews and soups. Also definitely hella gay, if a bit problematic about it.
Howl — Satoshi Isshiki
He seems carefree and goofy (and is like…always almost naked), but he’s really one of the most skilled chefs at the school. Just hides that under his constant nudity
Gil — Akira Hayama
He is Very Serious. He is an orphan. He owes everything to the organization that saved him (in this case One Woman).

Hunter — Takumi Aldini
My poor little meow meow…. My pathetic boy… listen, all you need to know about Takumi is that he declared a rivalry against the main character (who is like… not really invested in this rivalry) and after their first battle he was like TILL WE MEET AGAIN!! And dramatically left the room… then it turns out they were sitting next to each other on the bus and Takumi was SOOOO embarrassed. I love him.

Random Headcanon’s on some of the Shokugeki Girl’s favorite flowers
I’d like to draw but I’m chained to the bed due to tummy-aches, so we’re doing this instead. So yeah, have some silly little headcanons on what I personally imagine to be the favorite flowers of the girls in Shokugeki
Erina Nakiri - Amaryllis and Roses
Megumi Tadokoro - Tulips mainly (especially yellow ones), but she also likes daisies and morning glories.
Alice Nakiri - Peonies. Roses are “overrated” in her mind. Also has a soft spot for snowdrops though.
Hisako Arato - Purple Hyacinths and Zinnias.
Ikumi Mito - Hibiscus.
Ryoko Sakaki - Orchids. ORCHIDS. O R C H I D S. (#FightMe) Also likes white jasmine or chrysanthemums though.
Yuki Yoshino - Sunflowers. And Freesia.
Rindou Kobayashi - Bird of Paradise, daffodils ands honeysuckles.
Nene Kinokuni - Camellias and carnations mainly. She think lotuses are really pretty as well. (Oh and like, I nearly forgot but ahdh cherry blossoms count right?)
Momo Akanegakubo - Also roses. But also gladioulus.
Miyoko Hojo - Snapdragons and Dahlias.
Nao Sadatsuka - Lilies and Orchids.

♥ Okay but imagine fucking Subaru copying different people in front of the mirror just to do a perfect confession... He copied fellow Totsuki students, drama series, shoujo manga and he can’t do it RIGHT until he knew it was best to confess as himself- without imitating anyone or anything, just be himself
♥ Nao ends up confessing first and debunks all the hardwork of Subaru, she casually says she fucking loves him with a meal she makes just for him, A FOOD THAT IS MEANT TO ONLY BE FOR HIM
♥ Subaru accepts her feelings with his own words and as himself, so hey, watching other people confess did pay off because it made him realize not all confessions go the same way, but they are ALL memorable

Nao Sadatsuka
-She is really into folklore, folktales, horror stories, occult and much, much more! She’s very into things that other people may find creepy, but she loves the mystery and wonder behind such! She’s also really curious whether some truly exists or not.
-I do believe that she wants to gain more friends, but some people are two creeped out by her to actually befriend her. But there are people who start to become her friends! The most notable ones are the Polar Star Dormitory, The Aldini Siblings and Miyoko!
-Never really ties her hair up to a high ponytail a lot, but when she actually does… she looks more refreshing? Some people actually see a big difference in her when she does and… trust me, she looks beautiful. [she already is though but she gets more + points]
Miyoko Hojo
-A QUEEN! She knows how to do several martial arts and she’s not afraid to kick someone’s ass. She actually uses her skills in self-defense or if she defends other women, or even her friends. Definition of talk shit, get hit.
-This headcanon randomly came up to me this one time but she actually loves it when people compliment her strength instead of looks? She’s more of the type to appreciate comments if it’s about her strength and skill than her looks. It’s hard to fluster her though [if you’re not dating her yet]. but she does appreciate!
-Actually loves watching action films! That’s her favorite kind of films! She can watch it the whole day if she has nothing else to do. She also sometimes tries to imitate what the people in television do and sometimes she terrifies the hell out of the people who enters her room.
Rentaro Kusunoki
-He may act all tough, but he’s actually soft in the inside. I actually like thinking that he also scares off bullies away [he seems himself as the bigger bully] if they try to bully people close and his excuse is that they were being annoying and he ends up leaving, all embarrassed because he actually defended someone.
-Hates Mornings. A lot. He doesn’t like waking up early for school, and he absolutely hates that he has to prepare for school. He takes a long time to prepare and it would be a miracle if he ended up going to class early. He usually comes in on the exact time or some time later.
-I love seeing him as someone who acts all rude to like show that he’s tough, but his heart drops INSTANTLY when someone cries.He’s easily worried about people but he’d rather not say it out loud. If someone were to cry in front of him, he tries to cheer them up and usually thinks it’s his fault.
Mea Yanai
-Now, she’s the opposite of Rentaro when it comes to the morning. she loves waking up early so she could fully prepare herself. She makes sure she looks perfect before going to school and she comes in early just so people can compliment her before class starts.
-If you want to know about the latest news about Totsuki, approach her. She’s the gossip queen and she’d tell you everything you need or want to know. She also has this… “Best Boy For the Week” rankings but people don’t know where she bases it from.
-She knows how to sing very well. LIKE SHE HAS A REALLY NICE VOICE AND SHE HITS ALL THE NOTES RIGHT. She loves singing and she sometimes does it when she doesn’t know what to do. She sometimes sings when she cooks and people are in awe! [I will be in awe too]

Head Canon: Shokugeki No Soma characters’s favorite cartoons
Soma: The Amazing World of Gumball is his motivation to wake up every morning.
Erina: Not a huge cartoon fan, but she’s really interested in watching Steven Universe.
Arato: The reason for Erina’s enjoyment of Steven Universe, but is also a huge fan of the show.
Megumi: Goes crazy when a new Star vs the Forces of Evil episode comes out, and is definitely a huge Starco defender.
Alice: Sings along at the Adventure Time theme song every time it plays, and, any song from Adventure Time for that matter.
Ryo: Said that the only cartoon he ever watches is Rick and Morty (But secretly loves My Little Pony Friendship is Magic and is definitely one of the Bronies who collects many merchandise in their secret cabinet.)
Akira: Cries for 5 hours after watching the Gravity Falls finale.
